Amazing Chicken Tikka, best in Preston - Friendly Staff - definatly recommend

I stayed at the local Premier Inn but the local pub was fully booked, chose the Shapla at random as it was nearby. Amazing place, open kitchen where you can see your food being prepared, rarity in a takeaway. Staff really friendly, a lot of dialogue as to how hot I wanted my curry etc, was a really good experience, you really felt they cared. Food was awesome as well. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely visit again

It is my first time ordering from Shapla. The food was delicious. I had prawn and spinach curry & a mushroom rice with 2 chapattis. The owner was polite and friendly and told me about the loyalty stamps. I will definitely return again.

1st time ordering here. Delivered before the stated time, curries have a lot of flavour. The choice of non standard desi dishes makes Shepla must try. How LaLas even gets close on reviews is beyond me, I will be using here many more times!

Me and my sister ordered this for the first time today after a recommendation from our mum. By far the best Indian takeaway we've both had, the food was delicious. The delivery man was lovely as well ! All in all a great experience, we look forward to ordering from here again in the future.

Visited Shapla for the first time last night as wanted to try and new takeaway curry. It was superb. Best we’ve had for a while and will be my go to now. All dishes were cooked fresh and full of flavour. We had 2 vegetarian curries, naan bread, mixed starter and rice. I’ll be trying the chicken hydrabadi next time after speaking to the owner.

Ordered from here for the first time Sunday food was fantastic and the owner was super pleasant and filled us in on the benefits of ordering direct rather than just eat etc, food arrived quickly and was delicious almost felt like it was cooked in our own kitchen for us, will definitely order again

Delivered to Mirfield hot and fresh and the delivery driver was super friendly. The food was amazing will definitely be going back.

On my 3rd meal from this absolutely superb team. The food they produce is another level of delicious, its restaurant quality but delivered to you. I cannot recommend them enough. Such a nice meal and the team are super friendly. Should absolutely get your tea from here, you'll not be disappointed.

Sorry but I am doubtful with some of the responses here. I used this takeway a number of times when it was Ali's Kitchen. Since the change there is just no comparison. I have tried 3 separate dishes now and all very average. They might have considered using the chef(s) from Ali's Kitchen and the ethos as the dishes that I had under Ali's Kitchen were truly delicious and made with some care. Chicken that melted in the mouth, sauces that were distinctive, packed with flavour and ingredients other than just chilli and powdered spices. Even the rice was far better. Ali's Kitchen was definitely the best takeaway in Huddersfield while it lasted. Sadly Shapla is not...not at this time anyway unless they improve vastly.

Ordered first time after taking over from Ali’s kitchen. Lovely food. Chicken passanda creamy and sweet chicken melts In the mouth. Lamb balti desi style really good rich flavoursome sauce, nice bhajis - could do with pot of yoghurt mint sauce for Bhajis- overall really lovely will order again and recommend thanks *****
