Don't really buy curry because my wife's cooking is the best. However she wanted to try it. So we bought the chicken and mixed vegetable curry. I was pleasantly surprised by the vegetarian curry. Best I've had in a while. Would definitely go back for the vegetarian curry. Chicken wasn't to bad either.

I call here every month from Holmfirth thanks to a mate who recommended me to give it a go who lives near the place .I've been calling every month for over a year now , beautiful food every time , I have to put my order in the day before because the place is so busy ..cant speak highly enough,

Go to place for a takeaway, always good, we don't go anywhere else for an Indian Takeaway.

We chose this takeaway after seeing the reviews. It is by far the worst food we have ever tried. The poppadoms were unusual, they looked like the ones you buy and cook in the microwave and they were sogg, ordered 5 but only got 4 but it didn’t matter because they went in the bin. Patia curry tasted like mango chutney and looked awful, the chicken is cubed, frozen, awful! Rice was ok and onion bhaji was ok, nann was edible, good job we were all hungry. Spent almost £50 and it was a complete waste of money. We can only assume the reviews are not genuine.

Ur food was brilliant me and my brother had a good Saturday night out on the Buckie then came on got some food brilliant services definitely coming agian xxxx

Although a takeaway without a restaurant, The quality is extremely high with all the curries even a basic Chicken korma is packed full of flavour. When it comes to the hot curries such as Madras's and vindaloo's many takeaway struggle to find the balance between flavour and heat Imrans do this perfectly with comprising flavour or spice. Friendly staff and a very clean open working kitchen.

Tip quality food from a top quality place. Best curry for miles, you may have to wait a bit but it’s well worth it. Shame they is no delivery option but who cares

Never had a bad meal from these guys. Always get it spot on. We've been coming here for the best part of 15 years since moving to the area every time we wanted a curry. Yes, they are busy and during especially busy times, there may be a small wait involved but it is worth it when you actually get a fresh, hot meal that's been cooked in front of you. The guys behind the counter are always friendly, which just adds to the whole deal. Really nice little place to get a takeaway from.

Service was fine. The curries didn't have huge amounts of meat in, but they aren't as expensive as elsewhere so that's fair enough. The let down for us was the bright food colouring in the food. What is the point of that? Maybe the locals think it tastes proper when it's luminous red

Very reliable. Have been half way through the Menu now. Not as spicy as some, but the Tinderloo is a challenge. All the specials are brilliant.

Having frequented several times over the last 10 years Imrans has now become a firm family favourite in our house now it’s the weekly treat we all look forward to and never disappoints we’ve been trying different curries for the last two months and they have all been top quality cooked fresh with passion and put together by an amazing well oiled team! Could never betray this place for a curry. Never ever a bad word to say. A friendly bunch of staff who take great pride in pleasing their customers. Very lucky to live a minute on the road too!

The best takeaway in Huddersfield! I'm not a massive fan of hot curries but they do chicken tikka Kormas and a creamy Rogan josh my usual go to 😋 I wouldn't order my curries from anywhere else. The kitchen is visible to customers so can see their cooking. Always up for some banter! They don't deliver but always worth the walk drunk or not!

Imrans is the most amazing curry you could get in West Yorkshire. Every time it's exquisite. The taste and flavours are to die for. It's well worth trying if you haven't tried before. You will not be disappointed. The staff are super friendly and ordering on messenger makes it so simple .we have lamb khari gohst and it's super tasty.

Tried to order a paneer curry but was advised this isn't possible. Every other takeaway does this, so not sure why Imrans can't.

Son and I travelled from NE Wales to Huddersfield in watch a preseason friendly between Golcar United and Stockbridge Park Steels. I noticed Imran’s was near the ground so we checked its reviews and were impressed sufficiently to ring ahead and order two Lamb Dupiazas with Pilau Rice. When we picked them up they gave us takeaway trays to use. The food was excellent.

Another fantastic curry, never tried Biryani before , separate sauce absolutely beautiful , partner had Chinga Tarka, said its was gorgeous , just waiting on lads feedback but they've had the same as before , Tindlo , Zeerah and Garlic Chilli Chicken , and say they are the best they've had, get yer sen over , I come from Holmfirth for these treats ...

Best curry around for miles. Always got time for every customer on a personal level and always service with a smile at a competetive and fair price. I would 100% recommend the Chicken Saag Balti, onion bahjis and chapatis. To be honest its all top notch but these are my personal favourites!

Heard great things but not for me. Took longer than expected, Popadoms small, didn’t give me dips for them. And also gave me a korma instead of a jalfrezi. Tasted nice but certainly not what I wanted, I feel sorry for whoever gets my jalfrezi expecting it to be a korma hahah. Won’t be going back.

Me and my family thought to try Imran’s after other people’s recommendations and it exceeded expectations. The starters and curry mains were delicious and you can just tell everything is made fresh, lovely service from the staff and you can’t knock the price too! 11/10 would recommend, thank you!

Best Curries I've ever had..cant say enough how good these lads and ladies are

First time at Imrans. Ordered garlic chicken chilli balti and Lamb pakora, chapattis and pilau rice. It was one of the best, read reviews about the food being greasy. Not the case the chicken balti is one of the best meals I have had. We will definitely return.

We'd heard good things about this place but sadly, it was very disappointing. They don't deliver but thought we'd give it a go and collect in case the recommendations were correct. We won't be back Positives - the lamb was nice and tender. Negatives - Very oily curries, bland naan and the mushroom rice had hardly any mushrooms in it and it was also very oily rice.

Ordered chicken pakoras,nan bread and chicken dhal with rice.The nan bread was perfect but the rest was ok but wasn't mind blowing.Ill go elsewhere to find the best.

Heard great things about this place so had to try it , they do a creamy rogan josh that sounded like one paddock bismilah did before it closed so I ordered that and a mixed karai both were delicious and expertly spiced the meat samosas are good as is the chicken and lamb tikka one minor issue was the onion bhaji was a little dry but the rest more than made up for it. For me believe the hype you will not be disappointed, great staff and atmosphere make sure you order early as they are super busy

The curries are incredibly flavourful and the meats are always tender. I appreciate the consistency - the dishes are always the same and so incredibly tasty. The samosas make a great starter and we really enjoy the butter chicken and Karahi Murgh curries.

Simply the best takeaway in the UK, and we've tried a lot on our travels! Beautifully cooked, tasty, well priced and the mint sauce naan is out of this world. I message our order through on a Friday morning and Imran cheerfully confirms. Absolutely first class service.

Average. Ordered lamb khari and chicken tikka marsala with naan and rice. Both dishes really salty and very oily. Naan was overdone so quite hard. Rice was nice. Not bad but didn't meet the hype on our first visit but will try again.

Came over from Holmfirth , got a few curries for friends after seeing plenty reviews, certainly wasn't disappointed, Chicken Madras was bang on, my partner had Lamb Palak and said it was the best she'd had, a mate had Garlic Chilli Chicken Balti and said it was spot on..The local curry nut job who works in my local pub said the Chicken Tindloo was beautiful to taste , but wasn't hot enough..hes got issues 😉 I will be certainly calling again soon..cant recommend the food enough thank you very much !!!!

Our food was amazing as usual. Super tasty and plenty of it. We have no complaints. The service from the team was second to none as they are super friendly. We ordered 2 lamb khaki gohst and a chicken korma for our 7 year old son. Clean plates all around thankyou again

Literally the best curry in huddersfield. What ever I get is always made to perfection and taste better than anywhere else I've eaten. It's nice to have a place you can rely on.

The special Korma was the best I've had the mushroom fried rice was great and fresh. Only down point was the poppadoms were a bit soft. On the whole I was impressed with the food.

Portions are big and the quality's first rate. Samosas were brilliant.

We made an order for 8 people last night over the phone around 5:30 the guy on the phone was extremely rude, the tone he used was appalling, we was told the order would be ready for 7pm, on arrival to collect they only just started to prepare the food, which mean we was waiting even longer for our food. When the food was passed over in a cardboard crate to transport it back home the majority of the items where leaking which left oil all over my car seats. When we got home to then eat the food the quality and taste was disgusting, the only thing edible was the chips and rice. The food had a horrible taste and smell and for the amount of money that was paid it just wasn’t what we expected. Very unfortunate that they serve food like this. I would highly recommend not getting any of the starters or curry’s from this place as the flavours and presentation of the food wasn’t all that.

First time trying imrans, after being told about this place I had to try. The lamb was cooke to perfection just literally melted in your mouth and my partners chicken kharahi was absolutely amazing. It’s true what they say imrans is by far, the best curry takeaway I’ve ever had and I definetly will be a regular customer now.

We decided to finally try a curry from Imrans after a few friends had recommended them. We were not disappointed! I had a chicken tikka and he had a chicken korma. We shared sides of rice, pishwari naan, chips and chapatis. We also had a portion of onion bajis. Everything was cooked fresh to order so although we had a bit of a wait before we could collect it was totally worth it.This place should be a restaurant so we can dine in as well! The food is restaurant quality.

As a family we have used Imrans roughly once a week and have done for nearly 10 years. Visiting family and friends always ask if they can have an Imrans. It is quite simply the best curry house we have ever used. I would particularly recommend the Karahi Murphy and the Keema Potato.

I have been going to Imrans for over 20 years and I can honestly say that the food quality is second to none, try the Chicken Tarka or my wife's favorite Chiken Dansak. Great food and fantastic staff, why go anywhere else.

Continues to be THE best food establishment in Huddersfield. Fantastic food and wonderful service also great value for money. Would get every day if I could but settle for once every week or so and always consistently brilliant!

Friendly staff, curry always amazing, good amount of meat portion in curry. (Nothing worse and ordering a curry and you get 5 bits of chicken.) That's not the case with Imrans you get lot for your money. Its our Friday night treat. Usually a chicken tikka korma and a chicken madras or chicken tikka rogan josh is a good choice too. Kids share a chicken masala, Chapatti always cooked fresh. Chefs, other staff and kitchen all on view and it's very clean.

Always have a Methi in our order just delicious 😋 Never disappointed when we have a curry here whatever we order.

I have been coming to imrans most weekends for years now and so do all my family! the food is absolutely beautiful and without a doubt the best curry in Huddersfield!
