Delivery 30 minutes late (1h30min) and food was cold, not really acceptable especially with high prices.

Was our first time ordering from here as new to the area- the food was ok. Lacking flavour and spice slightly. We waited a long time for delivery but the driver arrived within the time slot provided and was very friendly. I am not sure we will order again, as it was a long time to wait for something that wasn’t that great.

We had a lovely tikka masala with sides and was an absolute treat. Early delivery was a bonus, chicken was cooked to perfection and the naan were extra fluffy this time.

Swift and easily delivery, food was absolutely gorgeous and a wonderful experience for my foreign girlfriend who’s never had a decent Indian takeaway before, will order again happily.

Ordered takeaway from here for the first time last night, we've all got upset stomach's today, the chicken wasn't very nice in the chicken tikka starters (ordered 2), we all only had one piece as it tasted undercooked

unfortunately this takeaway had no flavour or taste, I can't work out how you can make something taste of nothingness, even the chunks of onion tasted like water. A very disappointing meal, but the service from the delivery driver was great as they phoned before they left and as they were approaching and they were very pleasant and cheerful. unfortunately we couldn't eat much of the food as it was so tasteless. very disappointing

2 hours and 50 minutes wait for it to arrive and it was stone cold. I may be a bit salty from having to wait for so long but not nearly as salty as the food.

I used to go here a lot, but then stopped for a while. I decided to try their food again. I’m not local so order a lot and put it in the freezer. It’s always been tasty and decently priced so can’t complain!

Really enjoyed our curry, however wasn’t keen on the coriander on top of the curry as it was quite over powering. Over all we really enjoyed it and have done since 2019 when we started ordering, only in the past year realised shabs take order via just eats.

Very very disappointed. This is the only place that will deliver to my area or I would not use again. I placed the order via the app at 16:30 (1 hour before they open) at 17:30 the order is accepted and I’m immediately told there will be a short delay of 15 minutes , ok I guess then at 7pm I’m told there is another delay of 15 mins. At 7:15 the app tells me food delivered at 7:30 I ring and am told another 15 mins then when driver finally finds me at 8pm he is rude saying he has other customers

Not only an hour late but almost cold when received. Ordered for a family birthday get together and the poor service spoiled the evening. Lots of waste, what a total waste of my money. I shall not be ordering again!!

Great food , great service , great atmosphere. Me and my friends really enjoyed eating here, will come again. Service was absolutely incredible. Wallpaper is a bit out dated but they still put up a lovely Christmas display.

Ordered at 20 to 6 when it opened, it finally arrived about 10 to 8. Some items weren't very warm and had some very hungry kids waiting for their tea. Won't be rushing to order again.

Food was ready a couple of minutes after estimated time so that was good. The curries themselves were lovely, very flavoursome. However, the accompaniments were disappointing. The Nan bread was very tough and not much flavour (Peshwari) and the poppadoms were soft, like poppadoms that have been left out for a while, lacking that crunch.

Some of the food was great, but there was a bit of variability - would recommend the tandoori chicken. The atmosphere was very loud, with a few constantly flickering lights, which gave some of my party a headache. The room was also very hot and stuffy, despite the advertised air conditioning.

Have take away from here every now and again food is always fresh and tasty .I usually have the veggie biryani and hubby has lamb Bhuna with mushroom rice with naan, onion bhajis and popudams .fast friendly service

Could not fault Shabagh at all. I placed two separate orders (needed to add more) and requested both got delivered together, which they did, and on time by a very polite gentlemen. Food was absolutely delicious, everyone had empty plates. Thank you Shabagh, we will be ordering again.

In July 2023 we had our annual kite festival at Berrington Hall. Shabagh tandoori restaurant always caters for our curry evening on the Saturday evening. The food was delivered to the Hall, in a deluge of rain, piping hot and with a warm and friendly service. The food is always delicious, lovely choice of dishes to suit all tastes, and there is always plenty for 40 people. We cannot thank you enough for providing such a fantastic service. It is the highlight of the weekend.

Curries were delicious as usual unfortunately the peshwari naan was hard and the tandoori mixed kebab wasn't worth £6.75 at all, more onion than meat. Onion bahjees were also overcooked and cold.

Order was wrong wasn't coconut rice and not hot tikka minimal flavour
