Sentado Lounge in Swale

I have a great experience every time I go to a Lounge restaurant, the chain does wonderful with a menu for allergies, the ambiance, and quality of food. There is parking nearby where you can pay either by app/QR code or at the train station or the mall parking. Womens restroom on the ground floor. You can order either by QR code or at the bar - I paid by card and ordered at the bar due to my gluten allergy and dislike of QR codes. There is a whole separate menu for vegan options and 1 for Gluten-free options.

Very friendly staff, excellent customer service from our server Morgan. All in all avery pleasant experience.

Can’t ever fault the staff here, they are always insanely lovely and welcoming, and always pay attention to dietary requirements, but my god the portion sizes have become mean here, (although I wasn’t sure if it was a peak time issue we did go at a really busy time). I always order the same thing but when it arrived today it was nothing like I’d had portion-wise before. I felt sorry for the lovely staff who tried hard to help. Also it was v noisy people-wise but someone put the music on full blast so was a bit of a sensory overload.

Went here midday, wasn't too busy, got a table straight away, staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful, had a huge range on the menu to choose from and I had the big breakfast, food quality was good, but I felt it was just a little pricey for what it was, no table service, you have to use an app or go to the bar, and at that price I would expect someone to take our order, apart from that not too bad.

Food is excellent, service can be a little slow as it gets busy a lot of the time, good for a relaxed meal

Can’t fault anything about this place. We had a large party of 10 and were looked after by Emma who was an absolute star. Every single person thought the food was delicious and would definitely recommend to all. Keep up the fantastic work guys 👍🏻👍🏻😋😊

We arrived at 1pm with a party of 10, and only tables available were for 4 and 6. Although disappointing, we accepted them. However, before we ordered our food, other tables around us become available. Without even having to ask, Emma offered to move tables around so we could all sit together. She delivered all of our meals, which were delicious and could not do enough for us. Without doubt, Emma is a credit to the restaurant, we need more people like her wherever we go

I didn't want a large lunch so decided on toast. For £2.95 I was expecting 2 slices, I got 1 thin slice. Extortionate. Should have gone to Morrisons . Much better value. 2 thick slices of toast and free refills on tea.

I've been here when It's been packed out and when I've been the only person here. The service is always faultless and the food is always great.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming whenever we visit. Our dog Mayko pulls us towards the door now when we pass. Great place, which is a reflection of the staff within.

Our waitress at brunch was friendly. The food was nice, although it is ordered and paid for via a QR code - which my Nan couldn't fathom and said that she wouldn't go there with her friends.

Nice easy place to eat, order via app or at the bar. Daytime menu good, brunch is my fav. Staff are attentive and they welcome dogs. Good value for money.

Great place for a meal before or after the cinema or bowling. Terrific and varied menu with good tapas options. Service is fast using the QR code.

Ordered at the bar as i wanted a salade withou the red onions and was unsure how to do this on the App. Lovely helpful lady took my order and assured me it was not a problem. Very rapidly our very nice food arrived and my dish DID HAVE red onions in it. I had to fish it out as we were going to the cinema and had no time for ordering again !!!!

Popped in for lunch today with my other half. We both had the lounge burger which was really good. Also had a Strawberries and Cream Milk Shake which sadly wasn't. A good milk shake should in my opinion, be made with milk with at least one scoop of good quality ice cream. Whilst it had some cream on top a few strawberries also mixed in would have sealed the deal and made for a great shake. Nevertheless I will go back to try out some of the other dishes. It's a nice place, good value for money, and the staff were very courteous too

The Team here are amazing! Always friendly polite and very attentive. Every time go there I’m made to feel welcome, it’s always a fantastic start to my day. The food is top quality and very consistent. I want to say a special thank you to Danielle, Becky, Holly and the rest of the team who are always working flat out to ensure that the customer’s expectations and met and exceeded. Unexpectedly beautiful in the evening, candle light dinner with a friend. The candles give for a warm cosy environment which I love. The food came out promptly and was ok for vegan options, I chose to have the 3 tapas style options... Hummus with pitter bread ( not enough bread to dip in my opinion and not toasted, it would of made a bit of a difference if it had been toasted) the beans and kidney beans were tasty and the bang bang coliflour was my favorite with two different sauces. The customer service was good, prompt being a very busy Sat evening. All very young staff but doing their best and producing a very good service considering how busy it was. What I wasn't happy with was the fact that there were not enough staff and so putting the pressure on the 3/4 staff serving for the whole restaurant. I requested that my food was not to be touched as I needed to check my car and half the table got tidied up, along side my chips which I was using to dip my food. It took a while to get service at that point to replace them but over all a really nice experience.

This place is lovely. We had great service from the moment we walked in. I loved that we were able to take our (well behaved ) dogs in with us. It was a lovely touch that by the door, they had a box of treats, toys, and blankets for them. I went with friends, 1 of which is gluten intolerant and both vegetarian. They had a whole menu that catered for these requirements. We ordered a veggie breakfast and a veggie burger, and I had the tapas. It was thoroughly enjoyed. We also had desserts. Passionfruit semifreddo and the choc & salted caramel sundae. Both were absolutely delicious! The pink lemonade is also wonderful. The staff were really happy and friendly. My dog managed to knock a big bowl of water all over the floor, and they were really kind and cool about it. All-round a fantastic experience 👏🏻

Great food and drink and great service, can be a little busy and a slight wait for a table but outside seating available so you can have a drink while you wait. A little busy because it's so fantastic and therefore popular but always worth the waiting time. Quiz night is good fun

The food was very tasty. The atmosphere was good the price the not bad. The service was OK.

Our first time visiting the restaurant after coming across it by chance. We were very impressed with the menu, a great variety of options and reasonably priced too. The food was excellent, and the service was great, a special mention to Morgan who looked after us. We were also impressed that there was a selection of children’s toys and games, we had our 2 young children with us and this kept them entertained so we could enjoy our food. I would highly recommend this place, we will definitely be returning!

The food was delicious and the service was really good. Speaking as a parent, the stand-out feature was a well equipped toy area which is quite unusual. There's enough to keep them entertained so you actually have fair chance to browse the menu and even have a conversation with another adult, without the impatient offspring fighting for attention.

First visit to the Sittingbourne restaurant & we weren't disappointed! Seated immediately, ordered & paid at our table. Drinks arrived shortly after & our food followed a few minutes later. Everything was so delicious we are definitely going to be coming back soon!

Been here many times now and the service has usually been good. There is a great menu selection, but we've had a few issues in our last couple of visits. On one occasion, the QR codes weren't working and we had to order at the bar - this got messed up, as we ordered 2 veggie breakfasts, but only 1 arrived, and we then had to wait for the second, but the first wasn't kept warm either, so we ate separately. There wasn't even really an apology either. On another occasion, an item wasn't available with our meal, but we weren't told until the food arrived and we queried where it was - we explained that if we'd known, we'd have ordered something different. The manager dealt with us on this occasion and was apologetic, and gave us cake to take away as an apology. Today, we ordered 2 Miami brunches, but one with fried eggs instead of poached. Only 1 dish arrived and we were told they'd done the fried eggs as poached so it was delayed (so again, we are separately), but both dishes were also missing the sweetcorn fritters. Normally we'd have mentioned this when they came to check on how the meal is, but no-one came, even though the restaurant was actually very quiet! We went to the bar at the end of the meal, and got an apology, and the fritters were then sent out - they're the best bit, so we were glad they were available, just a shame to not eat them with the meal.

Staff don’t know wines on menu I had to find it on the till screen for the girl. Food came out warm. Not good with chicken. This is the second time it has happened. Glasses really scratched and smeary. Girls really friendly but need training in hospitality. Your comments would be appreciated.

Food was pretty good, but they lost our order so we had a very long wait for it. It was also very noisy with lots of young children running around and screaming/crying so not a great experience overall.

The young lad tyler was very helpful and the young lady from the kitchen was very friendly I think her name was Lucy The only downfall that I did see was a young woman I don't know her name but she brushed her hair in the restaurant unheard of in my experience

Having rushed past many times took the plunge today and stopped for breakfast. Emma was wonderful and helped us this morning. Good selection of veg options in each section of the menu with many dishes available in meat or veg options.

We stopped for coffee and breakfast and this place is awesome! The food was great and the service from Emma was exceptional! We're already planning our next visit as there are too many vegetarian options to choose from!

Great selection that should satisfy all requirements. Only negative was the amount of raw garlic on the Kiev burger. It was overpowering. If the garlic had bèn incorporated in the chicken and Ben cooked it would have been much better.

Wow! Sentado Lounge in Sittingbourne is absolutely incredible. I've been here so many times now and haven't regretted a single visit. Incredible dishes, including tapas like none I've tasted before, and delicious burgers which seem bigger than humanly possible - varying from crispy fried chicken to generous slices of beef, topped with the best brioche buns I've ever tried and whatever other toppings you may fancy. They have such variety on the menu, ranging from fast food dishes to healthier, lighter options such as soups and salads; all of them equally wonderful. The Sittingbourne branch of Sentado Lounge is truly unmissable. Easily accessible, with hygienic, spacious toilets, their very own bar, and lovely atmospheric seating, I don't think there's any other way of putting it: this restaurant is SPECTACULAR. It's the best of its kind, by far. One of the few pleasant things in Sittingbourne, that's for sure.

We got the tapas. We really enjoyed the salt and pepper squid and the chilli beef. The food was brought out pretty quickly.

Emma the waitress was so friendly and helpful. It’s always a joy to eat in a restaurant where the waiting staff are professional and happy. She’s an asset to your team. Good food and warm atmosphere.

We had a lovely brunch here. As soon as we walked in we received a warm welcome from Emma, our dogs received treats, blankets, water and even toys! The food was great and service exceptional.

We popped in to Sentado for a breakfast with our dog. There's a good choice on the menu and they do menus for vegans and allergies. The staff are really friendly and helpful and made sure that our dog had water and treats. That time of day, Sentado has a lovely relaxed feel to it and the decor adds to it, with it's repurposed gym floor and big lightshades. The food was delicious and i can recommend the avocado smash with a poached egg on top. I also welcomed the decaff tea with alternative milk. Been here many times and would go back again.

Such a great place to eat and drink! The cocktails are fun and tasty, the food is so good and on some nights there is even a quiz. Staff are really friendly here too which is a great change. Only shame part is there is no real garden to eat in but otherwise highly recommend.

We had a lovely time at Santando! The children are always looked after and given colouring etc while they wait for their food. We were served by Emma today and she was brilliant, really attentive and great with the children, service with a smile and made our visit really enjoyable. Thanks Emma!

Great addition to the town. Only went in for coffee and cake so won't comment on the food. The espresso was good and the chocolate raspberry torte was just right. Service was very good, friendly and quick. Decor is excellent and the whole place has a comfortable feeling. I will be going back to try out some of the menu.

Went in and ordered fish finger sandwich bread stale, fingers obviously microwaved and dry, on the whole terrible, my husband had a philli sandwich again microwaved, dry just not good infact we left most of it, Real shame as we use this place a lot but the food is really hit and miss.😔

Myself and my husband (and our 2 dogs) were visiting family and staying over at the Travel lodge, next door to the sentado lounge. We saw that this restaurant were dog friendly, but I was concerned about eating out at all, as my husband suffers with Alzheimer’s disease. I was very nervous upon entering for the first time but I was instantly put at ease by a lovely smiling face and we were welcomed and sat made to feel so special as the lady who greeted us, clearly a dog lover, made a fuss of our beloved dogs bought them both over treats and a bowl of water. We felt instantly at home as she spent time chatting to us both and was so friendly I felt able to ask her anything and nothing was too much trouble. She Included my husband in her conversation and made a point of saying bye to us my husband said bye to her which was a huge thing for him. We were so happy we went back the following day for lunch before we left to go home. The lady was there and she came straight over to say hello and I spent a bit of time with her chatting about life and my husbands disease and she was so understanding and lovely. I wished I had got her name so I could thank her personally. I know she was a very new member of staff with tied back brunette hair poss late 30’s early 40’s?? Slim build and full of personality. We don’t usually write a review and I apologise for the length of my comments, however, I hope my description (although a bit vague) helps you identify her as I’d really like to say “thank you” she made a stressful situation so stress free. Us MMA boys had our usual monthly breakfast meet-up this morning, and the whole experience was excellent as usual. Waitress Emma went above and beyond with her service again - super friendly, efficient, and professional - and kindly took some pics for us too. Food was superb.

This was the first time we visited and we probably will visit again but the reason I only gave it a three for atmosphere was because we went on a Sunday morning and it was packed and so noisy and we didn't eat but might do next time when it's a little quieter

I stopped off for lunch before getting on my train. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and attentive. I was impressed that I could get a small amount of tasty food as I can't eat large amounts and usually have to order a big meal and leave! I cleared my plate, a rare thing! A very nice experience much aided by the lovely staff.

My son and daughter in law took us here this morning for an early birthday breakfast. ( They have visited here a few times when going to the cinema) what a nice place, the food was freshly cooked, and very tasty indeed. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It is also pet friendly , dogs need to be on a lead, there were a few in there but no trouble what so ever. While we were eating our breakfast a lady came over to us and started asking us for something, as soon as the lady who served us saw this happening she came straight over and told her to go away and leave us alone, stating that she had already been in earlier trying to scam customers. Will we be visiting here again ?? Yes we will

It is a lovely place to meet. Being right opposite Sittingbourne Train Station, it is easy to find. I had a salad, which was lovey. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.

Decor brilliant, Service brilliant, very polite staff brilliant ,food lovely. Highly recommend. Well worth more visits.

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience at Santado - Sittingbourne, on Saturday 9th March - out for Mothers Day. Firstly, it wasn't busy so there is not reason for the level of service we got. I don't expect a red carpet, but I do expect a level of service if I am in your establishment paying for that service. The young boy that greeted us at the door (if you can call it greeting) was very rude. I was told over the phone that I couldn't book a table for 8 over the weekend. This boy huffed and puffed because we hadn't booked. He then slammed 2 tables together for us, and walked passed us without saying a word. I ask, is that where we are sitting then. He turned his head over his shoulder as he walked away and said, yeah, like a stroppy teenager. The glasses on every single drink we had (for 8 people) were so dirty with water stains that you could hardly see through them. I wish I'd taken a picture now as I'm really not joking. After asking to change our glasses, we were brought more glasses in just as bad condition. A few of us didn't finish our drinks. No table service so constantly had to keep getting up from the table. But at the counter I was called lovely, babe and my sweet by the young girls working there that are old young enough to be my daughters. The food was ok but nothing special. Didn't like the fact that if you want to run up a tab, they take your card from you and it is left in a little folder on a shelf for all to see. We had to ask, twice, for our table to be cleared. We left after our main meals and got the kids ice cream in the near MacDonald's as the service and the cleanliness of their restaurant was better. And I hate MacDonald's. Will NOT be going back... Ever, and will never, ever recommend. Level of approach to service is horrendous.
