Hi, We discovered this place on our way back from airport to have a breakfast. Since then we were there few times for brunch, mains or simply for a shots:) We are very satisfied about the food, personell and atmosphire. Always looks and taste delicious. Currenlty the most visited place by me and my wife.

Easy going, with a great menu, something to suit everyone, including the kids. Lovely and friendly service, didn't feel rushed. We visited with Grandchildren and two dogs, had a great evening!

One of my favourite places in the city. A fabulous range of food for all kinds of requirements (vegan, gluten free etc). It also has a cosy atmosphere, a real escape from the busy grey street.

¿Mi amigo y yo debemos ir a un lugar diferente a otros críticos? Nos reunimos un par de veces al año en Santo Lounge para ponernos al día con una bebida y un aperitivo, pero la comida parece deteriorarse. La última vez que comí un butty de tocino y el pan estaba un poco seco, esta vez los dos comimos un teacake tostado, y deben haber quedado al lado ya que apenas estaban calientes, tuvimos que raspar la mantequilla. Muy promedio en estos días, así que tal vez sea hora de encontrar otro lugar para ponernos al día

It was quiet tonight, but I'm sure it gets busier. Average food. The Tapas menu was limited. Mains looked okay. Nice staff that were friendly.

Came for dinner here with a friend and cannot recommend enough! It has a really cosy and relaxed atmosphere with candlelit tables and Christmas decor. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Even though it was busy we still got amazing service. Jake served us and he went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome. They also had a saxophone player in which felt so festive! I will definately be back!! 10 stars!

Great ambience, friendly, smiling staff . I came with a group of friends last night and enjoyed the Christmas menu. Great service from Alice. Often come for Tapas Tuesday which never disappoints . So pleased to have Santo on our doorstep.

As usual for a Lounge, it is stylish, warm, friendly and comfortable. Easy phone ordering, great food, good service and just a pleasure every time.

I had the big lounge breakfast there is alot there but the eggs and bacon where a little under cooked but the bacon had lots of flavour. The atmosphere is very family friendly with games to play also they allow dogs which is a good choose in my opinion. The servers are pleasant they don't ask if your foods ok but that was probably down to how busy it is all in all a nice place improvements could be made but it's not bad.

Been here near enough a hundred times. Never disappoints.

I came on the 4th Nov. Really lovely place, the staff are excellent and were very attentive, i ordered and went out to say hi to an old friend and they went out their way to put a reserve sign on my table, they also offered to reheat my food and added additional touches to my dish. Its these kind attentive aspects that make it 100% so thank you guys, big respect :D

Great food, can order via an app. Nice cocktail selection and they seem to use local ingredients. Nice place to have lunch or dinner with friends with some cocktails.

Great place with a great menu - lots of options for vegetarians, vegans and those with intolerances. Every member of staff has always been attentive and friendly, and they cater well for Children. We go about once a month or two and we've never had a bad time or had bad food.

I went here with friends for breakfast. The food is always good and hot. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very relaxing atmosphere. The Vito lounge in Fareham is just as good.

Food wasn't particularly hot, which is a shame as been to other lounges and it's been perfect. Staff very friendly.

The food is nothing special. Neutral flavors, nothing stands out, and the portions are small. The price is expensive for what it offers, a simple meal that one could make at home.

He estado en Santo para cenar antes del año pasado y estaba tan feliz que decidí volver dos veces recientemente, ya que siempre nos hacen sentir muy bienvenidos, la comida es deliciosa y goid opciones veganas / vegetarianas. El único inconveniente leve es que el ruido puede ser un poco demasiado a veces en el interior, sin embargo, hay una opción para sentarse fuera cuando el clima es más cálido.

Nuestra familia normal va. Todo el menú es bueno y el personal siempre es agradable. Recomiendo encarecidamente el curry carbárico y las tapas

Tapas Tuesday is a good choice!

Brilliant food and options to fit dietary restrictions like vegan and gluten-free. Certainly played a crucial role in wooing my gf gf!

Foods good nothing spectacular but good.

This place is always amazing, but I wanted to specifically review today. I asked if I could get extra maple marscapone for the pancakes (it's so good!), and even though there wasn't a way to put it through on the till, the manager figured out how to charge me for it, made sure I got it, and then told me how to make sure I can get it in the future. That was so lovely of her, and it made a great experience even better! Would definitely recommend :)

Fantastic evening with work colleagues. And it's quiz night on Wednesdays, highly recommend it get there early.

Went here for lunch. Food is excellent, reasonably priced. Service is really quick and the atmosphere is great. Will definitely be coming back!

Super busy on a Monday lunchtime , noone even attempted to give any customer service , just got told to "find a seat and use the qr to order" Ordered the philly cheese steak ciabatta , barely any filling seen as I payed over £10 . It was edible but won't be coming back.

A surprise find in Shirley, food was excellent, burger, Singapore Nassan Gora & brunch dishes all served at 1ish. Must go back soon.

Lovely place. Lovely people. The barman with the wonderful mustache really liked after my wife and I on our anniversary. Popped in for a few drinks and he (I apologise as i have forgotten his name) and all the staff were lovely and very welcoming. We came for tapas and ordered a wide selection which tasted awesome and were both light and filling at the same time. The service was great as always, very friendly.

My first visit although my partner and friends had been before to this one and the others in the chain and recommended it. Went for "Tapas Tuesdays" - 3 tapas and a glass of wine for £11.95. The table we were given was in the middle and right on top of other people - when one became vacant we moved to one with more space at the side. You have to order on their app on your phone which is fine but it seemed to struggle with the Tapas Tuesdays deal and we had to ask members of staff how to do it as well as what other drinks are in the deal as it wasn't made clear anywhere. We had a selection of Tapas between us and it was all delicious although some were quite small; if this is intended as a main meal you will need to add something else to your 3 tapas! Staff were friendly and helpful and they had excellent Henry Weston's Vintage Cider on draught! Would definitely return.

You order and pay upfront at the counter. The chairs and tables are awkward, a bit like what you would find in a primary school, small and uncomfortable. However, the food is good.

This was the first visit for us. It was reasonably busy at lunchtime but we found a window seat The food was delicious and came quickly. I had the pulled beef chilli (gluten free) and my friend had a delicious chicken and mushroom soup We followed up with really good coffees and cake I'd definitely go again and have already recommended it to friends The prices are mid range but the service was excellant

Been here a few times and it’s always middle of the road if I’m honest. Stopped in today as we were hungry, place was busy as always and I like the buzz of it when it is. Walked in and the waitress wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either, almost like she didn’t care. I had a very enjoyable burger, but the chips or lack of needed a bigger portion. I will say my burger was hot and tasted great. Food looked like it had been chucked on my plate (see pic). I noticed the floor was as covered in bits of food scraps and general grime, hard I know when it’s busy to keep clean but an observation I made. My partner had a burger and he had less chips than me, sweet potato fries and we genuinely counted 9 fries - you pay an extra £1 for these too. For £36 we left feeling a little underwhelmed.

Food is very good. Not cheap but worth it.

Excellent vegetarian breakfast and full English breakfasts as well as the pancakes and coffees. It would be good if you could combine some of the vegetarian bits into a mix of both. The sweetcorn fritters are very good. My only gripe was the cost of the pancakes which is quite small for the price and it's quite noisy when full. A bit of sound deadening might help. But overall it was a great place to eat with a very high standard of food and drinks.

Such a lovely and cosy place to visit. Went there with my friend, had a drink and some tapas. We always used to go to Trago lounge, se company but different location I believe but this one is just as good. They have board games and also they do quiz nights as well. Perfect location if you're looking for a place to just chill out and have a good time

Being taken here by my sister for the first time ever, was a complete eye opener! What a place! Only problem, my wife is in a wheelchair and the tables are quite low. Could do with a couple of tables purely for wheelchair users only perhaps?

Pretty good, but a bit of dog hair landed in my food last week. Didn't mind it, but surprised dogs are allowed in a food service area. Good burger though.

Always good here, great food and service. Not too expensive either. Good selection of alcoholic drinks cocktails and draught beers.
