Great brunch! Mitch is such a babe, so attentive and kind. Cocktails and food are spot on. 👌

Like to thank Imogen and Toni for their efficient service. They were polite and ensuring we were ok. They worked hard. We will return as they made our experience very special. Also like to thank the kitchen staff for the presentation and quality of the food. Thank you from Julia and Lizanne.

Had an amazing bottomless brunch with great food and the service from Adam was great. He was very tentative and made sure we always had a drink.

Had a wonderful meal here. It wasn't very busy but that was fine. My wife has a food intolerance and the young lady who served us was extremely helpful, polite and accommodating and made us recommendations on what best to eat without that particular ingredient. She is a real asset to the place in my book! The food was lovely - the calamari had a lovely light batter and my Korean burger was really tasty. My wife had the salad with chicken and loved it too. Overall a lovely experience.

Fun afternoon out with a couple of friends. We all went for the bottoms brunch and agreed it was great value. This was our second visit to All Bar One and again found Simão and the rest of team to be absolutely fantastic

Update 4. Have previously done everything AllBarOne asked. Contacted southampton establishment directly. Contacted my bank too. As all bar one did nothing at the time and then ignored me my review still stands. And will be updated into the future to keep it at the forefront of customers minds. Please read original review below. Updated (3). SCAMMING COMPANY. AVOID. Updated (2) AVOID IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SCAMMED. Still no communication from them despite me trying to contact them. So to sum up my experience with this place - either the company or staff knowlgly stole from me. Updated (1). Called as requested , did everything asked and was told someone would get back to me , noone has bothered. I guess the attitude of staff is not only reflected at this place but also within their offices as well Again, AVOID. THEY DO NOT GIVE THE REFUNDS THEY SAID THEY WOULD, EVEN AFTER CALLING AND SPEAKING TO SOMEONE. (I'll happily update this to reflect any further communication). Also, they only got in contact with me after a review, all other means of communication have been ignored. ----------------------- ORIGINAL REVIEW- Don't bother with this unorganised establishment. Go anywhere else. Customer in front of me. "So you fed me beef when I asked for a vegan burger" no apology, guy took the correct burger from the kitchen as noone bothered to do anything. They also got a table of pre ordered meals wrong. Still didn't care and laughed about customers when serving staff were at the counter (not table). Lack of service or care from most staff. Forgot our order, reminded them, gave up after over an hour wait. Edit. Seems like long waits are an issue here. AllBarOne are aware as have responded on Google reviews, two months ago. Nothing seems to have changed.

I have visited the venue more than 8 times. Always fantastic! Very good service, friendly and helpful staff, food is tasty, cocktails are one of the best in Southampton and offers are too good to resist. My family and many friends followed my recommendations and are already on. 😉

Good need more drinks on the bottomles brunch

Came here for my partner's birthday meal. Ordered from the Groupon 4 tapas and 2 cocktails deal. Service was quite slow as it seemed the waitress forgot our order. Despite this she seemed to acknowledge that we were waiting a while and apologised with some free cocktails. The food tasted unreal and cocktails were really tasty. Great ambience, perfect setting for date nights or drinks with friends.

Three of us enjoyed a bottomless brunch this last weekend. The food and drink was fabulous. All the staff were fantastic but with special thanks to Immy and Robin who made sure we were never without a drink! Will be back again for sure!

Excellent experience at all bar one southampton, one of the best dining evenings i've ever had. The staff were very attentive and friendly, meeting all of our needs. Definitely will be coming back, it made my day.

We booked a table for drinks only as a party of 4 on a Saturday evening. When we arrived we were met by a friendly waiter who walked us over to our table. He gave us a drinks menu, explained how to order and asked if we had any questions. The atmosphere was buzzing, it was very busy and seemed the place to be on a Saturday night! We decided to order at the bar as I wanted to ask some questions about some of the cocktails. The bar man who served us was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer my questions, nothing was too much trouble. The following service was very quick and efficient, our cocktails were made to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised, with All Bar One being a chain I didn’t think the cocktails would be to the standard that they were. Thank you to the staff who served us-we will be back!
