The lady who served us on Saturday was amazing. Really good with our little one. Great service thank you. Food dissapointing and overpriced.

I have had a couple of average-bad experiences here, however on my trip on 16th March 2025, myself and my girlfriend had a wonderful experience. We had wine and some cocktails, as well as some tapas food and it was all delightful. The server, Daniel was so lovely and friendly, and made us feel so comfortable. This might have been my last time coming here, but Daniel has redeemed All Bar One for me. Up the Orient!

I came for dinner with my boyfriend and food was delicious and the cocktails were amazing. The staff were speedy and friendly and I’d love to visit again.

Lugar frío helado, muy incómodo para sentarse y comer en condiciones tan frías Fui al baño a encontrar el piso mojado, temía pensar que lo que era La comida llegó, el entrante era pollo agradable Esperé el plato principal. Vi que servía y sonó la campana para recogerla, pero sin camarera. Chef tocó la campana de nuevo, todavía no recogido así que fuimos y lo recogimos nosotros mismos Las placas de inicio nunca fueron limpiadas En general una experiencia muy mala, lugar muy frío hasta el punto de que la gente estaba sentada en sus abrigos cenando - totalmente inaceptable Plato principal era pad thai, muy seco y sabor suave ni siquiera podía terminarlo Camarera con el top más pequeño con el vientre colgando - no es un aspecto profesional en un restaurante

Overall a nice place and well situated. The cocktails were really nice and then I ordered a bowl of nachos which is when it all went downhill. They were ready within a couple of minutes indicating that they were preprepared. Then they were left sitting on the countertop for 5 minutes despite numerous staff standing around talking. Unfortunately they were soggy, the cheese that I could find was tasteless and hard, the bowl was packed out under the top layer with vile, pink things that were inedible and most importantly, I was up all night vomiting and other gastrointestinal issues.

Absolutely beautiful. Beth and Tiegan were amazing bartenders and Layla was and a great server!!! World definitely reccomend the calamari !

The food was delicious and the drinks was outstanding. All done by Beth, Tegan, Balazs, Renato and Layla.

At All Bar One Southampton, we had an amazing experience with a variety of brunch options-food and drink. The service was exceptional. Mitch, the manager, took great care of us, ensuring everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. He was all over the dietary requirements and was available throughout for food and drink service. He was all over the drinks and we’ve never had such a fantastic brunch experience. Olivia also provided outstanding support, adding to the overall excellence of the day.

Estaba muy decepcionado con la comida y el servicio en este restaurante. El pescado en la masa estaba demasiado cocido o doble - cocinado porque la masa era muy duro. Los guisantes triturados también estaban extremadamente secos y fríos. Ni siquiera nos mostraron a una mesa cuando llegamos, y nos dijeron que ordenáramos en el bar. Nadie revisó nuestra comida, pero le di al personal algunos comentarios sobre la mala calidad. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie que busque una buena comida. Definitivamente no vale la pena el dinero.

Tuvimos una cena fantástica con mi pareja esta semana, el bistec estaba tan delicioso y nuestros cócteles eran fantásticos! ¡Volveremos pronto!

We came for Christmas dinner, having waiter service was a nice change as QR code service is so impersonal. The food was lovely, all 3 courses were well cooked and tasty plus good value for money. Nice atmosphere and we had a very nice evening.

Ordered via uber a full breakfast and what was delivered was all burnt I was shocked as eaten in the restaurant and never had a bad meal so I wouldn’t order for takeaway again

From the start, the service was disrespectful and unprofessional. When I booked the table, I was informed that I only needed to pay a deposit if my reservation was for more than 20 people. With that in mind, I secured the table. However, just four days later, when I called to confirm the timing, I was shocked to find out they had added an extra hour to my reservation. To make matters worse, the manager contradicted himself by stating that they had started charging deposits from the previous Friday, but I had made my reservation on Tuesday. Then he claimed that this rule would only take effect in November. After that, he blamed the staff member for not knowing about the policy. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? I was forced to cancel the reservation because I wasn’t willing to pay a £200 deposit that hadn’t been mentioned before, especially after having cut back on some guests to avoid that fee. The lack of transparency and respect towards customers is alarming. Moreover, the restaurant itself is dirty and lacks hygiene! I definitely do not recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking respectful and honest service. A very frustrating experience! **Do not frequent this place!**

An amazing night out! Fantastic drinks, atmosphere and food with the most amazing service, shout out to Daniel for his brilliant hospitality, would recommend to anyone in Southampton on a night out! We will definitely be returning!

Fab bar. Centrally located great for an evening or a quick lunch while shopping. Daniel really is the stand out star in terms of service, really elevates the experience with his stellar professionalism. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing bottomless brunch with great food and the service from Adam was great. He was very tentative and made sure we always had a drink.

Had a wonderful meal here. It wasn't very busy but that was fine. My wife has a food intolerance and the young lady who served us was extremely helpful, polite and accommodating and made us recommendations on what best to eat without that particular ingredient. She is a real asset to the place in my book! The food was lovely - the calamari had a lovely light batter and my Korean burger was really tasty. My wife had the salad with chicken and loved it too. Overall a lovely experience.

As all bar one did nothing at the time and then ignored me my review still stands. And will be updated into the future to keep it at the forefront of customers minds. Please read original review below. Updated (3). SCAMMING COMPANY. AVOID. Updated (2) AVOID IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SCAMMED. Still no communication from them despite me trying to contact them. So to sum up my experience with this place - either the company or staff knowlgly stole from me. Updated (1). Called as requested , did everything asked and was told someone would get back to me , noone has bothered. I guess the attitude of staff is not only reflected at this place but also within their offices as well Again, AVOID. THEY DO NOT GIVE THE REFUNDS THEY SAID THEY WOULD, EVEN AFTER CALLING AND SPEAKING TO SOMEONE. (I'll happily update this to reflect any further communication). Also, they only got in contact with me after a review, all other means of communication have been ignored. ----------------------- ORIGINAL REVIEW- Don't bother with this unorganised establishment. Go anywhere else. Customer in front of me. "So you fed me beef when I asked for a vegan burger" no apology, guy took the correct burger from the kitchen as noone bothered to do anything. They also got a table of pre ordered meals wrong. Still didn't care and laughed about customers when serving staff were at the counter (not table). Lack of service or care from most staff. Forgot our order, reminded them, gave up after over an hour wait. Edit. Seems like long waits are an issue here. AllBarOne are aware as have responded on Google reviews, two months ago. Nothing seems to have changed.
