Amazing food. Amazing people who work there and the atmosphere is great too! I'm always made to feel welcome here and my son loves it here too! They are always attentive and are really warm.

The most fabulous place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or refreshments- the team are all lovely, polite and funny. Poppins portswood is a pillar of the community and I love coming in for my multiple drinks every weekend with Ozzi and his team☺️

The service was perfect. The staff were friendly. The place was reasonably full but felt relaxed. The coffee was good. The vegan breakfast was frankly remarkably good. A lot of places, the vegan option is bland and dull and dry. This was imaginative, colourful, varied and a generous portion size. It was pretty much an ideal dining experience and I was impressed. If you are looking for a casual dining experience in the area, this would be a good choice.

Been going here ever since i was very young the burgers are just amazing never lets me down everytime best for a hangover breakfast i must say haha and the vibes are nice and the milkshakes are delicious, and my fav is brunch ❤️❤️

This cafe is one of the best around Southampton, the customer service is impeccable and so is the food. There is always an upbeat atmosphere when I go in, the food is always prompt and hot. The music playing is a good selection of trending and at a right volume level which I enjoy greatly. The milkshakes here are to die for honestly. The manager of the store is really friendly and always remembers people’s names and orders of regulars which I think is so cute, I’ve often seen him dancing with customers too it’s so sweet. I’ve been coming here since I was a child and the service and quality of food has never faltered ☺️

The manager Was Unwilling to make compromise on actioning the loyalty cards stamps when I was fully entitled for any gratuitous hot beverage. I was suddenly disappointed by the experience of the manager who failed to issue me the gratuitous beverage even tho that the manager as identified me as 12 years long-term customer.

Didn’t realise till after I’d left that I’d been charged £18.40 for cup of tea, latte and two toasted teacakes. I will never return there. Watch your bill! Just received my correct change. Thank you. I accept it was a mistake.

Aparcamiento más cercano a una distancia de la calle lateral y solo pequeño coche - aparcamiento. Tendrás suerte de tener una bahía callejera afuera, como siempre muy transitada carretera. Poppins pequeños en comparación con otros. Limpio, bien dispuesto. Servicio de mesa, y el camarero llega muy pronto a sentarse para tomar órdenes. Precios muy razonables, comidas típicas británicas y estadounidenses, como los viejos días Wimpy. Personal agradable. Calidad de los alimentos muy buena, porciones de tamaño bastante decente para los precios que cobran. Puede estar ocupado dentro.

£4.50 for a takeaway latte... please - take your business elsewhere, at least I didn't get a meal there otherwise I would have to remortgage the house to pay the bill

Ordered a full English breakfast, sausages tasteless and bacon far to salty… then to top it off we had ANTS floating in our drinks… complained to be told the ants come into the machine for the sugar… so not only do they know about it they are still serving Pepsi drinks.. utterly disgusting and will never eat there again.. I wonder if they have ANTS, where else are they..

A very good friend of mine that is homeless went in for a cup of tea. He was refused a free refill, ok fine, but he was then charged £3.50 for hot water to add to his teapot. And was then told by the person working there that he was once homeless but still had to pay for his tea. Surely if you’ve been there you’d understand and have some compassion??

Food was ok, everything looked clean but whatever you do don’t order individual items as we ordered what could have been large breakfast by swapping a few items. 3 eggs, 3 bacon, 3 hash browns, beans and coffee x2 =£39 needless to say won’t be going back and at least 15 local people I know have said they will not go there now because of this. Shame as it’s not a bad place

Fast and efficient service, good cheap food, outside seating,no tramps hanging around, good All round food place with cheap hot drinks and smoking facilities, i recommend it to anyone who needs a quick cuppa,.

A perfectly cooked English breakfast with excellent, friendly service and great prices. I was a bit apprehensive as it's a small-looking café and the photos on the menu don't look amazing, but I was pleasantly surprised and I will definitely be coming here again. Highly recommend!

2 days ago i woke up nice and early , I went there. I had a worse and quick English large breakfast in my life , the cheapest bread, nothing tasty , Hash brown was like a rock , nothing in a plate was tasty at all , in two minutes i paid and left the place they charged me and non of them asked what is wrong or something ! , by visiting this place just ruined my whole day , the worst experience , notice : was not my first time but it will be the last.

I attended this place. To be dished up burnt stale eggs, my black pudding was tortured. So burnt it was just crumbling into my plate. My sausages was rock solid. Had a hard time putting a knife through them. When I expressed my concerns with the staff. They was gormless and ignorant. Not willing to help or resolve the issue so had to stand up and leave. This place has no respect. Has gone completely down hill and lost there respect for customers. Defiantly do not recommend attended this cafe. It will ruin your day out.

I had a lagasna which had no sauce worse lagasna I’ve ever had My husband had fish and chips the fish was from the freezer and over cooked The waiter asked and only gave me a apology never offered my money back We will never go back there

This is a lovley cafe with good service and lovely food. They do extrodinary pancakes with cream or ice cream.and cherries. A fantastic place for liver and onion. All at a reasonable price. They will accomodate for leftovers in a doggy bag or take away options.

The staff are friendly food was OK though the chips massively greasy and overcooked. Was over charged on my card by an amount that couldn't possibly be a simple slip of the finger. Asked to come back to shop to recieve the over payment which cost in petrol etc also ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECIEPT! Will avoid in future!

do enjoy Poppins , its hard to find a proper cafe these days .. had a lovely breakfast there , If i had one criticism it would be the portions , doesn't feel like you get much for your money if im honest.. Shame the one in Alton used to be a bit more generous

We always try to pop into this cafe whenever we visit Southampton, as it is one of the best. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Absolutely love their cheese omelette and the breakfasts are really tasty. Highly recommend a visit.

Discovered last week. Perfect little café to get a quick bite and coffee. Cooked fresh, good value, great food. Manager and staff very friendly and helpful. I'll certainly be visiting again when I'm working in the area. Visited again and consistently good. Tried the tea today and that was good. Difficult to get good tea out I find.

Greasy, rude and masks under chins! Fish and chips where they insist a dark brown fish is not burnt! Salad limp... Workers rude and dismissive. Not worth a penny and more expensive than a pub lunch. So unimpressed it hurts! Yuck.
