Sainsbury's in Harrogate

Actually, I went to Timpsons for keys cut. Goid service but expensive at £9 per key.

Always a vast selection of interesting products.

Lots of parking well laid out clean store.

Wider selection of food but at high price particularly fruit and veg.

Love Sainsburies so was happy there is one near the caravan site in Harrogate.

Went to atm requested 20 pounds from my account atm playing up only gave 10 the other 10 pounds was stuck Contacted my bank So not good really

I sometimes shop here and as a supermarket they're fine, but be VERY careful if you're charging your car here. The EV bays are empty for a reason! I decided to charge my car whilst I shopped. The total came to £5.20. The charger does a pre-auth of £60. Except this charger had locked 3x £60 from my account. I rang their helpline and they say there's nothing they can do. So I now have £180 locked from my account for a few days until Sainsbury's (SmartCharge) decide to refund me. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Easy to navigate with great selection

This is my go to store on my A65 /A1 trip from Kendal to Hornchurch. I have a visit to the loo, then a look round the clothes then pick up lunch and any other bits I need before continuing in my journey. Store is always clean. Lots of staff on duty. There is always a good buzz about this store, friendly.

Perfectly fine and accessible as a supermarket

The best supermarket in Harrogate with surprisingly good prices and a huge range of products. High end without being too pricey. The layout is nice, with large isles. The non-food area of clothes and housewares is very good too with both Argos and Habitat lines, as well a Tu clothing. The cafe has a nice vibe and the coffee and breakfast are tasty and reasonably priced ... with good quality too. UPDATE. I've dropped this a star since the cafe seems to be diminishing lately. The menu is tiny and not great.

Sainsbury's in Harrogate is a lovely place to visit we always stop for a coffee break when visiting the area.

Very large supermarket catering for all requirements.

We used to go to the nearby Fodder but extortionate prices made us try Sainsbury’s cafe and we have never looked back! The food particularly the freshly cooked breakfast is delicious and just as good as their neighbours but such a good price and great toast is included. You can also if you don’t like a particular breakfast item swop it for another. The staff are lovely and friendly and the cafe is spotless.

The staff member gave very clear instructions on where to find what I was looking for plus Argos in store very useful

It's a nice sized supermarket and we can get round pretty quickly with the smart shop. It usually is well stocked but occasionally runs out of some of the produce items

Good supermarket plenty of choice, Argos at the back, good deals for nectar card holders

It is very easy to shop. The employees are friendly.

All you could want under one roof - plenty of parking. Multiple types of checkout. Wide aisles.

Great supermarket with an excellent array of competitively priced 'goods'. The petrol Stn is well worth a visit..competitive too.

Went to the cafe with my son who normally will eat anything we both ordered the all day breakfast It was practically thrown onto the table the quality of the food was poor with very little taste . The beans were very sweet, the mushroom was chewy 🤷‍♀️ and the hash browns were nothing like I’d ever had before We won’t be returning

Terrible service… fruit going off but because no dates on them, sainsburys keep them for sale to customers. Once you’re home and open them up, they are horrible and well past freshness. Clothes all come in different sizes, I range from 4 different sizes of size 10 (8-14) which is ridiculous. No changing room, so you have t purchase multiple sizes and then take back what sizes don’t fit. Management not helpful whatsoever when I tried to complain about this. Sainsburys has gone down so much, specially in customer services.

Huge Sainsbury's with petrol station, Argos/Habitat, Cafe, Toilets - all sorts. Staff are quite friendly and helpful too!

Each time went to the toilet it was dirty or there was no toilet paper

Really slow when it came to id for alcohol...took nearly 5 minutes for staff to assist even though I was the only one in self serve that needed assistance...too busy chatting

It was OK until you have to get out the car park onto the main road.

Good access for wheelchair users plus there are plenty of baskets that fit to the front of a wheelchair quite good space between all of the Isles but sometimes can be cluttered up by the staff refilling shelves

For the first time in many years we went to Sainsbury’s to try their breakfast. The cafe was sparkling clean and tidy, although I reckon they could make it a bit cosier with a few screens to break it up and “separate” it from the supermarket. We both had the full breakfast which is an excellent price of £5.40 and included two sausages, two rashers of bacon, a large portobello mushroom, hash brown, tomato, beans and a fried egg. It also included a slice of toast but tea was extra. Normally the downside of a cheap breakfast comes in the shape of cheap, pasty sausages, but that wasn’t the case here and the bangers were tasty and had a decent texture. Similarly, the other ingredients were of a decent quality. It all looked freshly cooked and was presented nicely on the plate. Service was friendly and efficient and, all in all, this was a very good breakfast at a bargain price. We enjoyed it.

I was in the store this morning to do a shop - I picked up a 6 pack of Hot Cross Buns which were baked in your shop Bakery. Sadly these Buns were underbaked and were sad in the middle, They had to be thrown in the Bins - I just wanted you to know they were not eaten. Thank you .

We got a full shop in for a month and I think it would of cost more.

Largest sainbury's I've been in,well stocked clean and tidy.It has a large carpark looked well full ,plenty special offers I'll call in again.

Stopped mainly to charge the EV vehicle. Great chargers. Visited the store whilst we waited. Cafe good with helpful staff. However..... I decided to treat myself to some clothes whilst I was there but after picking up several items to try on I was told there were NO fitting rooms and I would have to buy stuff then return it if it didn't fit!!!! What a load of *********!! COME ON SAINSBURYS! Not happening. I dumped the items in the nearest empty trolley and walked out. Some of us don't have endless amounts of money to just buy stuff to take home to try on!!! And why should I put myself out to then travel to return goods that are no use to me???

Love doing my click and collect shop at sainsburys have swapped from asda and morrisons due to rubbish fruit and veggies.. sainsburys much fresher and last longer...

I had a click and collect order. There is a buzzer to let staff know you are here which was answered immediately. The order came and the staff member offered to put in boot as it was pouring down and no other cars waiting. Overall she was very polite, efficient, friendly and helpful. My order was correct and it all went smoothly.

The cafe is excellent and offers a 2 x ham, 2 x eggs and chips for £6.50 and an all-day breakfast for £5.40. Great value for Sainsbury and Harrogate. Highly recommended and will use again 👍🏾

Jeez. Visited store this morning. Huge display of old sprouts which needed to go to land full. Fresh cauliflowers … hardly. They were brown! Lots of the food had sell by dates of 24th. It was shocking I would like to say the staff were doing their very best

Fantastic fish and chips, catered for gluten intolerance wonderfully well

Placed an online order, had to opt for a 9-10pm slot as no others free and I work shifts with young children!, no order arrived by 22:45 called running an hour late due to traffic. The store is 2 miles away and no recorded traffic. Best I can get is delivery tomorrow!

It's always a pleasure shopping in sainsburys, usually find what I'm looking for, and more often than not, I will end up buying stuff I didn't go looking for. Clean store, well stocked shelves and friend and efficient staff.

Like it a lot, but preferred it much more in pre-Covid days when there were fresh food counters - fish, meat, cheese, cold cut meats, Indian snacks, etc. - so, basically, there's much less reason to go there these days!!!

Very disappointing to see they have removed the changing rooms from the clothing isles. I now have to waste more time returning items until I can find something to fit.

Since they narrowed the aisles to get more stock in, shopping has been quite unpleasant. Not help when people block the aisle by putting their trolley at an angle. Unsupervised children running around add to the over all chaos as do pensioners slumped over their trolleys and steering with their elbows.

We went to Argos in Sainsbury's and service was impeccable. Fast. Curtious and exceptionally polite. Will be using everytime in the future.

Love Sainsburys but hate the new layout

Expensive and over-rated. Much promoted Nectar prices didn't work, had to queue up at customer service to get a refund. Fuel station closed during day! Car park is a nightmare as large section closed off. Come on sainsburys, you can do better than this. Marginal improvement. Nectar prices did work, but only because we put it through first. Fuel station was open but car park still a night mare. Not enough human tills open.

9pm at night and it's pitch black and the car park has no lights on.

Well it's Sainsburys Great selection of food on sale. Good savings if you have a NECTAR ACCOUNT So no excuse get a NECTAR Account. Also SMART SHOPPING is a big hit with us as soon as we reach the Smart Pay area there is no delay in paying and out ye go. Staff are brilliant 👏 👌 👍

Great Place for shopping however, the prices are higher than ASDA and ALDI. I love the people that are working there they are so helpful and welcoming. As well you will find a great collection of products which u will most probably find everything u need there.
