Precioso rollo de tocino y un rollo de mayonesa de huevo todo cocinado y hecho fresco a pedido, y una olla de té para dos. Personal amable y servicial

Filthy place, with lukewarm drinks and poor customer service. Dirty disgusting overflowing toilets, which were reported to staff at 3.30pm. They were still filthy at 6pm and this was pointed out to McDonalds staff who could not care less and stated that it was nothing to do with them, although the toilets serve their business as well as Roys. Visit at your own risk. This place is a health hazard !

Good little cafe with decent food and at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff, good selection of cakes. Toilet facilities inside too.

We visit this cafe quite often and are mostly happy with the service and food. It is good value for money, the food is always fresh and tasty. Our recommendation would be that one member of staff makes the hot drinks whilst another serves the food and takes the payment as this does cause a delay, perhaps this is because of under staffing. We chatted to Tina today who was very pleasant and helpful.

The place was in need of an update, looked like something out of a 1970's time warp. Bought 2 lattes and they were luke warm milk with very little evidence of any coffee.

Since moving to North Norfolk a year ago my wife and I have visited this cafe several times and always been very pleased with the quality of the food. On our last visit my wife had a very tasty prawn sandwich and I had a hot cheese and onion pastie. Both very nice and with two capacinos at a price of a little over £9 very good value. Ignore the dated criticism on here. Because it is all made fresh of course they are going to run out of choices on a busy day.

We visited at 2pm - no chicken, no egg, no paninis, staff not very happy - well man on the till. Bread not fresh. No garnish at all. Man put little stainless steel milk jug inside my cup and rolled his eyes when I took it out and asked for a clean cup. No face masks - covid aware! NO! A polite apology for lack of food but just said ‘no paninis left’ . Rude. I won’t be back here and neither will my friends

Appalling service and rude staff. Poor food and lukewarm coffee. Ordered ham & tomato roll & cheese and tomato roll, got two rolls grabbed from the fridge under the counter thrown on a tray and four tiny pieces of tomato thrown on a place and told add your own tomato. The rolls were so cold they were almost frozen and the tomato was so overripe it was all mushy. To top it all the coffee was lukewarm. When I asked for the food and coffee to be changed I was told outright “No and we don’t do refunds so don’t ask. Nobody else is complaining.” No apology, nothing, they just walked away. Absolutely no customer service experience at all, rude ignorant and load staff with attitude to match. That was £9 I might just as well have chucked down a drain - two ting frozen rolls and coffee! Use this place at your peril- had to give it one star as app doesn’t let you use less - I’d give it minus 10 if I had my way! Shocking place - never again.

Had to queue for a table and all we wanted was a coffee but interesting to be in the midst of locals who obviously liked going there for a cuppa. Simple menu with homemade soup, panini and sandwiches. In house bakery provided many of the items.

Good cafe. Nice food but staff are over efficient. I understand completely about sanitising etc in the current situation but telling customers to sanitise when they already have! The member of staff needs to look at what customers are doing as their focus. Then they don’t put people’s backs up as they don’t notice customers sanitising as they are too busy chatting with other staff members. They are there for customers not to catch up on the latest gossip. However the GF apple crumble cake was nice and in other ways the staff were very good. However being humiliated by being shouted at across the cafe as we had McDonalds as well as Roy’s food & drink is not acceptable. We were told not to eat at their tables as McDonalds were only doing take away. Okay but a little bit of discretion instead of being bellowed at across the cafe would be good and courteous.

Overcooked, rubbery, minimal beef burger. Service had been added to the bill without asking or even telling me, so I paid it without knowing or being given an opportunity to increase or decrease the amount.

What a fabulous experience I received by Jordan and Emma in The Swan in Horning - I am a celiac and often find it hard to find lunch as I’m unable to eat sandwiches etc - not only did they have really nice rolls gluten free but their fish fingers were made of Gluten free batter! Amazing it was such a heartwarming experience all round as they were so helpful and polite hosts - thanks so much both of you it finished off our little break on a high xx

Came just for dinner and left feeling disappointed. The service cpuld have been more attentive. The restaurant ambience was poor and would have really benefitted from some low level background music. But the food was most disappointing. A real shame for what could be a real destination restaurant in a stunning g location.

Excellent pub. Good food which exceeded our expectations. Great service from the lady behind the bar. Let us order despite us cutting it fine near cut off time just before 2PM and even allowed us to add desert. Warm and welcoming with roaring log fire. Ideal if you are visiting Hickling Broad nature reserve at the end of the road. We look forward to going back in the future.
