Well established restaurant, food is unmatched!!

Hands down. The best takeaway curry we have EVER had . Utterly deeeeelish. NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE, like ever 🙂

Authorities raided this place recently where Inspectors said during the inspection "evidence of rats was found and noted in the outside food storage area". You have been warned.

Fast preparation time, extra tasty food, definitely recommend to people who want to get Indian food.

As a regular weekly customer, last Sunday onion bhagis did not arrive, so we called another driver arrived with the salad and no onion bhagi and was told we would get these and a discount next time we order called tonight with our order (normally order online) and was told discount was free delivery, not good enough order cance food is good, customer service forget it

Do not go here, it says that they got a food hygiene of 4 more like a 1. Leaflets everywhere on the floor, food cold, bad person on the front desk and looks like they prepared food a week ago

Absolutely delicious food! The chicken tikka balti is phenomenal with lots of fresh coriander. This is my go to in Tunbridge Wells when I want a curry.

Very disappointed, after reading all the great reviews, we decided to try somewhere new and order a delivery, estimated at 45 mins. Ordered at 635pm, luckily we rang at 740pm, because after some searching, they told us that our food had gone out to somebody else and they would rectify immediately and call with an update. 815pm I called again to get an update and they said it was almost ready and the driver would be leaving in 5 mins. At this point, there is no talk of any compensation and our food is 55 mins late. The guy on the phone said he would speak to his manager and call me back with compensation for the mix up.... 20 mins later (2 hours after we ordered and paid for the food) it arrives with an apologetic driver who tells us they have given us a bottle of diet coke (which we don't drink) and poppadoms for free. We returned the bottle of drink and sat down to our food, with 2 very hungry children. Yes we were given 4 poppadoms, but with no dressings to go with them. Part of our order consisted of a mixed grill and 2x chicken tikka mains. Which they only sent 1x yoghurt dressing, 1x onion pot and 1x tiny salad with, instead of us receiving 1 of each with each of the dishes as per the menu... the food was dry and cold. We will never order from them again and I will be going to Imli next time, as I have never had a problem with them.

We used you for the first time Saturday 5 February and for the first time in the Tunbridge Wells area found a takeaway that can do a good Patia, it was truly very good. Will be using Royal Spice in future.

The best Indian takeaway we've had in a long time. We had Chicken Byriani which is usually very dry, but here it was juicy and tasty, fresh and huge portions. Can't wait to babysit again in TW, so we can enjoy another Royal takeaway!

We've ordered take-away delivery multiple times from the Royal Spice and it has arrived early every time, even on busy Friday evenings. The food is always piping hot, and the taste is simply amazing. We've tried a variety from their menu, both spicy and mild (frangrance lamb, rogan josh, chicken tikka masala, naga moris, shatkora), and they've been some of the best curries we've had. Highly recommended!

Sad to have to write this. Ordered starters and mains for the first time from Royal Spice. Starter; onion Bhaji no flavour, dense, heavy in the middle, not fresh Lamb Tikka Balti @ £8.50 firstly the meat was diabolical. All 5 pieces - 3 out of five I couldn't eat, hard old meat full of gristle and fat. No flavour in the sauce at all, Medium chicken curry : no flavour, meat were ok For a £40 takeaway, this were just dreadful, I could have gone to a supermarket and picked up a Indian dish with more flavour and costing way less!! Delivery time for a Friday night was good. **Please note this were a takeaway order not a dine in experience.

Ever time I order and get a extra naan bread with my food and every time I never get it but happy to take my money for it ever time

The food came on time was reasonably priced as well. And it’s great for a late night dinner when you can’t be bothered to cook! Me and my wife absolutely adored the curry and appetisers. Would 100% order again

Best Bhajis! So we tried the Royal Spice after a few disappointing take away meals from other Indian restaurants in town, some that we used to really like. We were delighted to get the dinner delivered hot and on time and then to find that it was delicious too! My wife rates the Onion Bahajis as the best she's had from a take-away, they are her go to side dish. I found the same with the Keema rice, oh my goodness it was tasty!! The main curries were tasty too and I'm looking forward to our next order so we can try other things from the menu!

Another incredible delivery! You can really tell that this is THE best Indian take away in the area. Service was promnt with polite delivery. Will definitely be ordering again!!

Delivery was late, food was warm to room temperature and the driver asked for nearly 50% more than the total delivery cost. Only silver lining was the the flavours, tasty stuff.
