Went in here on a busy bank holiday Monday with the rest of my family including m my 3 year old and a 5 month old granddaughters. A warm welcome, table sorted, ordered drinks from the 21 year old lad behind the bar, didn’t catch his name but he was very professional and pleasant. Ordered food which was quick and easy and within a few minutes it all arrived, very tasty….. Great place to have a drink and some honest food, cheers to the Rosewood Team 👍🏻

Have always had a nice meal at the Rosewood. There is outdoor seating and a play area for the kids. To help cut the cost down, you can use your Tesco club card points to get a voucher. But you would need to do this a day before you go

We live close by and haven't used the pub much. We popped in for breakfast and had a great experience. Jamie, the duty manager was on shift. Friendly and helpful. He may not know it, but he delivered an amazing piece of customer service which I observed. A table of twenty wanted to book for today. He had no available table space, but went and viewed an area within the pub He thought he could get to work. Asked a few more questions and suggested the alternative to support the large party. Sadly not many would go out of their way to deliver that level of service. See you and the team again Jamie. Ant & Kate

Yesterday there was a powercut. So day 2 and the food was lovely as always. Friendly staff and a friendly environment.

We visit this pub/restaurant once a year when we come away on holiday. Every year without a doubt we have a lovely experience. This year we had the pleasure of being served by Mark, who has an amazing attitude towards his work and is great with people. He made sure that our visit was as good as it can be! 10/10 service!

We eat here a few times a week, and the staff are always very welcoming and go out of their way to help. The food is excellent, well presented, and hot (which is unusual in this day and age). Well done, keep up the good work. See you tomorrow!! Thank you, Jake, for your excellent customer service.

My family and I popped in here for a cheap eat and had a lovely meal. We couldn’t fault the roast! For £9.29 (£10 with a drink!) it was hot, flavourful and the meat was juicy and tender. It was just what we needed after a busy day in Brean. A special shout out to Mark, one of the servers, who was super friendly and entertained my kids each time he passed our table. They thought he was the funniest thing ever!

A very busy pub serving a large food menu and good selection of beers, cider, and spirits. Plenty of "2 for " offers on food and cocktails. Even though it was busy, ordering is quick and simple, either from your table on an app or at the bar. Food came out really hot and freshly cooked by friendly , cheerful, polite staff. Food quality was good and tasty and prices and offers were very reasonable. Limited parking in the on-site car park, but there is additional parking next door in the large Tesco. There are plenty of tables inside and outside and also a good play area outside which the kids love. Access was good, with a couple of blue badge spaces right out front. Overall, it is a very busy pub with good fast service at affordable prices with friendly staff. A good meal was had by all our party of 5 .

Visited The Rosewood for a meal with my family as we were at The Haven in Burnham-on-Sea. Luckily we had booked as it was very, very busy. On arrival, The Duty Manager Jamie asked if we required colouring for the kids. He also promised them a teddy if they ate all their food. We were also placed in booth with a TV, which was handy as the kids enjoyed watching CBeebies. Ordering food was easy as you can scan a QR code and place your order. Despite the pub being busy, the food came out quickly and everyone enjoyed it. The kids were very happy at the end of the night as they got their toy as promised- thank you to Jamie and the staff team as The Rosewood. We will back the next time we’re in Burnham-on-Sea.

My parents, me and my 2 children came here for dinner while on holiday . Although they were very busy they managed to find us a table . Like I say it was busy but that didn't stop the efficiency of the staff with food amd drinks. We ordered our food and in no time our food was at our table . We all enjoyed the food . We then booked there an then to come back for dinner in a couple of days time . We had the same fast, tasty and efficiency as the 1st time we went . Would definitely recommend if you are in burnham on sea .

This is a fabulous find for excellent pub grub at a great price and we had fantastic service from Jamie and his Team when we visited on Thursday 1 August. We visit whenever we’re in Burnham and look forward to our next trip!

We had a small issue with the children's pasta meal and just mentioned it to Jamie, the day manager. Without wasting a moment, he rectified the problem and also offered a free pudding by way of apology. Fantastic customer service!! 😁 If fact, the whole team were polite and happy. Three of us at a table, the food for one arrived. Then the waiter started taking food to other tables, 20 minutes went by and ours hadn't arrived, asked a member of the bar staff to find out where it was, she went into the kitchen to find out, then she came out and just started serving other people at the bar, had to call her over again to find out what was going on. 30 minutes went by before the other two dishes were brought to the table, over all, very shoddy

I definitely recommend going here. My sister, who has lots of dietary requirements, was able to eat here with no issues and was also given loads of options when normally she can only have a jacket potato, which was lovely. The food was amazing, and a gentleman named Jamie went above and beyond when helping us tonight. He seated us at a table in the middle of the restaurant, and I needed to breastfeed my son, so even though it was really busy, he helped us move to a booth so I could feed him and have our dinner there. He also helped me find a bit of my son's car seat that I lost. I just want to say that Jamie, you are an asset to the restaurant. You are always smiling and helping, no matter how busy or hot it gots. Thank you so much for tonight.

Came for the first time for a meal for mother's day. Considering it was busy I was served very quickly. The food came fast. The food was lovely. I had the sea bass and my mother had katsu banquet and both were so lovely. We were personally greeted by the duty manager Jamie who made sure our food and experience was to our liking. The best Hungary horse we've been to..Weve been here twice in the past 12 mths. Jamie has welcomed us on both occasions it's nice to be greeted correctly, he's on the ball and nothing is too much trouble. Even the younger employee's are hard working, friendly and happy. It's also clean, most of the cheaper eats out are filthy. Thank you for making our Anniversary enjoyable. We will return.....Please please can someone get the Wiltshire branches sorted !! They are disgrace.
