I really enjoyed the food and service here. I'd recommend it to anyone who loves Indian food and desserts

I thought that the service was really good and would really recommend this

The ambience is great, the prices are okay for the food portions. I found the Nan bread too dry and they serve too much rice over the chicken tikka, making the food too dry though. Overall, I would visit again.

I visit this place each time when I miss vadapav, also much recommended for a quick chai! They also serve the best nonveg thali.

1 star only for the atmosphere. The service was too slow with cold tea served.

Had lunch there. We just walked in and we were seated straight away. Service was good. Food came very quickly. The curries was nice. Naan was fresh. The paratha felt like it was frozen. Not sure all the food are made fresh. They only have a desi breakfast. Omelette only. No option for fried egg. Overall if you fancy a quick tasty lunch while shopping then probably good option

Really laid-back atmosphere and vibey interior. The food was good and there are a varied range of options (the ones I had were well-cooked, filling and flavourful). The drink I had (the Limbu Berry) was refreshing and slightly sweet while not being overwhelming and the mango ice cream was creamy with a nice strong flavour.

Not just Karak Chai aka Strong tea, there are a host of things served. Hot chocolate is also good. You can also feast on appetizers and light meals. The ambience is quite good.

Lovely addition to Leamington Spa Parade. We ordered a takeaway today blown away by the variety and menu choice great flavours coupled with excellent service.

Unfortunately, the coffee was missing from our breakfast order, which put a bit of a dampener on the whole meal (which could have been great otherwise).

I’d avoid this place lacks consistency. Ordered amongst other things the lamb Rogan Josh. At nearly 4£ more then in the restaurant what we received was 3 pieces of minuscule meat, tons of rice smothered in curry obviously to disguise the lack of meat. I have ordered this dish before so know how it should be portion wise. Charlatans.

I want karak chai many times to try variety of foods .. The food is tasty but the portion of food is very small .. As per the money we paid food portion is very low

Came in today, desserts and drink were disappointing for indian food but to top it off the service was incredibly poor and ruined the experience. Our server was very rude and dismissive, the restaurant was almost empty so It didnt make sense how impatient and insolent he was, quite unfortunate considering how good this shop used to be.

I do like the place but the price it a bit rich. Sort that out and I'll probably be a regular. Also some of the items on the menu are hit and miss

Not good, we had paratha with this dish and it upset my tummy, it was like dip in oil, portion is smallest you can think, :(

I’ve been to a few Karak Chaii branches but this one in Leamington M is one of the best I’ve been too. Their staff are nice and friendly and the shop itself was clean and atmosphere was lovely. The food was piping hot, (despite it being a full cafe) and delicious, flavours were lovely!! Thank you Arbab.. he was very helpful and friendly! Will be back again and deffo reccomend it to everyone :)

I come here every couple of weeks, such a nice atmosphere; warm, friendly staff and great food every time I go. Really enjoy their bhel puri and samosas as a late-night meal with some chai after a long workday.

ordered the veg thali. Choose two dishes. Both seemed to taste the same. Also very watery. Will not be ordering this thali dish again sadly. Not value for money. First order from here so will not comment on other dishes etc.

My boys and I are avid drinkers of chai. So, you can imagine our excitement when we incidentally stumbled upon this Karak Chaii branch. It felt like we were right back home in Slough (but with better surroundings here). The staff were excellent, decor is your wonderful Karak Chaii style, and this particular branch was pretty spacious inside. Highly recommended.

Food was good, portion size small! Too expensive for portion size

We stopped in unplanned about 930 in the morning, so we tried to pick breakfast type things. Wow the chai is soooo good. Probably the most authentic I have tasted in the UK. The samosas too were so tasty and well prepared. We are going back!

I was very disappointed with the chips that were advertised as crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Im afraid they were actually frozen ready made chips and the butter chicken along side them (actually on top) was really just a sloppy mash. Very disappointing especially for the price.

The foood is really goood, specially the chilli chicken is amazing and it’s the Tea is the best I have had in UK. I want to thank Sufiyan and Arbab for serving, they were really kind and nice.

Very lovely place, stands out a lot compared to the other local Indian restaurants in Leamington. One thing I particularly appreciated with the service, our waiter Arjun was very kind and gave me and my partner great advice on the food, especially for her who was new to Indian Cuisine. Couldn’t recommend enough, especially for those who want a great service experience accompanied with outstanding food. Thanks again to Arjun and the cooks for this amazing evening.

Worst experience in Karak chai.. Food quality and taste was not good at all. Nothing like Indian street food, no taste no quality and no quantity. We ordered Panner curry and portion was too small not enough for one person also. Chicken biryani was worst , no taste at all. I will not go again. All the food was costly.

Great decor, and atmosphere. Ordered the thali with an extra naan. The roti, is NOT a roti. It is a tortilla wrap heated up. The naan is not freshly made, seems like a packaged naan heated up. Everything else was spot on!

Food was tasty and customer service was excellent must visit

I have ordered a vegetarian thali and chicken biryani, but I found the quantity is very low. It seemed to be sufficient for a child's meal, but not for an adult. Furthermore, despite the small portion size, the price of the food was quite high. I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant and I will not be returning. I also wouldn't recommend it to others.

Utterly appalling allergy control. The allergy menu is online and when it comes to order is for a different restaurant in this chain and the allergy advice in this branch is different. Incredibly out of control and untrustworthy. We left. The manager was out at the time, so I left my number to discuss it with them rather than just leaving leaving a bad review. They haven't phoned, here's the bad review.

The ambience was really good and the staff was welcoming. The food is really good especially the karak chai it did remind me of my home.

First time in here. Been meaning to try it for a while. The place has a bit of an identity crisis if you ask me? Cafe or restaurant? Tables are very small and too close together for food really in my opinion. Especially the tables for two. If you have a large plate and a small as suggested on the menu, as well as drinks there's not enough space on the table with two. Why waste table space for a social media photo opp bench which i presume is rarely used? Food delicious to be fair. I had non veg thali. Partner had chicken tikka massala bowl. We shared a chips topped with chicken tikka massala. Will definitely return.

First visit here and definitely won’t the last. They deserve 5 stars on every level. Was greeted by friendly staff who sat us down at a table and then described how the ordering system works. Food arrived quickly and was beautifully presented. Food was very tasty, piping hot and very reasonably priced. The place is very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Thank you to the owner and his staff for such a pleasant experience and a great lunch

This is a lovely place and the food is delicious .

We were a group of ten people consisting of 4 families with children. We ordered Parathas, Desi breakfast, Veg Thali, etc. We were told the waiting time is 30 minutes but we waited more than an hour to be served our food. The Parathas were clearly not made fresh. They tasted like Frozen Parathas. Veg Thali that had cost around £11/12 was the size of a side dish. In Desi breakfast that had cost £9, the scrambled egg was just egg bhurji. All the food items are absolutely over priced for the quantity provided and did not meet expectations of quality. Only "Chaii" met the expectations of quality and quantity.

The vilest biryani I have ever tasted in my entire life. I took one bite out of it. raw rice and take a long time to finish the order. Never suggest them.
