Dodgy chicken tom yum. Sent back replaced with chicken curry. Food was pretty bland and realised a brand. Go to Wofon around the corner 10 x better. Tried to charge us 12% service charge on top. For nearly 50 quid....very pooooor

Tea is almost always cold. And customer service is equal to none. 100% of the time you have to ask them for cutlery.

The atmosphere is nice and the place is beautifully decorated. There are plenty of options to choose from the menu. All the food I tried so far from them was tasty!

Not just Karak Chai aka Strong tea, there are a host of things served. Hot chocolate is also good. You can also feast on appetizers and light meals. The ambience is quite good. Edit: (reducing 1 star) Post my last visit, where the chai served was kinda very strong, despite requesting for extra milk to put in, but the kitchen denied, though the counter staff was kind. Trying another indian chai outlet..

Great food at an affordable price. Beautiful flavours and the most delicious Teas and Coffees

On entering the cafe it was lovely and warm. Ordered the breakfast omelette with beans and parantha, and chai. Sadly, the oily ready made paranthas and stale chai let the whole experience down, so will not be visiting again!

Surprised to get only paper cups for tea, have to go to the counter for service. More of a takeaway place.

Fab venue for relaxing cup of Karak Chai. Decent sized portions of food, which is truly excellent and great to try new dishes.

Lovely place to grab a quick and reasonable priced balanced meal. I'm gluten free and the staff were very helpful to accommodate dietary needs and explain what what suitable for me to choose. Lighting was a bit overwhelming but the food and service was great!

I am ringing since 7:30 and the phone is busy all evening. This is not great at all as clearly someone has disabled calls to Karak chai leamington.

The keema and parathas are great, however every time I order the samosa cone I always get the punjabi samosas. I put it in the notes that I want the normal ones not the punjabi but they only read the notes a third of the time. What’s the point of having the two different options?

Everytime I come back to my hometown I love checking out the new restaurants. So nice to have a chai place in Leamington now. The Karak chai is amazing and I love they do a sugar free option without nasty sweeteners added instead! Food is really nice but portions are on the small side for some dishes.

The timing is 9.30 to open and it’s not even open you call the number and it’s constantly busy. It’s 9.45. 😡

The food was not good, very average. Do not get the cheese paratha! So bland and is not a paratha, it's just a bit of flat tortilla like roti wrapped in bland cheese. Overall the service was not good as we had to ask for cutlery 3 times.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The Tomyumkung noodle was absolutely delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!

The service is super warm, the dishes taste good, the environment is very good, the boss saw that we are students and gave us a student discount, recommend recommend!

A meal of rice or noodles or noodles costs about 12 pounds per person and tastes good .I recommend Asian people to have a nice meal here

The ambience is great, the prices are okay for the food portions. I found the Nan bread too dry and they serve too much rice over the chicken tikka, making the food too dry though. Overall, I would visit again.

I visit this place each time when I miss vadapav, also much recommended for a quick chai! They also serve the best nonveg thali.

Had lunch there. We just walked in and we were seated straight away. Service was good. Food came very quickly. The curries was nice. Naan was fresh. The paratha felt like it was frozen. Not sure all the food are made fresh. They only have a desi breakfast. Omelette only. No option for fried egg. Overall if you fancy a quick tasty lunch while shopping then probably good option

Incredible food. I had a really nice trainee called Rohan serve me.

Really laid-back atmosphere and vibey interior. The food was good and there are a varied range of options (the ones I had were well-cooked, filling and flavourful). The drink I had (the Limbu Berry) was refreshing and slightly sweet while not being overwhelming and the mango ice cream was creamy with a nice strong flavour.

Lovely addition to Leamington Spa Parade. We ordered a takeaway today blown away by the variety and menu choice great flavours coupled with excellent service.

I’d avoid this place lacks consistency. Ordered amongst other things the lamb Rogan Josh. At nearly 4£ more then in the restaurant what we received was 3 pieces of minuscule meat, tons of rice smothered in curry obviously to disguise the lack of meat. I have ordered this dish before so know how it should be portion wise. Charlatans.

I want karak chai many times to try variety of foods .. The food is tasty but the portion of food is very small .. As per the money we paid food portion is very low

Came in today, desserts and drink were disappointing for indian food but to top it off the service was incredibly poor and ruined the experience. Our server was very rude and dismissive, the restaurant was almost empty so It didnt make sense how impatient and insolent he was, quite unfortunate considering how good this shop used to be.

I do like the place but the price it a bit rich. Sort that out and I'll probably be a regular. Also some of the items on the menu are hit and miss

I’ve been to a few Karak Chaii branches but this one in Leamington M is one of the best I’ve been too. Their staff are nice and friendly and the shop itself was clean and atmosphere was lovely. The food was piping hot, (despite it being a full cafe) and delicious, flavours were lovely!! Thank you Arbab.. he was very helpful and friendly! Will be back again and deffo reccomend it to everyone :)

I come here every couple of weeks, such a nice atmosphere; warm, friendly staff and great food every time I go. Really enjoy their bhel puri and samosas as a late-night meal with some chai after a long workday.

ordered the veg thali. Choose two dishes. Both seemed to taste the same. Also very watery. Will not be ordering this thali dish again sadly. Not value for money. First order from here so will not comment on other dishes etc.

My boys and I are avid drinkers of chai. So, you can imagine our excitement when we incidentally stumbled upon this Karak Chaii branch. It felt like we were right back home in Slough (but with better surroundings here). The staff were excellent, decor is your wonderful Karak Chaii style, and this particular branch was pretty spacious inside. Highly recommended.

Food was good, portion size small! Too expensive for portion size

We stopped in unplanned about 930 in the morning, so we tried to pick breakfast type things. Wow the chai is soooo good. Probably the most authentic I have tasted in the UK. The samosas too were so tasty and well prepared. We are going back!

This Indian does things differently. Tapas style. Very nice.

I was very disappointed with the chips that were advertised as crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Im afraid they were actually frozen ready made chips and the butter chicken along side them (actually on top) was really just a sloppy mash. Very disappointing especially for the price.

The foood is really goood, specially the chilli chicken is amazing and it’s the Tea is the best I have had in UK. I want to thank Sufiyan and Arbab for serving, they were really kind and nice.

Very lovely place, stands out a lot compared to the other local Indian restaurants in Leamington. One thing I particularly appreciated with the service, our waiter Arjun was very kind and gave me and my partner great advice on the food, especially for her who was new to Indian Cuisine. Couldn’t recommend enough, especially for those who want a great service experience accompanied with outstanding food. Thanks again to Arjun and the cooks for this amazing evening.

Is Authentic flavors and cozy ambiance. Rich and aromatic chai blends,along with friendly service by "Zishaan". Overall i had delightful tea experience and inviting atmosphere.
