Booked by mistake - hotel was completely unreasonable when I requested a refund for my mistake. Was even willing to meet half way and have only a partial refund to accommodate their inconvenience… but “computer said no!”

Thank you for being the only place that's open on Nottingham station at 5am, providing me with much needed caffeine when I have to get an early train. The staff who've served me have always been efficient and professional.

El antiguo lugar de carvery ya se ha cerrado y está listo. Mal servicio, interior y comida cansados que probablemente deberían haber sido condenados.

The staff were all incredibly rude and blatantly laughing at people who were quite unwell. They weren't even trying to hide it. The girl on the till in particular was still laughing when serving us. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people who are in hospital and clearly not very well. If you are going to hire people to work here they should definitely be trained in sensitivity and tact.

Después de no haber visitado el Ángel, por casi 10 años, estaba preocupado de que no sería el mismo. Pasamos la mayoría de nuestro tiempo allí, y hacía grandes recuerdos, todos esos años. Sin embargo, parece que el viejo Angel creció justo a tiempo para convertirse en nuestro lugar favorito, todo nuevo!

Over the years Valerie Patisserie as been out 1st port of call for coffee and cake. Today, we noticed on arrival only 2 tables were being used. Said good morning to the lady behind the counter and sat down. From then it all went wrong. Young guy came up go us saying "In future wait to be seated I'm on my own. And if your eating with us your on the wrong table. To low". Neither of us replied as we were totally taken aback. On that we got our belongings and left. Ventured to Cafe Ori and got fab service. 17/04/24 Further to my review I did get a reply back from PV asking me for more details of our experience to which I sent. Including pictures. I then received an email on 11th from their Head of Operations introducing themselves asking if they could call me. No call.
