Very Nice Delicious Food ... Must Try

Food is great and fresh, surprised by how affordable this place is. Staff are so lovely.

The Biriani, veggie, and grilled chicken dish is exceptionally tasty with a continental appeal.

Came here after a gig, long wait on food despite being empty and the food was abysmal. My kebab had no salad or sauce just was cooked in something from the bottom of hell. The cheesy chips were lacking the main ingredients, cheese. Never coming back even if I was paid to eat here. stomach is in bits x

Absolutely terrible food. The chap behind the counter convinced to go for the most expense thing ok menu and kept praising how great it was. Upon receiving our meal the service was decent. But the food quality was soo terrible that we had to leave majority of our food as it was consumable quality. The only good thing about the meal was the chip and the meat was so spiced and dry and extremely spiced. Terrible food. Presented in Poor quality. I would never go there again

Me and the lads were looking for somewhere to tea and stumble across this food place. The guy at the counter pointed us to the special and what we would enjoy. This turns out to be far from the true. The food was dry and spicy, I don't mind spice but it was like they cooked the entire meal in spice in fact the only thing that was not spicy was the chips and drinks. The meal was underrated , I wouldn't be going back there.

If i could give zero stars i would, fasted whole day went there to pick up Gazebo chicken, it was ready in 10 mins, went home opened up, the chicken was smelly it was cooked probably 2 days ago and microwaved i could see this they did microwave, because it was overly microwaved it was dry and hard to chew, and it make it look nice it was overloaded with red sauce on it, This place seriously needs looking at their food standards, Ignore by all means not worth a visit

Me and my friend came the other day and got the £5 pound student deals. EXCELLENT treatment by the staff! They even put on their heater for us. Lovely warm atmosphere. Thank you guys. Keep it up

Food was too good ,with gr8 atmosphere

The food is good especially if you're a student as you can get a burger with fries and drink for £5 but if you're in a rush don't go here as they take a while to make your food. The food itself tastes nice, nothing too special but good overall. My favourite thing to get is the buttermilk fried chicken burger but I also like their grilled chicken burgers but they usually take longer to be served.

Nice place to grab a bite dining in or takeaway. Very urban interior nice decoration feels fresh. Hosting service was good and accommodating. The food is okay, there's a lot of competition in the area so it is not bad, just not as competitive, not very memorable, but that is a personal opinion. On the plus side, pricing is good, not as high as some of their competitors in the area. The experience is better to some leves decoration wise for fast food. Improvement to food quality, flavor, or uniqueness in the menu would elevate this place. So if you just need a quick bite, it's a good place to go, and you can enjoy the atmosphere while there. For the price you pay, you won't regret it. Will definitely visit again and update my post.

I have ordered one chicken fillet burger and buttermilk burger it was nice but it takes much time to serve ,but nice very nice tq imaran ,pavan and Gopi for the service..

The t-bone steak is brilliant! Compared to the higher end, higher priced steaks, this was a very decent steak!

Food used to be really good here. However it has gone downhill and prices are extortionate to what you get. Food is always hot which is good but portions are very small now.

New owner has ruined the place! No rice, no wings with meal deal, chicken is smaller now and it's always late or cold on delivery! £4-£5 for delivery now! Only good thing is the original marinade that was sold with the business! Been eating here more than 14 years but I won't anymore! Ruined! Owner needs to take some pride in his business or shut the shop and call it a day! hygiene has gone down hill too! Where is the old owners at!

Some of the best chicken and chips in the city and change from a tenner!

Literally just got a takeaway on my way home from here. Oh my days. My burger is so so tasty. The chips are unreal as well I’m in love. 10/10 would reccommend. The Mayo is unreal.

I waited for 30mins then the rice was frozen, the service was bad I asked for the Wi-Fi code and the man did nothing, the spoon wasn’t been cleaned and that’s my only try& last try in the restaurant.

Stopped on way back from London if you like spice you need to try these boyz got that south indian Naga tamil flavour that blows your socks or head off depending on your tolerance

Ordered a vegetarian burger only to eat it and for it to taste like fish. Absolutely disgusting. I tried to eat the patty alone, and it had clearly been fried with the meat. Further we waited 20mins for our food and yet my burger was luke warm. Absolutely disgusting. I called to let them know - the man was unhelpful and didn’t even say sorry for my experience then hung up on me. Won’t be going back.

We came with my partner for a quick dinner and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered chicken rice bowl, which had plenty of flavour, nice spicy sauce and lots of veg, delicious grilled chicken and rice. Portion very big, even got a little discount as students. Manager very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend

Food did not taste good. Too much sauce on the Gazebo. Quality has declined since a few years. The restaurant was also dirty. Unfortunately I do not recommend this. The food also did not taste fresh!

Bad gazebo chicken. Looked like a drunk chef prepared this, the chips wasn’t tasteful either, what was meant to be Perry Perry chips turned out to be a bad attempt at bbq chips. A complete waste of money. I certainly wouldn’t be going back there

Absolute shambles of a place. Never left a review in my life but this place deserves it. Fasting all day, placed an order for collection at 8.10pm - firstly had no idea what my order was even after giving the name and then the doughnut at the front literally gave my order to another customer in front of me then ran around for the next 15 minutes trying to dodge me. Even after telling him he’s given the order away he continued to run around like a headless chicken saying number 9 number 9 without even acknowledging the mistake. Finally another 20 mins later shrugged his shoulders like oh well, leaving me running around looking for food for my family. Would never go back or even spit at this place. What a joke.

Gazebo Chicken is the highlight of roosters, a tomato marinade with a hint of spice complements the moist chicken perfectly.

Food is decent but if eating in, make sure you bring coats.

We've been wanting to go for a long time. We remember the prawns and chicken being really nice when we first tried them several years ago. Just a shame that through the years the flavour and taste was not the same. My little one enjoyed her burger. The prawns came cold. The chicken was nice and hot but not the same gazebo flavour. Popular place as it was busy.

Had the recommendations..gazebo, tikka prawns and grilled chicken, Was not impressed. Especially considering the price of food..was expecting amazing food at that price point.

Was just passing so thought I'd give it a try,the menu was huge but the bloke behind the counter asked what I wanted,he ended up making me some chicken & rice & coleslaw,gotta say a very good 9/10,chicken melted in my mouth & was just the right spice level. Well worth a visit & I will return

Gazebo chicken was the best I've had ever.. chicken was cooked well all the way through. Good portion sizes. My sons had the special doner which was very tasty. Would highly recommend this place. Service was quick. Tables where clean and the waiter is a character. 😀

Don't know where to start. Hear good review about this place so we thought we'd try but a big regret. Had a bit of everything. Lamb chops had no flavour at all had to use the gazebo sauce. Prawns were decent very small in size but again lacked flavour. And the gazebo chicken was dry inside. Took 30 mins to give us the food only for it to be so disappointing. Also I asked if the cheesy chips were with a cheese sauce or grated cheese. They advised they cannot tell us there recipe which I thought was fair but I carried on asking and they replied it was saucy. But when we took it back to the car it was grated chips microwaved... This showed me how much a of simple shop it was. The person who recommended must be lacking taste or not in his correct sense at the time. I would avoid!

Ordered chicken wings which were clearly days old and had been reheated before being served! Always a mixed review everytime I go and never had good food that previous review talk about!

Ngl, food was nice, BUT.... Took far to long to deliver., arrived cold and missed parts of my order, after charging £5 for delivery, portion size small! note to self, go collect! Not too sure I will be back in a hurry. 3 stars am being kind.

Don’t like to leave negative or even average reviews as I’m a big believer in supporting small businesses and always enjoy watching the growth of a new venture. The reason I have only given it 2 stars is the condition of the place. It seemed they were newly opening and hadn’t fully completed all building works. The place was covered is sawdust, and building works was was taking place as we were eating. The food itself was average. We ordered 2 doner meat and chips. I just feel that the restaurant should have waited to open once they completed the building works. It was very noisy and dusty. We tried to eat as quickly as possible so we could leave. Maybe worth another try in the future but not the best experience for me and I wouldn’t recommend going there until they finish renovating.

Loverly mouth watering grilled chicken burgers. Comes with plenty of fries and a drink all for a good price I suggest to pick number 1 for anyone who is going there.

ordered on just eat but it took double the time. Tried a million times their landlines but no answer. I had family on that day OMG THE EMBARRASSMENT! They did not even gave 3 pounds back promised! Roosters crossed, to be honest since they changed owners service and food taste is not the same.

Customer service terrible food wasn’t as good 3 ladies on the till really moody no smile at all can’t be bothered to do anything ordered steak for my kids they were not happy at all it was too chewy you have to help your self with drinks knife forks etc wouldn’t go again !!!

Good, no flairs, simple grilled food!

Food was good, the gazebo chicken was delicious and sauce was generous. I recommend collection rather than delivery, when my food arrived I had waited just over 2 hours which for a £5 delivery fee for a max 20 mins drive is poor service.

Good: can't fault the food or the quality. Fresh and great tasting. Definitely the spot to go to when you crave your African chicken or grilled chops! Bad: something needs to be done about seating, heating and service at tables for sure!

Food was great, but it did take a while

Student discount now so 6.75 for half chicken chips salad and sauces. Decent. Chicken cooked well. But gazebo sauce is a bit too much sickly at the end. Would get just half chicken without sauce next time.

Decent food and atmosphere have been here a few times and they don't disappoint. The burger could have been a little bit better but besides that 7/10 👍🏽

My daughters and I ate lunch here about one and a half years ago and the food was delicious. The outward appearances, decor, and even ambiance, do not indicate how extraordinary the food is at this place. This is a place that focuses on the food. We live in Texas and we still talk about this place as the one of the best places we ate in England after spending a few days in Leicester in the middle of two weeks in London. The service was also marvelous.

The gazebo chicken is good other than that its okay at best. Their "special" burger is one of the worst thing ive had in my life on god. Me and my boy were finished. We deeped it like what the hell did we just eat? Buck me some amala and egusi and i would have been calm. The chips are bog standard and the seating area is a bit of a squeeze.

A lovely family place to have grilled chicken, steaks and burgers all at decent prices. I particularly enjoyed Number 17 on the menu and number 11. Would recommend and will return.
