Grizzlers in Leicester

If you are looking for a good burger, this is not the place..having ordered a few times I find it odd that I have to eat the burger with a knife and fork, it is near impossible to eat with your hands as there buns are smaller then the meat and it’s just so messy to eat!

The staff at grizzlers are shambles they tell you a time to collect your order and it’s hardly ever ready like today Feb 14th 2021 my son had to wait another 25mins and the order is still not complete then my son asked to say what’s going on he didn’t have answer so the cheek of the staff said go elsewhere if you can’t wait, what kind of service is this

Won't be ordering again. Useless. Ordered at 6.45pm for delivery at 7.30pm. The time then changed to 7.45pm and then 8.15pm. I then had to contact Just Eat as I couldn't get hold of the restaurant. In the end got my refund back from just eat. Ok will never order from this restaurant. Avoid if you want food to eat. Avoid if you are hungry. In fact avoid avoid avoid.

the original gourmet burger. used to think was expensive but now you see that prices are fairly competitive. quick service, only negative is that they need to sort out that slippery floor!

Very rude staff, called up to ask a simple question and got told ‘we don’t speak your language Bro’ (English) and put the phone down. Wether it was my scouse accent or not I don’t know but the feller on the phone was very rude

Grizzlers never disappoints. The Juicy Lucy is one of our favourite burgers ever. I’ve noticed service is way more speedier than it used to be, which is brilliant. You usually have to wait for a table as there’s only 4, but it’s definitely worth the wait. We tried the naga wings today, we were warned it was extremely hot, but being Bangladeshis and with the Naga being native to us, my husband thought he could handle it. He was wrong! One of the staff members noticed and very kindly gave him a glass of milk! Lovely service and couldn’t recommend this local burger joint enough.

Juicy Lucy burgers were really nice, perfect for a lunch or dinner, it's quite busy so you have to wait to get a table (there are only 4 tables), but definitely worth the wait, staff seemed very flustered but it could be because of the eat out to help out offer on currently, would definitely go again to try the chicken.

Although I’m not normally a fan of burgers, I have to say The Juicy Lucy is absolutely amazing! It hits the spot perfectly! Geizzlers burgers are better than any of the competitors in Leicester. We normally get a grilled chicken meal platter as a take out and that is enjoyed by the whole family too. Can’t fault those place. Reasonable prices, generous portions and amazing food!

I love their Juicy Lucy burger. I also enjoy the wings but I find them really small in size. But I literally go back all the time for the burger. The last I went was before Covid and they never used to accept card which is always annoying cause I don’t carry cash - otherwise 5 stars.

Highly recommend the food, its fresh, tasty, they make the food to how spicy you like it. I always take it as a tale awake and it's still fresh and hot the food. Tables to sit at too which is always nice. Can't fault this place at all.

First visit to Grizzlers. Had the Juicy Lucy Burger yum and the Peri Peri wings so tasty will visit this joint again

This place is amazing! The guys are super friendly and serious food lovers, something that shows through everything available on the menu, and the passion these guys prepare you food is evident in the high quality ingredients and flare for cooking! Dirty chicken fries and a juicy Lucy and hot quarter chicken! Amazing! Stringy cheese, sharp and sour jalapeños, deli-cant flavours throughout! Well done guys! Keep you the great work!!

My husband and I are in Leicester for the weekend, so we decided to visit Grizzlers for a quick bite (the great reviews may have helped with the decision)!The place was quiet when we went in, this had changed by the time we ordered our food but the service was super quick!My husband ordered the spicy hotdog and I ordered the Elvia Burger alongside cheesy chips and a mojito!Safe to say that we both really enjoyed the ‘quick’ munch and such an affordable price; I highly recommend this place if you’re on a budget.

Consistently good went for the hot one instead of the juicy lucy and it hit the spot. Polite staff and good menu. Brilliantly priced. See you soon

I am a regular customer at the fine restaurant and enjoy it everytime that i go. The staff are extremely friendly and most importantly the food always meets my expectation. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Everybody loves their juicy Lucy burger but also I am a fan of their Naga chilli chicken wings and it was a hot experience indeed!If you finish the Naga chilli chicken wings you get the meal free, so I got my gloves on and napkins ready and went for it and completed it proudly!Will try that again just wosh more seating area was available.Overall great place with your friends for a bite!

After returning from a trip out of town fancied something tasty and filling but wanted to eat at home.Ordered a ‘Hot Shot’ burger which was grilled gourmet beef patty, cheese, jalapeno’s and red chillies. Spicy but tasty.Service was relatively quick for a Saturday night, so happy all round.

One of the best places in Leicester to get food. The Burguers are so incredibly good (try the pineapple passion with runny egg!). I love how they have everything so clean and the chicken... The chicken!The place to go when you want a nice meal, fresh and with the right amount of deliciousness

No toilets poor service and not helpful ....plus during lunch times pizza cant be ordered ...but shows on menue pizza available ...horrible service dont even smile

This hole in the wall shack is somewhere we returned since we were in Leicester. Not very nice inside but their burgers were really good although not as amazing as our last visit. The chicken wings however were amazing.

Ordered off deliveroo today have to say great food with great taste and the fact that i had written down on the allergy sheet for no salad was confirmed by the place with a phone call, would deffo recomend the food it was just great

Customer service was awful and stank of arrogance. Refused to make egg whites instead of a normal egg? How hard is it to make egg whites? Surely it doesn’t take much more space then making a normal egg? Seriously?!!?!

Best burgers in Leicester. I come here every week for a Juicy Lucy burger meal with some wings on the side. If you are ever in Leicester I highly recommend this.

Went here for a burger on a Tuesday evening with my husband, seeing as it was our first time there it was reassuring to see they were busy.

The guys who work there are rude and treat people rubbish. They only cater for certain races therefore look down on others. Nothing special about the food, standard yet they charge extorinaite.

Been looking for the best burgers and chiken in leicester for a long time and came across grizzlers. Wanted to give it a try so we called and orderd 5 different burgers and some chiken with a varitey of whole chicken , wings , strips in 4 different flavors of hot,lemon,medium and mild for eating in and i must say ad soon as we walked in they knew our order and served it straight from the grills piping hot. And i must say the taste its better then nandos . Give it a try to know or you will regret it.

I take at 1 hour journey once sometimes even twice a week, for the food. The juicy Lucy is my favourite and the peri peri wings are really good

Looks like an average fast food/takeaway place, but food was restaurant quality for really low price. You're missing out if you don't at least go here once.

I went all the way from Birmingham to this place. Tried Jucy Lucy Burger, it was amazing not like the same one we get with them onions inside tops it up. wanted another one but was too bus to Re-order only because I believe the burger is too small. Went with friends we all loved it. The downfall of this place is that there are limited seating and NO TOILETS. So coming from all that way had to look for a nearby toilet which was difficult to find.

Simply put, Grizzlers Peri Peri wings are the best wings you will ever find.

Delicious food, 10/10 would 100% recommend. Served by a very attractive man. Will be going there again for multiple reasons lol.

The best burger joint in town!!! The gourmet burgers (chicken juicy Lucy) is by far the scrummiest burger in Leicester!! I always demolish the burger real quick then realise I have not taken a pic :) if you haven’t tried the famous juicy Lucy then you are missing out big time!!! The wings are super tantalising. This week I tried the naga wings (ghost pepper 1’s) wow must say they were super hot, nearly passed out but the staff were very attentive and made sure us ladies were ok. So if think you handle the heat...maybe take the challenge :)

Peng 12 wings, w/ chips & a drink for under a fiver. Good service as well, especially from Idris and the other mandems

The food was amazing and the price was very good. We ordered 12 hot wings and fries and it came up to only £5. They were cooked to perfection. The worker who served us was called Idris and he was very friendly and gave very good customer service. I would definitely come back again. 10/10!

Upon walking in I was not too sure about wether I wanted to dine here as seating area is not very much and it was busy being weekend. However I am glad that we stayed for dinner. The menu is not very extensive and limited to burgers and peri peri chicken. However they are good at what they serve. I will definitely recommend this place, wish seating area had a bit more privacy. Nevertheless fantastic food at very good price.

Everything on the menu is made to a high quality with each item chosen and made through a labour of love. The taste is in incredible the beef they use is good quality and it's because of all of this that made me regular for the last 3 years. Now does it get busy on weekends... Yes... does the wait become a little long during busy times yes. But that's no different from any other take away in the area and it doesn't take away from the taste of the food.

Jury's out but it might be... Excellent flavour and good oozing cheese from the juicy Lucy. Simple menu but they appear to have it spot on.

I had the Juicy Lucy burger meal and chicken wings. Both tasty and meat was moist (and not dry). Highly recommended and good value. Decor and furniture inside is basic but the food is the star.

The Krispy Kreme burger was finger licking good at first you think what is this but when you bite in to it’s like heaven.

Whenever I’m in town and feel hungry, Grizzlers is the first place I think of. Very cheap and the food is delicious. Platter 1 will remain my main dish, however the juicy lucy burger is one to die for, absolutely mouth-watering. I don’t think I can ever get tired of this place. One of my favourite places to eat in Leicester, the chicken is full of flavour and tastes great. Service is good and hygienic. The prices are cheap considering how nice it tastes. Id recommend Platter 1 & Strawberry Mojito.

Leicester wasn't as good, crisp, clean and green as I thought it was, but I began praising this restaurant and my wife expressed it as the best restaurant she had ever been to.She said it could beat the Ritz by very far! She was certainly right-I loved the pizza,the chicken wings,the ferrorocher milkshakes,the warm caramel cake with icecream;it was just incredible,amazing.Their service was incredible! I waited so many yeas after hearing about this restaurant and never went and it was certainly worth the travel to Leicester.Because that was almost the main reason I wanted to go there.I think this should win an award from TripAdvisor as a really good restaurant

First time visited Grizzlers recommended by a friend at work. The burger was absolutely beautiful, I ordered the juicy lucy (Highly Recommended) I also had cheesy chips, which looked amazing but made me a bit sickly after finishing the whole person, never the less I would certainly go back again.

We first visited Grizzlers a year ago prior to watching a gig at The Musician pub. As we were rushed for time, we only shared a pizza and watched with envy as other customers ordered the i credible looking burgers or chicken.

Finally visited Grizzlers for the first time after months of recommendation from collegues at work, I've got to say I'm so disappointed in the food and customer service. An employee named Suleman or Salman wasn't helpful at all, whenever I asked if the food was ready he kept saying "it's coming 5mins" half an hour went by after being told 10-15 mins and the food finally came, don't know where to start from I asked for mild wings and ended up getting really hot, asked for a well done egg got runny, fries were so oily and in general not a good visit, hopefully I just came in at the wrong time and future visits won't be as bad. Would also apprieciate abit of honesty from the employees, if the food is going to take some time then customers should just be told that rather than being told 10-15mins.

I have been to grizzlers many times now and every time I go the food is outstanding. Whilst all their food is great the 'Juicy Lucy' burger is probably one of the best burgers I have ever had and it's amazing value for money. The staff have always been great every time we go and are flexible with their menu, they can change any of the burgers from beef to chicken which has been really helpful. I could eat here every day and never get tired of it, I can't wait to go back!

Excellent food, we loved it, we had Elvis burgers, fries and lemon peri peri strips, I would recommend the same to anyone else. The Elvis burger had 6oz meat patty, caramelized onions, hash brown, fried egg (you get the option whether you want the yolk to be runny or not) and burger sauce. Fries seemed a bit standard, they could have been made from scratch in house or some other unique flavour and cut on them but we went for the burgers mainly so fries were just plain fries to us and we carried on (you could add their in house peri peri salt to flavour them if you want). Note that they had other mouth watering burgers on the menu too but I wanted something 'hearty' hence hash brown egg combination. They have pizzas and peri peri chicken range on their menu too. I never got to try the mojitos or the milkshakes, they looked good in hindsight so definetely next time. The menu is priced reasonably, the food items were not overpriced at all in my honest opinion. The main managememt staff members were very courteous despite the 4 man team being very busy on a Saturday night, we left the establishment that night appreciating their hospitality, praising them and their food. Excellent foody night experience in Leicester. Maash-Allah brothers, may you be blessed with future growth and success Insha Allah. Well done Grizzlers!. Well worth our journey from Birmingham.

El servicio aquí es perfecto, los tiempos de espera son buenos en la medida en que no lleno. Podría sin duda recomendaría probar las pizzas si no lo han hecho. Apto para grupos pequeños hasta 5 / 6 familias o amigos. El único problema es el aparcamiento/retrete, pero buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad.

Grizzlers produce food that excede expectations with high quality taste and flavour, the staff are very nice and the food is what i consider one of the best in Leicester 10/10 big up to staff member Idris who has been very welcoming to my regular trips to Grizzlers. Highly recomended.

Food here is brilliant, but the customer service from the staff is appalling. They will shout and talk down to you when in fact you are paying them money. I will never go back for that reason.

Al recoger mi pedido descubrí una hamburguesa que faltaba. Por suerte me había registrado el orden en mi coche y no tener que hacer el viaje de regreso de 25 minutos para recoger la falta burger. Cuando volví de grizzlers cambiaron la falta y me prometieron una hamburguesa hamburguesa gratis la próxima vez que iba a venir. Fui a canjear esa promesa el día después y el mismo individuo (suleman) que me prometieron una hamburguesa ahora dijo que ya había dado la hamburguesa gratis! La hamburguesa que había dado el día anterior era el que faltaba! En su lugar me dio un 10% de descuento mi actual comida. Me decepcionó que después de prometerme una hamburguesa gratis el día antes que no respetan esa promesa. Servicio al cliente muy malo!

I Went for the first time today. My brother told me to try Juicy Lucy and it was great. They have many other stuff on the menu.

By far the best burger i've had, the cheese in between the meat does it for me. I highly recommend everyone to try that burger.

Travelled from Derby to visit a friend in Leicester, he recommended Grizzlers. I have to say I was really impressed. Food quality was really good, tasted amazing and all freshly cooked. Would definitely go again and highly recommend.

An almost daily customer with my office being walking distance from grizzlers. The beef burgers are to die for, you wont be disappointed! If beef isnt for you, the chicken fillet burger is also a brilliant choice. Cant go wrong here! Highly recommend

I work away from home in Leicester for 4 days a week and try to make it here everyday if possible. The chicken is better than Nando's, period and the burgers are out of this world. Amazing quality every time. Jack

Tuve vinieron desde Birmingham a visitar a un pariente en Leicester y yo y mi primo había decidido probar Grizzlers por primera vez. Fue una decisión brillante en la final porque fue tratada con increíble cocina y excelente servicio a una persona joven a quien pasa por el nombre de Idris.
