Lauren has served us on a few recent visits and has been superb. Lovely service every time from her and been great helping us to have a successful visit with a toddler.

We love coming here for breakfast. The staff are so welcoming and are great at what they do. Service is always fast and with a smile and a friendly chat from the lovely Linda who is great at her job. Breakfast is always fresh and always kept clean and tidy, Kim does a great job with that. We never have any complaints about the service or food. Its very good value. We will be back again.

I enjoyed a first class buffet breakfast at this venue, with a wide choice of food items, which were well-cooked and tasty. My one criticism would be that the toast was "pre-cooked" and taken from a late, white and brown bread. This was inferior to the usual toast prepared in a toaster, or a mechanical toast machine. Staff were very friendly and efficient, and I look forward to returning soon.

Visited on the way home for a carvery - their chain of carvery is always lovely and rookery farm was no different. Great food and service - friendly staff especially our waitress Molly :-) always greeted with smiles

My go to place for a carvery when I stay in Crewe. Quick service. Good choice. Lovely staff. Molly made sure everything was good and cleared plate away afterwards Molly asked if I wanted deserts or coffee. What’s not to love.

Really lovely staff. Very kind and funny gent served us food (with the lower arm tattoos) - he was full of fun, good banter and loveliness. Linda was a superb waiter and really looked after us. The lady on the till was also very lovely. Food was great. Only thing lacking was soap in the toilets. Overall great experience.

This Carvery restaurant, in my opinion, has no equal! The extensive range of meats and vegetables is superb, always fresh, hot and well cooked. Weekday special offer is just marvellous with plenty of everything. Can't recommend highly enough! Our waitress, Lauren, was very friendly and helpful.

Three words ,unhygienic, raw ,rushed. Guy wiping round the food,splashing crap off his cloth onto the meat,potatoes raw,cauliflower raw,gravy was like pixx,if I wanted sxxt food id have gone to mcdonalds and saved myself 20 quid.

Came with family. Been many times before. Had burger this time the bacon cheese egg ect. No complains it was lovely. Family had different meals from mixed grill, cavery and chicken bun. They all saiid they enjoyed it. Friendly staff that pretty much leave you to it.

Place wasn't too busy so no issues getting a table as we hadn't booked. Young lady called Lauren took our order at the till and was fantastic, in a world of "you can order by the app" she was a breath of fresh air. Professional but chatty, great interaction and customer service. Food was mainly good apart from the mash which is normally nice, and the cauliflower cheese was missing the cheese! It may have been waved over the top of the cauliflower but I could see no evidence of it actually being where it was supposed to be, this is the 2nd time now so it does make me think this is a cost cutting exercise. Overall a good experience but could be better.

Would not go again booked table for 1.15 there were to queues to pay joined one when we got to the till the member of staff said she was going to do something else and I would have to go to the back of the other queue so we left

We’ve been here a few times, always for the carvery which never disappoints but the real highlight of our visits is always Lauren. Lauren goes out of her way to say hello to us on every visit and always makes sure everything is okay with all our food! We will definitely keep coming back!

We’ve been here twice in the past week, once for standard carvery and once for breakfast. On both occasions the lovely Linda and Kim were on shift making sure all was running smoothly. The bar and restaurant area were exceptionally clean and tidy, food refreshed...

Called in for some lunch after shopping.. Met by a lovely young girl, Molly... So polite & welcoming. She cleaned the table, made sure we had everything. We had the carvery... Well, how miserable was the bloke who served the meat! Manners don't cost anything. Not even a smile.. Food is average to good... Depends what time you go.. Didn't have the beef, as it was dried up.. Gammon was quite salty... And turkey's turkey,nothing special. All in all, it's OK if you're hungry... Wouldn't go for a special occasion.

Been here couple times and both times had carvery. Today went with the family and we all had carvery and a cake for after. No complaints really. For £8 all you can eat can't go wrong. Staff are friendly and the foods good. Would defo reccomend.

Was visiting the area and staying at the local Travelodge. Upon arriving with my 2 young grandsons, was welcomed by a young man called Kyle. Was informed we had to order our food in the next 10 mins. He checked to ensure we had no problems ordering, to which we didn't (as I fortunately had the Greene King app on my phone) We decided to have the wonderful carvery..which was gammon, turkey or beef with plenty of vegetables (impressed with roast potatoes in beef dripping, standard roast potatoes, new potatoes AND mash) and sauces available Kyle went up and beyond with talking to my grandsons and making jokes with them, and ensuring everything was good with our food and drink. There was 2 groups of parties going on..a 60th and a 90th. Observing..all members of staff were friendly and ensuring their guests were happy. The staff were so engaging with my grandsons and only to happy to serve. Found the entire place so friendly, welcoming and relaxing. Decided to book breakfast here the next day. Also absolutely amazed with their cakes for "cake away" These have to be seen, to be believed!! All made in house. Will be taking a slice home for my husband!

Lovely atmosphere always in here. We sit and chat after dinner as there's a lovely relaxed vibe . Jazz and molly are excellent with us in the restaurant . Carvery is lovely and puddings are too . The main thing I find every.time though is the lovely chilled out feeling and a great place to unwind .can highly recommend .
