ordered on uber eats delivery time was later then said and we got a cheesecake wasn’t anything like cheesecake at all jt was more like a marshmallow and whip cream it came warm and definitely not worth the money do not recommend

Please DO NOT ORDER from here. All of the other terrible reviews are true. We waited 2 and half hours for our food and it never turned up, every time we called to ask where it was or how long it would take the girl on the phone was so vague and just said she can’t give a specific time, I asked for my money back multiple times and she kept saying they couldn’t. The worst customer service I have ever received. Absolute shambles of a business.

An hour late with their excuse for desert and when it arrived it was HORRIFIC! Called them to express that we were unhappy abc we received abuse. Do not shop here for dreadful deserts!

Ordered while visiting family via UberEats. It was a long wait, some of the order did not arrive at all. I had a knickerbocker glory. It was nothing to write home about. An important component is fruit and it had little of it. My wife had a waffle and ice cream. It was fine but it was all overpriced.

From Roccos, I ordered the following, Nutella and strawberry waffle, Bubblegum milkshake, Strawberry milkshake, Electric blue mocktail, Ice cream on a cone. I placed my order over the phone. The gentleman who took my order was very respectful, polite and told me it will be ready in 10 minutes. Went to pick it up 10 minutes after placing my order and it was all completely packed and ready. Everything was delicious and greatly enjoyed. My husband is very particular about his bubblegum milkshake, likes it to be grinded quite a few times in the machine so no millions are left to chew and its quite hard to get it right. But the lovely sister Suaad made it exactly how he liked it! Jazakhallah Khair Always fantastic customer service from the brother and Suaad.

£4.50 for a very small slice of carrot cake,!!! I certainly wont be goin here again 🤬🤬🤬🤬 how can u justify that???

Very rude owner. 2nd visit here. First time was a lovely experience. On second visit found the owner rude as he made a comment that was just not acceptable. Desserts were nice but I won’t be returning here again. With so much competition Rocco’s should treat their customers with more respect (this would apply regardless but they are not covering a unique market here where I’d feel I had to return!)

A small independent Desserts-cafe sort of place. Not easy to find or park. Order & pay @ counter. Clean place. No problem getting tap water with order. Extensive waffle & desserts menu. The waffles were great, plenty of toppings, ice cream, sprinkles & wafer. The portion size is good. value for money is excellent. £4:45 for the waffles.
