River Bourne Club in Runnymede

My son phoned beforehand and specifically asked for information regarding the SWIMMING POOL and when he arrived the pool was closed!!! How could the receptionist possibly fail to notice this? Its a joke really Luckily my son lives locally but its still extremely annoying and reprehensible

Friendly staff well priced food. Would recommend grab a takeaway and enjoy it in the park. It is a great location and needs local support.

Am a member here and I really enjoy the coffee and treating myself to lunch occasionally...always fresh food and great paninis ...and having a gals of wine if I want to ...yes, it's licensed too

The facilities at this club have always been good and staff friendly. Management always struggled to give a superior service but the car parking is excellent and central for working members. Would recommend over some more expensive but less homely clubs.

Within the club there are various adjunctive business, and the osteopathic clinic is one. I found them on line where I saw good reviews and I rang on spec because my husband had sprained his back. The lady I spoke to, Lisa, is one of the therapists. She was friendly, efficient, personal and confidence-inspiring. My husband said her treatment was in keeping with this and he was a lot better for her help. The clinic was clean, neat and attractive. Altogether a positive experience and not unreasonably priced at £45 for a 40min appointment. Thanks Lisa.

Been using the club for 2 years now and over that time especially in the last 6 months the club has sadly gone down hill due to the new members of gym staff would rather look at themselves in the mirror or flirt with the people using the gym rather than putting paper towel in the dispenser or checking that the machines are OK to use .on that note I reported one of the machines needed some bolts doing up but sadly 2 weeks later it was me doing them up with the tools I bought with me , and why does it take so long to replace a snapped metal rope wire on the machines that have them ??. As a person who is paying for membership it's not my responsibility to check/ maintain the machine but it is only a matter of time until someone does get hurt through lack of maintainence .on a better note it's still a great friendly gym that I will carry on using for now .

My Boyfriend & Myself are new members and very happy! We were shown around the gym and were so impressed that we signed up straight away. We also had a free induction on our first visit to the gym with a personal trainer who introduced all the machines to us again we were quite impressed. We go at least 3 times a week. We are looking forward to a new healthy lifestyle and spending more time in the gym. I would definitely recommend this gym. The staff are friendly and always happy to help.

Myself and my wife was shown around and we were impressed with the facilities and with the passion by the member of staff that helped us. We've now joined and are bring our 4 year old daughter so she can get used to river bourne so when she's 5 she can do more there. Thank you Tuesday who showed us around.

I visit the River Bourne Club at least once a day but it is usually twice a day mainly for swimming.The pool is 25m long at a constant depth of 1.2m.The water is very clean as is the general pool area and it has a nice sauna.The changing facilities are spot on. The gym has the latest up to date equipment along with personal trainers if you so wish.It has a beauty salon and an extremely good restaurant serving both hot and cold food.(You do not have to eat healthy) plus beverages. All of the staff are very friendly,helpful and cheerfull. If you are coming for a stay in the Chertsey area it is well worth coming prepared to visit the River Bourne Club.

Only 25m pool in the area with a great sauna and i really enjoy using the gym on occasions. The staff are friendly and always very helpful. I also love the range of classes on offer and the instructors never fail to push and motivate you. Cant fault

Brilliant Gym and health club - very friendly and helpful staff good gym, swimming pool and you can grab a coffee and a snack after

And my partner visted here to go swimming, the receptionist was lovely and really helpful, we only saw the changing rooms and the pool which are pretty basic but did the job.
