River Bar in Windsor and Maidenhead

Love this place. Very welcoming

Went in, in the evening and its was so nice and relaxing.. friendly staff.

Clean, fairly quiet on my visit, friendly staff and good location overlooking River. Parked easily, but if anything it felt like a makeover would update the venue though I appreciate it would be a big investment.

Only had side orders of chips and a couple of drinks while looking out at the river.

Best chicken burger I've ever had. Huge and tasty.

Stopped serving food at 4pm no real atmosphere but staff did point us in right direction to get food. Where we spent over £80 which could of being in your till had you done food

Place my order at the bar pork madlions with veg. And a large lime and soda order at 18.49 People came in after me ordered food got theirs within 20 mins , barman comes up to collect the empty plates , looked at me I said its been nearly an hour I still waiting for my food ! He said you ordered pork yes ! Goes back to the bar and serves other customers 10 mins later says the chef didn't get the ticket for the order . I said forget it I would like a refund and I'll go elsewhere , Manger then refund just for the pork I said and the veg I gave him the receipt the amount was over 20 pounds because I'd drunk most of my drink but it was to strong to drink the rest and I didn't have my food . Was rather rude about it not really professional about at all! no apologies ! He Started to speak to another customer asking how he's night was going!!!! Gave me a full refund(19:34) in the end left to find somewhere else! Unfortunately staying there the night but that's a different review!

I like to drop by on our walks down the Thames. They have a small uncomplicated menu, with pasta, burger, ham egg and chips etc and some starters to choose from. The staff are nice, and it has a lovely spot to sit and watch the cruisers go by. Very laid back and relaxed.

Been a year that I'm going sometimes to this place for lunch and I never been disappointed. Food is always well prepared and prices are decent. Very nice staff as well.

Drinks not cheap, car park busy when live acts are on, some off street parking, lovely setting over looking the river.

Had bar food which was the lighter option to the restaurant. Very good selection and what we have was tasty and plentiful
