Ordered takeaway from here after a friends recommendations and we were not disappointed! Ordered a variety of mains and all of them were delicious, hot and fresh. Would highly recommend

A small order of two dishes placed with Nanu’s in Sunninghill at 7:30pm (Saturday 9th March). Arrival time given was 8:10pm. Arrived at 10:15pm with no apology, just an excuse of “there must have been a glitch in the system” from the delivery guy. Strange we said as we called Nanu’s three times whilst we were waiting and Nanu’s promised it was on its way each time, so they were fully aware we were made to wait. Won’t be using them again.

Very weird. Ordered a lamb tikka starter and naan. Received 4 small pieces of dry meat. Lamb is usually tender, this was so dry. Naan was sweet. Ordered plain naan and it tasted sweet and not fresh. First and last time eating here

Perfect loved every spoonful of it. Tasy and still very hot. tasted freshly prepared and the delivery driver was friendly too.

It took 2 hours for the food to arrive (from the time we ordered), and when it did arrive, the food wasn’t particularly hot and the paneer was hard and inedible. We will not be returning.

Restaurant driver old man wouldn’t get out of his car to come to the property, when I asked him to approach he drove off. Called the restaurant they don’t care told me to claim for a refund. Sad because I like it support family run halal restaurants. Poor attitude from a brother. Keep the money.

Onion Bhajees were very overcooked, hard and dry. The nan bread was also very dry and bland and the curry was over salty.

Delivery estimate when ordering was 45-60 mins. After I placed the order, eta was over an hour. Actual delivery was 1h50m after ordering. Restaurants should close orders or keep estimates up to date when they’re extremely busy.

BLAND BLAND BLAND. MY WIFE AND I HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS SINCE WE HAVE MOVED HERE. CHICKEN PATHIA CHICKEN TIKKA NOT GOOD. SIDE DISHES PASSABLE. IT ARRIVED 30 MINUTES LATE. THE MEAL WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. PERHAPS CHEFS NIGHT OFF. HOWEVER NO TIME FOR SECOND CHANCES. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN. TIME TO MOVE ON.

Second time the delivery has been at least half an hour later than the latest projected delivery time. Hopelessly unreliable even if the food is good. Avoid!

This is a sad day having to write this review. 3 weeks ago me and my wife had a curry delivered, we love Nanus, best curry by far for value for money around ascot so this was not our first time! 99.9% of the time I always pay by card via the JustEat app, I must of clicked cash by accident so when I collected the curry the driver didn’t ask me for any money and we carried on and had a fantastic meal! Around 10:45pm (Sunday evening) our flat buzzer started going crazy, not great with a pregnant wife in bed! The driver had come back to get the cash, I had none on me and he refused to leave this went on for 45minutes. I spoke to the restaurant the next day, they where very apologetic and said that the meal was on the house as we our a valued customer. Which for me was water under the bridge and we move on. Fast forward 3 weeks to this evening and the flat buzzer going around 8pm. The driver is back, being very aggressive on the phone about me owing him money - why? - because the Nanu’s owners decided to not charge me and dock it from his wages. Just spoke to the owner who informed me I owe the driver money and he doesn’t care that he is at my property. Another night my pregnant wife doesn’t need to deal with. Shame as we absolutely loved this place. Great food, great prices but not so great on the customer services and employee care side!

Paid delivery which is normal but never had to pay a service charge on takeaway before

Really really bad. Ordered online late afternoon, only offered a 6.55 delivery. Food was lukewarm. Prawn Madras was watery and tasteless, and onion bhaji was literary dripping in fat, I had to find a plate to put it on. I asked them to collect my meal because I could not eat it and requested a refund but all they offered was a new part meal. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to apply to someone else. I have bought in the past, but will never buy from this takeaway again the service is really bad now.

Hi, Having lived in Sunningdale for 12 years We have used nanus many times as our local Indian takeaway, I have to say Today’s meal was the worst we have ever had. The rice was perfect The chicken curry Also good However the lamb Bhoona was basically pure tomatoes & the bread was as if it had been defrosted and heated up Soo disappointed

Slightly earlier than planned but we are only 2 minutes away and hungry so happy to take it in early. The best Indian around - unique flavours - have never found anywhere else that tastes the same

A solid & reliable Indian with an extensive menu. Not fancy or very special just good. No hesitation to recommend. Delivery times can be long but advised so on booking.

Food came 10 minutes earlier than expected which was absolutely fine as I did put “ASAP” when choosing a delivery time There’s so much competition in this area now but for 20+ years Nanus has been a stable well loved takeaway throughout the neighbourhood

Chicken korai and garlic rice were nice can’t fault it apart from the chicken being a bit dry.the poppadoms must have rolled out of the bag at a roundabout and got trapped under the drivers brake pedal,mango chutney dip too stodgy to dip my pulverised poppadoms in.. 10 mins late also

First time I use this restaurant, my wife and I ordered Chicken Tikka Jalfraizi, chicken Handi and Pilau rice, the food was very good, except the Nan bread was not fresh, delivery was within the time advised, good value for money. Will go back again. 😊

Very disappointed, the food arrived cold and one of the meals, a sag lamb only had 4 pieces of meat in it and was very dry. It was a shame we were looking forward to a nice meal.

Thought I’ll try them once more mainly because I love 1 dish they do, the Bamisal, but it’s not worth it, the food was 1 hour late, so it took them 2 hours to deliver the food in total since I ordered it. Not going to do the same mistake again. The food is really not that great to suffer this again especially when I has a child waiting his Korma.

Very disappointed I ordered the mix grill which was tiny for the price! Also had a chicken leg? Poppadoms were actually soft and stale. The mixed starter was just meat in the description it doesn't state that I was expecting a mixture of onion Baji Sonoma's stuff like that was also costly the keema bread had hardly any meat in it. I hope next time I order the standards are alot higher.

Ordered 2 chicken Tikka main meals. The cabbage salad has shrunk to such a tiny bag, very disappointed. Tried to call but not answering the phone. After 7 years of using Nanu I thought we should get better.
