Malik's Express Cookham in Windsor and Maidenhead

Fabulous, never disappointing. Accidentally, ordered from the restaurant this evening, but it wasn't a problem. It was picked up and brought to me at Maliks Express. Apparently, lots of people make this mistake particularly on Friday and Saturdays.

Sorry Malik, but I am just getting fed up that every time we order food for delivery the order arrives incomplete. Sometimes a main course is missing. Sometimes a veg is missing. Sometimes it’s just the bread that’s missing. Tonight it was part of our starters. Of the last 5 orders, 4 have arrived incomplete. Afraid that’s it. Lemon Grass from now on.

Always a great curry and good service from Malik's express

Best curry I’ve have outside the Midlands and South London, fantastic, big juicy chunks of chicken, good portion sizes and really fresh spices, it’s pricey but worth it, and basically arrived on time so not sure why people are so negative about it, they do make it clear you might wait 2hours at busy times.

Amazing food and service. Have been local regular customers for years now, no other curry takeaways compare. We always order over the phone, and usually ready within 30 minutes for collection. Food is always piping hot and delicious.

This “express” takeaway has become a local bad joke. You can order from here 2 hours in advance and they can’t get your food ready on time. Constant kitchen issues that mean your food is Cooked 1/2 mile away in the high street then bough to the ‘express” in a car. Totally not worth the effort. You’ll wait a week for a refund if you decide to cancel and go elsewhere (which I have on several occasions). I’ll never use them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COMPLETELY MISTREATED! If I could give a zero for service I would!!!Ordered online. Asked a simple request of no coriander, and got a meal smothered in it, when I called to complain I was refused a refund and told it was my fault,I should have told them on the phone and that it was my fault. Overpriced, mediocre food ,used to order a lot from these, but never again, their attitude is one of contempt

This restaurant is nothing but amazing, the owner is very generous and treats customers very well. I’m very much looking forward to a sit down meal at the larger restaurant as well and I would highly recommended Malik’s

Bit of a disaster New Year's eve with a much delayed order due to kitchen shut down issues at the Express. Advised to collect in Cookham village some 2 hours later but was clear the order would not be ready due to massive queues for takeaways already and a very busy restaurant. Gave in and cancelled the order albeit starving for a tasty curry....To their great credit, the order was offered free of charge the following day and duly had a delayed feast then. Simply awesome curry cooked so well and best had in many a year. We all have bad days sometimes...

Useless! Cant knock the quality of the food, but it always turns up late & they always get the order wrong. Best off ordering from the restaurant.

Be prepared to wait.. we waited an hour in the end, there was an item missing too. The food is poor. I won’t bother going back, wish I had read a review like this before I ordered.

Very good food provided. Just need to check on how long it is before food will really be ready. I was quoted 30 to 40 minutes on Saturday, it went far past that. I think they lost my order. Otherwise outstanding quality.
