Without question the food here is creative and nearly everything we had was very good indeed. The design of the restaurant was also lovely and staff were welcoming and courteous. However, having sat down at 7.30pm it was close to 11pm when we had to ask for the dessert treats to be boxed up to take away….everything was so painfully slow. If we hadn’t have said anything we would have been well over 3.5hours which spoilt the experience for us.

We ate here on the evening of Saturday 26th to celebrate my wife's birthday. The food was utterly sublime. Each course was fully explained by the attentive staff. Each course was a delight on the tongue, wonderful flavours. A nice touch was Adam himself signing a birthday card and coming out to speak to us at the end of the meal. A truly memorable dining experience.. thanks to all concerned.

The best night - outstanding food, service and overall experience. Literally went on a journey of the best food experience we have had for a long time. Lovely personal touches like the card they gave us for our anniversary to the personal discreet attention of the restaurant team. I am gluten free and they attentively make the food to look the same, it was amazing taste and texture (anyone who is gf knows you forgo the crunch, but that wasn't the case here!). Overall I would highly recommend (and am looking forward to finishing off my dessert that I was very kindly allowed to take home - there was so much food).

Had a sensational experience here. I have eaten in dozens of Michelin starred restaurants around the world and the food here is among the best I have ever tasted. Every course, including many items not even on the menu, was exceptional. The service is impeccable and pitched perfectly between attentive and relaxed. A special mention to Head Sommelier Nikos who guided us through a matching wine flight with charm and expertise. A truly memorable experience.

We chose to celebrate our 25 th wedding anniversary at Woven as we are both committed foodies. Wow what great food and the staff are superb being attentive but not overbearing and their knowledge of the courses was excellent. The sommeliers were also brilliant .. we know our wines but wanted to go a little “ off -piste” but with a sensible budget and they really delivered some top class wines at a sensible price. We didn’t go for the wine paring as we thought it was more fun to explore the list. Oh and the pre dinner cocktails were beautifully made! Without doubt one of the best dining experiences ever… and we have had a few… We will definitely be back. Thank you everyone at Woven By Adam Smith and all at Coworth Park

Not so much the experience I enjoy. I thought it was over complicated and extremely small. It mentioned 8 courses but 5 of them are canapés. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly.

Woven exceeded all expectations from the moment we stepped through the door, we were enveloped in a wonderful atmosphere, where every detail was meticulously curated. All the staff were warm, attentive and knowledgable, but special mention must be made of Joel, whose exceptional service elevated the lunch, our 9-month-old daughter was utterly enchanted by him. Every course was delicious, executed with precision and presented elegantly - the bread course was a pleasant surprise and the pain au cheese, exemplary. The wine selection was wonderful and well described - 10/10.

Arrived at the stunning venue and were greeted by staff. Taken to our table and sat down. Ordered our drinks, soon arrived one right one wrong, superb seedlings rapidly replaced. We ordered our food, and then the sublime experience started. The first four amuse bouche were very varied, one nice two delicious and an eel dish that was possibly one of the finest flavours I have ever tasted! The five different breads and three dips with superb butter came next. Then our starters, it's hard to say which was better, both superb. Mains, my favourite Wagyu, so soft and tasty and a lamb dish equally tasty. The palate cleaner was pitched perfectly to do it's role. Desserts were amazingly tasty. We had Hawaiian Kona coffee, last time I had that was in Hawaii almost 12 years ago. They supplied us with four different petit fours, each very different but all superb The whole experience was one of the best we have had as I now arrive at 120 Michelin stars. Toilets spotless and frankly about the size of the downstairs of my house. Only disappointment.... Adam is one of food's great innovators and an exceptional talent with some of the best flavours and presentation we have ever seen. I have in the past met many of the chefs and loved the experience. We arranged before coming to meet Adam at the end of our meal, and were assurred it was all arranged, when we asked at the end of the meal, the agreed time, we were told he had left 30 minutes earlier for an industry meeting, really sad he couldn't take 1 minute just to pop out or if busy ask us to pop into the kitchen for a moment, must confess the only real disappointment in an otherwise perfect experience. Shame.

We arrived for our 7.30pm reservation having driven round the Estate twice trying, but failing, to follow the signs to Woven. Having finally realised it is within the main building (with only a tiny sign on the door), we were able to park relatively close and not arrive too rushed and stressed! It wouldn’t be easy to find even inside without direction but everyone was so welcoming and friendly there was no hesitation in guiding us to the right place and to our table. A nice touch was the handbag table adjacent to my very comfortable seat. I mention the comfort because our meal took three hours from start to finish but at no point were we itching to finish because we needed to move. The time flew by but we were absolutely not rushed in any way. Our aperitifs were delicious, and the entire meal simply divine. Every morsel of every course was exquisite - sometimes tiny, but so perfectly executed in both flavour and appearance. We even opted for the additional cheese course, sharing one between the two of us, before dessert. Adam’s innovative glass fronted cheese room is a sight to behold and to be invited in to discuss and choose our selection felt like pure decadence. The description and knowledge of each cheese was outstanding. Wines are generally eye wateringly expensive and even choosing by the glass felt extravagant but in for a penny, in for many pounds to embrace the whole experience. I would add that we knew what to expect so all our choices were considered and there were no nasty shocks, although a 15% service charge does seem high, but it was impeccable. Adam Smith is clearly a highly talented chef. We are so glad we went and will now definitely find other opportunities to return. We had a wonderful evening.

Awesome Michelin rated restaurant. It was so good the first night during a wine pairing dinner that we returned the second night for a “regular” dinner. From the start, the customer service is great. Every restaurant employee wears a smile on their faces and they pay close attention to every detail, a must in a Michelin rated locale. This is not just a fantastic meal but it’s a whole experience. Food quality and presentation were equally great. We typically don’t think of London as an outstanding food country. This experience changed our mind. The champagne pairing dinner was an outstanding experience and a well done “show” by Chef Adam Smith who explained every dish, and the winery representative also spoke about each champagne. We did not know Billecart-Salmon champagnes, but we know now. The dining experience alone is worth a stay at the Coworth Park hotel where the restaurant is located. And make a reservation ahead of time to guarantee your spot, unless you have the flexibility to eat at whatever time they have. Next time we go to London, we’ll stay at Coworth Park and go back to Woven.

The Booking went very badly. I called and tried to make a booking, the Operator said she would connect me, but then disconnected me. I called again, and the Operator said again she would connect me. After two or three Minutes waiting she came back and said that the line is busy and would I hold, she would try again. After a further 3 or so Minutes she said to leave my number and somebody would call back tomorrow. I told her that this is not how I make reservations, and she said to wait, she would call her F&B Manager. I then waited for more than 10 Minutes, and she never came back. I hung up, having already now been on the phone for nearly 20 Minutes. I told my wife, let's go somewhere else instead, but my wife said that she would also give it a try and called to make the booking. Her experience was very similar to mine, after waiting for more than 10 Minutes, eventually a Manager spoke to her and confirmed the booking. I would not have waited that long and simply gone somewhere else. The actual evening got off to a bad start as well. We drove our car right in front of the main entrance, there were two doormen standing there, acknowledging us with a smile, but then continuing checking their phone. Neither of them could be bothered to open the car door for my wife to get out, she told the doormen that normally she would expect somebody to open the door for her. The doorman simply mumbled something. We then mentioned this to the Receptionist and she profoundly apologised. So much so, that she later came into the Restaurant to say that a bottle of wine would be on the house for the inconvenience encountered. After that, all went smooth. The service was outstanding and excellent and the food was very good as well. Perhaps a bit on the expensive side at £ 150 per person, but I did not expect it to be cheap, so I was ok with the £ 350 I paid for two adults dinner without drinks, as the bottle of wine was indeed complimentary as offered by the Receptionist. I am willing to overlook the bad experience when booking the place, even the un-gentlemanly treatment of my wife by the doorman, the good service and food made up for it. We will be back.

A fantastic experience. I took my wife, and a couple of friends to celebrate my wife’s ‘significant’ birthday, and it was certainly one to remember. We were there for nearly 5 hours, but it just seemed to fly by. The food was amazing in both taste and presentation, and the evening was very relaxed. I want to thank all the staff for making it a great night. If I am being really picky, the one thing that slightly irritated me was that my Monkey 47 gin was served with a slice of Grapefruit and not Blackberries (as recommended by the distillery) and when I queried this with the Sommelier he said that’s how we serve it. When I ordered a second one, and specifically requested Blackberries in it, I didn’t get them, despite knowing they had some as one was in an earlier cocktail. I would have expected the Sommelier to at least comply with the customers request, even if they think it was wrong. However, that did not in any way detract from the evening We had a fantastic and memorable evening, and we will definitely return.

Thanks to Sandro the sommelier we enjoyed some interesting pairings with each course from far and wide. From the moment we were greeted at the door we knew this was going to be a special experience. The canapes that were being prepared in front of us tasted as good as they looked. At our table a hand written anniversary card was waiting for us and was genuine and beautifully written. The team who explained the menu and concept to us were so passionate about what they do and took the time to answer questions, make sure we had everything we needed and check that we were happy throughout the meal. The tasting menu itself was incredible and I especially liked that we could each chose three of the courses (after having sampled a number of amazing and beautifully presented amuse-bouches). We treated ourselves to the wine flight and Sandro was kind, fantastically knowledgeable and offered us wonderful pairings. Another highlight was the incredible cheese room and Anne was so kind and so enthusiastic and really made this experience special for us. One of the top restaurants in the UK… Woven by Adam Smith has been consistently brilliant every visit. Nowhere else in the region provides a dining experience comparable to the culinary journey, delight and surprises, which are all part of dinner at this stunning restaurant. There is also nothing quite like booking a table for 7:30 pm and then dining for 3 1/2 hours without a moment of boredom. It is possible to get in and out in a far shorter time, but in such gorgeous and comfortable surroundings, usually with the sounds of a pianist playing in the distance in Coworth Park’s drawing room, preceded by Bellinis in the bar, with a unique offering of bar nibbles,a visit to Woven is a unique pleasure to be savoured. I hate being pushed out of a table in the top London restaurant switch, turn them around every two hours, especially when having such a great time which is unmanageable in two hours. At Woven, I am savouring every moment and not expecting to be anywhere near the cheese course after only two hours. Just the bread course alone is a treat which I enjoy savouring for least half an hour accompanied by suitable wines. I can honestly say that I have never had bread like it in any two or three Michelin star restaurant in the UK and it is up there with the best of Joel Rubicon. As for the Bellinis, they are the very best anywhere outside of Cipriani restaurants…and given Giuseppe Cipriani Snr. invented the Bellini back in 1935, that is high praise indeed for Coworth’s version (which they make with quality, champagne and peach purée) especially given that I have tried Bellinis in hotels and restaurants all over the world and none are as good as at Coworth or at Cipriani. In fact, I’ve just been to the Cipriani restaurant in Mexico City and theirs, made as always with Prosecco and white peach purée, managed to be nowhere near as good as at Coworth Park (see my review of that visit). The wine list at woven is equally superb and I have learnt so much from sommelier Sandro (as well as Coworth’s restaurant director) during past visits, see photographs of two wines in particular which I was introduced to by the glass which were amazing. Jonathan Ellison who is the restaurant director is also a serious sommelier although Sandro is terrific as are all the restaurant team. This really is a two or three Michelin star experience. I have been to quite a few to Michelin star restaurants, which I have not enjoyed anywhere near as much as a visit to Woven and in particular in nearby Marlow which I am surprised still has two Michelin stars. Finally, I am not going to tell you about the cheese course, as that would be a spoiler along the lines of telling you upfront, how a great movie ends before you have had the chance to see it.

Woven by Adam Smith is hands down one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of dining in! Our recent dinner was our 10th since the re-brand to Woven in September 2022. It's a really special place with an outstanding team that always delivers excellent service. We have really got to know the team over the years and they are genuinely so passionate about what they do, they really bring the dining experience to life! Despite dining here on multiple occasions it has always been different each time. I love the way Chef Adam moves his menu to the seasons and how dining here has now become more of an experience than just 'going out for dinner.' The food really is exceptional. Its just really good food cooked really well. Its classic yet contemporary but it always stays true to its roots. The Turbot Dish with Lobster is an absolute must try! The wine list has been carefully curated and the sommeliers are so knowledgable in providing you with a perfect recommendation. There is a wide variety that caters for all budgets. I really believe this restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience for a really reasonable cost. After the pre dinner bites, the 3/4 course menu (including a bread course) followed by the after dinner treats you really wont leave here hungry. If you are thinking of booking, do it, you wont be disappointed!

Despite being forgotten/ignored for the first half hour of our visit - we had to ask for drinks and food menus and had to complain to get some form of attention, despite an initial impression that was hugely disappointing, my review is for five stars. That gives you some idea of just what heights of culinary perfection and service excellence were achieved after that forgettable start. I will not attempt to describe the food as it best experienced. Suffice it to say the care and attention given to preparing and presenting each course shines through when you taste it. The menu may say three courses but add in various pre-starters including an unannounced bread course - seriously good too - and a pre dessert and some sensational “treats” to accompany coffee, and you have a 2-3 hour multi course lunchtime delight. A word for the staff. Parking the early nonsense, the team more than atoned, delivering knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, relaxed but efficient service with a touch of personality. Well done. And all of this for a remarkable £85 per head. Brilliant value for a one star (should be two in my view) Michelin restaurant.

We live in Ascot and use The Barn for work, but hadn't been to the main restaurant for years. I thought the old space was stuffy, a bit blingy with over-worked food. Woven is a completely different experience, much more relaxed and friendly with staff who seem to genuinely enjoy serving people who love their food. It was probably the best meal we've even had. The combination of snacks (traditional tasting menu portions) and 'mains' that you could choose was perfect, although I found it hard to choose a dessert so they brought all three. The fact that bread is a feature course makes it my favourite place ever, I virtually had to be pulled off it. We were there for about four hours and everything we ate was amazing. Even the colour palette of the meal (green when we went) was beautifully curated, it's not just a restaurant but a theatre experience too. We spent a fortune (over £600 for two) but that included wine flights and cheese and I'd rather have one Woven experience than six mediocre meals. Genuinely superb.

The most amazing meal and experience from start to finish! We were here as a party of 10 for a special occasion. You always wonder if a Michelin restaurant with 14 courses can keep up the high standards you expect when you have such a large group. No problem here whatsoever. There were plenty of professional and experienced staff allocated to our table, all delivering wonderful food, one course after another! The setting itself, in a separate room within the restaurant, provided real escapism, and added to the whole experience. Every single one of the 14 courses was 10/10 for taste and 10/10 for presentation - wow! I have tried to add as many photos as possible of the amazing food. We ate here when it was the Coworth Park restaurant & it was very good but it didn't have the wow factor which Woven certainly has. Woven is beautifully crafted together , the decor, the flavoursome delicate dishes, the perfectly matched wine pairings & the ensembles of the waiting staff. The first part of the meal 'From the pantry' had an element of fun to it . It consisted of 5 tasty appetisers which were served one at a time so they could be properly savoured. There was a reworking of coronation chicken prawn salad & the jellied eel which was wonderful. The bread was not just an accompaniment but had a starring role. The bead basket contained scrumptious honey bread, cheese croissant & Armenian flat bread & was served with some yummy dips. When we entered the restaurant we saw the fantastic display of cheeses so cheese was a must have for both of us. We each had a big plate which was filled with generous portions of different cheese. The muscat wine was a perfect match for the cheese. The waiting staff were very attentive , smiling & made you feel special especially as they gave us an extra dessert & a signed anniversary card from the team & Adam Smith. A marvellous meal.

The only slightly disappointment was the dessert. It was good but not as good as the rest of the meal. We thought they lacked in flavour (We had citrus and Strawberry). I am absolutely stunned that this restaurant has so many positive reviews. We frequent many high end restaurants and for £1400 for four persons, the cost is a disgrace or even harsher words would be more appropriate. We felt that some of the restaurant staff made recommendations just for the purpose of producing a higher tab. Most of the food was rather tasteless and the portions are minuscule. We were lucky enough to be taken here for dinner by our very good friends, one of whom had dined here recently and loved it, so kindly thought we would really enjoy it too. She was 100% correct, we loved it. The dining room is very tastefully decorated and the tables feel nicely spaced apart so you feel like you have your own space. The staff were both atentive and engaging, introducing each dish and wine pairing and happily talking about the menu. There were several stand out dishes; the "snacks" were delicate but so flavourful, the eel was surprisingly delicious, the morels were rich and complex though I was a little jealous of my wife's scallop choice! The bread course was spectacular, with a range of incredibly tasty, freshly cooked breads and delicious butters to accompany them, I could have sat gorging on them for the rest of the evening but I had the beef for main, which was exceptional. In particular, the unusual but incredibly tasty creamy white sauce that accompanied it (which Chef Adam later revealed was a base of a specific onion variety that had been cooked several different way to produce the rich, sweet, wonderfully balanced sauce). The chocolate desert didn't just look perfect, it tasted it too. Not too sweet, and with a delicious small cylinder of milk ice cream (i think) alongside it. The whole experience was so so enjoyable, especially getting to meet Chef Adam and talk with him about some of the work involved to create such beautiful food. Thoroughly recomend going for dinner or lunch, it is a real treat!

A wonderful birthday dinner for two in a beautiful setting with a fabulous level of service. Particular mentions must be made of the Sommelier from Sicily who provided perfect advice on matching wine to food, the young Australian waitress who knew every detail of the dishes served. All the team were excellent and my wife received a birthday card signed by Adam Smith. The food looked and tasted better than we had imagined in advance and exceeded our high expectations. Locally sourced ingredients and sustainability underpin the cooking. We will definitely be back in the next few months.

Not food I would normally have chosen but so tasty I forgot I was eating frogs legs and escargot (canapés) or sweetbreads ! I might be more adventurous in my meal choices now. They also do British menus during the week with a selection of 3 courses for a set price which is good value. I really enjoy the restaurant. I think the Chef lives up to expectations. The food is really not bad and actually quite good, fair price quality ratio for a normal Michelin style restaurant. I like the ambiance and vibe of the restaurant. The wine sommelier was pick of the staff for me.Overall it was a good dinner but the service I agree with some of the former reviews being cold and impersonal. My wife was constantly bumped by the waiter trying to serve the other table which is crazy considering it is reasonably spaced out. The concept of wine and meal together is very removed, at times even the cutlery falls wayward. I think when quiet this restaurant will be ok, when busy they are not coping.

A lovely welcome by staff outside the restaurant and we were accompanied into the bar area. Started with a gin cocktail in the bar before lunch. We arrived slightly early and the restaurant doesn’t open till 12.30pm. Staff are super attentive everywhere. We had a fabulous table in front of the window overlooking the garden. Great wine list, absolutely huge. I had a lovely glass of a lovely London Bacchus. We started with steak tartare and the egg with truffle, both very tasty. We finished with a cheese plate selected by the chef with a glass of port. All wines are tasted before you accept. Every member of staff was fabulous. Toilets are the floor below and as expected are immaculate and very private. We had coffee and tea afterwards in the bar next door. The hotel is stunning and the temperature of the hotel is perfect. We took a stroll around the gardens and enjoyed the water features and birds. A perfect afternoon and will definitely be back.

The breakfast was nice but I definitely prefer it at the Ritz. The food was good but the service was a little rushed. I hadn’t finished my fruit before my hot dish arrived, I didn’t want it to get cold so I left the fruit (thinking I was finish it later) only for it to be cleared away. The restaurant was beautiful though, I would definitely recommend going as it’ll probably be one of the prettiest dining rooms you’ll ever sit in.

Cowarth Parks wonderful setting and Dorchester link creates an expectation of "occasion". But for us that special feeling is still missing. On this, our 3rd visit, the food was of a good standard, nicely presented and interesting flavours - but not outstanding. The décor and ambiance remain bland, rather like the service - adequate, unemotional and soulless. There is no real sense of warmth in either the welcome or the style. It lacks atmosphere. Apart from the friendly female sommelier, the staff seem to blend into an unforgettable similarity. We had a satisfactory meal in a pleasant establishment, but not a memorable occasion. Perhaps we expect too much.

Starting with delicious amuse bouche and freshly made warm bread, the food was delicious from start to finish. Our starters were plump langoustine with a very tasty sauce/ broth, and an egg yolk nestled in an onion ring with mushrooms - sounds weird and it was a bit but beautifully crafted! My husband then had short rib whilst I had John Dory - both were excellently balanced dishes with bags of flavour, texture and style. Dessert, coffee and petit fours did not disappoint.

We had passed this place a number of times but always assumed it was closed or if not the car park seemed full. However we went past on a Sunday morning and it was open and the car park had been redesigned and had spaces available so we went in. It's a very traditional English cafe .The menu is all on the wall and you have to queue up to order but there is a wide selection of breakfasts to have. We ordered a variation of full English and were given a mug of tea and bread and butter was brought to our table . When the cooked breakfasts arrived very quickly we were given top ups to our mugs of tea. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced around £8.00 including tea. They have also daily specials .It's much larger than I thought as there is an indoor patio area at the back and has lots of table space. It got busy later as the locals came in , if only the tourists knew what they are missing.

Located in the old ticket hall of the station, it’s a bustling cafe with tourists visiting Windsor castle and cyclists from all over, stopping here for a break. It’s really accommodating for cyclists with its indoor bike racks, heated glove warmers in the winter time for those who like winter riding. It’s the highlight of a ride when we head out this way
