Hotel in need of some decor improvements but was clean, reception staff were friendly and helpful, my room details were ready for my arrival which was a nice touch. Room 65 was spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was tasty and most of the staff engaging and pleasant. Would be happy to stay again.

Gave up after 35 minutes of waiting for food. Asked for a refund. No apology, no eye contact, and charged for the soft drinks that we had started but not finished as we never got any food.

Baughurst RoadCame for lunch at the Wellington Arms for a birthday. The Wellington Arms itself is beautiful. The atmosphere was wholesome and the service impeccable. The food was 10/10. Highly recommend.
