Take away order, took around 45-50 mins to be ready for pick up. Mushroom rice 3 stars - a little bland, Peshwari Naan 3 stars - had better, Keema Naan 4 stars, Shashlik 5 stars - succulent chicken pieces very tasty, Korai Lamb also 5 stars - a decent amount of tender lamb (differs from some of the other reviews). Both mains were good quality and did not include the usual dump of food colouring that blights other takeaways and restaurants. It is also worth noting the really competitive prices here, definitely worth a visit. Can't understand some of the one star reviews.

This is by far the best Indian food I have had in the area. The food was oozing with flavour and the spice was just perfect. The owner was also very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend the mixed grill, fish dishes and the biryani. All for excellent value too

I have yet to have a bad experience with this restaurant. Food arrives before the “scheduled” delivery time, always freshly cooked, always full of flavour. I cannot recommend Cumin Kitchen highly enough.

After waiting over 3.5 hours for our food (on New Years Eve as well) the delivery driver turned up to then take our food away again!! Awful service- called the restaurant 4 different times over 4 hours and were being lied to constantly. “I’ll take the food myself” said a manager of whom we never saw! *THIS IS NOT A ROUGUE REVIEW BUT AN HONEST ONE*

Good food but they should not offer a delivery service as they are unable to do so efficiently. I ordered online & didn’t get my food for 3 hours. Very annoying & I will never order from them again.

High quality meat, delicious selection of curry, grill and biryani to choose from. The butter chicken, lamb biryani and tiger prawn saag-mirchi were incredible.

I visited Cumin Kitchen last week and what can I say the food is amazing I had the sharing platter and all I can say is it was lovely

The food was very tasty and delivered on time. The standard was higher than typical takeaways. We did however feel that the prices were too high. The surcharge of £5 for King prawn dishes made them about double what you would pay for similar elsewhere, and we have had better for less, so a star lost for value, but the quality of food and service was great and we would order again.

I’ve ordered 3x to get a balanced view. Mixed grill is a nice idea and good value but poor quality lamb. I tried a lamb dish from Chef recommended section for contrast — good but for price was a small portion of meat and lamb was still poor. Korma and chicken tikka (or anything chicken) was brilliant every single time. Prices are acceptable — roughly 20% less than London with the 10% online discount. Portion sizes good.

5 star food at a local pub! The food here is 10/10. I'd reccommend the Jinga Prawns followed by either Railway Curry (mmm), Balti or Dhansak, but they're just my favourites. Some hot stuff if you fancy it (wasted on me), but also a great choice of mild or medium dishes. Served beautifully, and absolutely the best tasting I know of.

Excellent selection of Indian food, all the classics and some house specials, plenty of choice for Vegan and Meat eaters, the Mixed Shashlick Platter is the bomb! I've used both the delivery and collection service and the team are always polite and prompt.

Food is hot and tasty, delivery driver always has a cheery smile and his banter has us cracking up as he changes it every so often so far we have had curry in a hurry, meals on wheels and a couple of others,

Supirsingly tasty Indian Dishes from this new restaurant. Good level of spice on the Chicken Jalfrezi, doesn't burn your mouth on fire, yet you still taste the heat. The Naan bread tasted fresh as well. The other 5 curries I sampled had a great flavour to them. The order came 5 minutes earlier so no quarrel there (but we were just down the road). Overall, a great restuarant in Tadley/Baughurst and I'll defintly order again (if they can keep to their high quality standard).

DISGUSTING SERVICE, RUINED OUR NIGHT We ordered food from here last night at around 6 and was told it was a hour and a half wait. Had to ring multiple times to find out where our order is. 3 and a half hours later he arrives with our food and we was told our food will be discounted, driver refuses to give us a discount and drives off with our food and had the audacity to come back half hour later with our food and then offer discount. At this point we had just arrived with our dominos which was ordered and cooked in 20 minutes. Dominos 5 star! Cumin kitchen pathetic

The Scottish delivery driver drove off for half an hour to rub one off in the food. I do love a bit of extra spice 👌

Can’t comment on the food because we waited over 4 hours for food after being persistently lied to by the man on the telephone. The man said we would receive a discount for the long wait but when the driver arrived he refused to give us our food because we didn’t hand him the full amount of money. The driver was rude and was very quick to drive away. When then ordered food from another place and as the food arrived the deliver driver came back (over 30 minutes later) and said here’s your food? Bad service and poor communication between the staff. Not impressed as it was New Years Eve and if the kitchen was too busy they should have refused our order!

Asked for delivery was told they are busy and will be 60 to 90 mins . Ok fine no problem 3 hours later get told the driver is coming and you do not have to pay full price . The driver then drove away with the worst attitude and disgusting service from all involved. Also driver did not have a face mask or gloves on not covid safe !!!!!

The tragic delivery service (3 and a half hour wait) and poor customer service (rude staff) will prevent me from ever ordering here again.

I came here with my family twice already and I must say the food is very authentic and fresh to order. I am surprised to see a good selection of Indian dishes such as, Kasundi, Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and Railway Lamb curry. I was very impressed by the staff given of personal care and would be returning back ASAP!!

I used to work in Tamil Nadu for 2 years and I am pleasantly surprised to find that this this most authentic Indian Resturant I have come across in the area. Would highly recommend Chettinad curry!
