Had a takeaway on Monday night. The food was overcooked, overpriced and very bland. Used to be a good Chinese but gone downhill and I shall never use again

we had take away on friday 11th, we ordered at 17.20 and finally the food arrived 75 minutes later! by this time the crispy chilli beef was soggy and rubbery. The chips were only just warm and the mixed meat chow mein had approx 4 pieces of meat in it, was bland and almost cold. I tried to call them back but the line was busy twice so we just eat what we could and the rest went in the bin. this take away was once really good with prompt delivery and the food packed flavour but....something has gone wrong and i only leave the review as last time we ordered we were also disappointed but we will always give places a second chance.....so they have blown that! such a shame.

Familly takeaway, from a really lovely familly. So friendly. The food here is really excellent, and cheaper than anywhere else around. Always have a chicken fried rice and vermicelli Singapore noodles while working through the rest of the menu. tonight having the crispy chilli prawns, Devine. Never disapointed. Do yourself a favour and try the Red Dragon

¡Estamos visitando la zona y encontramos esta pequeña joya! El servicio al cliente fue excelente, la entrega fue rápida y la comida fue increíble (mejor que nuestro favorito en casa en Milton Keynes)

The food was really good, but a bit disappointed because they told me 45 minutes by the phone, then it was longer than 1h and 30m. Hope the next time they phone me telling me how longer more is gonna be.

Fantastic food every time, always fresh and consistently flavoured. Best Kung-Po we've ever had!! Reasonably priced, always been disappointed when we've gone elsewhere for our Chinese food fix. Average 45min delivery; this isn't your run-of-the-mill, bland takeaway, it's well spiced, seasoned, very tasty food. You will not be disappointed!

Red dragon is by far the best Chinese takeaway in Portsmouth. We have never had a bad meal from here, the dishes are flavourful and they are very generous with their portions of food. Would definitely recommend this take away to anyone.

We've tried the rest ... but this is the best! Felt compelled to write a review of this Chinese takeaway because we have been using it reguarly for a long time now & have never been let down. There is something first class about this little gem of a place. Food is always top notch & beautifully presented.....nothing is greasy looking...you can see they take care to package it up. Everything looks & tastes fresh... none of this dried up overcooked & reheated stuff ...oh no not here! The chef is a star! Keep up the good work .... we will keep coming back.

I ordered a takeout In store, I spend £60 of my hard earned money and it was The worst Chinese food bar none I have eaten in Portsmouth, I called to complain and the server or receptionist said it’s my taste, I called to offer my feedback because I was dissatisfied with the quality of the food and was told that if I don’t like it that’s my opinion, I apologise for holding a level of standard? I will not be returning to this restaurant and I advise you do not waste your money here if looking for a good Chinese restaurant. Extremely frustrated at the waste of money

One of the worst Chinese's we have ever had!! First of all over priced for what its worth. We originally order from our local Chinese the HaHa which is cheaper and the best in town ( unfortunately they shut on Mondays ) and so we gave this place ago. The food arrived and the driver said do you want your change which was £3, I think its rude to ask for a tip that way, typical youngsters. I did not tip and I'm glad I did, The food was absolutely disgusting and vile!! The beef chow mein was bland and the beef looked like it had been boiled. The Chicken balls was dry and sweet and sour sauce was rank too. The rice was bland and tasteless also the crispy shredded beef in sticky sauce was horrible. Most of it went into the bin £37 down the drain, Not happy!! We will not be ordering from here again!!

The pork chow mein with vegetables is something from another galaxy!! Unfortunately, no photos this time as I wolfed down the whole dish. But it's otherworldly!!!
