Food turned up 50 minutes late. I should have known then… all showed up cold and dry I will never order from here again the only “good” thing was the message inside the fortune cookies.

Horrible takeaway. Food turnt up 25 minutes late, shredded beef was jelly like and cold, chicken balls stone cold, chow mein was pathetic and tiny strings, curry sauce without warning was packed with mushrooms ( not stated), would not recommend. Terrible food.

I ordered pineapple fritter balls and was delivered some strange fried triangle things dried up and inedible chewy meat. and also the amount taken from my card was a £4.00 delivery charge added but should have been Free as pre-quote. not happy.

food was cold. wrong ribs - not edible, dried out . sweet and sour chicken looked like it was re fried as some of the balls had burned? Not edible.

Food was delicious - also customer service was great. We were missing a dish and they sorted it with no issues. Great food. Great delivery. Great service

Our first time ordering and food was really good. Our only criticism is the bbq sauce had a soapy aftertaste. Not sure if something had been cleaned and not rinsed well enough. I’d order again, as I’m sure it was a one off, as everything else was really nice

We get a takeaway here roughly once a month and every single time is is delicious! We keep going back, the meat is always a lovely texture, the flavour is amazing and it's not a bad price overall

30 minutes later than latest time said would be here. when turned up was Luke warm at best...

Great experience! They kindly decorated the table with birthday confetti as we mentioned it was a birthday when we booked over the phone so that was a nice touch. The staff were very attentive and friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. The food was all very good and came out fresh and hot. Would definitely go back! Thank you again Noble House.

I ordered a chow mein rather than my usual chop suey ( I like a bit of veg with my meal). Wish I’d bought a microwave dinner from Tescos for less than half the price. A container full of egg noodles, a handful of spring onions and about three scraps of fatty meat did not meet my expectations by any stretch of the imagination. The staff were very friendly however, which is why I’ve given 2 stars.

Opened the box to find deep fried squid drown in fat. The batter was all wet as soaked in fat that it fell off the very very chewy squid. The crispy noodle with beef arrived as soft as boiled noodles. Shredded beef’s batter was as bad as the others. Very disappointed with the foods and the way Justeat solved the issue by saying that “ All of our restaurant partners have their own recipes and cook in an individual style” An absurd service!!!

As always food was top quality (alittle cold, but expected on Xmas eve). Unfortunately an item missing from the order, I called the restaurant they sorted out the issue by delivering it within 30 mins. A quick microwave all good

2 portions of chicken chow mein had to be re heated in he microwave. The special curry and special rice were both tasteless and the curry sauce appeared watered down. I would not order from here again

Food was good quality but as it was late a bit cold. Nothing the microwave couldn't solve. This restaurant food is consistently excellent

Food was 15-20 minutes late and was unfortunately stone cold by the time it arrived (slightly problematic when you don’t own a microwave!)

Tried this Restaurant again hoping the food would be better, sadly it wasn't, soup was very gloopy, ordered the chicken chow mein which sadly was cold, so we sent it back, came back warmer but burnt, not a good taste, twice this has happened in the past, chicken curry ok but not brilliant, better from our local take away chinese. Refused to pay for chow mein.

Just a long wait for some lukewarm food. Had this happen a couple of times now unfortunately.

Had a take away and I can say it was the nicest Chinese iv had in a long time! The vegetarian chicken was one of the best iv had! Great prices highly recommend

Avoid the takeaway. All food was cold, tasteless ribs, total waste of money. AVOID.

Delivery guy very polite on time

Food arrived a couple of minutes after the latest time. Definitely has changed since I last bought from them. Very disappointed. Very bland, lacking all the usual flavour. Sweet and sour was just meh, no zing and very runny like a liquid not a sauce. Such a shame as they were my favourite.

excellent chinese restaurant with exceptional staff.. MY French partener enjoyed her conversation with a French lady who is a member of the staff. Great food and not expensive. FULL OF REGULARS,IS ALWAYS A GOOD TIP. Parking is a nightmare, park by the beach car parks and walk. Non alcohol restaurants but you can bring your own booze. No corkage charge. I will return.

Don’t know why so many negative reviews . Had a delivery was on time piping hot and delicious even better with huge discount as would have been expensive .only moan would be chips were hard and a bit over cooked and the rice dish was expensive for what it was but everything else was amazing especially the chicken in chilli sauce and crispy beef .Will definitely order from there again

Restaurant no help and lying on where the food was/is - the face just eat are 0 help either. When a store delivers its own food but use the just eat app, it simply does not work and there is 0 customer service support

the "sesame prawn canapés" were hard and rubbery which would suggest they had been previously made and reheated, the aromatic duck, which had a very odd flavour, wasn't shredded as you would expect but a whole piece still on the bone which we had to shred ourselves and the fried rice and egg was literally boiled rice with scrambled egg in, definitely not fried rice. overall a very disappointing experience which we definitely won't be repeating

A pleasant and friendly restaurant that goes the extra mile to make your dining experience a positive one. As a type-2 diabetic, I had no problems with my meal.

The mixed vegetarian appetiser had one mushroom in batter, and one tiny cigarillo-shaped spring roll with unidentifiable vegetables inside. The other constituents were a piece of tofu rolled in cornflour a saté of mock meat a wonton with something brown inside and too sweet, not very crispy,seaweed. I chose: beef with peppers in black bean sauce as in every Chinese restaurant I have been to this dish is not chilli-hot. I couldn’t eat the sauce as there was so much chilli in it and I left the beef as I could not find one slice which was not fatty and flabby. My crispy noodles with bean sprouts were not crispy but boiled. The meal was inedible, so we left. My sister had the king prawn Szechuan which had no flavour, only chilli. The staff were kind, if somewhat disorganised and took the price of the starter off the bill. The tables are too close together, so we had to endure the unedifying conversation of the 4 people at the table across the aisle from us. Although it wasn’t an issue for us, the restaurant does not serve alcohol despite its website saying it does.

What a great experience. Staff were friendly and very very happy to help. Huge range of vegetarian options and the staff were happy to rearrange the menu to suit us all. Every dish was top quality, hot, well seasoned. Just a lovely time had by us all.

We order almost every month, and absolutely love the vegan selection Our favourites are the vegetable chow main, with mock pork+cashew nuts and the salt and pepper mock chicken Highly recommended!

Brill. I made a mistake when ordering. Phoned the restaurant and they corrected it for me. Food was lovely and tasty and just what I intended before pressing the buttons too fast in the app.

We have eaten here quite a few times and the food is usually good if the servers are not over-friendly. This time it was the other way round. The three young servers were happy, friendly and efficient. I started with prawn dumplings. £7.50 for 4 small items. Tasty, but very poor value. My main was Chilli squid. I was expecting tender squid in a rich chilli sauce. What I got was pieces of squid covered in a wishy-washy sauce with stir-fried veg. Only a hint of chilli. The squid pieces were of uniform size and shape which made me think that they were frozen not fresh. Sadly they were chewy, making me think they had been cooked from frozen. Gabrielle, my wife, chose the mixed seafood with "crispy" noodles. She found the prawns, squid and scallops all chewy. The seafood and stirfried veg were served on the crispy noodles and the moisture made the noodles just soft. She left it all. My main was very slow in coming and when I enquired I was told "The chef forgot to cook it!!!!" Too busy with the large amounts of takeaways flying out the door. One good thing was that we could take our own wine as their drinks licence was withdrawn. This saved us a fortune. Will think twice about returning, sadly.

A big party of us came here last night and was very impressed with the service. The food was delicious and plenty of choice for people on different diets. Haven't been here before but would be more than happy to go again. Cant fault the restaurant.

There are plenty of good restaurants in and around Southsea but this is a great Chinese restaurant Friendly staff, good atmosphere, very extensive menu, generous portions and good quality food Not expensive and you can bring your own drinks

Love it! Wouldn't go anywhere else for Chinese food in Southsea. We have been ordering from here for so many years now. An exceptional menu, with gluten free alternatives. Exceptionally fresh produce, you can taste everything. The Restaurant Manager always goes over and above to please. Nothing is too much trouble, Highly recommend "Singapore noodles", the sharing starter for a dinner party, the spring rolls, Prawn in ginger. Duck in black bean. Special rice. The list is endless! If ever a discrepancy, it's minor & rectified immediately. All the staff are well trained & smartly presented. This credit is due to the Manager & The owner. I highly recommend you try The Noble House. Eat in or take away. You can take your own alcohol as it doesn't sell alcoholic drinks. Enjoy! .

It was alright. Thought as it’d been around for a while and had a restaurant it would be above average Chinese. Won’t be changing from my local Chinese but if this was the first I’d tried I’d happily order again.

All good BUT on this occasion I couldn't get a delivery time!

Not been for a long time but enjoyed it so much, the food and service is as good as ever. One important point is THEY DON'T HAVE AN ALCOHOL LICENSE, you can take in your own beer and wine, without any problems.

The chicken dishes and vegetable spring rolls I got were really good, but I got mushroom fried rice and it was awful. It smelt off, mushrooms tasted off had little to no flavour and the sesame prawn ‘canopies’ (toast) was really not good. Spongy and chewy in all the wrong ways. Do not order the mushroom fried rice, it’s as if they keep the mushrooms in water but don’t clean out the water. Absolutely disgusting

So this place was a very nice surprise considering me and the Mrs only went for a walk along the beach.So I’ll rewind it was a cold and very windy Wednesday evening and the Mrs was all like “I’m bored let’s go for a walk along the seafront” me looking out the window thinking she’s bloody crazy it’s gale force winds 🤔 ok a bit of an exaggeration it was a bit windy 🤣 but as like most husbands I dare say no and after about an hour or so wanted something to eat so went here and wow it was great and busy the atmosphere was nice very relaxed and friendly the staff were very friendly and informative and the food was spot on all fresh and tasty they even had a vegan section with mock chicken you will have to take your own alcoholic drinks as they only do non alcoholic beverages but not a negative I’d say if you want a nice relaxing Chinese meal then definitely come to the Noble House.

Really not happy with our meal! Duck was dry, chips were awfully dry, didn’t get one of our dishes but instead got Something else we ordered. Won’t order here again!

food arrived cold. After reheating it,our salt & pepper chicken/salt & pepper chips didnt taste of anything. Chips were stale and hard. Save your money and go elsewhere

Waited a while for the food, was dispatched and took 45 minutes to turn up, phoned because they’d missed the delivery window to be told that there’s other orders on the delivery which I get, but turning up really late and cold was disappointing, the food was as you’d expect from waiting so long for delivery, a shame

A nice restaurant but been let down on takeaways. Twice used, twice late. As a constructive criticism, please just amend your delivery times. Food was also like warm, not sure why. Whether it was due to time in delivery car or problems at restaurant.

The chips were awful and the food was late

The food was great! I had all vegetarian meals and tried things I hadn’t tried before including mock pork. The selection of vegetarian starters were great value for money and also included items I haven’t tried before and I was very impressed. 10% off my £30 meal and free delivery was a bonus. Delivered in good time by a friendly delivery driver. Very happy

beef with oyster sauce dish was absolutely terrible. random vegetables in the serving and the beef itself honestly looked like cat food. will never use again.

Chips were dry, chicken balls undercooked and chowmein and beef we’re definitely not to standard. All came cold too. Paid a lot of money for it to end in the bin. Very disappointed.

I'd just like to make a complaint about my delivery in Saturday. I ordered via the website and it said the food would arrive by 19.04. At 19.19, I rang and was told that the food was with the delivery driver and it would be there soon. It arrived at 19.50 and had to be microwaved because some parts were cold. I'm type one diabetic and had to eat some toast at 19.30 to keep me going because food had not arrived.

Usually okay maybe the dishes we chose but sauces very watery and not much taste compared to other restaurants we use for Chinese takeaway, fresh vegetables however, would not rush to re-order, sorry
