it was surprisingly hot and very tasty most enjoyable if this is a thing I'd definitely buy again 5 stars

good burgers an chips. left 1 star out as there is always room for improvement.

Always friendly and great tasting food go hand in hand at this place.Lovely crispy batter on my cod and the chips are never overdone.Only complaint is that they should put a slice of lemon with the scampi,as scampi usually has a squeeze of lemon over it.

Food was 2 hours late and their phone answering is terrible

Was quoted an hour wait. Showed up, after calling twice, 40 mins late. Savaloy was cold and a small pot of curry sauce was only half full

Every time we order the estimated delivery is never true to the actual delivery which is always much quicker. The food is cooked well without being oily, portion size is good and their rock is so favourable

chips..obviously everything is more expensive now. but large chips seems so pricy.

a simple burger and chips took over 1.30 hours to arrive. when it did, it was cold and had items missing. when I asked for a refund for the missing items through the app, I was rejected. will never order from here again

Down in Ramsgate visiting my parents. Found this place by chance thanks to Google. Have been back a second time it's so good and recommended to my sister. Superb chips, not soggy at all. Really good to see rock/huss on the menu. The cod roe was good too.

Telephoned and waited in a queue only to be dumped by your crap phone system. If you want loyal customers then treat them with respect not insults. Very poor service will go elsewhere from now on

Wow! The best chips we have ever had from a chip shop. Each chip was as crisp as the last, there was none of that horrible greasy stuck to the paper potato mess you usually get. We called in just before going to a show and I'm pleased to say we will happily travel over next time we fancy chippy chips again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I was lured into this place because of the smell of beef fat and my goodness was it not every bit of what I hoped. The fish could have been a little bit bigger as a large, but the batter was crispy and the cod tasted excellent. The chips were greasy, soft, beef dripping chips which was exactly what I wanted. Delicious.

Had to wait 2 hours for 4 items. Our order was initially delayed and then arrived later than the expected delivery time. The portion size was ridiculously small and when the order was delivered I wasn't given any chamge. I tried to cancel my order when it was first delayed but there were no option to cancel and no way of contacting contacting the restaurant.

Our order arrived incredibly fast, about 11 minutes. Unfortunately both burgers were missing tomato, and 1 missing bacon also. I rang the store, they sent 2 more burgers,arriving 20 minutes later. All there but tomato 2mm thick almost invisible.

loaded chips are amazing, you get a great amount of toppings for the price and easily stretches as a meal for 2 people

OMG! Best fish and chips I have had! Fish had a wonderful taste, fries were fresh and thick. Even my sister had trouble staying away from the fries (she normally doesn’t eat potatoes). She ordered steak and kidney pie and said it was like she remembered having growing up. PS we are British Americans, our Mom(British) would make us steak and kidney when we were young.

Best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Delicious curry sauce, crispy chips but so fluffy inside, and the cod was perfect. The Oreo cheesecake was lovely. Delivery was quick, nice and pleasant at the door, and well packaged. Thanks guys!
