Have put full instructions of how to get to the flat but had to go looking for deliver, please instruct them to read instructions as no point putting them on otherwise

I travel the whole of South and south east coast for work. Apart from a chippy in rye his large cod is superb fluffy and opaq. Love it

chips were dry today very unusual 😔

the food quality was great, and do not have a problem with Mr Chips, ad they always have good quality food. however the issue this time was with the driver. we watched ad he picked up our order, went the opposite way, then sat at a McDonald's for 10 minutes, obviously picking up someone else's order, whilst our food sat I'm the bag getting cold. they then delivered to someone else first, diverting up a random road before delivering our food to us. I wish I could take my tip back, as I always tip

Courier delivered to wrong address, lucky I saw him as he left food on neighbours doorstep???? if I had not seen him, we would either have not got food, or had cold food. A but disappointed.

The best fish and chip shop for miles

Chips were soggy, sausages mushy and cod bites overdone. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Lovely company always give us extra portions. Even got an extra haddock for free on last order. Always Fresh and so tasty 🤤

Placed order was given delivery time of 20.10, but was the updated to 20.37. Have always been more than satisfied with food from this provider, but have to say tonight's food was a little disappointing. very dry, as though it had been cooked and kept warm for a while.

Fabulous. Always have Haddock. My hubby normally has the large and l have the medium. No large available. Well it didn’t matter. The medium was like a whale and l had to give some of mine away. Can’t beat Mr Chips. Keep it up guys.

food was hot and delicious the cod was massive for a medium well worth it always get my chippy tea from this restaurant always good quality food.

items missing from the order, I telephoned them only to be told they could not deliver the missing items, I can collect or arrange for refund from just eat, i paid to have it delivered so to collect is a waste of money and time, not useful when we have hungry children waiting on a treat!

There was a minor issue wuth the order but which when informed was sorted out very well overall a very good experience and i well reccomend .

I cancelled my 1st order at 4.30, but it still arrived and then another order arrived at 6pm.what went wrong?

the fish was cooked fresh and battered well, the chips were also lovely, staff are really lovely and sociable, overall a great experience

The fish and chips were just cool the person that delivered needs telling you don’t go on your phone speaking a different language and no communication at all we r Oder couple no I’m upset 😢
