Rajduth Tandoori Indian Restaurant in Tandridge

Food tasty and staff all friendly and helpful. Did not get food poisoning so thats good. Toilets need a damn good clean. The ladies sink and floor was horrible - built up grim. Pretty much like toilets you would find in India itself. Sink pipe flooded floor when washing hands. Light twitches filthy. However on positive side food was ok, ive had better ive had worse. Price was ok.

Tasty food. Great deals for using their website. Slight issues with delivery of an out of date bottle of pepsi max but they resolved that in less than 5 minutes after a short call.

It's a very good restaurant never thought Indian restaurants had so many tasty foods there 😋. I'm impressed. Ordered and came as I expected sometimes late because of traffic, I get that but the food are just too good to be true. Love it there! 😋🌮🍱🥘

This was fantastic, food, service everything, I totally recommend.

Food was good, the waiter was also good, but the overall cleanliness was not good at all especially the toilets, overall the restaurant and furniture look old and tired. We visited on a Saturday night and we were the only people who visited the restaurant in nearly 90 minutes which was unusual also there was no music playing in the background which again we found unusual

Always come here for my birthday and ordered last night, proper curry , reminds me like back home instead of all the curry places around Caterham. Fresh unlike the other places! So good!

This place has become our new regular dine-in curry house. The food is delicious and genuine. The hot curries actually have some spice and they clearly know what they're doing in the kitchen. This is primarily a take-away so don't expect suited waiters and flock wallpaper, but once you're sat down they are very accommodating. The place isn't licensed to sell alcohol, but they are fine with you bringing your own. They'll even happily stick your drinks in the fridge and provide glasses. Don't go in expecting a fine-dining experience, but do expect actual curries that taste great, some beautiful naan breads with a healthy lick of gee, and all at a fair price. Can attest to the Naga, Garlic Chilli, and the Archari - all are the real deal and gorgeous!

Amazing takeaway! Food was lush and delivered fast! Best takeaway we have had! Mushroom rice was full of flavour, vegetable korma was very well made the cauliflower was fresh and tasty. Lamb vindaloo was very rich and flavoursome! Poppadoms were crispy and delicious. Very happy we will order again soon and will dine in with family soon! Thank you Rajduth Tandoori!!!

Outstanding cuisine. Reasonably priced. All dishes freshly cooked, perfect portions and friendly staff. My now go to Indian. Definitely worth a visit.

I am chairman of the Caterham Curry Club and for the past year every month we dine at the Rajduth. The food has always been good and the BYO makes it an inexpensive evening. Last night it was great to meet the 3 Abu's their 2nd day taking on the new Management. The food was exquisite. Best King Prawn Puree in the district ! Thanks Guys.

First time user and the curry was good: 1 x dansak 2 x korma 3 x rice Popadoms, bhagi and nan bread 51 Pounds delivered for 3 meals! Unfortunately was too much for us, to consider using again.

Very pleasantly taken by the food and service and would definitely visit again, soon!

Just ordered takeaway : Chicken Dhansak, plain rice, garlic naan and x2 poppadums. Collected. £14 cash and it was very good. Very tasty and top notch. Recommend this place for quality and value. Yum

I ordered a takeaway from Rajduth Tandoori last night and for the first time.. the guy who took my order was delightful and even offered to make a dish that wasn't on his menu.. the food came and it was gorgeous and the meat was tender.. I will definitely order from here again, and I'm considering dining in, especially with the bring your own.. fantastic place and highly recommended. This restaurant food is very tasty I wish I could try everything from the menu.

Food and service fantastic, great portion sizes. Staff 100% aim to please. Food does take a little longer than other restaurant we have eaten in, but is freshly cooked and worth the wait. Doesn't serve alcohol, but your very welcome to bring your own. Keeping the high price of a glass of wine or beer off the bill.

Price of wine has rocketed! No longer good value for money for whole meal. Restaurant has has lost all its character after redecoration. So sad, we used to love it here.

Having travelled Indian restaurants the world over I can tell you that this unpretentious establishment with the same owner and same chef for over 35 years is quite simply the best Indian restaurant on earth . Long may is continue. Chicken Tikka, Poppadums and vegetable Bhaji are all to die for , AND they also serve that rarer than rare Bangla beer.

Very nice curry, excellent service and decently priced. Good portions too. Missed out on 5 stars because it's a little tired, but I definitely would visit again.

I've been a few times and the food is really lovely and great value for money. I've tried the chicken korma, tikka masala and chicken tikka biryani all of which were delicious.

Fantastic place, old school old curry house. No flashing lights or cocktail bar, just good honest food, very reasonably priced to. One of my favourite places locally, give a try you won't be disappointed.

Delicious and authentic are the key words I'd use to describe my experience here. I don't think I've so thoroughly enjoyed an Indian meal as much before and the price for the relatively large portions really made this an easy 5/5 experience. Easily recommended.

We hadn't visited Rajduth for a long time(we've done the circuit!) but, returned recently and were reminded very quickly of how delicious the food is, traditional music and very good service. It's small yes but that is not really an issue in our opinion. A little criticism if I may--with two restaurants of similar cuisine close by Rajduth NEEDS TO UP HER GAME!!.By that I mean-a fresh décor and soft furnishing, this would make all the difference-in our opinion. Will be back!

After leaving the town 20 years ago, I always missed my favourite Indian. I was blown-away after all these years to see the same smiling faces and the food to be as outstanding as ever. The whole eating experience in The Rajduth is how it should be. These guys are a noble, conscientious and dedicated team who deserve to do well. Possibly the best meal I've had for many a year, nothing fancy, just prepared and delivered with real polish. Maintaining standards like these for more than 2 decades is a remarkable achievement. The fancier, more modern impersonators can't compete with these standards! Really great, guys. Well done!!
