The second visit here. Unfortunately, both times we got attitude from one particular staff member, who has the biggest chip on her shoulder! If working there is 'beneath you' than move on!!! And stop making customers feel as though you're going to 'sort them' in an alleyway! Hard-faced and very aggressive. All the other staff were perfectly pleasant, though! Won't be back.

Continue to return here with our kids. Food is lovely. Reasonably priced. Baby and child friendly. Lovely staff who are attentive and friendly.

Oh dear never again. Dirty table. Staff all looked somewhat scruffy. A strange mush mash menu. Food seemed very processed. Looked like it was just dumped on the plates. Chips looked like scraps etc etc. very little interaction with the staff they never even bothered to ask how the food was. Deffo not coming back

Sat at table for 20 minutes and no one came to take our order, so we left.

We've vistited Racconto Lounge on a number of occasions, always found the staff very helpful and welcoming we've been greeted seated promptly. Love the quirkness of this place all the pictures and mirrors on the walls, they have a selection of games and toys to amuse children. Large menu with something for everyone never had a problem with anything we've ordered. Toilets are clean and tidy, sinks have running hot water and the drier actually dries your hands.

Sam and his team are always friendly even when it’s busy and nothing is a problem. Food is excellent value .Our favourite place to eat in Bury

Arrived with a group of 10 and Mylo shuffled the restaurant to accommodate us just before he finished his shift.

Came here yesterday for dinner. I went to the bar to order food because my daughter has a dairy allergy, I asked the server if she could have sweet potato fries instead of normal fries and he said that was fine. When the food was served there was cheese all over the sweet potato fries. I ended up swapping fries with my daughter because I didn’t want to complain because the service was already very slow.

Normally great been going every Monday for a long time. I always have chicken and bacon salad the time past four times ive had no paresan on no roasted peppers no seeds . I always ask for no tomato and no avocado this week i got no cheese no seeds no roast peppers and avocado under the salad it wasn't worth having. My daughter had pancakes with bacon it was burt to a crisp.

As a single dinner and having breakfast I think service needs updating as I wanted a extra coffee but having to get up and take all your shopping to the bar and losing your table outside because of lack of outside service is quite short sited. And also there should be some server dress code......having your food brought out by someone in shorts flip-flops and white socks....and plates removed buy a young woman in a low cut top and no bra is highly inappropriate....

I took my friend here for her 1st visit, and seeing it through fresh eyes again reminded me what a great place the Racconto Lounge is. The service is great, the drinks were perfect, the pricing is competitive , and the styling and atmosphere make for a great, relaxing and pleasing meet up spot.

We’ve been coming here regularly since it opened but not been for a couple of months and were very disappointed. Had the lounge breakfast which we used to love and although it came quickly we were a bit shocked. The bacon was so over cooked it was burnt black and fragmented when you tried to cut it ! Very hard to eat let alone chew. Sausages were a bit bland and no taste at all to the mushrooms The meet and greet was fine, but we had no follow up, like “how’s everything?” And a very brusque “finished?” before taking the plates away before we could say anything Think it will be a long time before we come back as a meal we looking forward to as a treat was so poorly cooked and served

Food we wanted wasnt available due to to kichen appliances not working and we werent able to have a conversation as music was too loud

Chilled atmosphere, good foor for both vegan non vegan customers, lovely staff who provide great service. All in all very pleasant place to go

We were seated right in front of an open door which wouldn’t stay closed and was blowing a cold breeze. We were then directed to order on the QR code, each time we added something to the basket it flagged up saying it was now unavailable. We left.

Visited on a busy Sunday morning, placed our order at till and we found a table for the 5 of us with in 5 minutes of picking up our drinks. The food was well cooked, tasty and value for money. All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would recommend trying your self.

I'm very faddy with my food and like plain food nothing was to much trouble for them to sort some "plain" food out for me which was lovely really enjoyed it and left a message for chef to say thank you

food brilliant and service excellent as always ALTHOUGH THE MANAGER JACK WHO attended this evening on his day off was extremely LOUD, BAD MANNERED, RUDE to everyone including the staff, i was witness to him screaching and shouting extremly loud and physically hitting staff, im actually appualed to what i witnessed as i was with a small party of friends, many of whom have disabilities and some with mental health issues, i would be very suprised if this behaviour has not been brought to your attention from staff also disgusting and totally unproffesional

Visited on a Sunday morning, we really loved the vibe and decor here. Plenty of staff working, all who we spoke to were friendly and welcoming. Food was really good, I had the Miami Brunch - would have liked it to include a flatbread or similar so I ordered garlic ciabatta on the side which went really well. My girlfriend had the eggs with spinach and mushroom, she really enjoyed it but would suggest a little more hollandaise sauce with it. Drinks were equally tasty, we tried the watermelon iced tea and the pink lemonade. We would definitely return, especially as there were so many vegetarian options.

Nice restaurant with a different decor to most restaurants. Serving time could have been quicker as several of the staff walked past us before we were noticed. Takes time for the food to be delivered, but it's nice grub if a little small, not the place to get stuffed. Good vegan menu, but it is a little pricy, we were in the middle of bury, though. Recommended if you like something different.

Great atmosphere, such a beautiful place but unfortunately I never had a good experience there . As an artist I love this place but as a customer no . First I went there to do some photography for my photography project but I had an awful experience, I'm still not sure why they act like that so I said maybe it was me . This time we went there to have a little family birthday party, we booked the table and talked to the manager about our plan( we wanted to have a cake and they said you can bring your cake here and gave it to us then we will bring it to your table) , we did everything they said but unfortunately when we arrived there they said we can't accept your cake because on the cake box written " it's not suitable for NUT allergies" , they said you can't have your cake here . But the thing is the cake box was made for all kinds of cakes not just for us ( and I'm sure our cake was completely nut free as we asked for ) however all the birthday party was ruined just because some nuts !

The food and staff were exceptional. Recommend I would.

One of the stand-out restraunts in this complex. Looks great, and the food backs it up. The Chilli was very good. It's also nice when you order fresh orange and it's just that, and not out of a carton. The cost was reasonable, and the service was good. Turns out it's part of a chain, and we've had equally good experience at some of their other restraunts.

We came for my mother's birthday breakfast and also just for a coffee on a separate occasion. We've been to Racconto in the past and always had positive experiences but just recently the place seems to have gone downhill. Decor is still lovely but the food was quite cold and the man who took our order was so abrupt and offhand. We were served by the same man on both occasions and I have to say I've had better service at McDonald's. He is abrupt, off hand and lacking in manners. My elderly mother bought a coffee and some cakes yesterday and she asked for them to be brought outside to her. When he served them he instantly told her she was sitting on the 'wrong' table because she was closer to the Bob & Burt's side than Racconto's. There is no physical division between the two sides. I don't think we'd bother going again!!!

Never disappointed. Food choices are good. Staff are always pleasant and give brilliant service even when they are busy. Nice atmosphere and even if they are busy it's worth the wait!

A really unusual decor, a wide varied and delicious menu, and excellent service! Great place to visit for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks or anything in between!

Its heaven for vegetarian , they got load option , so tasty , service is excellent and not that pricey considering the wow decor , down side only the food a bit more than we expect it

Excellent place. Was seated within 5 minutes on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Excellent service & you can order via QR code from the table. Really nice atmosphere & friendly service from staff. Food also excellent.

Lovely place for coffee and breakfast

Went at lunch time. Had a bacon cheese burger. Was really nice. Soft drinks on draught are a bit naff and there was a lengthy queue to order. Would go again though

Absolutely love this place, staff were/are exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. Nice chilled atmosphere, great food and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Took our dog, mini daschund. Menu was limited but it was after 7 when we arrived. Had the Lamb curry 👌👌👌👌👌. Will always go back here.

Visited with a really large group. They handled our booking with ease and were really laid back and easy to work with. The food was lovely, and served all at the same time (which was impressive given the group size). The atmosphere was warm and cosy and one of the waiters in particular was happily joking with our group which went down really well!

Absolutely delicious burgers and fabulous staff members (especially the guy just helping out tonight, what an asset to the company he is). Celebrating our anniversary and they went the extra mile. Wouldn't hesitate to come again, well done!

We came here to celebrate the Anniversary of our first date, which had been here....six years ago! The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. A huge thank you to our server for being so friendly and thoughtful. I'm totally convinced we should visit more often as always love it here. Thank you Racconto team.

Loved it,myself and my daughter both have allergies and they were so helpful it's good to see that some cafes and restuarnts do cater for people with allergies and intolerances,there are so many that don't.

Amazing food, extremely friendly staff, a touch on the pricey side (but then again where isn't nowadays!) And the vibes were immaculate!

Greeted by friendly staff straight away, given open choice of where we wanted to sit. Given the option to order at the bar or on the qr scanner. Qr scanner worked fine, asking for a tip before uve received any service bar sitting down is abit cheeky and does detract away from leaving one. Food arrived quickly and was nice.

Stopped by in the evening to meet a friend. Was met with a lovely and warm room full of art work, made it feel real fancy. Food wise I had the Nasi goreng, it was delightful and wished I could order another bowl. Would recommend :)

Came for dinner with my mum after we'd been to the pics. Had the tapas between us which was lovely. Good value and friendly service.

Visited this venue at the weekend for a coffee pitstop whilst shopping in bury. Was lovely and welcoming. Loved the atmosphere and the decor but sad to say the coffee was the worst I've had in a long time. Tasted sour and left a metallic taste in my mouth for a long time after. Would not return

Food was tasty, the truffle chicken and chili beef brisket are to die for, although the nasi goreng and patatas bravas were a bit of a miss. It was quite straightforward to order and mostly self service Really comfy seating and nice atmosphere

Excellent service last week with my son and niece (who is coeliac) They are one of the few very places who cater for people who are GF! Everywhere prioritises V and VG which is great but gluten free should also be as important and this place is superb! Great good, great service and relaxed vibe 😊

No lamb in the Goan lamb curry Not convenient to complain on the night so complained. Afterwards. No response from local management. So contacted head office. No response from them. Either. I wouldn't go there again. We were all disappointed.

This is my absolute favourite place to go in Bury! The atmosphere is always welcoming, the drunks are always great and the menu is unusual but in a good way - I've tried many things and never once been disappointed! It's great for working, meeting friends, or eating out. It's never rowdy but not too empty either. Highly, highly recommend!

We were a family party of 28. Our food order was pre ordered by email due to the numbers. Service was faultless, friendly staff, very attentive and everybodys food came out, as ordered and hot. Very well organised and wouldn't hesitate to book again,

Normally great but today service was shocking. Possibly due to high turnover in staff. Big girl in purple (purple top and shoes) was rude and had no customer service skills at all. The old staff were great. Such a shame to see this place go downhill.

Went with my neice on Christmas Eve the food was amazing we had the kids lounge breakfast and the bacon buttermilk stacked pancakes. They were honestly so delicious and my neice went to the bathroom and commented on the beautiful toilets and how clean they were lol.

Love Racconto and the whole chain of these quirky restaurants. Visited Bury and Sefton Park, Liverpool in the same week and both were fantastic: staff, service, food and value for money. Oh, and my sister's gorgeous pooch, Jazz, loved it too. Keep doing what you do brilliantly!

Met with friends for our Christmas meal. Food was lovely but the service was a little slow. And having to go to the bar to order drinks seems a bit non sensickle when you're ordering food.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the staff were so warm and welcoming. Just had drinks but it was so relaxing that we had another. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to friends and family.
