Something you don’t experience every day -a Jaws themed cafe. We drove through a housing estate, then through a boatyard to find this rare treat of a cafe. But my goodness, it was worth it. A perfect setting with excellent homemade food for a very reasonable price. But what really sets this place apart is the whole unique experience. There is an old train carriage which is the setting for indoor dining and a very picturesque decking area if you want to eat outside. Fortunately we had good weather so it was outside for us. Dogs are welcome.

Jo has worked tirelessly to improve this hidden gem. It’s now a must when visiting Faversham, just for the fun of it. Great Bacon Sandwiches and Fish Finger wraps. Will be back again soon.

The wonderful Quint’s Retreat cafe has recently been upgraded to include a beautiful sundeck for outdoor seating, as well as a converted train carriage for those pesky rainy spells. Jo has also expanded her menu, introduced crockery and a gentle musical playlist as an accompaniment to your afternoon by the creek. A fabulous place to pause as you head for your walk on the marshes, or across to Whitstable. Highly recommended.

Lovely little hidden gem. I've been there with my lady a couple of times for coffee and it's always so cute and quiet. Haven't tried to food yet but the frapes are really nice.

Fabulous little spot! Well worth a visit. Owner is super- friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxed. If I lived closer, this would most certainly be my new favourite place to frequent :-)

Had the all day breakfast this morning, as we do.... Top quality all round, the sausages and bacon were delicious and the whole served quickly by friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Kitchen@Oscar's is an unpretentious, old-fashioned, family-run bakery - and one of the best spots in Faversham. The welcome is always warm and friendly and you can really tell this is a family business. Everything on the counter is amazing! Selection of high quality bread, sourdough, rye, etc, served cut or uncut. And the best croissants in Faversham, amazing sweet treats and savouries, and with a selection of freshly prepared hot food (like sausage rolls - vegan options available!) You can also order a bacon roll, bacon and egg roll etc, cooked-while-you-wait. Conveniently located by the train station so perfect to pop in for a coffee before commuting. (And their takeaway cups are always distinctive!)
