Had an amazing meal here tonight. Can definitely recommend the Lasagne and ribs. Generous portions and half price. Will definitely be returning. Such a friendly welcoming pub

From the moment we entered this quaint oldy worldy pub, we were made to feel welcome, not just from the landlady, but also the locals. The food was exquisite, added to which unbeknown to us meals were 50% off Monday to Friday. What a bonus. If you are in the Sittingbourne area, try this pub, otherwise you will be missing a real treat. Gill & Kevin McClounan

Didn't know what to expect from this pub. Went with the family for my birthday. The food was excellent, well cooked and presented, and portions were large. The pricing was a bit strange as during the week all was half price, making for great value. If you are disabled could be a bit awkward and tiled flooring area was slippery, but don't let that put you off.

Just wish we'd discovered the Three Hats before! Lovely friendly family pub, great hosts and excellent food. Best chilli burger I've had as well as the cheesy chilli chips my wife had. We sat in the good sized beer garden which was very pleasant although it does look in need of a bit of a refresh! Didn't put us off though Sat in a lot worse and we will definitely be coming back very soon. The 20-25 minutes walk there for us is definitely worth it 😀

Disgusting. Malcom and his wife discriminate against vulnerable people with Autism along with special needs. They barred and turned away my loved one for simply having disabilities and coming across abrupt! This to me is discrimination against vulnerable people. It's disheartening to know that anyone who has disabilities are not welcome to come here. If no stars were an option I would have selected that. Avoid at all costs if your loved ones have any disabilities. My loved one left in tears as a result of their arrogance, ignorance and lack of compassion :( RESPONSE TO OWNER: The only thing slanderous was you choosing to be unkind and discriminate against people with complex needs. FYI there are spectrums of Autism which clearly you're uneducated on, not to mention ignorant towards other people's conditions! But for, the Autism/complex needs, noone would be "upset" (as you state) it's NOT a choice to have disabilities! Do better and STOP DISCRIMINATING!!

An amazing family pub. Been going here for 9 years with my family, including my son who was diagnosed with autism at the age of 6. Best food, best atmosphere, genuinely lovely staff and would recommend to all. Loving the food offers they do midweek, really helps out the local Milton and Sittingbourne community. Support local. They even do delivery!!

Last 2 reviews are simple hate talk. You won’t find a nicer and more welcoming pub, good food and great atmosphere. Malcolm and Caoibhe are great people and the 2 peoples making negative comments weee asked to leave due to their behaviour. A ridiculous thing to put on the internet out of spite . I have eaten at the 3 Hats several times before and enjoyed the food, the environment and the service from this staff. Recently popped in on a Tuesday evening for dinner and had the fillet steak with chips and peppercorn sauce and it was amazing! Cooked to perfection and tasted great. It was on a Tuesday during their special offer but it would have been worthy of the full menu price any day of the week. Will be back again very soon. Apologies for the quality of the pic but I was enjoying it too much before I decided to take a photo...

Great steak. Cooked to perfection with the most amazing homemade peppercorn sauce. Will definitely be back - Great selection of beers on tap too.

Had a spontaneous last minute meal out with partner and Toddler. Took advantage of the 50% meals Monday to Wednesday. So impressed, lovely staff, come over promptly with menus and to take drink order, a good selection of starters and mains including specials to pick from. All 50% off cant beat it! Brilliant portions and really nice tasty food, presentation great. Id highly recommend this establishment! Very happy customer thank you

Right, i debated if I should share this gem with you! Yep i will but keep it to yourself. Found this little place today. Service, polite and friendly Atmosphere, cosy Food, good quality meats with fresh veg, served hot, large potions. Sunday roast highly recommended. All told we were delighted with our find and wil defo be back. X

It's the first time I've been there for 10yrs plus. I didn't recognise the staff, but they made me feel very welcome. I had a nice quiet drink on a Thursday afternoon with a mate. Would recommend the pub.

Lovely short break( 90 mins). Good bacon baguette plenty of it. Good real ale and a friendly & welcoming greeting. All in all I would go there again.

Lovely pub, lovely owners. Had dinner here tonight for my partners birthday, fillet steak was amazing and the mushrooms with it were some of the best I've had. Partner had the burger which again was really good and amazing chips. Would eat here again

Haven't visited since the pandemic, looks back to usual, staff and customers great craic and form. Hopefully will be back soon.

My eyes were certainly bigger than my stomach with this one. Lovely local pub. Beer could indeed be cheaper. But all in all, a great little place, would definitely recommend to any lorry drivers down at the lorry park.

Well what can I say.... Definitely a local pub for local people, my partner an I were given the sideways looks as we walked up and stood at the bar, but that being said a couple of the let's say "characters" started to talk to us and made us feel welcome. I imagine it would be great on a weekend, we had popped in on a week day evening.

What lovely people, the food is qmazing and great value for money! Would recommend the steak it is probably the best steak i have ever eaten. I qm on the keto diet and malc knew exactly what i could qnd couldnt wat and made sure i got a full dinner.

Lovely old pub, lots of character, with a warm welcome and decent food. Definitely dog and family friendly, and has a fair amount of outdoor seating at the back, although we were welcomed to stay inside with the dogs.

Fantastic pub! Was introduced to people there by my friend who is a regular and I honestly could not have met nicer people! It’s a lovely atmosphere, great staff and amazing food. Absolutely do not visit Sittingbourne without visiting this pub! They are some of the most welcoming people you could meet. I will definitely be returning!

I had a meal at The Three Hats on Monday - a delicious fillet steak and it was cooked to perfection, I've dined regularly at the pub and the food and warm welcome never disappoints.

It all depends what you like, this is an old styled pub in need of a refurbishment, but I can't help and like the old school feel, with friendly staff and dog that make you feel welcome.

This is a friendly local pub. They do a good range of beers, the food is very good and there is a regular supply of pub dogs that add to the atmosphere.

Had a great gig for a bank holiday weekend at the Three Hats, much appreciation for letting us play ,hope to be back in the new year.

Can’t comment on the food but beer is v good. Locals like Master Brew and visitors like Curity we’re both in good order. Pub dogs make themselves known which I like. Sensitive ears may be offended by ‘banter/ swearing’ around the bar. I didn’t mind it. Went back and very similar.

Bit overpriced for bottle of wine but other drinks are good. The lady behind the bar has bit of an attitude problem too. The garden areas nice though and it's a nice pub to sit in.

Met a couple of friends who have moved to the area and decided on this pub to watch a 6 Nations match. Despite Sunday lunches being available they were happy to knock up something lighter from the menu. Nice locals pub with some good real ales. Just outside Sittingbourne in Milton Regis

Great local pub, good food and fantastic atmosphere.

This is a proper local boozer in a very old and beautiful building with low ceilings and wooden beams. The pub menu is great value for money with proper pub grub. They run a great special menu every so often with some yummy dishes at a very decent price. They are a CAMRA member and have a good selection of ales that change regularly.

This has become our local since moving into the area. It is in a lovely old building with low ceilings and lots of exposed beams. The pub is definitely a local, offering an ever changing selecting of ales, as well as spirits, lagers and wine. They have a Thai night on the first Saturday of each month with an extensive menu to eat in or take away. They also run special menu evenings that include steaks, pork fillet and moules mariniere which we've found to be great quality and excellent value for money. And of course the family who own it are very friendly and welcoming!

I took me my husband and two kids (5 and 7) for Sunday lunch. The food was lovely home made and massive, would highly recommend. Really friendly people. Will definitely going back x

We visited this place with friends for a meal on the recommendation of another and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent, the food was delivered promptly and big portions like you get at home. The place itself was built circa 1550, so there's lots to look at inside. Real ale on sale and they do a meat raffle on a sunday.It is situated in Milton Regis high street, near the old gaol house also worth a look at.

Por último Los Tres Sombreros han comenzado haciendo comida y está fuera de este mundo. Fuimos un grupo de 4 para el almuerzo de domingo y cuando digo que era fantástico, me refiero fue . Tuvimos un aperitivo seguido de un precioso domingo asado tradicional que era toda casera. No había ninguna de estas platos patatas asadas o simpáticamente verduras que otros establecimientos parecen plato. tuvimos realmente grandes porciones y estaba tan lleno que no podíamos soportar postre. Excelente relación calidad-precio. El personal es fantástico y amable. era tan bueno que hemos reservado para volver esta semana. Bien hecho los tres Sombreros
