Arrived 5am had breakfast here... excellent customer service from Ray... all girls very helpful too. Good food... and a nice atmosphere.... 😊

Breakfast decent enough. Can't find any faults. Maybe as with all airport a bit pricey. Service was speedy and friendly.

Kyla and Lana behind the bar were full of smiles and a great face for the company. Would highly recommend

Despite being a bit pricey (as airports always are), the food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, and Anish who served us was lovely and helpful.

Service and food excellent had an English breakfast and it was very tasty!

Good spot in Newcastle airport for food and a drink, good variety for everybody including vegetarians/vegans. Good seating too, plug sockets in the booths for charging. Airport prices so obviously a bit pricey but you can't complain to much either you're willing to pay the extra price for hot meal or your not.

Not a lot of choice for decent breakfast at Newcastle Airport these days. We miss Cafe Ritazza! We ordered a Flat White, Americano, Sausage Stottie and Croissant. Food arrived and was consumed before the drinks arrived. Drinks were OK and the food was average and overpriced. Not recommended

Adams service was great, our daughter pizza was burnt and he offered to get a fresh one made. Unfortunately that was burnt too but he was lovely.

I Had pizza, it was burnt on the underneath however it was still very nice. The service from Adam was very good and brought a great start to my holiday.

Best place for food in Newcastle airport, Caesar salad was massive! Cocktails at normal price aswell compared to what airports can get away with. Rachael was fantastic 😊

Service was quick. Easy to order online to your table. We were served by Rachael who was smiley and welcoming & provided great service. Food was nice (although expensive!) but nothing unusual for an airport. Nice atmosphere in Quaystone away from the hustle and bustle of the busy airport!

Food was lovely. Table was dirty. Waitress appeared as we sat down, didn't clean the table or advise us on how to order.

Thanks for a most enjoyable meal and our waitress Rachael was an absolute credit to your company. She greeted us with a smile and was most attentive to our every need. We will definitely be back❤️

Poor value, poor quality and too long to wait for stale food

Staff were rushed off their feet. Food was served without drinks. I went to the bar and the till was literally spewing out drinks orders which staff couldn’t cope with. The staff were trying to get a temperamental coffee machine working. The airport was busy but this was a planned number of flights - it’s not an unknown quantity!!! There was no mugs and I heard staff inform another customer that there was no cutlery clean at the time their food was served. Customers were clearing tables to sit down so a couple of tables were heaving with dirty plates and cutlery - no wonder there was none left. We did this and asked a member of staff to wipe the table which was sticky and covered in crumbs. She didn’t have a cloth but said she would come back later. She did after we had finished our food!

The food was like something you’d get in a school dinner hall. I honestly can’t think of a time I spent as much money for so poor food. Chips were cold, pizzas were terrible. Seen others complaining as well. They asked how the food was and I said terrible. Nothing happened in response. Never again from me

Excellent polite service from Anish, food was excellent. All in all a pleasant experience.

Disappointed with the food, was very overpriced for what you got. Partners bacon stottie arrived and was stone cold. Took it to the counter and the staff were amenable and said they would get him another one. When it returned to the table, it was the same stottie only slightly warmer. We know this because he had taken the tea bag out of his cuppa and placed it on the side of the plate before realising the stottie was cold… he removed the teabag before handing the stottie back but the stain was still on the ‘fresh’ plate when it returned 😅 we laughed about it but it put him off his food and my full breakfast wasn’t much better tbh. At least it was luke warm… The only reason it’s getting 2 stars is because the gentleman that came to clean our table made up for it with his banter and pointing out that ACDC are the best band of all time (as I sat with an ACDC hoodie 😅)

A lovely start to the holiday..

Accidentally broke a glass on the floor and was put under pressure to post a review. Great service. Cleaned the glass up slowly but it’s all gone and now a safe place to sit.

Second time eating here, had the pancakes both times, decent sized portion, cappuccino hits the spot at 4:30am.

I really enjoyed my good on an early morning. I had avocado and eggs on a gf burger bun and thoroughly enjoyed it! The lady who took my order was very accommodating to me as I’m gluten free and Anish was also very friendly.
