Courtney was very accommodating

The only negative was the damaged leather seats

I had a very pleasant experience in the departure lounge in Quaystone. The staff - especially Sema - were very professional and accommodating my special requests due to my allergies. The food was prepared exactly as I requested and the pizza chef made sure that my food was prepared exactly as I requested.

Fantastic service by Ray Lee, so happy and sociable, made us feel very welcome. My little girl said she wanted to give him 10 stars.

Raymond Lee was very helpful and told us how everything works. Food was nice and the team were helpful considering how early it was.

Amesh was friendly and helpful. Food was reasonably priced as airports go. Could have been hotter though, cooked breakfast was just warm.

The garden breakfast was a bit basic for the cost, it sounded more exciting on the menu but I can't fault the service, very friend staff and it's quite cosy.

The staff at Quayside bar and kitchen were lovely. I had a baby with me and the woman at the bar brought my coffee to the table for me, Anish brought my food to me and was very nice.

Everything was lovely and the man greeting you was so friendly and the young man serving Anish was so sweet!

Servers were so lovely, especially for 5 in the morning. Avocado toast was really good as-well would deffo recommend!

We had great service from the moment we arrived. Everyone was very friendly and especially Courteney who took the order from 4 middle aged women.

Great service and food would recommend

Dreadful over priced food. Most people sit in here for the phone chargers in the booths and to use WiFi. Whatever you do, don’t eat the food. It’s tepid at best.

Food was lovely. Wouldn’t eat anywhere else in the airport. Staff are always pleasant. Was greeted by Connor who was lovely full of compliments and a lovely chap if I do have to say so myself 😉. Kyla and Lana behind the bar were full of smiles and a great face for the company. Would highly recommend

Un miembro del personal, Anish, nos vio y vino a ayudar. Pudo discutir las opciones sin gluten y me aseguró que estaban disponibles. Nos encontró una cabina y se aseguró de que la mesa estaba fresca. Los dos teníamos estotties de tocino. Mi opción GF era un bollo pero muy sabroso. El de mi marido era un pequeño stottie. Esto con un té y un café llegó a alrededor de £ 25. Lo que esperarías pagar en un aeropuerto. Cabina tranquila y buena experiencia. Sin embargo, toda la zona era muy oscura. Quizás es el relámpago del estado de ánimo, pero era demasiado tenue

Service and food excellent had an English breakfast and it was very tasty!

Good spot in Newcastle airport for food and a drink, good variety for everybody including vegetarians/vegans. Good seating too, plug sockets in the booths for charging. Airport prices so obviously a bit pricey but you can't complain to much either you're willing to pay the extra price for hot meal or your not.

Food was really good. Best vegan cheesecake we have ever had. Good atmosphere and quick service. We were served by fortune who was proper mint.

Despite being a bit pricey (as airports always are), the food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, and Anish who served us was lovely and helpful.

Not a lot of choice for decent breakfast at Newcastle Airport these days. We miss Cafe Ritazza! We ordered a Flat White, Americano, Sausage Stottie and Croissant. Food arrived and was consumed before the drinks arrived. Drinks were OK and the food was average and overpriced. Not recommended

I Had pizza, it was burnt on the underneath however it was still very nice. The service from Adam was very good and brought a great start to my holiday.

Adams service was great, our daughter pizza was burnt and he offered to get a fresh one made. Unfortunately that was burnt too but he was lovely.
