We were so very disappointed with 3sixty. We saw the strict dress code and abided by this. Unfortunately not many other people did! You had men looking like lumberjacks, people in jeans and trainers. So don't stress out, like I did, by picking the perfect dress. The starters were the nicest part of the meal, we waited 20 minutes before our mains came. I had sirloin steak, asked for it to be cooked medium, after switching my torch on, on my phone, the steak was well done, it was luke warm and dry and very overcooked! No one came back to the table to ask if our mains were OK, so I smothered it in sauce and ate half of it. The lamp at our table wasn't working so it was really dark, we had to use phone torches for the menus. They had a singer on, which was nice at first, then he had some issues with the speakers and the sound was awful. He got louder and it wasn't great! We were both very disappointed, and will not be returning.

Afternoon tea...a pescatarian and child's afternoon tea was pre ordered. Didn't receive either. Quality not good. Very little savoury food. Wouldn't recommend as not value for money. Had to ask three separate people for the bill...finally arrived after waiting almost half an hour. Wouldn't recommend.

This was meant to be a nice treat for mt husband and I, at a luxurious venue but ended up be very underwhelming and disappointing. On arrival the greeting was very poor, we were seated and waited a while before being served with drinks for our afternoon tea booking - 1 measly glass of Prosecco each, the food menu had changed from when we booked and was definitely inferior, to add extra insult there were items on the menu they had ran out of and duplicate sandwiches offered as replacements, food very basic, looked like off a less than average buffet. The staff weren’t very attentive and rather than wait on customers we needed to get their attention and ask for drinks, they were quite happy to stand about laughing and carrying on (even the manager), also at the expense of other customers as they joked between themselves at the till area! The actual food when it arrived as mentioned was very basic compared to other afternoon teas we’ve been too for the value and because a Groupon seemed second class probably because of the ‘deal’. It was embarrassing when coming to pay for the bill as on arrival nothing had been registered properly on their system so the staff were scrambling about to try and work out what we owed as there were extra drinks ordered and a pre paid deposit as well as a sur charge they add on Fridays and Sundays for £5 per person even though at 16:30 it wasn’t busy??. Over all it spoilt the whole experience for us which was meant to be a nice treat, we won’t be returning here, poor service, over priced and in need of re decorating as looking tired.

Got charged a surcharge but wasn't told when booking, which was£10 in total. The tea was awful and wasn't given a spoon for the tiny dessert so had to use a spoon from the tea cup which didn't reach the bottom of the glass with the dessert in. Mentioned this before hand about there being no spoons but no reaction. Will Never go back there again.

Went there for the fist time on Saturday night, we were all very excited to finally try it out. We arrived 8pm and we were sat next to the “waterfall “ We waited 30min for our drinks The seating area was freezing so we asked our waitress to put the heating on, after a while it got warm and we were able to take our coats off but then it went freezing again and we had to tell 2 different people about it and this went on the whole time we were there. We waited over an hour for our mains, When our mains finally came the space was absolutely freezing again, I shouldn’t have to eat my meal with a coat on so I went to the front desk and informed the manger but she looked like she couldn’t be less interested, the waiter next to her responded instead then he came to our table to apologise and said I’ll see what I can do for you , when the bill came he had done absolutely nothing. I appreciate good service and good food and I’m happy to pay for it but what we got was far from it, it was extreme disappointing. I’d go back for the venue and drink but not for food.

If you go here, be sure to do it whilst it's light outside. We went for 6pm and it was lighter out on the streets than inside the building. We had to use our torches on our phone to read the menu, literally couldn't see the food on our plate once it eventually came. Like I say we were booked in for 6pm, we still hadn't had our mains by 8pm, the service was absolutely terrible. Ordered 6 drinks, only 5 came. Ordered a side of sweet potato fries, they never came. The food overall was nice, apart from the steaks which had a lot of gristle, which normally you'd see and set aside.. if we could see that is. We've been wanting to try here for a while, We won't be heading back.

I got out of the lift and thought I was in the wrong place. Absolutely nothing impressive. The actual bar was bright and interesting but the rest of the place is a real let down. It's all black and grey, no style and looks dated already. The designer has done a bad job by making it totally boring and clearly forgetting about wow-factor. It was good fun seeing the town from that high up and the staff were very friendly. There was a tip added to the bill but that was ok for me as I liked the staff and they done a great job in fitting us in for a drink. No food so I can't comment on that but two nice pints of lager at almost £15. There are far better pubs to go to in Newcastle that brings a much better atmosphere which is a shame to say as this place has heaps of potential.

We took two of our daughters for their birthday. We booked Afternoon Tea with Prosecco for 4 people. Absolutely delicious. There were various sandwiches and cakes including cream scone. A glass of Prosecco each and a cup of coffee later. Great view from the 26th floor. It's a shame it was cold damp day. The staff were excellent and the atmosphere was great. I thought it was called 3Sixty because it had 360 degree views of Newcastle. Turns out it's because if you order the standard 3 courses for Restaurant Week you'll have a 60 minute wait between each course. The food is basic. It's too dark to read the menu/eat. It's very loud The staff are inattentive They forget what you asked them for. I would rather go to Wetherspoons.

0/10 AVOID. Went here to celebrate my mam’s 65th birthday. Despite not being overly busy, all the groups dining were squashed in together. It then took nearly an hour for the starters to be served, and another half an hour for the mains to come. We have a number of dietary requirements in our group, and despite requesting one of the meals plain, it still came out heavily seasoned (90 mins after the arrival). We asked if desserts were included in the set meal price; this was confirmed however we were then charged for them. The vegan and gluten free dessert wasn’t available so one of our party wasn’t able to have one at all. They also came out 45 minutes after ordering and after the coffee. The decaf coffee was instant but charged at freshly ground coffee prices. All in all, overpriced, badly made food and poor service. Awful.

Excellent food, however service leaves a lot to be desired as we waited an hour and 1/2 before we had to ask a member of staff where our meal was and had we been forgotten !!! Only to be told a party of 40 had been prioritised over us and the chef was aware of our order and then to be offered a complementary drink, then after another 1/2 hour we had to prompt another member of staff asking where our food was, he then offered us a good will gesture but this was 2 hours from arriving.

Disappointing experience. This place has all the signs it was invested in initially but now the owners are not interested in upkeep or a quality dining experience. We booked based on a Christmas brochure offering a vegetarian option afternoon tea for some of our party and a three point pricing of either hot drink, prosecco or champagne, which appealed as some would not drink tea or coffee. Our booking form even requested we state which afternoon teas we required. Arrived for all that pre-informed information to be unknown to the servers, bluntly told it was meat or vegan and there was not 3 tiers of drink option, it was a hot drink option only. The afternoon tea was 'no frills' compared to what was advertised and several food options were not well made. The pig in blanket pastry was somehow warm pastry but cold sausage. Service was limited, blunt and seemed if we did complain, they'd just shrug. Areas of the bar, bathrooms and lift all needed maintenance, things broken, panels scuffed. The bathrooms weren't being attended to during our stay and getting dirty and not replenished. The place needs good management. The views are fantastic, the 360 set up is fantastic but lots of choices are not well thought through. Prime view tables opposite the serving hatch and an exposed cleaning station of cloths and bottles, it just needs a privacy screen. Touches like that would make this a prime spot in Newcastle but I'll only return when I hear there's been improvement.

We showed up 20 minutes early and we were able to be seated straight away which is good. The first table we were sitting at was so dark we couldn't read the menu. Second table was a little better but was so wobbly it was honestly throwing our drinks about whenever one of us would move. (See video) We told them it was our anniversary ahead of time and even offered to pay for something extra but heard nothing back, we weren't expecting the world but even just a cupcake or a flower would be nice but instead we got a cheap looking birthday card. From arriving to getting the food we waited an 1.5hrs during which nobody came to check or apologise for the delay, considering it was 7pm on a Tuesday with 5 members of staff and only 5 couples there is madness. The food was mediocre and the freshness of the seafood was questionable, I'd compared it as one step above Wetherspoons food, nothing special but definitely not worth what we paid. For 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 drinks it was £102 which overall could have been better spent anywhere else. Would not recommend.

Went for the Alice and Wonderland afternoon tea. We booked for a special occasion. The presentation and the taste of the food could not be faulted. One of, if not the best afternoon tea I have had food wise. However, I was disappointed by the service and lack thereof. We were seated promptly but from there on we were basically ignored. Asked for a pot of tea and waited 55 minutes for both that and the food. We were told it was because of a large booking. But there was no management of expectations from the outset that there would be an extended wait. Unfortunately, it just fell short of what you would expect from a premium restaurant.

Our experience that night was really unacceptable and disappointing. I wrote on the booking description that was a special event, of my friend having her birthday that’s why I asked for a nice table if you could. Instead of that, we took a table next to the toilet, and separate with everyone else. After that, we asked for a still water, and we took a sparking water? The glasses were smelling really bad, but till the time nobody said or complain from us anything. I asked the girl If we can move table and she said that she doesn’t have for 5 people, instead I saw a table on the left corner that could fit us, and was much better. Important as well, your service was really bad & slow nobody was coming to ask us for drinks, or bring us the regular menu instead we did have only the SET MENU that we didn’t even ask for it so I stound up and went to ask for the regulars Menus. When we finally ordered, your service didn’t even asked us if we do have any allergies, something that required to do? Continually, your food tasted really bad it felt that they didn’t even were fresh, the drinks were fine. So after our, sharing plates, we did ask the girl to brink the cake to us, with no putting anything on the top like a candle, because I didn’t want someone to ruin that cake, cause was really expensive. As, I said above, I wrote to the booking that was a birthday, and your service, brought us the cake in the cake box, and asked us if we want to have it there or home? That’s was a joke? Or what? Is not the first time, going to a restaurant so we couldn’t imagine that those things can happen. Your service, didn’t say any happy birthday, she could come with another person, and sing happy birthday? Make happy our customers no? As, a kind of restaurant you could put a happy birthday music? You had as well a live singer? So, dramatic and really bad experience in my life of what I saw. Only the view, is something that keeps for sure this restaurant. Management looks that lacks a lot. Saying that from my experience, had worked a lot in restaurants, so couldn’t imagine that. As well, at the end we got to pay, and you took back the receipt? I mean the receipt is for the customer?

Go for the views not the service. When we arrived and were seated the waiter took our drinks order then came back to say our wine wasn't available and gave us other options, telling us there was only one bottle left of one of the others which we ordered. We put our food order in and waited an hour and a quarter before the starters arrived, the place wasn't busy as only around a fifth of the tables were being used, can only assume they didn't have enough kitchen staff. The big waiter with the beard was very abrupt and unfriendly, my girlfriend's fillet steak was too peppery and when we told him he said 'ok', the fried squid was nothing special and the lobster ravioli was average, my fillet of beef was nice, the bakewell tart was rubbish and served with ice cream instead of clotted cream with no explanation or excuse. When we ordered more wine we were told there was only two bottles left this time, seemed like they were trying to get us to buy more wine. Prices were expensive as we expected but that coupled with bad service and some average food means I wouldn't go back in a hurry.

Situated on the 26th floor of Hadrian 360, the lift only serves this floor. This place is renowned for it's views across the city. We arrived are were promptly seated. The table wasn't steady rocking to and throw, noticed that a napkin had been placed under to level the table but had come out, replacing it myself, sorted it out. A limited food menu but very extensive drinks menu. The staff appeared to be dashing around all over, sometimes we'd be asked by three different serving staff if our order had been taken. Cocktails were ordered and food order taken. My wife ordered mussels for her starter. The cutlery supplied wasn't adjusted (knife and fork), had to request a spoon for the sauce. Also had to request a finger bowl to clean hands. For our mains, I opted for the sea bass fillet, which in my opinion was over cooked, although that did give a crispy skin. Could have done with something else on the plate to accompany the potatoes. My wife had chicken chasseur which looked and tasted fine. The cocktails were great, well done to the barman. 10% service charge is put on the bill automatically.

I bought this dinner for two from wowcher. I called the restaurant and they said the Piano Lounge has been fully booked for the next 2months,so we just agreed to get an ordinary table area. Our starters were mussel (which was way too salty to my liking), and the paté (the onions were way too sweet). Mains are chicken chasseur (i find it weird or not appetizing coz the mashed potato was served in a different bowl, it cud have been nicer if it was included in the main plate), steak (which is really delicious and also the peppercorn sauce). I always go for a steak, but this time i wanted to try something new. (Honestly, I regret i didnt had the steak. Hahaha) Food were served right on time. I recommend this resto coz of the view, it is something refreshing. Food 7.5/10 Drinks 9/10 Place 9.5/10 Service 10/10

Not impressed and wouldn't rush back. Booked for Anniversary meal, 45 minute waits in between courses. Food well presented and tasty enough, but it's never good when you have 3 mouthfuls of food left and your side dish turns up! Lack of staff was clearly evident. Wouldn't recommend and have had better meals elsewhere. Best thing about the place was the views.

Two Proseccos ordered were served knowingly warm and the waiter could not change them for cold ones. They did take one off the bill but it was poor service. Sorry

After looking forward to our anniversary dinner i was really disappointed with place. Although our server was very friendly it appeared she was the only one working. Our mains came without our sides and we had to chase them up. Maybe I was expecting to much but I'll not be going back.

I went here with a group recently, arriving at 7pm. The waitress was outstanding and really did her best to try and keep us happy but she seemed to be completely on her own (I saw her cleaning tables between serving food, drinks, seating people and I got the impression the kitchen was short-staffed. We ordered and waited a long time for our starters and then almost an hour for our mains. The kitchen forgot part of someone's meal (the veg) and by the time it came out, they had finished their food. We were planning on having desserts but were then told the kitchen had closed early. As we left, I saw one guy in the kitchen sat on his phone. Again, I cannot fault the waitress - considering what she had to work with, she did a great job but at over £50 per head, the food could be better and quicker. Atmsophere: a bit pants - it needs to decide if it wants to be a bar, a restaurant or a nightclub.

We did the Bridgeton theme afternoon tea, food was ok but the balance of sweet and savoury was all wrong with tiny sandwiches and a miniscule quiche (think postage stamp) but the service was really shocking long delays and no waitress to be seen. Even paying the bill was just painful. Never again!

Went for lunch special with 2 kids who love restaurants but the Service is a ZERO bear in mind we preordered as requested over email days before hand. Music is blaring tunes you can not hear yourself think. We got there 130. Got served starter 245. Then main 330. Way to Long to wait between course.ls with a 4 year old and 1 year old. Waiter had no clue what was going on or where they were. Kids were way beyond upset and starving when we left restaurant after everything they had asked for McDonald’s. The service is atrocious staff standing round doing nothing but our waiter would bring one plate and forget teh whole table! Over and over. When came back eventually apologising but every single time waiter brought ONE thing and left 5 things so no one ate same time. The service is worst service I have ever had. It was not busy!!! At all but we couldn’t get our food correctly or on time or together. :/. It was all round just stressful. Constantly getting up to ask for a spoon. Or teh kids plate had no fries on only fish fingers or ordered a wine an hour ago and was forgotten. The bill was wrong. Half stuff we hadn’t ordered . I mean they printed off the email list and confirmed was correct when we entered. Why so wrong??? Place was empty except couple families having afternoon teas. So after4 hours and hundreds pounds spent on weatherspoons tasting food (the bits we actually got served to us) we were stressed and tired and very hungry still ! One star because they do have a nice view !! But never coming back. What a waste money time and energy. Food is pub food without teh selection. It looks good on plate but they can’t cook it right I went simple got steak rare it was well done all the steaks were but because waiter was lost and teh over hour wait between courses we just tried to eat it to get out quicker All round - terrible - except teh view which is hard to enjoy when cardi B is blasting in your ear on a lunchtime TURN MUSIC DOWN up Teh food quality get waiter who knows what they are supposed to be doing

Visited 3Sixty champagne lounge recently for anniversary celebration. Rather quiet as was midweek afternoon. Received a warm welcome from a pleasant professional gentleman at reception on arrival and shown to our table. The anniversary card was a nice touch . We chose the Bridgerton afternoon tea with prosecco for drinks. Young lady server was excellent throughout. The well documented views are amazing. Afternoon tea was quality and a big hit and we shall return to try the menu out again very soon. This place really is a must do.

Very disappointed with Sunday lunch and service. We ordered 3 courses and we never thought will take that so long for food to arrive and in total waiting each course in the restaurant 3hrs! Won’t be surprised with the reviews. Such a shame your restaurant view could beat any other restaurants but the service and food Babucho better!

My Bridgerton afternoon tea experience at 3SIXTY Lounge, located atop Newcastle’s Hadrian Tower, was nothing short of enchanting. The moment I stepped into the lounge, I was greeted by a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, perfectly setting the stage for an afternoon of Regency-era elegance. The ambiance was elevated by the soft classical music playing in the background, blending modern luxury with historical charm. The afternoon tea itself was a culinary delight, beginning with an array of finely cut sandwiches, followed by freshly baked scones served with clotted cream and strawberry preserves. The highlight was undoubtedly the exquisite selection of pastries and cakes, each a miniature work of art. Accompanied by a selection of aromatic teas and a celebratory glass of mocktail, every element of the experience was meticulously crafted. This delightful fusion of sophisticated dining and stunning views made for an unforgettable afternoon, perfect for fans of Bridgerton and anyone seeking a unique and luxurious tea experience.

The staff are lovely, it was fairly quiet so attention to our table was just right. We had a wowcher for a 2 course meal and 2 cocktails, food and drinks lovely. I was surprised when the bill arrived to be charged for a bottle of wine we didn't have! This happened the last time we came too!!!!. I had the item removed from the bill. I only realised after we'd left that they did not adjust the 10% service charge. Great views, great food, lovely staff, experience spoiled by the additional items added to our bill.

Wow. What a disaster. If it wasn't for the Brazilian waitress who was very good at her job it would be the worst dining experience ever. Don't bother getting a Wowcher deal either as the food is below standard. Got charged £5 extra for steak which has been confirmed by Wowcher they shouldn't of done. Most cocktails on the menu off as they had ran out of syrups and spirits. What a total wash out. The views are nice....

Possibly the worst afternoon tea we have had and we have had many. Rules before coming ( check website) only apply to customers clearly not staff Coffee tepid Bread dry Chicken dark brown Cakes so small we needed a microscope to see them Sausage roll ( mums go to Iceland and so does the chef) Appalling don’t waste your money Great views on a positive note but so has the dome at Whitley Bay . Where the food staff and fixtures and fittings to a much higher standard and value for money

Don't like the changes in store or that they've doubled the self serve tills and reduced the staffed tills.
