Sensational food and service here tonight. The steak starer, requested between blue and rare was sublime. Aaron at front of house was class. Great cocktails as well. Cheers.

Situated on the 26th floor of Hadrian 360, the lift only serves this floor. This place is renowned for it's views across the city. We arrived are were promptly seated. The table wasn't steady rocking to and throw, noticed that a napkin had been placed under to level the table but had come out, replacing it myself, sorted it out. A limited food menu but very extensive drinks menu. The staff appeared to be dashing around all over, sometimes we'd be asked by three different serving staff if our order had been taken. Cocktails were ordered and food order taken. My wife ordered mussels for her starter. The cutlery supplied wasn't adjusted (knife and fork), had to request a spoon for the sauce. Also had to request a finger bowl to clean hands. For our mains, I opted for the sea bass fillet, which in my opinion was over cooked, although that did give a crispy skin. Could have done with something else on the plate to accompany the potatoes. My wife had chicken chasseur which looked and tasted fine. The cocktails were great, well done to the barman. 10% service charge is put on the bill automatically.

Although the staff were very nice I had to asked for my bill 3-4 times before being able to pay and it was pretty quiet

I bought this dinner for two from wowcher. I called the restaurant and they said the Piano Lounge has been fully booked for the next 2months,so we just agreed to get an ordinary table area. Our starters were mussel (which was way too salty to my liking), and the paté (the onions were way too sweet). Mains are chicken chasseur (i find it weird or not appetizing coz the mashed potato was served in a different bowl, it cud have been nicer if it was included in the main plate), steak (which is really delicious and also the peppercorn sauce). I always go for a steak, but this time i wanted to try something new. (Honestly, I regret i didnt had the steak. Hahaha) Food were served right on time. I recommend this resto coz of the view, it is something refreshing. Food 7.5/10 Drinks 9/10 Place 9.5/10 Service 10/10

Afternoon tea experience: Views - fantastic Food - fairly good Service - quite good Ambience - pretty good The food was fine although the sweet & savoury balance needed to be better. Too much sweet. The service was good at the start but not so attentive later in the tea. More cutlery choices needed to eat some of the items. Overall, reasonable value for money if on a special offer/voucher. At full price, not so sure. The views are fantastic & the premises impressive though.

Went here for afternoon tea on 18.08.24 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Amazing views of the city, polite and attentive staff Clean, modern restaurant The food was absolutely amazing A+++

Not impressed and wouldn't rush back. Booked for Anniversary meal, 45 minute waits in between courses. Food well presented and tasty enough, but it's never good when you have 3 mouthfuls of food left and your side dish turns up! Lack of staff was clearly evident. Wouldn't recommend and have had better meals elsewhere. Best thing about the place was the views.

Two Proseccos ordered were served knowingly warm and the waiter could not change them for cold ones. They did take one off the bill but it was poor service. Sorry

After looking forward to our anniversary dinner i was really disappointed with place. Although our server was very friendly it appeared she was the only one working. Our mains came without our sides and we had to chase them up. Maybe I was expecting to much but I'll not be going back.

Tiny portions. No atmosphere. And the air conditioning was too cold. Had a long wait for the food. Not very happy.

I went here with a group recently, arriving at 7pm. The waitress was outstanding and really did her best to try and keep us happy but she seemed to be completely on her own (I saw her cleaning tables between serving food, drinks, seating people and I got the impression the kitchen was short-staffed. We ordered and waited a long time for our starters and then almost an hour for our mains. The kitchen forgot part of someone's meal (the veg) and by the time it came out, they had finished their food. We were planning on having desserts but were then told the kitchen had closed early. As we left, I saw one guy in the kitchen sat on his phone. Again, I cannot fault the waitress - considering what she had to work with, she did a great job but at over £50 per head, the food could be better and quicker. Atmsophere: a bit pants - it needs to decide if it wants to be a bar, a restaurant or a nightclub.

Another excellent meal and drinks last night at 3sixty. Enhanced by the two piece (guitar and piano) duo, and our great server (Maya?).

The place is at the top of the building and the view is very beautiful We ordered green tea which was nice And fried sweet potatoes, which I liked Toffee cake with ice cream is sweet, but a little burnt caramel The price was nice The session is generally nice and good for hanging out with friends

Had bottomless brunch and the veggie food was poor. Hummus (chick peas) for starter and chick peas casserole (chick pea ratatouille) for a main. No imagination at all.

We did the Bridgeton theme afternoon tea, food was ok but the balance of sweet and savoury was all wrong with tiny sandwiches and a miniscule quiche (think postage stamp) but the service was really shocking long delays and no waitress to be seen. Even paying the bill was just painful. Never again!

Went for lunch special with 2 kids who love restaurants but the Service is a ZERO bear in mind we preordered as requested over email days before hand. Music is blaring tunes you can not hear yourself think. We got there 130. Got served starter 245. Then main 330. Way to Long to wait between course.ls with a 4 year old and 1 year old. Waiter had no clue what was going on or where they were. Kids were way beyond upset and starving when we left restaurant after everything they had asked for McDonald’s. The service is atrocious staff standing round doing nothing but our waiter would bring one plate and forget teh whole table! Over and over. When came back eventually apologising but every single time waiter brought ONE thing and left 5 things so no one ate same time. The service is worst service I have ever had. It was not busy!!! At all but we couldn’t get our food correctly or on time or together. :/. It was all round just stressful. Constantly getting up to ask for a spoon. Or teh kids plate had no fries on only fish fingers or ordered a wine an hour ago and was forgotten. The bill was wrong. Half stuff we hadn’t ordered . I mean they printed off the email list and confirmed was correct when we entered. Why so wrong??? Place was empty except couple families having afternoon teas. So after4 hours and hundreds pounds spent on weatherspoons tasting food (the bits we actually got served to us) we were stressed and tired and very hungry still ! One star because they do have a nice view !! But never coming back. What a waste money time and energy. Food is pub food without teh selection. It looks good on plate but they can’t cook it right I went simple got steak rare it was well done all the steaks were but because waiter was lost and teh over hour wait between courses we just tried to eat it to get out quicker All round - terrible - except teh view which is hard to enjoy when cardi B is blasting in your ear on a lunchtime TURN MUSIC DOWN up Teh food quality get waiter who knows what they are supposed to be doing

Visited 3Sixty champagne lounge recently for anniversary celebration. Rather quiet as was midweek afternoon. Received a warm welcome from a pleasant professional gentleman at reception on arrival and shown to our table. The anniversary card was a nice touch . We chose the Bridgerton afternoon tea with prosecco for drinks. Young lady server was excellent throughout. The well documented views are amazing. Afternoon tea was quality and a big hit and we shall return to try the menu out again very soon. This place really is a must do.

Very disappointed with Sunday lunch and service. We ordered 3 courses and we never thought will take that so long for food to arrive and in total waiting each course in the restaurant 3hrs! Won’t be surprised with the reviews. Such a shame your restaurant view could beat any other restaurants but the service and food Babucho better!

Wow what a fab Sunday dinner. Did not disappoint. Staff were friendly. Did have to ask for music to be turned down as we couldn't hear each other talking. But staff did this straight away. Best lamb I've ever had.

The staff are lovely, it was fairly quiet so attention to our table was just right. We had a wowcher for a 2 course meal and 2 cocktails, food and drinks lovely. I was surprised when the bill arrived to be charged for a bottle of wine we didn't have! This happened the last time we came too!!!!. I had the item removed from the bill. I only realised after we'd left that they did not adjust the 10% service charge. Great views, great food, lovely staff, experience spoiled by the additional items added to our bill.

Wow. What a disaster. If it wasn't for the Brazilian waitress who was very good at her job it would be the worst dining experience ever. Don't bother getting a Wowcher deal either as the food is below standard. Got charged £5 extra for steak which has been confirmed by Wowcher they shouldn't of done. Most cocktails on the menu off as they had ran out of syrups and spirits. What a total wash out. The views are nice....

Brilliant! Booked our reservation a while in advance for the fantastic steak night, food was lush. Amazing views 👏 live music too with was nice. If you've not been here, get yourself booked up!

Me and my partner visited for a drink amongst the incredible 3sixty views. The service we received was fantastic. I made a slight joke that I couldn’t read very well and they immediately brought me a reading lamp to the table. Our server also had some great drinks suggestions. The atmosphere of the place is incredible and well worth the visit.

Possibly the worst afternoon tea we have had and we have had many. Rules before coming ( check website) only apply to customers clearly not staff Coffee tepid Bread dry Chicken dark brown Cakes so small we needed a microscope to see them Sausage roll ( mums go to Iceland and so does the chef) Appalling don’t waste your money Great views on a positive note but so has the dome at Whitley Bay . Where the food staff and fixtures and fittings to a much higher standard and value for money

Short staffed chaotic not the fault of the staff they were run ragged poor things bad management on the night, staff were doing all table service running around trying to serve everyone not sure if short in the kitchen as food was late and didn't come altogether We did get invited back free of charge, and it's worth another visit as lovely food and restaurant inside is lovely longside views of the city.

Great view as weather was good and we were given decent seat. Took way too long to serve the drinks, considering we had to book a time slot we’d expected to be served quicker so they could get us to spend as much as possible. Beer, my husband ordered wasn’t available & not told at point of ordering which then took longer. No nibbles/snacks available when afternoon tea was served and so we went elsewhere for those! Management needs to improve service as some aspects are really letting down what could potentially be a 5 star experience.

Go for the view but not the food. My cheese and charcuterie platter was enough cheap meat and soft cheese for a wedding buffet but inevitably half was left uneaten causing embarrassment all round. The salami was sliced as thick as a steak and where was the hard cheese? The Caesar Salad was overwhelmed in a sickly sauce and where were the croutons? The sea bass was soggy and slathered in sauce. The staff were good but poor them with this chef.

No one on reception so we just got in the lift greeted at the top taken straight to table weren’t asked about allergies I did say I wouldn’t eat sandwiches (not offered alternatives yet others were after us) but would eat a fruit scone (didn’t get one) server watched me pull hair/ material out of chocolate bomb and said nothing ( nor did I) drink came eventually after people who came in later. Tables have toilet roll stuffed in to stablise such a shame as the views are amazing. No one came back to our table for the hour and a half we were there so we left and didn’t bother with a cocktail ‘Above’ so much better owners need to market the place and dine there and get the feel of it wouldn’t take much to get it right

Our first visit to this restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining the menu and options available. We were served by Charlie who was professional and friendly throughout. The food was served promptly and was excellent. We were able to see views of Newcastle that we had never seen before. Very impressed and will definitely visit again. Thank you.

Allergies/intolerances cannot be catered for no matter what they say in advance. We rang up prior to arrival and they guaranteed my gluten and dairy allergy could be catered for, i also added it to the booking details box where it says to add allergies… Once seated the staff had no idea of any of these allergies so clearly do not read/care. They then spent 30 minutes talking to the chef with no communication with us as they were unsure if they could serve us anything. They then came back to say i can have a plain chicken sandwich and a plain egg sandwich… with nothing else. The photo shows the difference between mine and my partners full afternoon tea. I don’t understand how they can charge full price for this/advertise they cater to allergies or intolerances when this is the kind of meal they provide. Not only this, i asked for an alternative milk for my cup of tea where i was told that they only have oat even though i am gluten free…. they still brought me oat milk regardless of me saying i didn’t want it. Definitely changes need to be made and service needs to be 10x better as i felt like i was being a massive inconvenience even though we had asked in advance. Service was also very slow - waited an hour for prosecco and there was only 2 couples there when we arrived at opening time.

2 ND VISIT TO THIS LOVELY RESTAURANT. VIEWS ARE GREAT AT NIGHT. STEAK NIGHT IS A GREAT DEAL. ONLY LET DOWN WAS THE TERRIBLE JAZZ, PAINO MUSIC JUST DIDNT FIT THE VENUE IN MY EYES. WOULD OF STAYED LONGER IF THERE WAS SOME BETTER MUSIC , WILL PUT ME OFF GOING AGAIN. STAFF WERE LOVELY COULD BE SO MUCH MORE OF A GREAT PLACE AND ATMOSHPHERE.

Lovely staff, attentive without being over the top. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Incredible views across Newcastle all around the restaurant. Food not cheap but lovely steak, etc. Recommend the prawns, and scallops starters. Used a Wowcher for the steak night and added extras. Got a lovely bottle of red wine as part of the deal. Also do a lunchtime menu, we are fancying for next time.

Used a wowcher deal, steak and triple cooked chips tasted lovely as well as the red wine, only downfall was the service was quite slow even though the restaurant wasn't too busy. Views are fantastic of the city.

Lovely afternoon tea but drinks pricey.

The steaks were nice and to a good standard/quality, adding lobster was a downfall as that was overcooked & overpriced at £24 for a half. Starters were nice but missing elements described on the menu. Problems came with speed of service., after arriving 10min for initial meet and greet, and further 15mins for drinks order. (noted resturant was not busy at this time with numerous free seats) drinks were slow to arrive. Between courses was an extensive wait ( booked & arrived 18:00, left 20:45 for 3 courses) Also noted that other menu was reduced, tables beside who pre booked had no steaks left (at 7.30/8), by time we ordered dessert they had only 2 options left. (noticed 1 person working area with 7 staff onhand) .... Overall food was nice once recieved except the lobster. Service was friendly and courteous. Huge let down in service times. 360 views - poor 1st time I have asked for "service charge" to be removed from bill.

Disappointed with the afternoon tea We had to wait 20 mins to get a drink I had a child and my pregnant sister with me who is also a vegetarian and all she got was an avocado & pesto sandwich and one with the tiniest bit of cheese and cucumber in The service was the worst I have ever experienced, they took an hour and 30 mins to bring us the food which was dry, bland and didn't give us any options as to what kind of sandwiches or scones we wanted, it was my first and last time dining there

There are 3 things that are important for a restaraunt. Venue, service and food. 3sixty nailed them all. The ambience and Decor are great, food was very good and the service was excellent. Lisa our waitress was spot on with the right level and style of interaction. Well done Lisa

Lovely afternoon tea, highly recommended.

The poorest afternoon tea ever. Bland, dry, tasteless sandwiches, the tiniest sausage roll in the world and the most dire service. Took 15 minutes from arriving to be asked for drinks. The drinks then took 10 minutes to arrive (the place wasn’t busy) After asking twice, our food was served over an hour after arriving. The only good thing about this place are the views. They then had the cheek to add 10% service charge onto the over priced bill! Awful experience .

Fantastic views from this champagne lounge in the sky , delicious food ( small portions) , service could be better ( if you have a gift voucher it's a bit of a faff on ) great atmosphere on an evening I've been here for lunch through day too which is better for views through day ! It's expensive but a lovely treat , however don't go really hungry lol just being honest!

Bit pricey but was a treat, so really enjoyed it. We had a afternoon tea . For £25 each could have come with glass of wine.

We absolutely loved our time and dinner at this place. The views are just breathtaking, especially when it gets dark. Also, on our visit all the staff were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place for food or just drinks. We will definitely go back soon!

Amazing place, professional attentive staff, if looking for a 5 star place to go this is the place.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly, you can tell that making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, mixture of classics and some twists, it’s pricey, but worth it 100%. There was a singer on live when we visited and this added extra charm to the place.

Very upsetting when we physically arrived to find out it’s closed and our reservation was cancelled without notifying us.

Deleted our reservation, closing time incorrect on website. Closed early and claimed we never had a reservation. This was not correct as we called 2 times before arrival. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Never going back after being mistreated.

First of all the website’s closing hour is wrong as they close at 8 o’clock whenever they decide, either they have reservations or not. They deleted our reservation without any prior notice. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I booked my anniversary there and our plans were ruined.

Very dissapointed, our reservation was cancelled witihout any prior notification. We arrived to be told that was closed. We made a reservation 5 days ago for birthday celebration for 15 people…. Unacceptable. Never again.

Superb! The duck pate was amazing, then the seabass was cooked to perfection. Service by larisa was fantastic too, made us feel very welcome. Cant wait to come back

Well were do I start if restaurant week was to introduce us to new places for food it has done the job here for a few years I have said chez has been the best restaurant in Newcastle for food but 3Sixty blow that out the water the food was out of this world totally amazing the staff and service where 2nd to non and to top it off the views our amazing I will defo be back thanks

Music was a bit loud for background lounge music, was disappointed we were sat at a table for two when there was four of us.

Best views are the ones over the city if you can get them. It's always a nice relaxed vibe in the bar with it being tables only. The drinks are good and the service doesn't leave you waiting.

It was a quiet afternoon but the atmosphere was ideal for a meeting of friends and family. The service was slow but staff were pleasant. We didn't eat so I am unable to comment on the menu. I was a guest so can't comment on the amount spent.

We held a private work event here in December and I would highly recommend 3Sixty. The entire team have been incredibility professional in particular Kyrie and Arron, who were both key to the successful night. I would have no doubts about using them again/hosting an event here in the future.

Me and my husband celebrated our 12th year wedding anniversary with our kids. The place is indeed 360. Afternoon tea was superb, the staff are very attentive and friendly. But, it's a bit pricey for what it is. In addition, I hope they would have variety of food to choose from or perhaps a set meal to offer apart from afternoon tea. However, overall experience were really good. We totally enjoy it❤️❤️❤️

Friendly staff that are always around to look after you. Cocktails are quite expensive considering this isn’t London but it’s ok I guess. The interior at night is absolutely stunning though!
