Prezzo in Milton Keynes

Expensive for what you get £17 for lasagna just a dish of the stuff which wasn't great no salad nothing else included with the meal unless you want to pay nearly £5 for it,did have garlic bread which was £7 😡

Honestly the worst food of my life, would not recommend. Me and my mate went for a good time and good food, and we were met with bland and rubbish food. Do better PREZZO mate

We went to Prezzo's for my wife's birthday dinner whilst on a short break. The food and level of service were excellent. The whole experience was faultless and made for a very pleasant evening.

Unfortunately we had some issues with the cleanliness. Thanks to Eduardo, our dinner was pleasant and he managed to sort out these issues.

Really good food and perfect atmosphere, during the lock down ordered food all the time, and standards didn't go down at all, really good.

Been a fan of Prezzo for a long time and not been in a while, but things have gone down hill (hope it’s not all their restaurants just this one). Garlic flat bread, been heated up in microwave, so rubbery not toasted. Bland sauce on pasta, no flavour garlic etc, with overcooked gloppy pasta, again tasted like it was heated in microwave. No oil or vinegar on table or offer of black pepper. A disappointing visit for the amount that was paid.

Fantastic Lunch! Social distancing was explained clearly and maintained throughout. We used a Taste of Italy voucher from 'Buy a Gift' great value with a fantastic selection of food options available for a 3 Course Dinner/Luncheon. The food was flavourful, well portioned and displayed well. Spotlessly clean, from entrance to table, including the high chairs. Toilets were upstairs, but well appointed with lots of soap and space. Thanks to the lovely staff who served us today, the ensured we were okay with every course and friendly throughout. 5* Service! Definitely recommend.

was very disappointed with this new press. Been to many other press restaurants but this one is by far the worst I've been to. Reserved online. When I arrived asked if we could have a booth but was told no they were Reserved all empty but 2 ???. Had to sit at a cafe type table. Funny because when we left there was still 4 empty booths. May be they thought we were not important enough to have a booth. Service was not great as was the food and staff didn't seem to know how to look after customers also requested online birthday treat in the request box but this was ignored Won't be going back there again.

We had a very nice and welcoming waiter called Chris, he was very nice and extremely bubble. He made the whole experience better as we had just had to walk out of another restraunt. Also, the meal was absolutely lovely! Thank You :).

Great choices and Good food served in this pleasant family restaurant. Had lunch on a Saturday. Voucher booking that was received well and savings quickly and efficiently applied. Everybody in the party of 6 had differing choices that were well presented and thoroughly enjoyed.

Took my young family to Prezzo in Kingston after going to climb quest and the staff were amazing. Really quick, friendly and lovely food. Will be back again.

We were never asked if we wanted to order more drinks after the first were served, wine glasses were left on the table, it took an hour from arrival for starters to come and even then there was a starter missing (which even after prompting never materialised). Once starters were cleared our cutlery wasn’t replaced for mains and when asked (once food had arrived) knives and forks were brought over but no napkins. Also no spoons brought out with teas and coffees. Throughout the evening no one ever asked if we had everything, wanted anything else or how the food was and even once the restaurant was empty we still had to ask for the last coffees to be brought over. When we did go to the bar to order more drinks we were sent back to the table and told someone would be over to take our order but they never came. We were a large table but that was no reason for inattentive service. All in all the food was good but the service really was poor.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered spicy pizza bites and plain cheese pizza bites as a starter...these were muddled up by kitchen staff/waitress and the spicy order ended up on the non-spicy plate and Visa versa. Not the best start. Starters cleared away ready for mains - along with the cutlery!!! Hence when mains were served we had to request cutlery and wait whilst our food was getting cold for replacement knives etc. Same thing happened when clearing away the mains and waiting for dessert....of which I wished I hadn’t bothered with! I ordered salted caramel chocolate tart served with fresh berries and cream...no berries as they had run out. Fair enough, the tart looked great on the plate....until I took my first bite! Not a hint of salt in the caramel and the overall taste was akin to a cheap nasty flavouring rather than smooth salty caramel. To add insult to injury the tart came topped with popping candy which did nothing to compliment the dessert in any way shape or form (and was not advertised on the menu with this addition either) and the accompanying cream was nothing short of watered down single cream. The evening was meant as a family birthday celebration and as such we had a wonderful time in great company...unfortunately the same cannot be said for the food or service we received!! We will not be returning......

Very slow and poor service, food dry, cold and tasteless. Waitress dropped a tray of boiling water, probably because her nails were so long she couldn’t handle anything. Definitely will not be returning.

We were inundated by fruit flies and spent our meal shoo-in them away. We complained to the waiter who said he thought they had been treated and gone. Regardless this was a very unpleasant experience and appears an ongoing issue.

We all had a wonderful evening, drinks food and service are perfection. And brilliant Team, would highly recomend. Thank you everyone

Three of us went there for lunch

I recently booked a table for my wife's birthday. We were met with warm smiles & welcome upon arrival. Food was cooked to perfection in good time. A wonderful 3 hours passed so quickly. After reading some negative reviews, we were a little concerned, however our experience was fantastic, so I recommend giving this place a chance!

Service was shockingly slow, no children’s menus left, so no colouring/activities. Freshly cooked meals piling up on the side of the kitchen area and then served cold to table, manager arguing with kitchen staff, boxes piled up in corner of restaurant and on way to toilet. Service extremely slow.

Chaotic and staff seem completely overwhelmed. Two vegan dishes ordered very specifically for a child and non-vegan options brought out both times - had to be sent back and re-cooked!! Food was good but service was the worst I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant.

Booked a table for 8.15 on a Saturday night - restaurant was busy but not overflowing. Ordered giant meatballs and houmous for starters, which took half an hour to come, whilst customers who had arrived after us had had their mains served in the meantime - not a big problem as the starters were great.

I love Prezzo. I like the chain and I like the food.

We arrived at 1730 and were asked if we would be finished in 45 minutes as we had not booked. We agreed as this would mean we could get the kids to bed on time. Unfortunately it was over an hour for our food to arrive (1 kids pasta, 1 penne and one pizza). Then another 45 minutes for our table to be cleared and order desert. Really poor service which was surprising as it was quiet when we arrived.

The food was very good, as always, and we enjoyed the free prosecco that we had a voucher for. We ate the spaghetti carbonara and the chicken spaghetti carbonara al forno, with garlic bread as a side. We'd booked a table as we knew it was going to be busy, and I'd definitely recommend that if visiting this restaurant, as if it is a busy day with an event at the stadium, it is packed! But booking a table meant that we were seated quickly and efficiently.

We had the Margherita and Goat cheese pizza and we really enjoyed them, they were really well done and burrata mozzarella was really fresh. For dessert classic Tiramisu. We got fast and friendly service from Simone.

Took 45 mins for us to get our drinks and out starters were cold. It then took an hour to get our mains and 20 mins between asking for the bill and receiving in. Half our party had to leave early since the service was so slow. Staff weren't very apologetic either.

I visit for dinner mid week every so often and I must say that the best aspect of the restaurant is the friendly and accommodating staff.

Attentive staff met me at the door and I was quickly seated at a table, a refreshing glass of wine quickly followed. A warm day so I had an excellent Caesar Salad, which was really fresh and tasty. Very satisfied, especially at the price.

Great food, lots of choice and good prices! My first visit and i will definitely be going back.. So many dishes to pic from and the option of sides in case you simply cant pick one thing - like me!

After a lovely morning spa we decided to have a light lunch. Friendly and attentive staff. Great venue and atmosphere with a delicious meal as well. I recommend a visit 👍🏼

Decided to eat at Prezzo after a visit to the cinema. Glad we did, excellent food and service. Special thanks to Lisa for her super friendly and efficient service and to the Chefs for our piping hot, perfectly cooked pasta dishes including a first rate Gluten Free pasta bake. We visited this evening. There are serious issues with the restaurant staff, or lack thereof. A waitress took our order after waiting sometime, our children’s main courses were then brought out but none of us had even been given our starters. The waitress (different from the first) did not understand us, when we explained, she barely spoke English. She returned to our table and tried to explain to us something about the chef, she then proceeded to argue with the waitress who took our order. We then established our order was being cancelled and they wanted to take it again..at which point we decided to up and leave. Serious staff issues. Also, the toilets were really revolting, they didn’t look like they had been cleaned in weeks.

A bit of a long wait for evening meal but when the food came out it was really nice. The waitress was really attentive and apologised about the wait. Really nicely decorated too.

Visited prezzo Kingston for a family Easter dinner. We walked in and it was very quite. So was seen to straight away and sat down. Was asked if we were ready to order? We wasn’t as we had only just sat down. We said give us a couple of minutes please. We then decided what we wanted to order.. after about 10 minutes which with 2 children 2 and 4 could of been worse on another day. We had ask the waiter to take our order. Well let’s just say he was either having a really bad day or he couldn’t care less. Anyway food was all fine. Still we have attitude from the waiter. Then my eldest needed the toilet. Let’s just say it was disgusting!! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks let alone daily or even through the day! I don’t like to complain as I work in the restaurant business. But restaurants like this will have daily cleaners! But my eldest needed a toilet again.(great!) As we walked in the manager on shift walked out. So he must of seen the state it was in. I look forward to a response from prezzo as this is unacceptable!!!

I took my mother for dinner here and had the worst meal. The food was terrible, in particular the pizza with zero toppings and the cold starter. The service was even worse! I was still eating and my mum had finished, the waiter cleared her plate and then proceeded to try and take mine. I was holding the fork with food on it and there was still food on my plate. He looked annoyed when I said I wasn't done. Then when he came back he said 'I suppose you're done now!' Then there was arguing in the kitchen and one chef was threatening to hit another over the head with a tray!

Very good meal with family. Service was OK. Food was absolutely gorgeous. Would return but think the staff need a bit better training.

I regularly visit for dinner mid week and I must say that the best aspect of the restaurant is the friendly and accommodating staff.

We have visited this restaurant 3 weeks running for family birthdays , on out arrival we were greeted with very friendly staff , food was served hot and we didn’t have to wait , pizzas are to die for especially the goats cheese classic , tiramisu was delicious , service was very good especially Victoria very professional,we used our voucher code 40% off our Main courses , we will definitely be retuning very soon ...we’ll done prezzo happy customers .

We love Prezzo and usually go to the one at Stadium MK. On the spur of the moment we went to Kingston.

Prezzo is what it is, and i don't go expecting authentic Italian, and I have got to say the staff are exceptional. The food I was really disappointed with. Even with a discount voucher I struggled to see it as value for money. Maybe I'm just getting fussy as I get older, but won't be back anytime soon. Again would like to thank for staff as they did replace the pizza which I wasn't enjoying, the pasta wasn't great either.

My daughter and I went with her 21 month old son and her two week old baby. Her son was crying as he wasn’t very well and the waitress was so helpful and kindly and sat us in a private corner booth with lots of room for the double tandem pushchair. She immediately fetched a drink for my grandson and crayons and menus. Very soon he was sorted and we had a lovely meal

Waited 1 hour for starters and a further 30 mins for main, shirt staffed but letting more people in. Messing up orders and smashing items accidently

Let me say this to start... We come here regularly, at least once a month and love it here, however came here today to celebrate a family members birthday,

Me and my partner decided to go for a meal. Being next to Nando’s and everything it was a tough decision, the wrong one too! Should have gone with our gut! We waited half an hour for our drinks, in that time our starter arrived and was eaten!!.. 2 Pepsi max’s, not only did we wait so long but one of them came out as a normal Pepsi! We were too thirsty to change it. Our mains then come out briefly after our drinks arrived, two calzone’s and fries? What could go wrong... well the fries were cold, the calzone was bland, and tasted like it had been sat on the side for a while! The manager can eto check our table which we made it clear we were not happy. She apologised and walked off.

I will start with the small fact that my main took a yonk to come out as I think they forgot, but it was taken off the bill and they apologise a lot. Other than this the service was great, they were obviously unexpectedly busy but tried their best. I had the Hummus to start which was lovely, massive portion could have easily shared and I'm a big eater. I had the Mediterranean vegetable with pea fusilli, which was really yummy. Both of these were vegan which was great. The only disappointment is there is no vegan dessert but I can live with that. I am very grateful that I can enjoy a vegan meal with my family without feeling like a pain in the arse asking for 'special' food and it was delicious.

Having visit this restaurant on many occasions, the service on this visit was by far the best. Our waitress Victoria was friendly, welcoming and attentive and even my children mentioned how lovely and friendly she was. Going out for a meal is always about the food but the service also plays a massive part and this visit the service beat the food. We always recommend Prezzo but this visit will definitely be getting a high recommendations and a thoroughly deserved one too!

My 6 year old girl is a very finicky eater.. the taste, smell and environment has to be really really good for her to eat.. Prezzo always gives all of that.. for a very reasonable price..and they keep running these incredible offers / vouchers which makes it even more valuable for money.

Can’t complain at all. The food was delicious and the service was good. My only complaint was the pla e looked a little dirty. There were lots of finger marks on windows & doors! But that aside, we will still return!

We booked a meal for 9.45pm but as our film overran we were 5 minutes late for which we apologised. We were taken directly to our table and our food and drink orders were taken promptly. Whilst we were waiting for our meals to arrive I visited the toilets. The urinals were filthy, as was the cubicle. There had clearly been no inspections or cleaning done for a number of days.

Got there early by the time we left it was packed... Three different starters and Four different main meals all very good followed by a mini desert with coffee..

My wife and I are frequent diners at Prezzo, Kingston. It has a lively, but relaxed, atmosphere and the staff are always helpful and attentive. The food is excellent too!

15 of us have just had our xmas family meal here and spent just under £500. The service was great, the food was great and the cocktails were AMAZING!!! FREE parking and great shopping area.

Had a great meal here. Food and service was excellent. Went midweek when not too crowded but still enough people there to create a good atmosphere.

This is the second time we've visited Prezzo at the Stadium Milton Keynes. The style of the restaurant is very modern and clean with good seating and tables, we went on a Sunday and it was pretty busy so it might be wise and book, I did it on line which was easy. The menu choice is quite extensive, we opted for the set menu which you can have with 2 or 3 courses, and a good variety of food for a reasonable price. I had the Baked Mushrooms to start and then the Calabria Burger with salad and chips, and the others had garlic bread and a pizza with roasted aubergine, peppers and goats cheese, we were too stuffed to eat dessert, I will definitely be coming here again.

Visited here with a friend for lunch. Had the Chicken Calzone and my friend had the Vegan Pizza. Service was exceptional. The manager (red and black checked shirt) locked after us and he was lovely. The food was great as always. Service was quick. It was my second time visiting this restaurant and I will definitely be back. It's my favourite Pizza place.

We have been coming to Prezzo for years and always have had great food so today was slightly disappointing. Firstly the menu is changing (and not for the better) too many dishes are now "spicy" and over run with chilli. I usually cant decidecwhat to have. Today there were only a couple of things I liked. Also I always have a mixed salad with my meal and it is always fresh. Today I'm afraid that was not the case. The lettuce was turning brown

Went on the 10th with my friend and went around 2ish and servies was amazing lady was a star ! Food was by far the best I’ve had in a long time ! Pasta was fresh and came out in good time ! 100 percent will be back !

Went there with my family and was horrible! We’ve been going to prezzo since they opened in MK and used to be really good . Food , service , portion , price and everything... but I don’t know what happened there. All staffs changed and they are not friendly at all ! A smile doesn’t hurt. The manager look like he doesn’t want to be there. The food was not good , the portion has changed , the menu changed, the chefs changed , the service all my God ... slow,unfriendly... really don’t know if I will come back

We booked a table for 7 for my daughter's birthday. The restaurant is very modern.

My adult daughter and I went to Prezzos early to mid-afternoon on Saturday. We had been very busy, missed lunch and were looking forward to a pizza. Having only had great previous experience with this chain, we chose to eat at this one of several eateries in the centre. We stood at the front desk and waited to be seated. A young man was busy at the bar / counter area, and there were approximately four tables of approximately sixteen to twenty customers. In the entire restaurant, for the entire time we were there, no other members of staff in evidence. After what seemed a very long time, the young man finally noticed us and came over. His manner was arrogant and unwelcoming. He produced a menu for me and picked up a children’s menu. He asked me as he did so if I required said children’s menu. I said, no, and asked him why I would need a children’s menu. My daughter looked at him and said, in a very upset manner, “but I am 22”. He looked surprised, but no apology followed for this terrible faux pas. He just arrogantly took us to a table. After we had sat down, and feeling very aggrieved by his dismissive, thoughtless and arrogant manner and the fact that the restaurant was clearly severely under-staffed, we left and went to one of the other eateries. I am please to state that we went in to have a pleasant experience.

I went to Prezzo for an evening meal , despite I was without a reservation the Manager found a nice table for me and my family.

Been here third time not sure about food anymore, Sunday evening and staff really don’t want be at work, bar man Grumpy, not a single smile from staff just dashing around only the young man is decent here

Visited Prezzo by the MK Dons Stadium. Sat outside and it was well shaded and comfortable to sit outside in this heat. Service was really good and efficient and food delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Visited at lunchtime on a hot Sunday and lovely to have some cool aircon. Waited a while to be served even though not full and we had made a reservation.

Waited over 20minutes for our drinks but the food was prompt after that. Well presented and served with a smile :)

Visited this Prezzo with family and 4 young grandkids. The food was good and we received service with a smile.

An impromptu meal out with a large group of mixed ages. Staff were attentive enough to give a great service and left us alone enough to enjoy our evening. Food was tasty and good value for money especially as one of us had a voucher 2 for 1. All in all.. a good clean venue in a nice place with great staff tasty food and fabulous company.

My wife and I often call in at Prezzo on our way home from shopping in Milton Keynes. As usual there was a table available for us, we were seated promptly and ordered our drinks which arrived quickly. We both ordered Pizzas which arrived after a little while and they were both fine. The service was reasonably quick and friendly and the price reasonable, particularly with the 40% off mains voucher which we had. I'm sure that we will return again soon.

Great meal yesterday- the Italian food and service is consistently good and a 30% off voucher helped. Definitely worth checking their website before you go and printing off offers, if any. Recommended.

We went to Prezzo in letchworth we arrived and treated well. But the food was very plain ...not much taste .our lad who we were giving a treat to as he had come a long way fighting cancer. He had meatballs but never eat them...

The calamari was tiny and looked like shredded beef. It was made up of bread crumbs and hardly any calamari. The beef burger had so many grizzly bits in it I hurt my tooth and gave up eating it. Very poor meal will not visit...

Visited with friends and found the service was rather slow although the restaurant was not busy. Lacking in atmosphere due to the size high roof. Starters were OK, prawn quite good but my calamari was greasy. Not a great choice of mains apart from pizza, my wife had sea bass as there were not too many other options.

Went here on the off chance of getting a table for 2 before going to a concert at the stables.arrived at 6pm on a Saturday evening and although it was busy they still found a table for us.the service was quick and very attentive.we ordered starters which arrived within 5 mins and the main courses were perfectly timed.very clean inside and the waitress was first class.the food was very very good and a good choice of pizzas and pastas.well worth another visit

Prezzo used to be one of our fav place to go and enjoy cappuccino, Pizza Queen Margarita and chocolate fudge cake with terrific service.
