very poor customer service and coffee tasted really bad. Few girls standing behind the counter and just gossiping whilst customers awaiting in the front.

The guy serving this morning was really friendly, happy and welcoming. Such a nice start to the day!

I came in to pret today just to grab a coffee and some food after a very...very long week. I don't usually treat myself to nice fresh coffee but why not?. The coffee was delicious i opted for a iced latte which very much complemented the warm day. Although the sun made me smile it was the manager working who made my day just the little bit more special. I believe her name was Chloe and she was an absolute delight. She took the time just to ask me how my day was and if i had any plans and was super lovely to me. I was feeling a little hungry so i wanted to get a pastry. I asked her what her favorite was to which she replied the blueberry muffin and i have to say chloe....YOU WERE SPOT ON!!!. It was really amazing to have been served but such a lovely young lady. She clearly puts a lot of love into that shop and pret are lucky to have someone as polite and talented as her. Cant say the same for most places but i definitely think im going to come back to this place more often. Thank you for your service Chloe and have a fantastic weekend

Today I visited this place for my breakfast.It was pouring down with rain outside,so I choose for eating in. The girl (a blond girl, which’s was extremely rude) at the counter she was charging me for price of eating in,and then after she was telling me the price actually is for take away. I said okay, well I want to eat in I said to her, so i please her to give me the tray. And she’s said no….because the price is for take away and not for eating in. I was getting really annoyed and angry at the same time, because a day before I visit the same place and they’re changing me exactly the same money as eating in. I get arguing with her about this problem, she’s get really rude, till a Pedro manager or whatever is, come to sort it out the problem between us. When this guy appears and i start explaining all about it, the girl it was trying to interrupt my conversation. And then she took my food put it in the bag, left it outside by the door, in the rain, while I was still in the shop because she knew her mistake. At this point I put Pedro manager ,to count all my products again to prove that I was right and paying for eating in and no take away. He give me all the credit and apology because I was right, and telling me that the girl who served me she was making a big mistake. I usually don’t leave reviews like this one, but today that girl it was really annoying and seems to be like a pain in the a**. Thank you Pedro and sorry for this review, all the best mate!

Great, thanks for following my instructions on how I like my tea. It was so good along with the wrap + croissant, all were really enjoyable. Saving my apple & packet of fruit and nuts for another time. The delivery driver was so polite, warm and friendly too. I’m disabled and practically housebound, excellent service makes such a difference to my day. THANKS AGAIN. :)

As my review has been removed. Here we go again. I went there again and same manager, who just spin around without any control, the other guy touching the bins, then his face and then the food. Very poor hygiene!!! Original review: Very bad experience!!! Staff confused, disorganised and not trained. As food hygiene I observed the guy with the white hair to change his gloves after touching the bins, then the equipment and wanted to handle my wrap too! When I observed it, he said that he was not handling anything while cleaning the panini machine.

While I was speaking next to the exit I grab a chair to leave after finishing my phone call, one of the team guy named @Sahad, interrupted my call with no manners said that I have to come with him and change the order from take away to eat in, which I was not planning to stay. He was not polite and unprofessional in his service with no smile to anyone. I cancelled subscription which had over 2 years and won't recommend to my friends.

The lady served me was friendly and cheerful. She made my drink enjoyable with perfect texture and a heart shape on top. Could be Vietnamese or Thai, I will definitely look her up to serve me again.

Very disappointing. Pret are a good chain but the staff here were well off the pace. Despite a screen which displayed the orders they managed to screw up our order and then the next one too who were left waiting with no drinks for ages whilst walk ins got served ahead. No communication between the team. Very poor.

The tuna toastie was cold and soggy. Pret you need to do better.

I ordered a strong Americano, which turned out to be anything but. Insipid taste. I also had a cookie, which was perfectly fine. What apalled me however was the waste. The coffee came in a paper cup, with cardboard sleeve, and plastic top, and the cookie was in a paper bag. How much better had the items arrived on china, which could have been reused time and time again. OK so the top and sleeve said recyclable, but really in this day and age is throwaway containers acceptable, to eat inside? I will never return to any Pret branch.

Reliable quality as ever. However, the management needs a telling off. Stinking hot inside, with door wide open while refrigerators are working overtime. Talk about injustice - taxpayers are paying for this warmth which customers like me, don’t want! PULL UP YOUR SOCKS!

Went into the Broadmead Bristol Pret yesterday with a friend. We picked up our sandwiches, crisps and a drink each and placed them on the counter. We were totally ignored while 3 staff members stood behind the counter, one was working the coffee machine, the other two I'm not sure what they were doing. They did not say a word, then a lady walks in to the place, walks right up beside us and she is asked what she would like! Unforgivable in a customer service environment. The server who totally ignored us was taller, dark hair tied back and spoke with a foreign accent. We left our food on the counter top and walked out. Went to Cafe Amore across the street - now they have the best customer service and cheaper food so we will go to there from now on.

We left our food on the counter top and left. I have been in this Pret numerous times before but I am never setting foot in this particular branch again. Look at the recent reviews Pret - you have some really rude staff there. The lady who totally ignored us spoke with a foreign accent if that helps nail it down for you. I could not see a name.

No cream for milkshake but no reduction in price and no receipt offered

Visited yesterday at 2pm and from the outset things not great. Server very offhand and looked annoyed. Sat down with my niece and within minutes member of staff started hoovering , this including circling around us and then she told us to move and hoovered under our chairs and table. This disruption and noise went on for a good twenty minutes. Then at 15.00 a member of staff just went to the door, turned round and said to customers “ you have to leave”. We did and it was for the last time. What is the point of opening a cafe if customers are totally unwelcome?

It doesn’t take much to say ‘so sorry guys but we are closing in a few minutes can you get ready to leave’. Don’t just say you need to leave now with you accepting people in a few mins later Coffee lovely but experience has gone downhill.

A great coffee, sit in or takeaway. No outside seating. Minus a star as can be randomly shut recently. Otherwise, a really nice coffee and cinnamon swirl.

Look at the picture of the baguette that you pay premium price for! we asked the team and they say the company shrunk the baguettes. which I don't think is the case. contacted their customer service got a "copy paste" reply (your feedback is very important to us...)

I'm used to London prets, which are usually extremely busy 7 days a week, and I was very pleasantly surprised to find very attentive staff, a not very busy outlet, fully stocked shelves, clean tables, and good service overall. I would recommend this Pret, for sure!

The worst possible service. New staff is extremely rude and untrained. Can’t even make a cup of tea!! manager is so aggressive and charges extra. Overall very disappointing. If you want to go to pret go to any other branch except this one !

Definitely has gone downhill! First they closed for a few months for an apparent "refurb" but place looks the same. Secondly, service is always bad, the staff are so moody and unfriendly, it really makes you unwelcome. Food obviously is the same, really nice, but I've noticed their drinks are horrible- for example, the latte tastes purely of milk (and yes I'm aware it's made from milk, but it should taste like coffee, not just warm semi skimmed milk!).

I really don't know how pret are still going. Usually super quick, efficient, and clean. This one outlet isn't any of those. The coffee was filled to far so part of it spilled out in the paper cup I was served. The barista dumped my coffee on the other side of the till. I wasn't given a tray and servette with my £1.20 bottle of water and £2.90 spilt coffee in a paper cup. All the touches that made pret a cut above none whatsoever in this outlet.

I visit Pret regularly and took up their Coffee subscription in the summer which pretty much offers unlimited Coffee for £20 pm. The problem is they now never seem to be open. Came past this particular store a few days ago at 9am and the doors were closed but all the staff were sat there in front of the window having their breakfast. I’ve tried to go into the store today at 3.55pm and the doors are closed again despite the shopping centre being absolutely rammed full of people due to it being half term. Two of the other three Pret stores that are within walking distance have recently closed but it doesn’t say on the doors if their closures are permanent or temporary. The other store which is still open only seems to be to cover mornings and the lunch time period. I know this company has been hit hard by the Pandemic owing to a lot of their business coming from office workers who have been forced to work from home but seems ridiculous that they are closed when they could still be taking plenty of money. I won’t be continuing with their coffee subscription going forward. I’d rather give my money to a reliable outlet where I can get a coffee when I want one even though it will cost me more.

Good Coffee and choice of food/drink. The opening times shown on google are wrong. During the week (mon - fri) they are open unit 2:30pm

Just like seemingly all Prets, they don't have iced coffees. Having been to Prets from London to Bristol I'm starting to think they just don't do iced coffee. That aside, the woman serving me was pretty rude. She came to the till, asked for me, I came forward from the cue, said "hi," and before I could make my request she turned around and started talking with another member of staff behind her. I think this is part of the training in Pret as another member of staff did exactly the same to my partner in the Cabot Circus Pret, who then turned back at my wife and just barked "wot?" But what can you expect from a company, run by the abominable Julian Metcalfe, that resisted dealing with issues causing allergen deaths?

My friend and I ordered coffee for breakfast on Sunday and I had a cappuccino and she ordered a latte. Both were very watery and weak so I asked the staff for another and the lady (who seemed to be the manager from what I could tell) sighed at me and said what do you want then. She was unfriendly and rude. Instead of offering to make another, I had to say please can I have a new one. The second round of coffee came for us and they were as bad as the first. Won't be going back to this Pret for coffee. The food was good as always though.

Didn't deliver my breakfast roll and my coffee was wrong/damaged. Thanks Just Eat and Pret for kicking my day off in a bad way. Not happy

The worst Pret I have ever been in. They don't make the iced coffee fresh when you order it, they take it out of a little fridge behind the counter where it has been sat stewing all day. I hate to think what other disgusting practices they have in this place!

Polite, friendly, well presented, organised staff. Always a queue which is a shame. Nice place for mobile working.

Always like the food however there's been multiple times where the item i've ordered has been substituted with something else, this time I got a tomato and cheese croissant instead of the sausage and egg roll which is not only cheaper but I actually don't like them, so it's a total waste and I feel a bit seen off. In future don't sub different items in or at least give a customer a call first.

Missing items and a long wait, awful

Unfortunately, Pret forgot to put 2/3s of my order in the bag. Refunded, but frustrated.

Received the wrong sandwich all I wanted was the correct one to be sent out to me I do not eat bacon and they sent a bacon baguette. Called restaurant and they wouldn’t send out the correct one and said to request a refund through here which is fine but all I wanted was the correct one that I ordered!

Stopped for a break from shopping. Enjoyed fruit smoothies - cold and refreshing. Plenty of social distanced seating available mid Saturday afternoon, as most people use as a take away.

The staff is so pleasant! They always seem busy but it doesn’t stop them from delivering a great service :) The coffees are always well made and taste amazing! Absolutely love the toasted sandwiches xx

Incorrect items given and poor food quality.

I called in for a coffee, something to eat and to sit in the dry. I asked before I bought anything if I could eat inside and was told I could. I paid their extortionate prices for a coffee and a wrap. I was then asked to leave because I was eating my wrap. I am all for social distancing but when you seek clarification and then it changes once youve paid it is really disgraceful. Very poor. won't be going back

I placed many orders from them and every single one had either a missing item, wrong milk, or wrong item. Horrible delivery service

There was a very rude worker, she was blonde and tall, she was smoking at the door with other people, she walked in without mask and told my friend to get out of the store in a very rude way because my friend had no mask, just like the woman in front of us or herself, but this horrible person did not tell that woman anything, just told my friend to get out, never asked or offer a mask. She walked to the till and started serving people without using sanitisers or washing her hands after smoking at the door, we used to come here at least a couple of times a week, never coming back again with this kind of staff who does not care at all about customers, horrible experience

I ordered a chicken and bacon begetter and got a ham and cheese one instead - the food quality actually was great but I marked it down a bit for not being what I ordered

If you're in the mood for fresh food, good coffee and killer humous then I highly recommend giving this place a try.

For completely wrong order driver not sure what to do so took all items away. Still says to be delivered when check the order. Just eat saying to leave a poor review but I want a refund and drivers should be trained about what to do. I was meant to take photos.

All of the order arrived. Up to date times for delivery and tracking. Very tasty. Latte wasn’t hot.

Lovely food. Salmon protein box is tasty and fresh.. juices are lovely and the fruit salad is yummy...

Dinners by Pret are all kinds of wonderful. Chicken Caesar Salad is my new jam, along with a side of Love Bar a d Ginger Beer.

Had the salmon and egg protein salad which was lovely, fresh and tasty, would defo have it again. I also orders the bake at home mac n cheese which is very tasty. Worth a try if you haven’t already.

Coffee had exploded in the bag and one of the sandwiches was pretty bashed up too. Mac & cheese was alright, but a bit cold.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is friendly and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I just popped in for a sandwich and got a cinnamon danish on the house! It made my day. Thank you, I'll be back again.

You might think that having visited one Pret a Manger that you've see them all...not so. The Pret in Broadmead is the exception because it has some great staff.

A great place to visit and enjoy a sandwich.

We were spoilt for choice with so many lovely looking lunch options. The Ham, cheese and mustard toastie was very good. The cakes were equally delicious. Much better than Cafe Nero, Starbucks and Costa. Similar priced to those other places but i often find them lack lustre and the food small portioned and basic. The Pret cafe was clean and ran smoothly despite being so busy at 2pm. Unfortunately they had run out of China cups so we had to have our coffees out of takeaway ones, didn't bother us though. Will definitely return.

Lovely sandwiches, food and coffee. Too lovely however as at peak times can be really hard to get a table. Fresh quality ingredients, great ethics, donating any left over food to the homeless, so logical to avoid food waste and to feed the most vulnerable, dont know why everyone cant do this! Staff are always friendly helpful knowledgeable and approachable...oh yeah and around the festive holidays, there Christmas sandwich is the best Xmas sandwich in existance

Really good Pret. Staff are very friendly and helpful. This Pret A Manger was very clean, tidy and well stocked of produce. There were plenty of items to choose from to eat, even though we visited late in the day. There is plenty of seating available and we were served quickly. I had a coconut mocha and it was delicious! The best I have ever tasted. My husband had a cookie, which was warm and very tasty, and a caramel Latte. Drinks were hot and enjoyable and as always reasonably priced. Will definitely visit this Pret again.

Called in at 7.30am for breakfast and the lady serving was lovely. Coffee, granola pot and a banana cost just under £5 and was good value in my opinion. Convenient location and good service, what more could you ask for?

Just wanted to thank the young lady with the glasses, who just now, so kindly gave me the other part of my earlier order (along with a croissant!) after I walked out the shop without it and only returned an hour later. She was not who served me earlier but she accepted I had forgotten. She is a credit to the brand. I can see why my daughter buys regularly from this outlet. Alta continua! 👍👍👍😊💥

Tasty and cheap. Slight note on the wraps, those seems to always be sticked with some of the packaging and sometimes the wraps gets teared apart.

Staff allways friendly, lots of vegan and veg options
