Premier Inn Ashford (Eureka Leisure Park) hotel in Ashford

When visiting family, we often stay here. Always very good in every aspect. We did have a noisy pipe as the room we had was next to the heating room, some people may of slept through, but if you are a light sleeper, this may spoil your visit. The staff changed our room for us straight away after reporting issue. Located off main motorway for added convenience, but far enough not to hear it.

Stayed here a few times. This time was the first one with the grandchildren. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, placing us at the far end of the hotel, rooms next to each other, with a inter-connecting door. I had requested this as my youngest grandsons still wakes during the night and can be rather loud. All worked well.

Nice location on the way to Eurotunnel. Welcomong and helpful staff. Bathroom needs updating.

Had very poor service at this hotel. Was booked in for 2 nights starting Christmas eve 24th December 2024. The receptionist claimed she couldn't find our booking. Later changed story to room being already occupied. This despite giving them our booking details. My other half at some point needed to desperately use the toilet while we waited for resolution but we were told there was none. The whole ordeal took about 30mins. The most disappointing thing is there was no apology then and there hasn't been. We have used this facility before and I know they can be better than this

We were not made aware that some rooms are old fashioned, whilst another ones are new fashioned. One of my colleagues also got a fine during two night stay after clearly stating and inputting her registration number on arrival.

Nice, welcoming place to rest, relax and chill out

The plug hole in our shower was completely blocked with hair, so having a shower ment we had to stand in a few inches of water, the receptionist had to come and clean it out this should be done when cleaning the room. We're also unable to connect to the WiFi again reception gave codes to try but we weren't still unable to connect during our stay. We did have another issue with the TV we could not use it as normal because it kept changing channels and turning off by itself, the system is so out of date it's not fit for purpose. We must say that Sammie in the restaurant was lovely and always had a smile and was very helpful.

Our room was perhaps a shade dated and sparce but was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfy, best night sleep in ages. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, we didn't need lunch! Location was perfect for our needs

I've never encountered a more frustrating TV, takes fully 15 seconds to respond to any button push either on remote or on the unit itself. The carpet was also filthy, do not walk barefoot

The staff are actually amazing but the rooms and location are shocking. The location is just next to the motorway so it's only good if it's a quick stop. What really ruins this place is the beefeater next door and the shocking service. Manager on Sun and Mon 4th & 5th Aug prob doesn't like serving men of colour. I ordered the fish n chips. I got no tartar sauce, when I asked the manager in the blue and white dress, she made a smirk and said we ran out. Her colleague came up to me and gave me the sauce and said I'm really sorry about that. And I had 5 more nights to go😂 needless to say I am back safe, well away from Nigel Farage homes town. And I have asked my employers to never send me to these horrible places ever again. After that I stayed in my hotel and my place of work for the week. And hated that I had to eat at Beef eater at Eureka Park. You won't us to integrate but then you segregated me by placing me with a black person next to me. 😂 Class that was, I made a friend and we both had a laugh about how beef eater placed to non whites in a corner together👌👌

Great staff very helpful and very welcoming! Room clean on arrival and if you want it cleaned while you stay you just have to let reception know! Me and my son really enjoyed our stay and would deffo visit again!

Functional hotel - strong location 3 minutes from M20.

A lovely Premier inn situated in a great location to Eurotunnel or the Ferry port for Dover. The hotel is in a retail park with a cinema and various fast food chains to eat from.

Staff very helpful and polite Room was very clean and a good size shower

Close to a noisy road but otherwise the hotel was excellent.

It is clean and comfortable, and the receptionist was efficient. The only downside is that I received a parking ticket from ParkMavin, which I am obviously contesting.

Modern, comfortable Premier Inn with air conditioned rooms, free parking and a Beefeater restaurant next door. Plenty of other restaurants on the park for alternative breakfast or dinner options. Close to the motorway but rooms are quiet and have everything needed for a good night's sleep.

Handy for the Le Shuttle, excellent hotel would highly recommend.

Lovely staff really uncomfortable beds

Absolutely filthy, bugs in the room, an item of clothing left from previous guests on the floor, lights that don't work - in desperate need of a refurb. Receptionists also smoke together outside the reception

Great location, lovely clean rooms excellent location and great price

Stayed for one night due to birthday party. Waited an hour for room. Blocked sink and WC, on arrival. Oh we just that room. Really. Mind you got it sorted straight away. Basic room, poor condition. Won't revisit. Beefeater next door, great evening meal before party, shame breakfast was abysmal. Bar area was awful. Saw glasses from night before, tables not cleaned. People putting feet on chairs. Couldn't even give me a fee night stay

Very convenient for getting an early morning shuttle. Room was comfortable and clean. Only downside was the cold water tap in the bath didn't work... just dripped all night!

After travelling across Europe on a long holiday, you realise how you take the Premier Inn experience for granted in the UK. The check-in experience could not have been faster. The rooms are modern, the beds are good There was plenty of parking The location is only a few minutes drive from the Eurotunnel, so ideal for a stop over before an early morning departure. The food does not get good reviews here, but the breakfast we had was "OK" Funny enough you will be wishing for Premier Inn/Beefeater breakfast after staying in Germany chain hotels

Nice clean rooms, near town centre. McDonalds, KFC, Burger King n Beefeater all snuggled up in the same compound so spoilt for food choices! Ample parking, disabled access and parking ! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Easy check in.
