Food was delivered freezing cold over and hour from when we ordered it even though itbwas estimated at half and hour. We ordered two breakfast and both came in a container floating in about 2 inches of water.

I went there with my husband,however every weekend hate and hound is our favourite place but still I went there,food was good but cleanliness 0,Toilets were so disgusting,you can’t stay there for a second,using them is so far.I spoke one lady over there but she gets offended I think.She said she will talk to manger but she did nothing,I control myself for 10-20 minutes after that we walked out.Guys especially ladies if you’re hygiene queens don’t go there

It was a typical chain restaurant the food was good and the service was very good, The prices were average.

Felt rushed to order as waitress hanging over shoulder asked her to give us a little longer of which she was annoyed about, huffed about us not being ready to order. Made comments about us being the last ones to order whilst trying to settle our 3 month old .. we were a table of 12 people .. had to go and change our daughter to which multiple members of staff walked passes as was waiting to use the baby changing facilities none of which made us aware we’d have to ask for a key as no physical sign on the door to state this.. despite the toilet being locked it was filthy as though no one cares to clean it or even check it after use .. I know this should be respected by everyone however I don’t believe they should be dismissed on cleaning due to the less regular use. Had to clean the changing table prior to use… dirty nappies left on and in the sink.. glad I carry hand sanitizer with me

Food was average, enjoyed the salad bar more, meal prices ridiculously overpriced.

The service from our server Josie was excellent. She went over and above our expectations to ensure we enjoyed our meal and had a good time. The food was very good, just a slight criticism of the children’s menu pizza which was very dry and like cardboard. Josie was lovely with the children and the adults too. For that reason I would have given 4.5 stars if I could!

A perfect place to eat with the family, kids are always catered for and they have a bottle warmer too. The food is always hot and delicious, and the service is always spot on.

We come here quite often for our date nights and the food is always perfect, nothing is too much hassle for the the staff, and they are all so welcoming and take care with all their customers.

Amazing service, made me feel really welcome

Went in with my family and received the worst customer service from the staff. We was served by charlotteh and her attitude was very cold and not welcoming at all. We sat by the bar and the whole time I was eating I was getting stared down by her which was very off putting. We were then told we weren’t allowed take away boxes for our salads which was very confusing as we’ve always been allowed them in the past, if that is a rule then they should stick to it all the time. We’re very disappointed as we normally always have good experiences here however the staff were nothing but moody.

Real friendly staff and great service . The salad bars always full and a good choice on the menu at a reasonable price. The manager called Cody was a really friendly helpful guy.

On the 19/02 we were served by Sam Lee who was utterly amazing! So funny and was having a right good chat with us for a long time. She bought our drinks out quickly, our food came out so quick and was piping hot perfectly cooked by Andrew! All in all a wonderful experience, we’ve been a few times and it’s safe to say today was the best service we’ve ever had!

Went to the harvester ashford after having a nice meal last time but this time was the complete opposite my food was sat on the hot plate for at least 10mins if not longer hardly saw the waiter everything was slow he eventually walked past my table and I asked him to come back and told him my food was barely warm (I had started to eat it, as there was no one to tell and waited half hr for it ) he didn't even say sorry, he did offer another meal but I refused as I didn't want to wait another half hr, he then said I could have it for free. After we had finished our dinner we waited ages for the bill yet again we had to wait for him to show up again not even a thank you or sorry from him didn't seem to have any manners unfortunately as he was good last time we went 🤷‍♂️

We went for an early lunch to our local Harvester. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful especially our server, Trish. I had the pork belly and it was really well cooked . My husband enjoyed the mixed grill. I would definitely favour this restaurant for future meals, lovely

It was a waitresses first day today and she did great but unfortunately the food was terrible. My father and brother had a ribeye steak which was very chewy. My father asked for medium rare but it was just about raw. My sister and I had chicken both of which were pink in the middle.Also the salad bar... Brown lettuce and discoloured sweetcorn. Very poor effort. We were not asked if there was a problem with the food. We paid and left as we did not want to upset the new waitress as she was so busy. Very disappointed 😥

We were served breakfast today by a lovely lady called Trish. Despite being early and a miserable day outside she was so happy and chirpy and it was a pleasure to be served by her. Attentive and friendly, it was the perfect service - and she helped me when I dropped my bag and contents.

Came here with my partner and baby. We was served by a lovely waitress the table we had too was very spacious for our pram and didn’t feel crowded at all. We got 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 puddings and 3 drinks all came to about £65-£70 including 50% off discount. THE TRIPLE COMBO - Came out piping hot, food was very nice, tasted fresh. Only thing I will add is we asked to double up the chips on this dish however when my partner poured out his chips we realised they were the same side so maybe just stick to the standard amount and don’t pay the extra. WING ‘N’ WAVE COMBO - Again food came out hot, good portions however looked like it had been shoved on the plate but doesn’t change the taste. The steak was cooked to perfection however very chewy and fatty we put this down to the quality of steak they got in not the kitchens fault. CRISPY CHICKEN FRIES With Satay sauce - My partner really enjoyed these how we would have been better if the satay sauce was hot. HALLOUMI FRIES - Again very hot, cooked to perfection really nice side to go with the meal. BELGIAN CHOCOLATE BROWNIE - Looked delicious and was warm too, I ordered extra ice cream which was nice. LEMON BLIZZARD - Partner said this pudding was great however could have done with a bit more meringue in it but overall really nice. Everything came out super fast and everyone was so lovely. The salad bar was stocked up and so was the bread rolls. The drinks refill machine was also very clean and tidy. Highly recommend and Definitely coming again!

Popped in by the off chance of getting some lunch. Unfortunately there was no room in the restaurant for a few hours but we were able to be seated in the bar to eat. We had to order food/drinks at the bar but that wasn't a problem for us. The two members of staff behind the bar were friendly and helpful. The food was pretty standard but for a quick lunch with our children it was ideal.

Nice atmosphere,can't rate the food because I had a double chicken burger and got the wrong one,one of the breasts tasted funny and rubbery and I was instantly throwing up that night when I got home

Pleasant atmosphere, a waiter who occasionally gives commercial talks and makes suggestions in a funny way. We had a great meal, although the food could have been a bit warmer and spicier. The salad bar where you can get unlimited food is a plus.

Super friendly waiter, oke standard food, luke warm chips were replaced, it must be said. The waiter made the day.

We had breakfast this morning and we couldn't fault it. The bacon was lovely poached eggs just right and everything else cooked to perfection. We were served by josie who was very friendly and checked that everything was OK. She was cheerful and attentive. Would recommend breakfast to everyone.

Amazing food as pictured very tasty and eggs cooked perfectly. Served by Tanya who is very polite and patient whilst I decided what to order, also she asks if you have any allergies before ordering which is a good thing and I've never been asked that anywhere before

A bit drafty where I was sitting.

Food was ok nothing special. Beef patty was a bit hard and dry. We also had to go over to our waiter who was just leaning on a table talking to other staff members just to ask for a dessert menu. We also had to wait for ages to get the bill. We had a gift card to pay with and when we showed this to the waiter he rolled his eyes and stormed off to do it. Wouldn’t rush to return back.

Served by bryony today, very friendly and smiley, had no issues dealing with our party of 8! Even cracked a few jokes! Took care to ensure my nut allergy didn't finish me off.

We waited to be seated,we waited to be served we were appalled by the poor condition of seating. The food was mediocre.,quite pricey( chicken dipper things,about 6 plus sauce £5.98)We will not be returning

Food was ok, chicken was a bit dry and served on a small rectangular plate which was hard to eat from. It's what you'd expect from this kind of place, though it does seem to be a bit expensive for what it is! Staff were lovely though.

Staff rude and un-attentive. Our waiter delivered our salad bowls 1 minute before our mains arrived. The salad bar looked messy and cross-contaminated. Our mains were not well cooked and tough. Such a different experience from our visit to the Staines restaurant and it is our local!

10/10 food would highly recommend

Ate here a few days ago, there was only two girls running around (Josie and I think Elle, she had bright coloured hair.) I must point out how hard working they are! Both smiling and happy whilst being the only two in the restaurant. Will definitely be returning for another bbq chicken stack ;)
