My grandson was celebrating his birthday. Neross waited on our table, he made our evening, polite, happy and comical, he was such a pleasure and also made sure our needs were met. He certainly should be employee of the month. Thank you Neross.

Nice lunch with an even better service, Sam Lee was class.

We had a lovely lunch time meal. The food was good and our waitress Sam was amazing.

Our server Sam was brilliant, start to finish. Food good as always and for a Thursday afternoon it was buzzing. Always a win for a spontaneous lunch.

It took ages to be seated. I have a blue card and their website said present the blue card to obtain 20% discount. I showed the blue card but they wouldn't accept it. Apparently you have to have a code on the app! After 20 minutes of trying to download the app- due to very poor WiFi I managed to order. I ordered the haloumi skewer with hot honey flat bread. It was delicious. My son ordered the chicken and rib combo with corn bread , sage and onion fries and gravy. He only ate the ribs and chicken- he didn't like the rest. Man behind the bar was very friendly and he also served our meal . The building itself was stunning .

Recent menu change has taken away a few of our favourites unfortunately. Not entirely struck on the flavour combos with some of the meals and on this visit there was no chicken breast which severely cut the menu down

At this place our waitress Trish made it a good experience she kept checking on us to make sure we were ok and she brought us the refill drinks over to us at the we gave Trish a tip because she deserved it and she goes the extra mile THANK YOU TRISH FOR A GOOD TIME WE WILL BE COMING BACK AND HOPING YOU WOULD SERVE US AGAIN THANK YOU

As ever perfect restaurant was busy but we got seated in the bar area which is just as nice.

What an amazing experience I had yesterday!!! Was served by the wonderful Ellie, was greeted straightaway with such friendliness, went above and beyond like bringing my boy a replacement colouring set when she saw he was getting upset when he broke his crayons!!! Ellie all I got to say is THANK YOU!! Will definitely be coming back, you weren't wrong about the Naga sauce!! 🥵

Had a really nice breakfast and Sam L was really welcoming and went above and beyond checking everything was good and checking what my daughter could eat so she could have a good choice of options. Will definitely eat here again.

Where do I start. Jacket potatoe was cremated and very small. I had haddock and the batter was pappy and not cooked properly. My fiance had the gammon steak with eggs and eggshell They did not want to give a discount on the poor quality food but ended up taking £5 off Will not eat here again

Overall good staff and service. They need to rethink allocating the bowls to customers. It took 20 minutes to get them from staff. Most harvesters you are able to grab them from a section and get the salad when it's appropriate for you. Overall good, but this affects the overall experience quite a bit. Please rethink this system!

Fabulous visit, food was amazing. The recent updated menu has so many nice dishes, it was difficult to choose!! Sam, our waitress, was very friendly and a tentative and helped us with menu details! She was super informative and always around for when we needed drink top ups!! 10/10, thank you 🤩

Food was delivered freezing cold over and hour from when we ordered it even though itbwas estimated at half and hour. We ordered two breakfast and both came in a container floating in about 2 inches of water.

I went there with my husband,however every weekend hate and hound is our favourite place but still I went there,food was good but cleanliness 0,Toilets were so disgusting,you can’t stay there for a second,using them is so far.I spoke one lady over there but she gets offended I think.She said she will talk to manger but she did nothing,I control myself for 10-20 minutes after that we walked out.Guys especially ladies if you’re hygiene queens don’t go there

20 mins late from harvester ,missing my main meal

It was a typical chain restaurant the food was good and the service was very good, The prices were average.

Felt rushed to order as waitress hanging over shoulder asked her to give us a little longer of which she was annoyed about, huffed about us not being ready to order. Made comments about us being the last ones to order whilst trying to settle our 3 month old .. we were a table of 12 people .. had to go and change our daughter to which multiple members of staff walked passes as was waiting to use the baby changing facilities none of which made us aware we’d have to ask for a key as no physical sign on the door to state this.. despite the toilet being locked it was filthy as though no one cares to clean it or even check it after use .. I know this should be respected by everyone however I don’t believe they should be dismissed on cleaning due to the less regular use. Had to clean the changing table prior to use… dirty nappies left on and in the sink.. glad I carry hand sanitizer with me

Food was average, enjoyed the salad bar more, meal prices ridiculously overpriced.

The service from our server Josie was excellent. She went over and above our expectations to ensure we enjoyed our meal and had a good time. The food was very good, just a slight criticism of the children’s menu pizza which was very dry and like cardboard. Josie was lovely with the children and the adults too. For that reason I would have given 4.5 stars if I could!

We come here quite often for our date nights and the food is always perfect, nothing is too much hassle for the the staff, and they are all so welcoming and take care with all their customers.

A perfect place to eat with the family, kids are always catered for and they have a bottle warmer too. The food is always hot and delicious, and the service is always spot on.

Popped in for lunch with our newborn and received amazing service from Josie ! Very attentive and friendly ! Lovely grub as well at a very reasonable price. Will certainly be back.

Went in with my family and received the worst customer service from the staff. We was served by charlotteh and her attitude was very cold and not welcoming at all. We sat by the bar and the whole time I was eating I was getting stared down by her which was very off putting. We were then told we weren’t allowed take away boxes for our salads which was very confusing as we’ve always been allowed them in the past, if that is a rule then they should stick to it all the time. We’re very disappointed as we normally always have good experiences here however the staff were nothing but moody.

The customer service was great. The food was very basic, nothing out of the ordinary, no wow factor.

Real friendly staff and great service . The salad bars always full and a good choice on the menu at a reasonable price. The manager called Cody was a really friendly helpful guy.

On the 19/02 we were served by Sam Lee who was utterly amazing! So funny and was having a right good chat with us for a long time. She bought our drinks out quickly, our food came out so quick and was piping hot perfectly cooked by Andrew! All in all a wonderful experience, we’ve been a few times and it’s safe to say today was the best service we’ve ever had!

Went here to celebrate a Milestone birthday, the staff were so friendly and welcoming - a big thank you to Sam for being so attentive, going above and beyond! Everyone in our party of 12 loved the food.

Went to the harvester ashford after having a nice meal last time but this time was the complete opposite my food was sat on the hot plate for at least 10mins if not longer hardly saw the waiter everything was slow he eventually walked past my table and I asked him to come back and told him my food was barely warm (I had started to eat it, as there was no one to tell and waited half hr for it ) he didn't even say sorry, he did offer another meal but I refused as I didn't want to wait another half hr, he then said I could have it for free. After we had finished our dinner we waited ages for the bill yet again we had to wait for him to show up again not even a thank you or sorry from him didn't seem to have any manners unfortunately as he was good last time we went 🤷‍♂️
