We had a lovely lunch at Harvester, Bybrook Barn in Ashford today with our two sons, their wives and children.Our server was Neross who was amazing, friendly, so helpful and made our experience even better! Thank you Harvester and thank you Neross!

Popped in by the off chance of getting some lunch. Unfortunately there was no room in the restaurant for a few hours but we were able to be seated in the bar to eat. We had to order food/drinks at the bar but that wasn't a problem for us. The two members of staff behind the bar were friendly and helpful. The food was pretty standard but for a quick lunch with our children it was ideal.

Nice atmosphere,can't rate the food because I had a double chicken burger and got the wrong one,one of the breasts tasted funny and rubbery and I was instantly throwing up that night when I got home

Pleasant atmosphere, a waiter who occasionally gives commercial talks and makes suggestions in a funny way. We had a great meal, although the food could have been a bit warmer and spicier. The salad bar where you can get unlimited food is a plus.

We had breakfast this morning and we couldn't fault it. The bacon was lovely poached eggs just right and everything else cooked to perfection. We were served by josie who was very friendly and checked that everything was OK. She was cheerful and attentive. Would recommend breakfast to everyone.

Amazing food as pictured very tasty and eggs cooked perfectly. Served by Tanya who is very polite and patient whilst I decided what to order, also she asks if you have any allergies before ordering which is a good thing and I've never been asked that anywhere before

Food was ok nothing special. Beef patty was a bit hard and dry. We also had to go over to our waiter who was just leaning on a table talking to other staff members just to ask for a dessert menu. We also had to wait for ages to get the bill. We had a gift card to pay with and when we showed this to the waiter he rolled his eyes and stormed off to do it. Wouldn’t rush to return back.

We waited to be seated,we waited to be served we were appalled by the poor condition of seating. The food was mediocre.,quite pricey( chicken dipper things,about 6 plus sauce £5.98)We will not be returning

Food was ok, chicken was a bit dry and served on a small rectangular plate which was hard to eat from. It's what you'd expect from this kind of place, though it does seem to be a bit expensive for what it is! Staff were lovely though.

Staff rude and un-attentive. Our waiter delivered our salad bowls 1 minute before our mains arrived. The salad bar looked messy and cross-contaminated. Our mains were not well cooked and tough. Such a different experience from our visit to the Staines restaurant and it is our local!

10/10 food would highly recommend

Ate here a few days ago, there was only two girls running around (Josie and I think Elle, she had bright coloured hair.) I must point out how hard working they are! Both smiling and happy whilst being the only two in the restaurant. Will definitely be returning for another bbq chicken stack ;)

Harvester at Ashford Kent I had Smoke House Pork Belly & Corn Smoked pork belly, slow-cooked for four hours, with beef dripping glaze, charred corn & black bean salsa, pink pickled onions & chips and I was amazed at how delicious it was the pork was tender the fat was crispy there was a lot of meat and the sauce flavour was delicious this is how Belly pork should be served not like the Coach in Deal hardly no meat and full of white jelly fat I couldn't eat it my friend had the pork n sausage kebab again it was delicious both meals well presented and the mixed salad is lovely, staff are accommodating and polite..thanks harvester!!

Last Sunday took my little monsters to "Breakfast with Santa" at Harvester, and I must say, Santa was quite the charmer! Whoever that handsome fellow was under the beard deserves an Oscar for keeping the kids entertained. My kids were absolutely buzzing (and not just from the hot chocolate)! Came back today for dinner (yes, I'm becoming a regular - send help!) and was served by Neros. Super professional and efficient! If you're looking for a place where the service is as good as the food, and Santa looks like he could be on the cover of "North Pole Monthly," this is your spot! 🎅

Had a wonderful experience at Harvester tonight! Charlotte at the bar was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making excellent drink recommendations. Our Lithuanian waiter (didn't catch his name) provided exceptional service throughout the evening - so attentive and professional! We tried their festive menu, and the turkey burger was absolutely divine - perfectly seasoned and juicy. To finish, we had the profiteroles sundae which was heavenly - the perfect combination of chocolate, cream, and choux pastry. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff really made our evening special. Great value for money, and the service was top-notch. Will definitely be returning soon! 5/5 stars! 🌟

Visited as a group of 11 for lunch and we were very impressed by the lovely service and food. Our waitress Sam was so kind, funny and helpful and made the experience amazing. The salad bar was constantly being attended to by waiters and waitresses showing that it is kept well stocked and fresh. Thank you for a great experience. Highly reccomend. EDIT: Just visited this Harvester again with the same size group and served by Sam again. Sam was just as lovely as last time and made our experience really great. Unfortunately not that it directly affected me, but there was no gammon, hot honey sauce, strawberries, and I had their last apple pie. The food that we had was very very nice. Please give my thanks to Sam for the great service!

We have just dined at Harvester for a lunchtime snack and I was pleasantly surprised as I have not been in many many years. The restaurant was not overly busy and for myself and a + 1 we was given a spacious 4 seater table rather than a cramped 2 seated table. The food was good for the price as we only had a snack of Chicken Skewers. However, the best part of our visit was our server - Milly. She was absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Milly was very knowledgeable and returned with glasses and salad bowls moments after we ordered. I cannot praise her enough for her attitude, experience and customer relations. I would hope that she receives some recognition for all her hard work and efforts and she has guaranteed that we will return again more frequently.

Wonderful staff. My waitress was Sam and she made me feel like I was her only customer. She answered all questions I had on the Gluten Free foods they served. My food was lovely and my daughter enjoyed hers. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Terrible visit. Wished we had left after first server walked away and rolled her eyes after we asked for water. After talking to another who had no clue about menus and the last server telling us discounts were on an app but too late for our lack lustre meal.Salad bar not well stocked and grubby. Not worth the money.

Not having booked a table, we were 'Walk Ins', yet were treated as if we had booked in advance. Explaining about a medical condition (Photosensitive Epilepsy), we were seated in an area that was safe for my wife. We then met Trish, our waitress. Trish was lovely, she not only took our order, including food allergies, but delivered our 'Refillable Drinks', explained about the Salad bar etc etc and without being invasive she regularly checked that everything was okay and that we were happy etc. In short. good food, value for money and thanks largely to Trish, excellent service.

Food on menu has changed considerably, prices have increased. Overall Harvester is not longer an affordable location to take a family.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic breakfast at the Harvester Bybrook Barn in Ashford. Between the three of us, we all opted for the full English and were really impressed with the quality of the food. It was cooked perfectly, and the portion sizes were generous – just what you need to set you up for the day! We also appreciated that we could make changes to the standard breakfast to suit our individual preferences. What really elevated our experience, though, was the exceptional service we received from our server, Trish. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering helpful recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble, and she really went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with our visit to Harvester Bybrook Barn. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service from Trish was outstanding. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Harvester to anyone looking for a top-notch breakfast in Ashford. We'll definitely be returning to this Harvester again soon, and hopefully, Trish will be there to look after us!

Staff here are lovely, really friendly and helpful. Our server was quick to tell us what offers we could take advantage of which we really appreciated- wouldn't have known otherwise and always happy to save a few quid! The food itself wasn't amazing; the salad bar has massively gone down hill which is saying something. Our main meals were both lukewarm when they arrived at our table. My steak skewers tasted odd, they'd definitely used a very cheap cut of meat so they were really chewy. We've been here a few times and know not to expect anything amazing with Harvester but the standards really have dropped which is a shame. Let's hope it was an off-day!

It's not like it used to be. The salad bar was pretty empty, no-one was refilling as the 4 staff and manager were serving tables. The food came out within minutes , ribs and rotisserie chicken. So pre cooked and warmed over the bbq. Chicken skin wasn't crispy, ribs are barely coated in sauce. But, in today's standards, where staff are at a minimum, and margins are tight, the food is still pretty good, very tasty and succulent.. We had a buy one get one free, so even better. Would we give again? Yeah,with a voucher.

My Aunty and I dined on 13.10.24 for her birthday. Our waiter was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and he was charming and professional throughout. The food was delicious and my Aunty even had a candle to blow out on her mini banoffee waffle. A thoroughly lovely evening thank you.
