Didn't even realise this place existed due to it being tucked away by the side of the Harvester on port solent.... We came as a couple on valentine's evening... They gave my Mrs a red rose .. 🌹 which I thought was a nice touch ... We ordered the poppadoms and chutneys etc which were great then went straight in for the main courses.. Chicken tikka masala, lamb pathia, sag paneer , rice and a garlic naan... The food was absolutely amazing so tasty fresh and well cooked .. so happy we've found this restaurant it's top tier Indian cuisine and we will definitely be back for more 10/10

Visited this restaurant for the first time and it definitely will not be our last. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and welcoming. Best Indian we have had and our new go to. Lovely atmosphere and can’t wait to go back again.

The Tandoori King Prawns were absolutely delicious, with their juicy and flavorful taste. The Chicken 65 was a delightful blend of spices, leaving a burst of flavors in every bite. The Chats were good, but could use a bit more "chattaka" to really make them stand out. And the Biriyani, while aromatic, could benefit from even more flavors to truly tantalize the senses. Overall, Prachee offers a tasty dining experience with some room for enhancement. Bon appétit! 😄👍

Maybe a Friday night is not the best of times, but I was so disappointed. We'd booked early (1845) so beat the rush that shortly ensued, but a quality restaurant should be able to maintain its standards at all times. The SERVICE was EXCELLENT and GRACIOUS, but the food was ABYSMAL - no nose, no taste, no fire at all - I ordered a Royal Venison starter and an Ayre (Catfish) Jalfrazi main - both totally insipid. There were just eight small pieces of fish completely swamped by onions and nondescript goo with no detectable spices as descibed. I would call this this place THE CON MERCHANTS - and I certainly don't recognise it from the website descriptions or some of the many rave revues. Please tell me you should have have done better - 07730 982 809 - ask for TONY

Jalfraizi was greasy, tikka masala was sugary and chicken wasnt great. Won't be going again, but the reason it's not 1 star is because the onion bajis were actually very nice, and the naans were good.

Family of 6 Visited on a Thursday at 6pm so not busy. One of us made 3 attempts to get a glass of cola, 1 of us didn't get the rice accompaniment for our meal and 1 of us simply didn't get the meal ordered and one of the side dishes didn't arrive so we all just shared what we did get. Lamb Jalfrezi was ok, but both Chicken tikka masalas, and chicken biryani, the chicken was tough, 2 sides of chips both really over cooked and onion bahjis similarly dry and overcooked, in fact they tasted like they were yesterday's just refried to make them hot. All in all really disappointing. Good job there's lots of choices in Albert rd so won't make same mistake twice
