Amazing hotel - nice style! Friendly staff with good recommandations. Perfect location to be fast in the city center by foot. We loved it here and would definitvely come back.

Bit of a shame really, in photos the hotel looks brilliant, in reality I had a extremely overlooked room from neighbours which was quite small. Breakfast was overpriced £15 for two small bits of bacon and 1 sausage, bread meant to be sourdough was not and NO MILK for coffee, lovely start to the day. Parking was a nightmare, luckily I don't mind a walk but for less mobile people or those with more bags would not of had the best experience. Service was fine not sure on check in desk being in the restaurant but that is personal preference.

Fantastic dog friendly hotel. Perfect location . Amazing friendly staff nothing is too much trouble for humans or dogs. Lovely rooms. Breakfast 1st class. Will be coming back for sure

We booked a luxury room for two with a sea view, arriving at 5.30 pm. You have to download an app and enter personal information in order to gain entry. I'm not sure about the privacy when using this app. We were advised there is no staff on duty after 6 pm, and any questions have to be given by WhatsApp—no restaurant for dinner or breakfast. No bar was open, the whole place appeared empty or closed apart from us. Our room was on the 3rd floor, up narrow winding stairs, as there was no lift for guests. The room was fairly small for the price. The bathroom shower was good. There is a lot of traffic noise from the busy main road when staying in the front rooms. There was no ambience during our visit. No staff, no music, no people, no bar, no restaurant. Overall, one night was enough.

My husband and I stayed here last weekend and absolutely loved it. The hotel is recently renovated, cozy, and beautifully designed. The staff was super friendly, and the location couldn’t be better, right on the beachfront, close to the city center, great restaurants, and the train station. Our room had sea views and was amazing. It’s also a perfect spot to take a stroll along the promenade and enjoy the stunning Seven Sisters cliffs. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful little touches. We had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to come back. Many thanks!

I really love the room. Small details make a big difference. I the view from the room in the morning was amazing! Loved David in the reception with always with a smile and his lovely coffee!!!!

What a lovely hotel, rooms are lovely, even their cabin rooms although smaller are really nice. Situated right on the seafront with some amazing views, highly recommend.

Food excellent but service slow.Wouldnt of minded price tag but service charge 20%.Far to high.Would go back hoping its alittle better and not so slow getting food out.

Wowowowowow. What an amazing place THIS is. Clean as a whistle. Stylish as you like. Modern. Classy. Sweet service. Seating overlooking the sea. I had a really lovely Sussex IPA here. I overheard a group of people saying how lovely their cocktails and desserts were. Do it.

Just had a short and refreshing weekend getaway at this beachfront hotel. The room was not huge but good size with nice and modern interior. I was given a room with an amazing view which was also a plus. The location made it easy for me to go for runs by the beach as well as trails to Beachy Head which worked well for me since the purpose for this trip was fitness + nature. The only downside of the hotel is it doesn’t have a lift so be prepared to take the stairs. This wasn’t a problem for me though since I didn’t have much luggage and this was a fitness trip anyway! Finally, had a great spicy margarita cocktail and delicious animal fries to chill at the bar/restaurant in the evening.

Only went to the Restaurant for food, not the Hotel. Great service, very good food, friendly staff, nice interior. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully attentive and friendly service delivered with skill and passion to create a warm relaxing atmosphere. Superb food that demonstrates the excellent creativity and skill of a truly talented kitchen. All in all a wonderful experience.

We stayed at Port Hotel for two days and had dinner and brunch at the hotel. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Great wine list, attentive service, we liked everything. My partner commented that it was one of the best full English breakfasts he ever had. Amazing tea beautifully brewed (we now bought tea for ourselves from the same company) and perfectly made cappuccinos. So many highlights! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

On our way back from a wedding and wanted to try this place since it opened. Was not disappointed. Lovely greeting from staff, attentive and informative. Great menu to suit all tastes, not too large either. Reasonable priced and very tasty. Had the lentil hummus, Charcuterie board and the courgette pakoras.

Great little restaurant with delicious local food and friendly staff. We had an amazing time last night. Food is well presented and big portions. Prices very reasonable and for same food in London you could pay at least double. We will be back again soon.

Extremely poor service, very limited menu and on arrival was told they had run out of chips, this was for the fish dish and initially no alternative offered. We would have liked to have a sweet but staff obviously not bothered about extra orders or clearing plates. Selection of drinks good and this is obviously the area concentrating on. Would not rush back
