Missing food items and not very hot today

food was early and piping hot was excellent quality and will be ordering from here again.. highly recommend

Don't ever buy the chips with cheese because I am now ill and vomiting.

First class Fish, chips, pie and burgers! This is the first time using this takeaway and it definitely went way past our expectations! The chips are proper old school chips, the fish had huge flakes and wasn't over done, the batter was beautiful my boys enjoyed the burgers and said they were better than some of the burger and kebab places. All round very happy and full up family.

Food was ok but had to wait an hour an a half for it ! Could’ve walked there quicker

Just had a chippie tea from here & the chips were inedible & looked precooked! We ate the side dishes but threw all the chips away.Takeaways are expensive enough without having to throw food straight in the bin! Will never order food from here again!!!

We had ordered expecting the delivery from the Polegate branch only 3 minutes away. This delivery came from Eastbourne over 8 minutes away, consequently the food was not as hot as we had expected. Having said that, the scampi was better - a bigger portion and better cooked.

wouldn't definitely recommend this fish takeaway. Have ordered twice from them and both times have been great. Hot and freshly cooked chips and good quality fish. Will be back for a third.

Really nice meal, delivered hot and on time. My only small gripe was both of the fish pieces had been cooked with the bone, not something we’ve come across before but it still tasted great.

It arrived in a good amount of time, but I ordered a large cod and I was not impressed with the size.. it was so small, there was no way that cod was large, it was a small cod and it was soggy.

Best in Eastbourne in my opinion. Highly recommend.

lovely hot chips, sausage and chicken. The only complaint I have for over £5 the chicken was small and hardly any meat on it.

Sausage in batter tasted hard as if been there all evening. And batter on pineapple fritter was very sickly and under cooked.

The driver left on my door step didn't even knock the door and didn't get the tip I gave my son for him. Don't like that it was left and his music was very loud

Fish was very dry and tasted old like it had been cooked early in the day I ordered in the evening. The chips tasted old. Will definitely not use again I will stick to trawlers.

As a previous regular customer I had stopped due to the £4 delivery fee. Pleased that this has now been reduced. Overall always good food. However £9.30 for a very small piece of cod leaves me to think I will avoid fish in future.

Chips were awful. Like they had been just heated up from yesterday. The haddock was really dry and batter was very hard. We've had a lot of meals from here and have never had a complaint.

Poor delivery driver had a problem finding us as only part of housing development is on Google maps. He very nearly delivered to wrong property but phoned to find where the front door was. We had a laugh about it when he arrived. I put his mind at rest and told him a taxi driver had the same problem a couple of weeks ago. Bless him
