good food but I received a 12" instead of a 14" pizza.

Food was excellent absolutely delicious, we had it delivered the carbonara fantastic, chicken on livers beautiful, lamb chops spot on , would recommend, great food , great service 10 / 10

My last order was really bad. The pizza was burnt and the chips were bland. I think the restaurant can really do better

we got our delivery and a menu if we wanted to collect our order and noticed a very large price difference on every item not just 50p but 3 or 4 pound when adding it up we could have got another meal if we have collect it and it wasn't hot

Food was cold and all bashed up all over the bag so most of the spaghetti sauce was all over the place

Loved the garlic bread, the lasagne was nice but I don't think it had bechamel sauce. The lasagne is certainly better than most I've had but not the best.

Such a shame, used to be the best pizza in Preston. Pizza was burnt and the cheese tasted disgusting, was like a cheap frozen pizza. To make it wose it wasn't deep pan either, like I ordered. Garlic bread tasted so bad I gave up after the first slice, christ knows what's on it but it tasted really weird.

penne cheese and steak cold and congealed into a block.

stuffed mushrooms and garlic bread were lush. kebab.. donor meat was moist but the chicken was dry. The Rustici was over spiced IMO wasn't as enjoyable as it should have been. Will order again in the future and try some other dishes next time.

Diablo in other words hot and spicy, the ones from Garstang have real ingredients on them like chillies, peppers and pepperoni, for example, this was just a thin crust with cheese and they couldn’t even be bothered to run the slicer over it, so I had to tear it myself, poor.

Remember getting delivery's from here 30 odd years ago....the man with the big telephone ☎️ as we used to call it. Ended up here by chance the other night and it was every bit as good as i remember from being a child. Great pizzas, reasonably priced, and served with a smile. Won't leave it quite so long next time!

Disappointed about the lamb kebab, it was small and covered with chili sauce. Quite disappointing for £9.50

Dissapointed, chicken wings in bbq sauce was diagusting, brushetta as well and margeritta was soo salty. first and last time i order from here.

Giacomo's has been my usual pizza place for ages now, can't fault it at all lovely food! Raj still delivered my pizza last night despite the restaurant being nearly closed, excellent service!

The garlic bread and garlic mushrooms are lovely. The choice of pizzas is amazing and the ones we have had are good traditional pizzas.

Ordered two 10inch pizza , mafiosa and fire brigade, one is salami and the other is pepperoni. Both tastes the same, really salty, really thin not impressed at all not ordering from these again. We are still starving ..

My pizza was uncut!! And my order was missing one Pepsi. To add to it, I needed extra crab meat and I really really feel that was not crab, but that is fine. Nevertheless, the pizza did taste good so I could really pass the issues since the food tasted good. Just need to know if would I please be getting a refund for my Pepsi at least? And just inform about the uncut pizza. I have pictures taken for proof if needed.

I had a Friday evening treat a Spaghetti and Garlic bread and it was superb as usual. This Restuarant makes the best Spaghetti in Preston.

I had ordered deep pan pizza and bbq chicken wings. 1.5 hour latere receive thin base pizza without any spices (meat and veg only) and was not even sliced. The wings was microwave heated and bbq souse was added on top. Poor quality food, very very slow delivery. It's a shame I can't submit picture to prove all this. It's your choice after all.

The food is wonderful. My favourite dish is Spaghetti, there could be a ,drop more red wine in the saurce. So many dishes on the menu I look forward to trying them. I recommend Giacomo's Pizza & Spaghetti House,

- Not much atmosphere because we didn't eat inside the restaurant. Food was 4/5 because there was no gluten - free options for bread. (Still very good without bread) - Service was the best I have ever received, he told me his name was Raj, I haven't ordered from here in a long time, but because of Raj I will order from here over and over again! More staff like Raj and more gluten free options would make your business thrive

The salami was off on my pizza 🍕 and it was cold. Delivery driver knocked on my door.. demanded my name and then went to confirm it from someone in the car.. I was just like I want my pizza..! After all that it wasn’t nice at all. Especially for the price. Last time ordering.

Unfortunately the food was tasteless. I got a cheese pizza, spaghetti carbonara and chips and there was no flavour at all.

Order was wrong. Ordered chicken kebabs and got lamb. When phoned for replacement or refund was told I was wrong and that I couldn’t get refund because I have bitten into the “chicken”. Also put sweet chilli sauce on instead of chilli sauce

Shocking service! Ordered a chicken and donner kebab with chilli and garlic sauce. They sent lamb with sweet chilli sauce. Rang to ask for a replacement or refund and they said the chef had made chicken but it was just cooked differently. It definitely WAS NOT chicken! As for the sauce they said the kebab shouldn’t be spicy so they put sweet chilli on. I asked for chilli sauce! They said they would collect the food but couldn’t give a refund because I had bitten into the “chicken”?!!!! What are they going to do, re-use it?!! Never again!

Food arrived early which is good usually but disappointing this time. Some Chips were green, the arrinchini was frozen in the middle. The pizza was gooey in the middle- not fully cooked l. 0/10 and still waiting on a refund!

I live 15 mins away from restaurant took them 45 mins to deliver according to the website. Pitza pastry was under cooked and topping slid straight off. Going back to dominos

Long delivery time but did arrive on the maximum time advised. Lasagne was warm enough but could have been hotter. Extremely tasty, the brushcetta is a bargain and I would order from here again.

Best pizza in Preston. Can't go wrong.
