first time ordering from here, so much better than the pizza chains, the sauce in the pizza is incredible and the dough is perfect with a nice crunch to it. Pepperoni is nice and thick and can tell it's good quality. Will be ordering again, and again, and again.

Always great tasting pizza from this wonderful lady we even received a free homemade coleslaw this evening which made our meal complete as we would normally order this side but I forgot to add it on so to receive it was a wonderful treat which was demolished thank you for a very yummy dinner look forward to the next one

not happy at all, i would like a refund as i got my order 30 mins late, chips cold, onion rings over cooked, chicken bites only warm, pizza's luke warm despite the site saying "enjoy your meal" , tbh i did not enjoy this :(

Best pizza we've every had. We've stopped having pizza from dominos etc after discovering pizza prima. Always fantastic service and amazing handmade pizzas. Nice opportunity to support local businesses aswell. Honestly can't recommend them enough!

The lady who runs the place is wonderful and the pizza is arguably the best in town! Perfect amount of toppings and great, friendly service! I also recommend ordering over the phone or popping down there to order/collect as it works out a lot cheaper than ordering on the delivery apps. Also helps the business save on fees! :)

Food was OK but the delivery driver was a rude lady, left my food at the bottom of the stairs and was shouting swear words in the communal area, not good as I had a complaint from a family with small children, she was very rude and stated on the phone I’m not bringing it upstairs , won’t be using this company again

Spoke to the lovely owner June about my order as sadly the pizza was dough upon dough upon dough. I even took a picture but no option to upload. June was lovely and offered to send replacements but I was so hungry I took the toppings off and ate them with the crusts which were edible. Not what I was hoping for. Sadly not a great experience. I wish you well June but I have to be honest

Won’t buy my pizza from anywhere else

Couldn't get Domino's delivered for under £15 so gave this place a try after reading very positive reviews. The pizza was extremely salty. While I could taste that the ingredients were good quality, the whole experience was spoiled by the salty taste. On top of this I ordered the 'Hot and Spicy' personal 9inch pizza which was neither hot nor spicy as the only topping was meat. The lady that runs the restaurant was very nice and rang once the order had been accepted by JustEat but the food just seemed a bit disappointing.

These pizzas are FANTASTIC. They’re made in the shop (I know this because I watched them do it when I’ve been in to order)….so much tastier than any of those corporate places. The personal size is great for me and I still have some left over, but if you’ve got a big appetite you can go larger. Warning: these are addictive!

I have been ordering from this restaurant for the past year give or take. However on the last 3 occasions there has always been a problem in regards to ordering items from the menu to be called by the restaurant saying that they can’t prepare that particular item because either the kitchen equipment is not working or they don’t have the correct staff. Tonight’s order is the last straw. As the item I ordered cannot be prepared because of insufficient staff. Then to be called saying my delivery will be late. However the food was prepared some time before it left the restaurant and when it arrived items were cold and inedible. The lady that owns the restaurant is absolutely lovely and very hospitable and will try to compensate where possible. the food is normally delicious but I will not be ordering for some time because of this experience and the past orders having issues.

Just eat messed up the order, and the owner noticed the error and phoned to rectify this. Fast delivery and very good food.

My first time here. It won't be my last. Lovely pizza and a lovely lady who prepared the pizza. Highly recommend

I forgot to add that I didn’t want onions on my pizza and when my partner called to update them they said they were sorry but it had already gone in to cook, I said that’s fine no worries, I could always pick them off after all. Couple minutes later we get a call back and they say they’re going to do a fresh one for us, just wanted to check it was the onions that we didn’t want. Lovely service and went out of their way to fix a mistake I had made so thank you for that! Food was lovely and hot when it arrived, tasted phenomenal, will be our go to pizza place from now on for sure! The onion rings were lovely too! And the garlic pizza bread was amazing. Tasted amazing! And the portions are amazing for the price! Give it a go!
