Undercooked pizza, terrible manager

All seals on all items of food were open and looked like food was missing this is beyond ridiculous very unhappy about this and I’m 100% expecting a full refund as this is not fair at all wasting our money on contaminated food I have emailed pictures for proof please get back to us asap

Just had an amazing visit to the Ashford Pizza Hut with my Daughter and friends Shout out to all the staff, especially Beth Porter who served us!!! Amazing.

Served today by Claire and Vicky, amazing service, nothing was a problem at all. Most likely the best Pizza Hut I have had, some are sub par but this was brilliant

Me and my mum visit this Restaurant every week and we always have a great experience! The food is great, and the staff are amazing and our need are always catered for!

We visit the Ashford Pizza Hut regulary as a family and with friends, and we always agree, that each time we visit, the service is exceptional. The staff are friendly and greet us when we arrive and everyone always goes above and beyond to accomodate my son's needs, making sure there is enough of his favourite pizza on the buffet etc as he only likes one in particular. Today we were served by Claire who helped us find a quiet spot in the restaurant, as it was busy, she then let us order face to face rather than on line, as we find this difficult. Claire was approachable, inclusive and personable, taking the time to chat to us, and nothing was too much trouble. The whole staff team are kind and accomodating making a large chain feel more like a small family run restaurant. I cannot praise the staff team enough and I think it shows exceptional management skills to create this experience time and time again, thank you !!!!!!!

Food came cold and times kept delaying

I attended pizza hut at Ashford eureka park in March, well what can I say, rude! The staff were un helpfull, scruffy! And a lady in a pink jumper and jeans had the worst grumpy unpleasant look on her face, why do pizza hut employ such terrible staff! You have to order using the QR code, when I asked if I could order through a staff member I was told no and totally ignored, what is this world coming too, then the app asks if you would like to leave a tip???? Who? to ME????? As I'm doing all the work..... A gentleman with manager sewn into his shirt brought our pizza,s over that we ordered ourselves and his finger nails were filthy, this is truly unacceptable, my whole experience was not a good one, the cheif had a cap on backwards with greasy hair on the sides, the staff look unwashed and not at presentable for customer facing at all

Had a lovely meal at Pizza Hut Ashford. Joe, our server was amazing. He was friendly and helpful and made our ordering so much easier. Thank you for helping us to have a lovely meal and a nice evening. 😁

Claire and the team are world class. Every time I go in with my kids all the staff here are so caring, make you feel looked after and do anything to make the kids happy. Couldn't find a nicer team of people. I was in such a rush today and very busy for kids pizza hut lunch. Forgot to order items for myself as sorted the kids out. Claire and team just ran around constantly to help me out.

Visited yesterday for lunch with 2 of our service users to celebrate a birthday, the manager went above & beyond to help us, showing us kindness & making her day extra special! So a very big thankyou,sorry I didn't get your name but Thankyou from us 🙂

Ordered by mobile,food came quick,good atmosphere

I was craving Pizza Hut Cheesy Garlic Bread and decided to get a takeaway order. I asked for additional cheese as I know the amount of cheese used has reduced significantly, I was willing to pay an additional charge for this but I was not able to do so as their system does not allow you to get extra cheese on the garlic bread. There was no leeway according to the lady at the counter because the computer system does not allow for it, so my suggestion would be to please add this to your computer system, Pizza Hut, or go back to adding a decent amount of cheese please. This time, it just didn't hit the spot😕.

The staff is so friendly and accomodating every time we go, collecting orders is so speedy. The food is always so good. Highly recommend

We were staying at a nearby hotel, so popped in for an evening meal. Had a lovely time, food was good.

The chicken fajita pizza has next to NO chicken on it and base is very doughy like it’s not cooked enough , the BBQ American has NO BBQ sauce base so it’s very dry and lack of taste very disappointing with the whole order

Haven't been to eat in for a while. Used to be great but now ridiculously expensive. Ordering is via a qr code on the table with card only payments so no servers to take orders etc. App not easy to navigate and they have the nerve to ask for including a tip before you have actually had any service at all! Food itself was not great for the money in terms of toppings. The sides were not nice either. Cannot recommend for the price vs quality.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is shocking it’s dirty the cutlery was filthy there’s no etiquette here. The staff were all congregating at the tills and doing nothing. The fact that you have to pay upfront speaks volumes. The pizzas that came out were pale and uncooked. The deep pan was raw and stodgy. The price was totally ridiculous £55 for 2 awful pizzas. To top it off I had an upset stomach because it wasn’t cooked properly.

You know what you're getting when you visit a Pizza Hut and this restaurant doesn't disappoint. Hardly traditional Italian fare but it's hot, tasty and with a good vegan selection too. I would say it's probably a little bit too pricey for what you're being served but overall a satisfying experience.

Horrible food. The pizza tastes like cardboard ice machine is mouldy. Salad bar is mixed up. The staff are rushing us asking us questions every 2 minutes. I would recommend to not come here and to go to Frankie's and bennies. The staff also stare at you and try to get you to leave a tip. DO NOT GO!

You have to order via an app as if it was a Just Eat take away. Not very easy to use either, we couldn't find the pizza we wanted on the menu in the app and were told that if it's not on the app then it's not available. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip at checkout... This is before you've had any food and there hasn't actually been any service. You order your own food on the app, you get the salad yourself from the salad bar. You get your own drinks and ice cream from the stations... asking for a tip is utterly ludicrous! Barely saw any staff other than when they delivered the pizza. Seating was also uncomfortable as the table and chair was bolted to the floor. Not a pleasant dining experience, they are more interested in reducing their costs and maximizing their turnover.

No takeaway cups to share the big bottle drink unfortunately but the food was good. 👍

Went there for my daughter's birthday, the place seemed very empty but other than that is was cozy. Food was lovely, and she had a great time. Only issue had, on the ice-cream syrup bottles they seemed to be out of date.

Standard Pizza Hut fare. Enjoyed the pizza and salad. Nicely laid out. Clean. Buffet was well stocked. We had a pizza to share and took what was left away in a box. Toilets were clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Well what can I say about pizza hut all I can say it is amazing the food is great and the service it amazing to as I am a regular customer and you can not fault it would highly recommend them to anyone and all the staff is great to thay are all kind and thay know what there doing and thay are great at there jobs

All I can say is wow. The lady in the kitchen certainly knows how to make a great pizza .I have been coming to the restaurant for many years and I can honestly say they have got it spot on. Would happily recommend to others.

Fantastic customer service tonight from our server ( man with the ponytail). It's was a very busy Saturday night, we were a bug family group but he always gave us his smile, helped us when I couldn't use the app, and made us feel really welcome and attended to. Only fault I can mention was the salad bar, Lettuce was browned. Hard to keep fresh I guess but less filling and often replenish would have kept it on point. Family favourite for get togethers, kids always have a great time.

The food was great , and the staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. Not very busy as it was just after four. Expensive though, I could have ordered more for less elsewhere, but it won't stop me from visiting once in a while, though.

We went out as a family of seven and all had the buffet. Food was great. We were served by Keeley who was extremely cheerful, polite and helpful. They made sure that we had everything we needed and helped to make our day out that little bit extra special.

The staff here, without exception, have always gone above and beyond to make Abhi feel at ease, and their genuine warmth and attentiveness are deeply appreciated. I would particularly like to commend the manager, Ian, who, like myself, is a former member of the British Army. However, it is not just Ian’s leadership but the entire culture of this restaurant that stands out. The team here consistently provides outstanding service, coupled with high-quality food, making every visit a pleasure. While I have taken Abhi to other Pizza Hut locations—pizza being his favorite food—none compare to the exceptional service we receive at Eureka Park. The care and attention we experience here are unmatched. This review is written on behalf of my son, Abhimanyu, and is based on our numerous experiences at this restaurant. Had a lovely buffet lunch with my elderly mum who is Alzheimer’s and they staff took us to a quiet area of the restaurant and were very attentive

Excellent family meal, exceeded expectations

Not enough Pizza Huts around, so it was great while on holiday we found this one. Food was great, plenty of parking and great service

There where too many spicy pizzas on the buffet but at least they where fresh and what i could eat was nice the system for ordering online was a nightmare only becuase to use the code for kids eat free i had to place 2 separate orders to do it the servers where polite and kind over all was a nice day

Popped in last week for an impromptu pizza before the cinema but walked out after 10mins as it seems you have to order your own food through an app/QR code and after two attempts to pay for the disgustingly overpriced products we’d ordered to no avail we gave up and went to Subway over the road where we were served by a person!!! Removing people taking orders at a restaurant is a one way ticket to disaster, I’ll avoid Pizza Hit at all cost now if this is the same in every restaurant in the chain!

The service was exceptional. I would rate the customer service as 5-Star. Food was served on time, and the quality was superb.

Took a small school party to Pizza Hut. Tyler and Chelsea were amazing. The group had special needs and one pupil was a little 'boisterous', but Tyler responded professionally. Chelsea helped us find the best deals for the kids and made sure everyone was well cared for. All the kids left very happy. Give these staff a pay rise.

Overpriced £50 for two meals, service poor...

Best Pizza Hut locally. Good atmosphere and feel to the place. Staff friendly and helpful. Pizza's excellent. Only criticism is of Pizza Hut nationwide, is that they don't do a gluten free option for the buffet ( like they do in Sweden)

Apart from the salad bar, food was good. The salad bar was not fresh and not well stocked. Had to ask for sauces. It's gone down hill massively. Please bring back the old kinda salad bar. I would rather have a bowl but nice fresh salad, then all wilted salads, gone off onions and squishy tomatoes

Everything was great except once we had finished our food we were waiting half an hour before anyone even noticed this is the second time this has happened the first time we was waiting almost an hour. Other than the waiting time for someone to take plates away so we could have our dessert, the pizza was amazing!!

Went in with a few friends, we were trying to establish how many of us were eating here or going elsewhere. Got told me were ‘messing him about’ when in reality he was nothing but rude. Saying how it’s his restaurant and that he’s not having it. What a muppet jesus

The order was picked up at 6.32pm( time written on receipt) with an initial estimated time of 6.45. This changed to 6.50 which I was fine with. What I'm not fine with is tracking the driver who went all over Ashford with other orders and finally arrived at 7.14pm, 45 minutes after he had picked up the order. Needless to say my food is stone cold. This is really unacceptable costumer service. I have requested a refund as I can't eat my food. Not impressed.I look forward to hearing from you.

Service was good, salad bar was great, got a seat quickly. Only issue was the pizza and sides didn't seem great. Very oily, the meat feast pizza seemed to have cheap formed beef pieces (I'd be suprised if they were even 50% beef). But we had a good time, kids enjoyed it, and price was good for the amount of food we got.

No, no, no. A QR code is not an excuse to totally NOT communicate with your patrons. We had some trouble using the QR code (it didn't take our credit card) and when I asked one of the staff whether I could pay another way, he said "no" and walked on. Upon which we walked out.

They did a gluten free base. Really positive point. Also I liked the flatbread, brilliant if you don't want too much dough.

the service from pizza hut was outstanding I would give 5/5 for them. But JUSTEAT as a company i will give a 1 star due to having to wait nearly 4 hours after ordering for it to be delivered 4 HOURS late. We couldn't cancel it because we waited 2 hours after ordering to call the restaurant and they recommend to cancel but could due to it being to late to do so on the app.

I have to say the service and food is amazing at this my favourite Pizza Hut in the country! Both my friend and I try to meet up once a month and we visit here as the staff are incredible! Great service .. and the food is always fresh and the salad bar always topped up !! Thank you team Eureka

The easy mobile ordering, being seated quickly with a very polite staff member. How quickly the cutlery and glasses came for us to help ourselves to food and drinks.

Amazing from start to finish, my son birthday and my mate birthday as well was well put together with the staff on the day. They helped sort the cake for us, candles, and lots of assistance with any questions we had. Everyone went away happy. The staff all had smiles on their faces and worked well together and the food was hot and went down a treat. Thank you 😊

Being able to be seated to allow me full access to the restaurant and food service area . This restaurant could easily be a flagship for Pizzahut of how to look after a disabled guest as well as able bodied guests. We were made to feel very comfortable and welcome.

You have to order and pay at your table via an app now. Well, the app didn't work and staff had to do some work. Food was very mediocre, only went as we'd had a power cut. Probably won't go again.

Not a bad place to go but a little expensive

Disappointing order from Pizza Hut, the size of the cookies have dramatically shrunk they used to be much much bigger. I ordered from there as the wait time said only 15 minutes later but by the time it came and I sat down it had been an hour from when I originally ordered. Not great service

One of the nicest pizzas in the town. I just ordered a large cheese crust chicken supreme. It was really nice. Stuffing was good and the taste was nice. Overal really nice except when we deliver a pizza please atleast put some ketchups or seasonings. All other was good.

We went for dinner at pizza hut. The guy serving us was extremely helpful and friendly, offering us any help should we need it. The choice of pizzas we're great and the taste was lovely as always! The salad was fresh and tasty and the food arrived in a good time. Will return

The food was cold.the pizza base was hard and chewy.definitely not worth the money.

We really appreciated the staff today. We were given a lovely welcome by the manager, who was kind and clear about how everything worked. Our waitress was also lovely. We caused some chaos (kids - spilt drink - liquids everywhere/soggy food etc.). They dealt with it all so calmly and professionally. Didn't make us or the children feel awkward or uncomfortable. Sorted out everything on the table really quickly. I haven't been to Pizza Hut for a while but on the basis of this visit, I will return soon. I was really impressed with how we were looked after.

Dominos make real pizza, Pizza Hut pizza is just overpriced fake stuff. The store is good, friendly staff, it's clean & tidy, but the food is overpriced and greasy. If you want less grease & just overall better product go dominoes. Pizza express use even better ingredients again and cost no more, avoid pizza hut, I won't be buying from any other store again
