Ordered food through uber. Got the wrong order. Contacted uber to get no response. Paid £63.72 for a small pizza and a tub of ice cream. Should have been 2x large pizzas with stuffed crust 2 dips and a side. Contacted the restaurant directly to complain after getting no response through Uber. After 15 minutes someone finally answered. They said it was an uber issue despite them sending out the wrong order. After making my complaint, the gentleman (I use this term lightly) on the phone threatened to have me banned from uber eats and all participating restaurants personally for having the audacity to complain..

This is a let down and a disappointment The service is slow, awful food and very poor customer service. Complained about very poor quality food and refused a refund. Save your money go else where.

After orderin my exceptional pizza 4 delivery,and paying by card,the chance to claim £15 back off my order came up.as im very curious,i had a look at this but when asked 4bank details,started to put them in,then declined.after this i recieved text messages proporting to be from my bank and to message my details.just a warning as theres a scam going off on pizza hut website.iv seen it numerous times over the past year.be very carefull.

I was staying in Nottingham for business and decided I’d like a pizza in my room for tea. Having enjoyed Pizza Hut delivery at home I thought I would get the one here, but it was woeful. I ordered my food at 6:15, and the site told me delivery would be between 6:35-:645. At 6:30 the app updated saying my food was being packed (one medium pizza) and this was still the case at 7:10, before it updated to say food was out for delivery and I should expect it in the next 10 minutes (restaurant was a 4 minute drive from hotel.) Food eventually came at 7:35, no apology for being late and it was stone cold. I rang the chain directly a few times to first check where the food was and to later complain and they didn’t answer once - disgraceful service.

Disgusted that we ordered Pizza Hut as part of our Christmas celebrations, the pizza was charred to a crisp! No replacement was offered and £10 was offered as a refund via customer service which isn’t even the cost of another pizza. So now we have an inedible pizza, not enough food for our guests and insufficient funds to buy a new one! Shocking service.

Pedimos cuatro de las 5 pizzas en la oferta en el sitio web, y luego una pizza de banquete de carne para 16. Cuando llegaron, la pizza de la fiesta de la carne no estaba allí. ! The dark haired woman who served me was one of the rudest people I've ever met. As it was quite busy, i was telling her my order one by one as she was juggling mutltiple orders. She wouldn't acknowledge that she heard me at all so i kept repeating things to make sure she had. She never asked if i want to make any changes or order anything else or even looked at me directly. So when she told me my total, i asked for my coffee to be made with soy milk and an additional syrup and she rolled her eyes at me. I had no indication that she had even heard me so i was waiting for her to speak. Just horribly rude customer service. Will never visit it again.

Came for a bite to eat , here at Costa Coffee , inside the front entrance at QMC..... They now have a delicious "All day breakfast toastie" - yum, it was so good. Sausage, scrambled egg, tomato, and bacon inside 2 white slices, which had grated cheese on one side..... Lovely with a skinny cappuccino......😋😋. Just what I needed... It's a very busy Costa, with it being inside the hospital....

Después de no haber visitado el Ángel, por casi 10 años, estaba preocupado de que no sería el mismo. Pasamos la mayoría de nuestro tiempo allí, y hacía grandes recuerdos, todos esos años. Sin embargo, parece que el viejo Angel creció justo a tiempo para convertirse en nuestro lugar favorito, todo nuevo!

Over the years Valerie Patisserie as been out 1st port of call for coffee and cake. Today, we noticed on arrival only 2 tables were being used. Said good morning to the lady behind the counter and sat down. From then it all went wrong. Young guy came up go us saying "In future wait to be seated I'm on my own. And if your eating with us your on the wrong table. To low". Neither of us replied as we were totally taken aback. On that we got our belongings and left. Ventured to Cafe Ori and got fab service. 17/04/24 Further to my review I did get a reply back from PV asking me for more details of our experience to which I sent. Including pictures. I then received an email on 11th from their Head of Operations introducing themselves asking if they could call me. No call.
