Scouts honour this place is so good, the Margarita pizza is so delicious, the way the cheese is just yummy- would recommend this place, its underated, probbaly my 5/6th time getting a pizza here now

Lived 3+ years in Guildford and this is, by far, the best pizza take-away option in town

I don’t know why the rating for this place is so low, the food is sooooo yummy, this is my 4th time getting pizza from here in last 3 months, my go to is double hot pizza with no jalapeños and hot wings, it’s so good everytime we get it, we order for collection everytime, and it doesn’t disappoint ever

Ordering only delivery. Placed many orders over last few years and never was disappointed. Sometimes wait time is longer than estimated but when contacting restaurant they always are professional and give accurate eta. Favourite place to grab some pizza :)

Out of date dough and toppings this place should not have a license to sell food

Best pizza’s always really hot to the extent I need to leave the lid open for five minutes before I eat, and always quicker than time stated

Never delivered but charged me. When I tried to call they never picked up. Willingly took the order too and confirmed it. I've had to dispute with my card to get my money back. Terrible place. Never order here.

Very disrespectful and bad behaviour staff + owners, behave like illiterate. Very non-professional. Asked to cook it well and the thick short guy gone aggressive and started to say not to complain. I worked in dominos for years and know how to treat guests when they come to pay the money. Very poor and very disrespectful service I definitely say not go there as i returned their cooked pizza because of their attitudes and misbehaviour. I order from them twice a week minimum but they don’t bother the customer’s loyalty too. I completely not recommend them.

Always come here when I'm Guildford. Pizzas good and service was quick, even for a walk in.

One star is generous waited over an hour and when it gets here the nuggets are the worst I have ever had onion rings look like the got them at asda and didn't cook them chicken wings disgusting then I opened my kebab and had 6 bits of chicken in it and three or maybe four bit of lettuce and the pita was so hard it must have been sat out for a week DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Pizza took over 30 minutes and wasn’t even cooked

Really nice pizza, was hot and fresh, even though it was raining outside, came within 20mins! Great service, good value, we had the 18in cheese and tomato and the cookies, I can’t review those as the children devoured them!

Absolutely disgraceful service recieved from Pizza Hot Express. We ordered our pizza and having waited an hr we called to see how much longer it would take. We were 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes pass and we call again, apparently the driver has delivered....not to us he hasn't! So they send another out....we waited yet another hr to be told it'll be 10 minutes.....20 minutes later and the pizza finally arrives. So over 2 and a half hours for a pizza and I was told "sorry, here's a free bottle of drink". And to be honest it wasn't really worth waiting for, the pizza was ok, nothing special and the nuggets and wedges were soggy. We will not be ordering from you again!

We order a pizza from here at least once a week. Great taste and fresh, very affordable price. The cookies was outstanding 🤤

Food good but a shame part of order missing

FOOD POISONING BE AWARE!!If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered pizza, food poisoning following day - still recovering. Two people got it as well. I called the pizza place - very rude and aggressive stuff - they didn’t care at all. Please do not order anything from them! Clearly hygiene is nonexistent and most likely they use off food as well. Health department was contacted and will be inspecting soon.

Ordered on Deliveroo as advertised 25min delivery. Still not here 90 minutes later despite being reassured on the phone an hour in that food was en route. Never turned up and nobody answering phone. Avoid unless you want to waste money on nothing!

Consistently tasty pizza from here, staff on the phone or in person so very friendly. Can highly recommend the American hot pizza with added kebab meat, always my go to pizza, delicious.

Strange evening. Strange because you'll never usually find me in pizza express. I had an American hot pizza and my daughter Beatrice had a calzone. It was so hot but I didn't break a sweat.

ordered through uber eats, they accepted my order and told us it’d be here soon. we waited over an hour until eventually they ended up closing so not only did we not get our food but they also didn’t bother calling to tell us they couldn’t complete the order. don’t understand why they didn’t just decline the order if they weren’t going to deliver. absolute nightmare.

Really good pizza and at good price

Waited 95mins for a delivered cold pizza. Spoke to the person in charge at the shop and was told that I should expect longer wait times if it's raining

I went in looking for a meal and the main guy tried to overcharge me for a standardpizza.. He got angry when I challenged him. I've got nothing else to say..I won't eat here.

Never had a problem. I don't get the negatives. Apart from loyally they was trying to deliver to my home address but I was doing naughties in a hotel. You guys deliver great tasty in pizzas at a good price.

Ordered a pizza half and half for delivery. Was told it would be 55 minutes. 70 minutes later the wrong pizza arrived. Called to get a new one to be told it would be at least 25 minutes to send a new one (we are 10 minutes by car from the shop). Asked for a refund but was told it needed to be authorised by the manager. When I tried to ask when the manager would be back, the man the started shouting at me down the phone and refused to tell me when he would be back. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Will never be using them again

Apparently this little cant cook a pizza properly have decided a Texas bbq is covered in sausage bacon nand pepperoni 🤣 kinda like calling a margarita a margarita but putting pepperoni on it 🤦🏼 Idiots so tried to eat it anyway god knows what sauce is the base but it’s not bbq so tried to eat the crust which tastes like soap

Order from here now, pizza come fresh taste good and the bbq wings are the best plus staff on phone are very polite it's a pleasure to order from here plus quick delivery Unlike the disgusting pizza we receive from pizza hut in Guildford never agen P.s one time the delivery guy was rude but hey cnt please everyone I sepose

Shocking experience. Issue with order, not notified until nearly half hour later. In the end the pizza would take 1.5hrs to be delivered. Asked for refund, got abused and lied to by staff. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Dreadful service!!!! Website took our order and our money but when we called an hour later asking where our pizza was, they advised they received the order with no pizza's attached. When we rang to find out what is happening, we were verbally abused by the staff!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I don't know what's going on with you guys, but for the third time my order was mistaken, I always praised your pizzas, but recently something is wrong with your staff , I think it's time to go back to the pizza from Dominos .... It's a shame because you really were the best....

If i could give 0 stars i would but i cant. I Spent £40 on an order that was wrong, tried to get refund on it but they didn't care. Apparently they dont do refunds. Nothing but money grabbing scum. Order at your own risk!

Don't understand why Pizza Hot Express have ever received ANY bad reviews...I have used this pizza takeout for a while now, over 1 year. So far they have never failed, delivery is ALWAYS on time, pizzas are ALWAYS hot when delivered and ALWAYS tasty. Don't get me wrong, not exactly authentic like Italian pizzas with the best ingredients but nor do they claim to be. They are a really good American style pizzeria, there is a reason I keep coming back for more. I think if you fancy a cheeky pizza takeout, defo give Pizza Hot Express a go. They have never let me down thus far, and doubt they will either. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend it, we ordered 3 pizzas, one was supposed to be with additional anchvies, the other was not supposed to be spicy but it was, the cake was terrible, better to make it yourself than to order here. wasted £ 30! I do not recommend !!!

Walked in 40 minutes before close, sign outside says "Open" Was completely ignored.. On that principle I won't be trying again.

Good pizza, been back about three times now

Order three medium pizzas, they were tiny less than 8 inches across which normal places that the small size. Two were thin and one was meant to be deep pan. All exactly the same. We ordered three different flavours but it seemed that they have a spartan approach to the toppings, so hard to tell which was which. Garlic bread and potatoes wedges were cold and the delivery was over half an hour late. Won't be using again.
