Good friendly service, my Chai latte wasn't hot enough so went to the bar asking if they could top it up with hot and she insisted on making me another one, smiling as she offered. Good menu and food was tasty. Quirky interior, busy but not too noisy, if we w ere local would probably return

Wasn't going to do this but this is twice now the service has been poor. Came in on Saturday morning for breakfast. Decided to pay and order at the till as last time apparently the excuse was my order got lost in the system (still received poor service by staff). So purchased two meals, one coke and a latte. I received the coke and waited for the hot drink. After around 5 minutes i was told that they would bring the drink over to us. While sat waiting for the hot drink i saw other tables go up and order then receive their drinks. What annoyed me most was the order after me ordered lattes too and received them ( i heard the manager say lattes). My wife had been waiting for her drink probably close to 15 minutes now When the staff member served our food i did make a point of pointing out all the tables that have received their drinks before us (6 tables if i remember). She said she would find out what has happened. Came back minutes later to say unsure what's happened looks like it was missed. While waiting still saw few drinks being taken to other customers. Manager was doing most of the waitering and i was looking forward to having a polite word (stating i've received poor service again). But a young male came over with it. Too which i decided i would have a word as its not his fault. As for the food. Both mine and the wife's food wasn't the warmest. Don't get me wrong it tasted ok but if it would have been hot i would have enjoyed it more. i had the lounge eggs with spinach and mushrooms. Price was steep for what was put in front of me. But its expected at pinto lounge. I felt like i had to say something as all i hear is bad things about the service people receive at pinto lounge. I don't think i will be returning soon. Amazing but you receive better service from Spoons.

First time at the new venue. A modern building but some of the old character has been brought across. What was noticeable was the very warm and happy welcome from the staff. Good food at a reasonable price. A good range of beers and wines.

Excellent food, offering a wide choice of different foods of excellent quality. Very friendly staff made us feel at home and even had treats for our dogs!

Great food staff lovely and friendly 👌 My only criticism is that while I was waiting for my food I saw members of your staff fuss and stroke customers dogs they then went and served customers with their food including myself but NOT one member of staff went and washed their hands. This is very unhygienic and needs attention.

We called last minute for a table for 12 adults, 3 children, we were offered an immediate table and was given 2hrs. Our service was excellent, food really good. Thank you especially to Kyle for being so helpful and courteous, a credit to Pinto Lounge Banbury. 5*

A lovely dog friendly place. The first visit was for breakfast, but we will definitely be returning to try their drinks and tapas. You order and pay via QR code, which makes the service so much quicker. Staff are friendly. Best part is the fact that they're dog friendly. It's really difficult to find a dog friendly place that is actually nice! Highly recommend. If you park at Castle Quay you will need to walk across the bridge to get there, the best parking is the car park behind the restaurant, on Spiceball Park Rd, which is a 1 min walk to the restaurant and very reasonably priced.

Really nice, laid-back place, very dog friendly. The food is great, ordering is so easy and the food arrived quite quickly. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Drinks were really good and arrived quickly. Will definitely recommend it to others and come back!

Today my friend and I popped in for some breakfast, her baby decided ge wanted to be fed as we arrived, the gentleman served breakfast and watched us take turns in helping each other, I cut her food as she was feeding then passed him over so she could eat the gentleman praised our teamwork and I made a joke about some cheesecake and to our surprise he gave us one to share. Absolutely lovely surprise and we both needed it after our morning.

At last minute three of us decided to have the impromptu brunch together. Nice atmosphere, cosy setting, quite busy on this late Friday morning. We chose from the brunch menu to include lounge eggs and breakfast quesadilla options. Lovely all round. A bit of a mix bag in terms of dessert with a mix of a sticky toffee pudding which didn't taste as expected; a lemon & raspberry drizzle cake and a raspberry and vanilla cheesecake... We are planning to return as a few other items looking to test!!

Waited to be seated, was seated by one of the staff but then was told by another staff member that it was reserved by the people at the bar and then was told to move, but Surely if they had our table they would have been seated there or a sign saying reserved. There was no sign saying reserved , previous person who seated us told us this table is free and he would clean the table due to it was not set up. Being asked to get up and wait for another table to become free or being told if we do leave we still be needing to wait elsewhere. His attitude wasn't at all pleasant and definitely could've worded it in a nicer form. Taking two members of my family with ADHD and ASD really not impressed and this situation really stressed both of them out.

Good food, practical space. You have to order on the website, so you might miss the human interaction to ask for suggestions.

Food was good and a fair price. Service was there too. I did have a burger which was very enjoyable. Only minor downside, was the background music was a bit loud.

I have the same thing every time I go "Beyond meat cheeseburger" can't go wrong with it as a vegetarian/vegan. Beyond meat is one of the best meat alternatives I have found. Love it! The coleslaw was very nice too, could have done with more of it.

Initial service was good, got us seated even though we were a large group. General service was really helpful and cannot fault them in anyway. Unfortuatley the food quality was a letdown. Our order arrived incomplete and the portion sizes of the salads and sides were tiny. Steak salad was just rocket covered with cheese. The steak was ordered welldone but arrived rare. I was not impressed with how the chef handled the issue. They put the same steak on a refire after it had been cut into. This meant that steak was dry as all the juices was lost. The buttered milk chicken was tough and dry. It seems after moving location, quality and portion size compared to the price has gone down hill. This is a shame as we loved this resturant before and we will not be returning.

The service and atmosphere is ok, dog friendly is good for some people. However, the food quality is below average. I ordered a medium rare steak but it's presented as fully well done... Others were either over cooked or not enough seasoning. Deep fried dishes were ok.

Damn good food, perfectly spiced and not too many things in the bowl to overwhelm. I’ve had many brunch bowls and I must say this one was so good. The staff are lovely, they came by and have my dog a bowl of water and some treats as well. Definitely coming back! Oh and did I mention it is dog friendly?

One of the better places in Banbury for a meal out. Not a fan of the ordering online as I feel you generally get a little neglected by waiting staff, however the young chap who served us was very attentive. Great burger, however the 'whipped feta' small plate/tapas was just cottage cheese :(

Amazing food and service. Food tapas was amazing. Chilli brisket to die for. Hubs ploughed through 6 of them! Our server Natasha was amazing, welcoming and had a kind can do attitude she is a credit to the team. Your manager should be proud of you all.

Food is absolutely amazing. I had the chilli brisket and was exceptionally beautiful and tender. My husband had tapas and so good he ordered another 3. Guac and lamb koftas a must. 6 tapas is what my hubs plowed through. Cocktails are a perfection. Our server Natasha was helpful, knowledgeable and kind and advised us on the 2 for £12 on cocktails today and made the best expresso martini I have tasted. Natasha should get employee of the month for her welcoming can do attitude. Thank you Pinto Lounge see you tomorrow? :)

Relaxing ambiance, love the unusual decor. Food was good, tasty, drinks as they should be. Service was good, we ordered from the table, Chicken burger, Cheese by both trimming. Great value and will go again.

Myself and my daughter called into the Pinto lounge for afternoon coffee and from the moment we walked in when greeted and attended to by Kyle we were made to feel very Comfortable we finished up having a bite to eat of which mine was poached eggs on a muffin and the eggs were cooked perfectly we will certainly when in Banbury return to this venue.

Having enjoyed visiting the previous site in town several times, my wife and I were recently delighted to find the new larger premises while looking for a bite to eat before an evening at the Arts Centre. The menu is still wide-ranging and my wife and I enjoyed our flatbread and burrito respectively. The waiting time for the food was fine and somehow they've managed to keep the intimate atmosphere despite the larger room. The staff were welcoming and it was good to see Kyle still there looking after the customers with his usual food humour! We'll be back.....probably tonight actually!

Really pleased with food But very disappointed with glass choice For baileys which was a water tumbler!!! When queried was informed these are the only they have for this Suggest they invest in more glasses.

Having stayed in Banbury at the Premiere Inn, just across from this establishment, over Christmas/New Year I frequented The Pinto Lounge regularly. Overall, a pleasant establishment with good spaces for dining or just catching up over a coffee/tea or other beverage. The menu is extensive and caters for many dietary needs. The foods that I partook off during my time I found to be well presented, looked, and tasted just as described. The service was polite and friendly, the atmosphere was vibey without being overbearing. I can see this establishment will be an absolute asset to Banbury & Castle Quay come the summer.

Not to busy, sat at a table as we got though the door. Placed order and waited for 45 minutes for it to arrive. On the breakfast I ordered no tomatoes extra hash browns and white bread And go Tomatoes half a mushroom and no hash browns and brown bread Partners salmon and poached eggs where way over hard boiled. Shame was looking forward to a nice breakfast should have just gone to thr premier inn.

Like the place and food , but full of dogs , while your eating not good . Wont be coming back .

Delicious food, fair prices and family friendly. There were kids books to read, colouring books, pencils and sticker books. We weren't shown to our table and you go up to bar to order (or order on your phone) so it lacked a bit in contact from staff, but the ones we did have contact with were very friendly. The atmosphere was nice but the music a bit too loud for our preference. The food was the real highlight though as it was all delicious, including the children's meals, which can sometimes be poor quality in other restaurants.

A great find whilst staying at Premier Inn opposite. It was very busy on a Wednesday evening and we were lucky to get a table. Staff were rushed off their feet but were attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. A great vibe and we will definitely return.

Had a lovely cooked breakfast today , all staff were friendly and helpful. My friends had chicken burger ans beef burger and enjoyed it too , Definitely be back again for breakfast.

Lovely atmosphere.music wasn't too loud. Wasn't too busy. Service was okay. Food took way too long to arrive tho. But apparently they had food inspectors. So took a while Food was pretty good. Had a big full eng breakfast. Delicious. 2 eggs 2 toasts 2sausages 3hash browns a small pot of baked beans 1 super hard black pudding etc. not enough baked beans. All for £15 . Good price for us. Better if there's more baked beans and the black pudding wasn't so rock hard. Had a pink lemonade which was lovely and a delicious cup of latte. Ciabatta is basically half a ciabatta with garlic and herb and butter Quite expensive for what u get. 3.5/5. So recommend going. Enjoy. And u can go to the shopping centre to have a browse.

Lovely evening with my wife, first time out without the kids in a long time and loved it. Great atmosphere, delicious food and loved the beer selection. Fantastic service from all the staff, in particular Kyle. Will be back soon!

Stopped here on the way to London and we're glad we did. The food was great, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was really neat with all the artwork. Kyle was our server and he did a great job of explaining the menu and making us feel welcome. Would come again for sure!

Ultimately my food was a lot more filling than it initially looked, but across all the dishes on our table, we were struggling to pinpoint anything that we couldn't have easily achieved at home, making the prices a bit steep. I had a chicken flatbread, and think was filled up more on the flatbread than the main event. It was a bit tricky to eat, laid out like a pizza when I was expecting to be able to scoop, dip, or pick up. It's a wide and varied menu, and the venue is well decorated, with a welcoming atmosphere and good service. But I think the quality of the food compared to the prices will probably stop me coming again.

We recently visited as a large group of 16 for a birthday celebration. Despite being very busy, John the manager went above and beyond to ensure our celebration was a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact all staff despite being very busy were excellent as was the food and the ambience in the restaurant.

We had the most wonderful experience at Pinto Lounge! From start to finish, the team made us and our puppy feel so welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our visit special. A special shoutout to the lovely worker who came over just to give our dog some fuss, and even came to join us- such a thoughtful touch that really stood out. Our puppy was spoiled with attention, which made the whole experience even better for us. It’s so refreshing to find a place that’s genuinely dog-friendly, not just dog-tolerant. The service was top-notch, and the food was excellent as well. We’ll definitely be back, and we’d highly recommend Pinto Lounge to anyone looking for a relaxed, welcoming spot that truly caters to the whole family—including our furry friends! Thank you for such a great experience!

Slow bar service, I appreciate they were busy but went to order a drink at the bar only to be told it will be brought over to me, 20 mins later still waiting, for 1 drink!! 6 people ordered tapas, and it was all just put down on the table at once, so they had to work out, which was meat and which was vegetarian,

Had breakfast today, I ordered the lounge eggs with holandaise sauce. My husband ordered the same from the extensive GF menu. I love a runny yolk in my egg, We were both very disappointed to get cold eggs with very runny white which put us right off! I know it was busy but not good.as we had treated ourselves after a lengthy hospital appointment.

So I been here 5 to 6 times in the last 12 days and I absolutely love it. Staff are brilliant and so helpful. I wanted to give this a 5 star but I taken 1 star away as the QR code app is so inconsistent for ordering food and drinks.

I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed with my breakfast, the bacon was uncooked, toast was cold, black pudding was over cooked, and for the cost of just over £15 not at all worth it.... My wife's breakfast was also only just about warm enough to eat, also be careful scan qr code at table as it transfers to a site that takes £3 from your bank account.

A pity the new venue is very noisy. One has to shout over the noise!

Alex loves the pinto lounge, he had a burger and it was tasty, will also had a burger, jack also had a burger, Toby had a nasi goreng, he didn't like it beacuse he does not like culture, I had to finish it and it was very nice, Toby will not be coming again👎

Nice, new restaurant site down by the canal. Impressive space. Accommodating staff, quick service and i like the fact you pay and order everything at the bar, great if you're impatient or short on time. downsides were some of the food was cold and sausages for kids meal were a little anemic. The flatbread was hard and could've done with a steak knife to cut through it. Some of the salad leaves were slimy, and a bit old. You can kind of see why Nandos and pizza express had more people in them if this is what the food is like at pinto. Probably won't return.

Exclellent staff very competent friendly and nothing too much trouble. food excellent and prompt - coffee very good - so good we decided to stay for lunch Will be visiting again - regularly our friends from the US were very impressed

We have a lovely night out, good food and great for my wife who has to eat gluten free there menu bar a few things are all gluten free, Kyle who served our table was very good and change my order after I had placed it as I had made a mistake. Would recommend to anyone who is gluten intolerant or celiac go there to eat. Also on a Monday night order a main and get pudding free!!!

I’ve dined at Pinto many times along with going to Torinos and Verdetto. The food has always been absolutely delicious, however today it was not. I had the vegan smashed Avocado Brunch it wasn’t tasty and I felt over priced for the amount of food served. My friend had similar but with an egg on top. We ordered at the same time mine came within 5 minutes here’s didn’t arrive for at least another 5 having also asked a member of staff to chase. She thought the same overpriced for the serving. I then ordered an Americano with oat milk. Not only did they bring me a decaf one (not asked for) but there was lipstick on the mug!!! They did change it of course. When asked after we had eaten did we enjoy the meal. I said no not up to your usual standard but he’d walked away before I had finished. I have to add the restaurant was not that busy. I was left as was my friend very disappointed Hence this review.

I had lunch today with my mum, and the meal was absolutely delicious. The service we received from Kyle was exceptional—he was attentive, checking in to ensure everything was perfect, and his bubbly, friendly attitude really enhanced our dining experience. It made the afternoon even more enjoyable!

Pinto's is situated in a great place for boats passing through Banbury on the canal. Inside it's got an ambient fibe with great decor. Upon arrival you get taken to your table (the tables are spaced with wheelchair/pushchair/walker access down the rows). Once seated there's plenty of choice of food. You can order via qr code or go to the bar. Had the lounge breakfast, which had tiger bread toast, baked beans in a little pot (which was enough), mushroom's, hash browns, tomato, Cumberland sausage (really nice) and bacon which was the only disappointment as it was burnt and was placed on the plate burnt side down so not to notice it, apart from that I enjoyed it. So as always would I go back again? Yes I would

Really, really disappointed. Loved the old Pinto Lounge. I was excited for the new premises, but the new location has lost it's cosy feel. The air-conditioning is also set far too cold. The food I have always loved was disappointing. Although edible the tapas was cold and the dishes chosen should have been warm at least. The garlic bread had no garlic flavour. The flatbread was missing some ingredients and the crispy stuff was not!! We didn't complain at the time due to tight scheduling, but sadly, until I hear different , I will avoid. Sadly, looking at recent reviews we are not alone.

Lovely looking restaurant from outside but sadly thats where it stops. Four of us orded food - 3 of us got cold food which should have been hot!! & 1 of us no food at all! but when questioned we were told it's because more than one person ordered food & they were busy! However at least half the tables were empty & surely when the chefs saw orders on the pass for table 9 they would have known we were aĺl together as we were all sat at same table ! We are all women in our 60's drinking wine and 3 of us were offered a soft drink as compensation for the cold food that had been served that should have been hot🤣 & the one who received no food at all & asked for refund as did not want to wait for her food & eat on her own was given a refund minus her drink as was told "because you have already drunk some of it" what a Shambles & wont go again. Shame as was really looking forward to eating here 😪

Just been, all good but air con too cold , which ruined it.

I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, because they have just reopened. But this was genuinely hands on heart, the worst food I have ever eaten 😭 The muffin was wet, like, literally wet and cold 😭 Ordered a vanilla frappe, and they gave us a chocolate one - they we’re convinced it was supposed to be like that and refused to remake it. This isn’t even mentioning the fact that our drinks didn’t come until 20 minutes after the food. The servers were a mess, and I’ve worked in hospitality so I genuinely sympathise but it was just sad to see because every 5 minutes somebody dropped something. Literally do not come here 😭 I hate to say it but it’s just disgusting. Nobody on our table finished their food or enjoyed it. Wish them the best, but skip it and go to Lock next door.

Absolutely faultless service and food. Had large breakfast and a pint with desert to finish. Family had various other dishes and it was almost perfect. Great service and the food came out promptly. Cocktails after really hit the spot. Will return.

The food was ok. I don’t like the QR system of ordering or ordering at the bar. If I go to a restaurant , I like to be served by a person and have a chance to interact with staff. Using a phone is such a clinical way to order food. Maybe I’m just getting old, but a lot of older people really want to be served by a friendly face- it’s part of the experience of eating out. My fries came out late after all the dishes had been served. They forgot them. The side salad came with no dressing. The experience overall was mediocre, but, I had expected better to be honest.

Ate at the Pinto Lounge last Saturday but I was unusually disappointed with the food. My prawn noodle main was nearly cold and described as being in a coconut broth, but it was dry and the noodles were soggy. My dessert was Churros, whist the dipping sauces were lovely, the churros was burnt.

So I ordered freshly squeezed orange juice by scanning the QR code. I was told that there is no freshly squeezed orange juice so was given the option of other juices. I chose the carton orange juice and asked about the price as obviously I paid £5.50 for the freshly squeezed juice. Waitress told me not to worry as I won't be charged as they don't have it. It clicked with me afterwards that I'd already paid. I was so furious that I paid same price for a carton orange juice which obviously is not as expensive as the freshly squeezed one. Super annoyed. Do not recommend this place!

Staff were lovely. Only one person able to take orders though. Sides portions felt tiny for the price. Fries were cold.

Good dishes, a well-stocked menu, attentive and welcoming staff. The only downside is the wait before the dishes arrive. However, we ate very well for the price paid!

Haven’t eaten at Pinto’s for a while so thought we would give it a go for a nice lunch with our little 6 month old. WISH WE HADN’T. They did look busy on arrival but found us a table pretty quick. Once we ordered food and drink via the scan QR, drinks arrived after 2 mins. However, food was a different matter. Whilst waiting, we was starting to hear murmurs off food taking a long time. Some people was complaining and getting refunds or free drinks. And I finally released why. Food arrived approx 1 hour from time of order, and it wasn’t very hot, which was an even bigger disappointment. No apologies from the staff who delivered the food. Safe to say we won’t be going back there!

Was greeted at entrance and told to take a seat and they would come to take my order. 10 minutes later (it was not busy- only two other tables being used) no one had approached me so I left - not that anyone noticed! Will not be going back.

Visited on a Monday night and the place was quiet. Food was great and left full and the service by the staff was lovely. Would return.

Pinto Lounge looked great... from a distance. However, everything started to unravel as soon as we entered. We were greeted by a member of staff who asked us if we were there for food and drink or just drinks, we stated both food and drink, he smiled and proceeded to just walk off without letting us know where we could sit etc. When it came time to order, a large number of items on the menu were not actually available, which my wife (who had been prior to this visit) informed me was the case when she last visited Pinto Lounge. I ordered a slice of cake and a milkshake, my wife had a coffee and cake. The milkshake was terrible - I'd ordered Strawberries and Cream flavour, but seemingly got some sort of vaguely vanilla milkshake which had been brutally attacked with red ice-cream sauce. The cake I had was dry and unappealing. The staff kept going for cigarette breaks out the back (I know this as they were very vocal about their choice of activity). The tables were decorated with flowers, however, no one seemed to be all that interested in throwing out a long dead flower arrangement on one of the tables. Sadly we will not be returning. Bad coffee, bad attitudes, an overwhelming menu which actually does not deliver

Ordered Vegan Buddha Bowl. What was mentioned on the menu is completely different to what I received. It seems that they didn’t have the food left in the kitchen and thought it was ok to add different things, like brown sauce in the quinoa and pickled onions,fried chickpeas. The food was salty and an acidic taste. I was not able to eat anything and left it. Beware if you order!! I would not suggestion to eat here if you have allergies or if you don’t like surprises.

On a short visit to Banbury and wanted a quick bite to eat for an early lunch. Excellent service and excellent food. Staff were very helpful and well organised and we have recommended Pinto Lounge to friends who are visiting the area.

Sister-ship of The Cosy Club and therefore a lovely laid-back lounge atmosphere with comfy seating and medium to low lighting; just right for meeting up with friends/family for refreshments and food of your choice from a wide menu with lots of veg/vegan options too. I keep going back...

Food was so below mediocre and service was non existent. Very disappointed.

We were quite disappointed with this lounge. Lots of vegan items were unavailable and we weren’t told until after we placed the order. We ordered a different mainwhich we were told was available. It arrived missing several items and was much smaller than normal. When we queried it, the staff were apologetic. They added some more veg for us and gave us some discount vouchers. We would have preferred to know that most of the vegan menu was unavailable before we ordered food as we would have just gone elsewhere. We probably wouldn’t come back to this lounge.

Kyle and Amelia provided us with banta and immaculate service. Would recommend to a friend!

I'm very grateful of the staff when I came in on the 19/06, I was happily enjoying my lounge breakfast and I had a lady come up to me and complain that I was served my food first the brunette lady working was lovely she sorted out the angry lady and checked in on me making sure I was good I'm very appreciate of her thanks

Very small portion on Bang Bang Cauliflower with Noodles and portion of chips was a small handful of chips. Seemed like they had run out of stirfry veg and just used spring onions and celery. On the otherhand my chicken, bacon and avocado was very good. Shame the rest of the meal was disappointing.

I want to say a massive thank you to Deli and Callum for their lovely service today!! It’s the first time my two Neurodivergent haven’t had any meltdowns while out for a meal!! They were so patient and catered to both of them which I cannot thank them enough for, we all had a really lovely relaxed and pleasant meal I’m so so thankful xxx

A party of 11 of us were well catered for and well attended to. It wasn't busy and the breakfasts were all gratefully received. The measure of any "full English" is the quality of the meat. The sausages were excellent. I also like the blend of coffee being brewed but I understand that can be a very personal thing depending on how hooked people are on their own usual brand. Once upon a time, finding a brunch venue used to involve going to a traditional "greasy spoon", which I have no problem with, or in more recent years, going to a JD Wetherspoon. The experience at the latter is something that doesn't come top in my list options - anywhere. These new Lounges popping up everywhere (another fantastic innovation emanating from Bristol, please note!) are filling that casual dining gap in the market. The value is good and the service that I have experienced has always been good.

Lovely food and great service from Kyle! Party of 6 on a Saturday night and service was quick and food was great - plenty of veggie options.

The food was nice, the staff were not particularly attentive, and the music was very loud for the middle of the day. GF available. Visited again June 24. Ordered Shakshuka with a side of tenderstem broccoli. It was only when looking at the menu again that I realised that the Shakshuka was missing Chickpeas and Yogurt. The broccoli was plain with no garlic. When I queried this with a member of staff, I was told they had run out of chickpeas, but it's ok because they don't put many in anyway! When I asked why she didn't tell me when I ordered she say sorry and ambled off. On another note, a family brought a young dog in, let it sit on the seats and walk on the table. As tables are all wiped with the same cloth and chairs not at all, this struck me as unpleasantly unhygienic.

Very enjoyable breakfast, food and service were excellent. Also catered for my coeliac partner with a whole dedicated menu to choose from.

The staff on duty on 24 May were knowledgeable on Gluten-free food (the main reason for choosing the place) but sadly the food itself was mediocre to put it kindly. Further, no restaurant can have a pleasing 'atmosphere', when irresponsible parents allow their kids free rein. Wish I had taken my 3 companions to the nearby Wetherspoons.

We ended up here because another review said there were quite a few vegan options, and we were nearby when we got hungry. It was... fine. Standard vegan menu, from what I assume is the parent corporation, as we saw this exact menu at the Zapato Lounge in Northampton. Yawn. I mean, it's nice they offer vegan options, but if I wanted cookie-cutter menus, I'd go to McDonalds. Would it kill these little pubs to look up a couple of vegan recipes for popular local dishes and offer those? Maybe be a little original? Service was... bored, ridden with teenage angst and ennui, apparently. I've gotten more warm, friendly welcomes from mannequins. It was very loud inside, so we chose to sit out in the courtyard, which was very pleasant. I'm very thankful they didn't pipe the background music out there.

Nice easy stop for a light dinner. Kyle the manager served us well. Nice kombucha instead of beer.

Went for breakfast last Saturday, and the food and service were outstanding, as usual! Kyle was super nice and ensured we had a great time. Their vegan menu has the most variety in Banbury, it's really worth checking out. If you're after decent food in a relaxed environment with amazing staff then this is the place!
