ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL PIEROGIS!!! Stunning quality and choice. The mixed set of six were amazing for both myself and my husband to try lots of different flavours. Lovely man running the restaurant and fabulous service. A very quaint little place, not many tables so be sure to get in there quickly!

Being of 1st generation Polish and not having had pierogi or borscht for the longest time, decided to pay a visit to Pierogi. OMG, they did not disappoint. The borscht was superb as were the pierogi. A walk down memory lane, each mouthful got better and better. I purchased 5 packs as takeaway to take home for my family. Thank you Pierogi, a wonderful experience.

Delicious pierogis. I recommend the pick & mix because you can try all the different fillings. You can sit in or take away. The lovely chef said she makes these fresh every day.

I love to eat the food of people who are passionate about their cuisine. Yummy, friendly, reasonably priced - it felt like being fed in someone’s home, in the best way. Try this place!

Had a fantastic lunch here with my family. 4 kids in the party, most had not had piergo before. The food was fantastic, clean plates all round. The owners were great so friendly. A little gem of a place.

I have eaten Polish dumplings many times and have to say this place is great . We were greeted warmly by a man, who I assume is the owner, and accepted his menu recommendations . Dumplings were fresh and very tasty. It's a lovely casual dining experience.

Such a wonderful little hidden gem. The pierogis are freshly made and delicious!!! We had a mixture of the beef&pork and spinach ones with all the toppings, highly recommended. They are really friendly and welcoming too... a must visit!

We loved the pierogi here! Freshly made on the premises. We chose the meat and veggie curry ones. Silken smooth on the outside with delicious, tasty filling inside. Seasoned perfectly. If you’ve never tried these Polish dumplings you’re in for a treat. Small clean cafe - hopefully you’ll get a seat but takeaway if not! There is a great shop next door selling fresh meat and produce with many unfamiliar spices and ingredients you don’t find in every day supermarkets. A cooks delight.

We've never had pierogi before and the selection at Pierogi was excellent. We shared a pick and mix of all the flavours with caramelised onion and bacon bits. All were delicious! So delicious we had more, I really wanted to try the sweet one which was fabulous. They are light and tasty but filling. We ate in, the little cafe is clean and bright and the owner is very friendly and interesting. We will be back.

We had 16 dumplings for lunch between 5 of us, a mixture of meat and veggie ones, really enjoyed them and the staff were lovely and helpful,well worth a try!

This is one of the best little independents in Chester. The pierogi are gorgeous, all flavours are fab. They have a lovely window seat where you can watch the world go by while you get warm eating hot dumplings. I believe you buy these cold to take away and cook at home too, I have every intention of doing this so that friends and family can try these. Beautiful

Great change from the standard lunch. Would highly recommend these filled dumplings. Six is perfect for lunch, but they are so nice, it's hard not to be a pig and have ten.

Best restaurant I have ever been to. I lived all the menu and it was just great. I have been there about twenty times now as it is great. The owner is nice and you can easily get takeaways. They even took us next door once to the polish shop to recommend us some polish sausage. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. I really recommend coming here!

This is a neat little restaurant selling various authentic pierogi. I had 6 spinach, curd cheese and garlic ones with caramelised onions on top. Delicious and fresh. This is no posh restaurant but it is different and service was good, with a smile.

I had the BEST pierogis in my life at this place. You shouldn’t miss it even if you have never had pierogi. The pierogi melt in your mouth with a varied variety of ingredients available. The owner, Wojtek, is very personable. His wife does the important prep work. It’s not a far walk from the center of Chester so go there is you have the opportunity. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic pierogi with really friendly staff. We had a mixture of pierogi with meat, sauerkraut and mushrooms, and sweet pierogi with blueberries and cheese. All of them were delicious. However, it was a bit overpriced.

Didn’t expect to find delicious pierogies in England. They were a real treat. The staff was very helpful and let us sample the borsht, which was really tasty. A delightful experience.

Delicious pierogi, we ordered a mix of all the savoury options. We particularly liked the mushroom and sauerkraut, and the spinach, garlic and cheese. Service was friendly and quick. Prices reasonable for handmade authentic food. Restaurant is nicely done out and as another reviewer mentioned, very calming. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Chester.

I used to live in a city with a lot of Polish immigrants. Twice a year, they would host a polish immigration celebration and sell pierogi. Their food transported me back to my childhood "ratatouille" style. They could have warned me it was cash only before I ate, though. They did accept bank transfers, though, so no problem.

What a great find, the reviews don’t lie. It was pouring with rain so popped in at 11.30am, earlier than planned , to check it out for supper later, coffee and sweet pierogi went down a treat and the friendly owners shared some ideas for places to visit out of the rain.
