Beatrice was amazing at servings us food! Had so much food vibes and felt right at home with her. Even better as a language learner myself it was BRILLIANT to have a polyglot serving and chatting about languages with her. I really WISH I have her again.

The staff at Milton Keynes Pho are quite rude. It's a busy restaurant so maybe that's the excuse for the Anne Robinson style of service. Food is always good at pho but the staff .. not friendly and positively miserable.

SJ was great, staff very friendly, curry was amazing, chicken fries noodles were ok but not amazing. Portions were massive. Atmosphere is basic and echoey but fine for a quick simple meal out!

Had a lovely meal tonight. We were seated promptly and served quickly too. Beatrice was very friendly and welcoming, we really enjoyed our food which we didn't have to wait long for. It was a good first experience of Pho.

We went to Pho restaurant this afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Ash he was very patient and helpful as i have so many food allergies he explained to me the whole menu what i could order. I would highly recommend this restaurant food was so delicious and portions were very generous.

Our go-to spot for amazing food, great atmosphere and lovely staff! Never a less than great meal and we are always well looked after, Alexandra is a gem and she always greets us with a big smile and happily helps with anything and everything. Bloody love Pho! 💚 🍜

Near this shopping center, I wandered around a bit looking for a new place to eat new things maybe, and seeing from the outside how nice this restaurant is inside, I had no doubts; I was welcomed by really nice guys, who then proved to be a close-knit, kind and well-organized staff; I tasted a cuisine that I had never tried before, and I must say that I was positively surprised, everything well balanced especially with the chili pepper not exaggerated as is usually found. I am sure that they will see me again every time I return to Milton Keynes. Arrived for work. No issues food wise ..ambience is great as well. Main issue is their service, it’s shockingly slow and made us felt that we were getting deliberately ignored. To begin with when we reached the entrance of the restaurant and were waiting to be seen by someone, it took them 5-8 min to acknowledge that there was a guest waiting and it was very awkward. Anyways, we finally got seated and then it was the endless wait, like 15-20 min+ for someone to actually come and just talk to us/take our order. What took the real piss was there were some people who came after us were seen well before us which was very annoying and shocking. The waiters could actually see we ere anxiously waiting for someone to take our order but it took them ages to realise this. Just very disappointing experience overall from service perspective.

Great food, service was a bit slow and frankly odd when the server was taking our payment and was stood behind me making no effort to hand me the pay machine. Music too loud.

Environment was fine :) Service was really nice :) Foods just needed some improvements. Tried the soup pho and fried ones. The chickens were cut in chunks where they were supposed to be in slices :( The beefs were overcooked and cut along the grain instead of cutting across the grain :( The pho in soup was sticked together :( The tried ones were better, at last it was hot. The Vietnamese coffee was supposed serviced dripping slowly into the glass through the filter. However both times I tried, they came with coffee already all in the glasses and nothing left in the filter set in the top. Not sure they were dripping too fast or sat too long before serving :(

The food is always excellent here, been multiple times and always the same quality. Extremely customisable. Our waitress Beatrice was a star, very engaging and so sweet, made the experience 100x better!

In a nasty noisy Mall, Pho is a no nonsense restaurant serving delicious, generous , realistic Vietnamese food. Happy, helpful staff. Rapid service so that we could make our theatre booking. Reasonable rates. Best meal we have had in MK.

Stopped by for some food recently, James was amazing and looked after us! The rice bowl with chicken was delicious - looking forward to coming back and bringing along some friends!

Personally I didn't enjoy the food. I found it to be very very basic. It they didn't have the glits and the glamour of the venue/location/decor, if it was a independent establisment in a less visited area. I really think it wouldn't last the test of time but that's the benefits of coperations I guess

Chicken broth pho was too salty. Please improve and allow customers to add salt instead.

First time eating here after seeing Pho open up in CMK. Food was awesome, loads to choose from, vibrant and FULL of flavours. Amazing atmosphere and our server Gabby was AMAZING! Such a vibe and made us feel really welcome. Will definitely be returning again soon!

The food was phenomenal and our waiter Denis a huge help he was very friendly and patient while we ordered our food. The atmosphere was calm and cosy and the menu had alot to offer.

Denis was amazing!! fab worker and the service was so quick! he was carrying multiple dishes at a time which I've never seen before and overall was such a good host and server! there was another server, super super short who was okay as well, but massive thank you to Denis and the manager Ika!

Great spot for food, James was an epic server

All of the food was delicious. Fantastic variety of options and a good quantity for the price too. Staff were friendly and very helpful explaining some of the options on the menu, as we weren't familiar with the type of food. Only bad thing was the awful spot lights on the ceiling that were pointing directly into people's faces at some of the tables. They were blinding and spoiled the whole enjoyment and atmosphere of the place. They need to be adjusted to aim at the actual paintings on the walls or switched off.

The food is amazing! The white british lady was not attentive. We asked for bill but she's out there packing, ignoring our request. I think she's a manager there. Too bad, server were more friendlier than her. Least you would expect. We have to call another staff to process our bill.

Delicious food, quick service and super friendly staff. We were not left waiting around. everything was so tasty. We didn’t enjoy the loud music, something more gentle and cultural would have been nice to listen to! We will be back for more yummy Vietnamese street food!

Birthday treat from son. Have eaten at Phó before but at New Street Birmingham. I’m a meat eater but love tofu so had curry noodle soup with tofu & mushrooms. Absolutely delicious. Son had hot & spicy beef brisket noodle soup. Then added tons of extra chillies! Adore the fresh herbs, lime & beensprouts. Music bit loud. Service good. Recommend.

This has now become a family favourite! We always get great service, the food is consistently amazing and the staff are very attentive, particularly Alexandra who is so good with my little boy. I highly recommend!

Tried Pho in Centre MK for the first time today, it certainly won’t be last! Amazing food full of flavour and nutrition. Spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Josh’s customer service made it extra enjoyable experience. Highly recommend it.

Everything was amazing. The food was delicious, especially as i had never tried Vietnamese before, and we had a wonderful lunch. Jack did a great job and was so friendly, giving us his full attention at the time despite the many tasks he was juggling at the same time. Thank you very much.
