Went for dinner this evening and what an incredible meal we had! We were served by Beatrice and she really knew her stuff! She made the experience 10x better and will definitely be going back! Thank you!!

Me and my girlfriend went for dinner at Pho for her birthday meal and Beatrice was our waitress and she was absolutely outstanding, so Kind and happy to help. We will definitely be back again.

Customer service is brilliant 👏 love the atmosphere and food. Just a little note, the curry pho was a bit thin. Usually quite thick. We didn't mention it to Jack, it's not major really. He reassured us next time please ask to have it thicker. He was a brilliant in waiting on our table and very friendly. Definitely will come back

Never been to a Pho before and did not know what to expect. The team consisted of Josh , Jack and Caroline who took the time to explain the menu and their recommendations. When I had questions about some ingredients they were answered promptly. Large portions and good prices. Will definitely be looking for a Pho nearer to where I live

Dinner for two this evening. Ordered 3 starters….no issues. As always food was very good. Then waited….and waited….and waited for our main course. Got thirsty so asked for another drink. And waited…and waited….no drink and still no main course. Asked another member of staff…and waited…..Was ready to leave and food arrived. Asked third member of staff for my drink. Finally drink arrived. 40 minutes to get main course and second drink. And then cheek to add service charge to bill so asked to have it removed… Service lets this place down time and time again. Only time service was good was first week of opening. Shame as food is so good which is why I return. UPDATE Visited again and total change regards service. Attentive, quick and very polite. Food amazing as always. Well done to Madalina in particular for her service. Well done for sorting out following last visit.

We had lunch in this spacious Vietnamese restaurant near Marks and Spencer. Soups and street food are a speciality here. Skipping starters, my partner had a street style bun ( vermicelli noodles with peanuts and vegetables, served at room temperature), while I opted for chicken and prawn pho xao (spicy flat rice noodles) both served with a tangy dipping sauce, and both were delicious! We washed our meals down with ice cold Saigon and Bia Ha Noi beers, an ideal accompaniment! Service was good and delivery reasonably fast . Menu prices seemed fine for the quality received. We did like out time here and may well venture in again when next in central MK. Other points - there is an optional service charge, and they do automatically supply cutlery alongside the chopsticks.

Had the most friendliest waitress Beatrice!! She was so friendly & kind ! definitely will be back !!!

First time to go, wanted to try something different. No opening times displayed, even there is a sign outside to say "please wait to be seated" The doors were locked, knocked on the doors and the staff looked at us and ignored us. I'll make sure to spend my money somewhere else where there is a bit of customer service

We were served by Roger quickly and food came short after. I personally ordered a pho xao beef and really enjoyed it. Highly suggest it for dinner or a date as it’s got a great atmosphere. Psa good light for pictures :)

My misses been bragging about this place for weeks and how we should go here as it's so amazingly fantastic and everything is perfect. So I'm here and not disappointed. Actually I'm quite surprised about the quality of food and how well whole staff team operates. Coffee was an experience on its own. Little one devoured baby squid and plate of chicken nuggets that's a rare thing to witness. Most definitely recommend. Waitress Beatrice and waiter Josh are someone you would like to be served by everywhere and anywhere.

To quote my partner: “the staff are so kind and friendly, this is a place I would enjoy working at”. That says it all for me.

We had such a lovely time at Pho tonight. Having food sensitivities it’s always hard for me to enjoy eating out, but Alessia made sure to check with me and recommend such beautiful dishes that I nearly thought they were designed specifically for my needs. We will definitely come back.

Gabby was amazing as our server. Food was really hot and quick. Atmosphere was nice and didn’t feel rushed.

If you like bland food then this is the place for you. Service was terrible and had to wait very long time to be served and then when asking for the bill they took 15 mins to bring it over. When we asked to remove the service charge the server went and got their manager who made you feel like we should be paying it.

Amazing service, beatrice is the greatest

The most flavourful food I've ever had. There is so mich flavour in every bite and their homemade Dragon Fruit Lemonade tastes amazing.

Best Vietnamese food in MK, we really enjoyed it, Bea really took care of us, she was very friendly and explained to us everything about the food in the menu with all options they have, she also took a lovely pictures of me and my friend. Will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Alex, the whole time she was a pleasure to deal with! She explained the menu in a very friendly manner as this was my first time visiting Pho. The Wok fried noodles Alex recommended were amazing & so were the cocktails recommended by her. Overall amazing service and good! Well done Pho!

Pho is my go to whenever I’m craving Vietnamese food. Josh at the Milton Keynes branch was absolutely lovely with his impeccable customer service. Really lovely food and even better staff! Will come back again!

Pho soup is ok, but far from good. Appetiser was quite nice and cocktails really nice. Our server was looking after us well. 12.5% service charge is shocking though...

Beatrice was an excellent waitress and she deserves a pay rise!
