Pho in Milton Keynes

The food was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed it. But I found the staff quite rude. I waited at the door for about 5 minutes even though there was no queue. There were staff available and they just didn’t even glance at us. Also to ask anything or get the check the staff wouldn’t even look at us. I thought it was kind of racist as everyone else was treated else. I can also find few other reviews mentioning the same. Found this very rude but otherwise everything was good.

We had a lovely dinner. Josh our server was really friendly and helpful. We got the curry soup noodle and rice bowl with pork and they were both really good.

The food was delicious, a good choice of meals. Lots of flavour. The green tea lemonade was great too

First time here and had a gorgeous meal. Pork spring rolls were insane! Lucas our waiter was great, telling us all the info about the dishes, you can tell he’s a foodie!

Fantastic food. First time trying specifically Vietnamese style food after enjoying other Asian foods. Was very nice. The chilli on the table is a great idea. The service charge is disgustingly high though. Should not be forced on your bill. Stop this behaviour. Yes you can ask to take it off but as a customer you shouldn't be forced to have that conversation

Service was quick and prompt, food was tasty and hot as always! I love that they give you a side of extra toppings for your soup. The restaurant is clean and tidy. It’s reasonably priced, I had a classic pho bowl and a fresh fruit juice, coming up to about £20-25 - it’s definitely worth it!!

We had such a great experience on our recent visit! The new manager was absolutely lovely, so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. She took the time to explain the menu in detail and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. What really stood out was how accommodating she was with our kids, as they are very fussy eaters! It made such a difference to our visit, and we’ll definitely be returning. A real credit to the place!

First time going to Pho we went for a late lunch. We found the atmosphere and overall decorations nice and welcoming, too bad the same couldn't be said for the servers. Some of the servers just saw people line up and looked straight through us. The manager eventually sat us down. The food was cold, not warm, not lukewarm, cold. And the worse part of it was the soup. We sent it back asking for it to be heated up. The server said he'd have to remake it, which is fine along as its hot. The same food we sent back came out but this time is was warm. Definitely won't be visiting again.

This was the second time we’ve visited Pho MK for lunch, which I wasn’t keen on doing after our first visit. Pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was a lot cleaner, food was perfect and came out quick. The two members of staff we spoke with Claire and Georgina were very helpful. Will be back.

Great food and atmosphere. Had an issue with chicken in the vegan pho, however Alex fixed the problem and was extremely apologetic. Overall great service and would come back.

Everything was amazing , generous portions of yummy food. Way better than Kingston location in every way from portion, waiting time and flavour . Georgina was lovely to us.

The restaurant itself is a visual treat. Soft lighting, plush seating, and tasteful artwork create an atmosphere of refined elegance. The menu boasts a creative array of dishes, each sounding more tempting than the last. However, the stars of any dining experience are often the waiters and they didn’t disappoint at Pho. Both Claire and Georgina were extremely attentive and helpful. My Service was super quick and I was not left hanging once. Pho has Great service, fantastic food and amazing music to amplify your enjoyment. All my plenty visits to Pho, I am yet to receive bad service. Many thanks to Claire and Georgina for making my 4000th visits so funny and enjoyable.

Great evening, w exams today around 6pm and we have had a great time. The place was decent busy and we said we gone give a try. Good choice we did, amazing food starters were delicious followed by our main. We have been explained every dish and given bibs . Wow I must say have not been served like this in a long time. Thank you and we wanted you to know we have had a great time and amazing food. We definitely will recommend and come back ourselves. Thank you guys you are amazing.

This restaurant is over rated. Have had the Beef combo Pho which is not good. The taste of the broth is too simple, just salty, without any beef bone smell. The steak and brisket is too hard. But brisket curry is good.

Spicy curry was a little too sweet for my liking, but in all fairness I’ve very rarely ate viatnemese food so this doesn’t affect the rating. Just personal preference really. The betel leaf dish was fantastic and fresh. Importantly, the service was fantastic. Lucas is a credit to the team - both attentive and pleasant.

It look more than hour to serve the food can understand when they are busy but they actually forgot to place my order After asking for order they placed order again when it came was more horrible was salty,it not my first time in Pho I love hot and spicy noodles but this branch killed the taste Baby squid in starter was oily and order fresh juice wasn’t even served until we paid

This place looked promising, after a day trip an hour away, not being served and being ignored most of the time was just not what we needed. Yes, it was/seemed busy for Sunday afternoon with queues at the door. People were sat down quickly, others who came after us got their food. When we asked it seemed like our order, aside from our starters earlier and drinks was not even put through, an hour later!! The food, spring rolls were good but with two kids and an hour of no food am not sure what kind of service this place strives on. . We left without getting any food.. shameful experience.

I was unsure whether I could ascend the summit of the mountain of food we ordered but Rachel was encouraging and helped me surpass my own limits. Food was great, service was attentive and the music was chill. I am certain our waitresses name was Rachel but I am still a bit delirious from the amount of food consumed. Would 100% go again. The steak pho and the meatballs are the best toppings, I should know, I tried them all. Much love to Rachel, absolute champ

Lucas who has a gentle & friendly personality provided a very attentive service. When we sat directly under the speaker and the booming music was too loud for us, Lucas arranged for us to sit away from the speaker. We then truly enjoyed not only the food but also the ambience.

Excellent customer service and spick and span cleanliness. I was looked after by Denis who was a natural at his job, he made sure we were pleased with our experience. Whilst enjoying my meal, a group of gypsies stormed in and tried to take my phone- here comes Denis. He came in swiftly and neutralised the threat. if im honest i will keep revisiting this venue purely for Denis and his professionalism. I can easily see him as a General Manager. Everyone needs a Denis in their life. 10/10 experience.

Firstly, I must say that I am deeply disappointed about the service my husband and I received at PHO. After our food came, not once did the waitress come back to ask how things were going. Secondly, we had ordered two salads with our starters, but we only got the starters. However, when we were ready to pay, she had quoted the incorrect figure for payment. I would not recommend this restaurant for dining. The service is poor.

The food here was delicious. I am vegan and the options were very good. My only gripe would be the music was too loud. They kindly turned it down when we asked but it was still too loud for us to enjoy talking. Please think about this particularly as one of the party is hard of hearing which made it very hard for them to socialise.

First time at a Pho. Good food (Was a big of a gamble as i'm a fussy eater) but plenty of other things on the menu i'd want to try. Decent atmosphere and friendly staff, very likely to return.

Beatrice was our server and she was fantastic. The food was excellent and we all enjoyed our dishes of Pho, and the kids menu is also great to bring the little ones! The banana fritters were a hit for dessert too!
