Pho is my go to whenever I’m craving Vietnamese food. Josh at the Milton Keynes branch was absolutely lovely with his impeccable customer service. Really lovely food and even better staff! Will come back again!

Pho soup is ok, but far from good. Appetiser was quite nice and cocktails really nice. Our server was looking after us well. 12.5% service charge is shocking though...

The food was okay, not very much steak in my pho. The squid was lovely. The staff could be friendlier- lovely friendly waitress who took my order, however for most of my meal another waitress had multiple very loud conversations with the couple next to me, who she knew. I usually come later in the day and will do so if I decide to come again.

I visited today the Vietnamese Street Food restaurant in Milton Keynes, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors that transported me straight to the streets of Vietnam. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What made the visit even more special was the exceptional service provided by Beatrice. She was lovely, attentive, and incredibly helpful, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel exceptional🥰 I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant and highly recommend it to everyone I know. If you’re in Milton Keynes and craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this is the place to go!

We came to visit the restaurant today where Alex, a really kind waitress , welcome us and give us a confortable table and offer her amazing service. The food was really tasty and there were a comfortable atmosphere with nice music.

Came with my partner and friend and was served by the amazing Alex! The food came quickly and was incredible, I did expect it to take longer as we had ordered a lot of food, but it was super fast!Alex was an absolute pleasure, really attentive, friendly and overall made the experience that bit better with her fabulous energy and big smile (customer service like that can’t be taught, shes one of a kind - Thank you Alex! We will DEFINITELY be back again! Thanks for a great evening!

Alex was very kind, understanding and helpful. My dragonfruit lemonade had too much lemon in it and not much dragon fruit and she changed it right away!! Will definitely come back

The optional service charge doesn't seem very optional. Just being handed a card machine with it included seems pretty rude to your costumers really and gets me leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. Peanut sauce with the rolls is good. The curry noodle soup was alright, didn't like the super green noodle soup at all, flavour bad and noodles too chewy

The spicy chicken noodles was not spicy at all And the lady just got me optional charge without asking me Normally it’s not a problem cause I always give tips but she didn’t ask me and just did that it’s very impolite and rude.

Incredible food, always come for the noodle soup! Topped off with great service, particularly by Paige, who made us feel relaxed and comfortable.

This place was recommended to us and boy did it live up to its expectations, the food was amazing. Our server Paige was attentive, her knowledge of the menu was fantastic and it was a genuinely lovely place to eat. The juices are out of this world too

Fantastic flavour, fresh and fragrant dishes. Ika and the team are attentive, friendly and super welcoming. They are very dog friendly whilst having hygiene top of mind. Overall, outstanding and probably best eatery in MK. Our favourite is the salt and pepper squid, the summer rolls and of course the hot and spicy Pho! Well done guys

First time visit, food was amazing and the service from Ashna was great. Unfortunately there was a delay in our mains coming out however we were given some free crackers and the manager came over to explain which was good.

HAIR IN THE FOOD!! We visited Pho yesterday. The restaurant was virtually empty and the waiter offered us some tables we saw a booth free and asked about that the response was “its not been cleaned” giving us the impression they were not going to clean it for our request nor bother to sit us somewhere we would have wanted. Ordered starters, mains and drinks. The starter arrived and there was a hair in one of the sauce ramekins - told the waitress as they walked past they took the ramekin with a small half-hearted apology but no real effort in trying to resolve the problem and clearly only swilled the ramekin out with water before refilling due to the water droplets around the side. The rest of the food was mediocre at best - relatively dull. After we ate the food and waited for someone to collect the dirty plates which had sat there for some time, the waiter asked if we wanted anything else I asked for a cafe sua da - I was quite astounded that the waiter didn’t know what this was despite working for Pho I then had to explain what this was and then give further clarification on top of this. When the bill came the starter that had the hair in it (seafood spring roll) was still on the pill plus a service charge of £7 - we asked for the service charge to be removed which we were met with an annoyed waiter. The atmosphere of the restaurant was okay notably a table across from us with a sleeping baby asked for the volume of the unreflective music to be turned down (it was very loud) or changed to a more appropriate ambiance and was told they were unable to do this and didn’t offer the family any further help with moving to a quieter area either. This was a shame. Overall this experience has left us not wanting to visit Pho again despite enjoying Vietnamese cuisine - very disappointing.

Great food. But staff is not listening or unable to understand what you are telling them. Also what's the point of having a Tel number if it's completely ignored?

First time visiting this restaurant and was amazed. Food was brilliant was greeted immediately on arrival with a smile and friendly face. Our server Pat was lovely and was very knowledgeable about the food and drinks available on the menu and even what they were out of which he told us when we sat down. As Ive said food was amazing and amazing value as well. Definitely worth a visit and will certainly be visiting again

First time visiting this chain & pre-booked a table for 2 for lunch. Half greeted (not warmly)at the door by a woman & then handed off to another server. To start - Ordered spicy salad rolls & baby squid. Not offered a choice of dip (only saw there was one when checking now) for the rolls & they had 0 spice. Hard to get hold of a server so added the chilli on the table. Squid was delicious & well cooked. Main - both had the pho house. Lots of chicken, juicy prawns but tough steak which was herd to eat with chopsticks. Tried to ask a server for a fork to help dig the noodles out the bottom but apparently not loudly enough so got up to get them myself. Overall - food was generally delicious. Wish we had been left the menu though as when the mains arrived we couldn’t remember what the plate of greens was about. The restaurant was busy but not full & saw at least 6 staff so not sure why we had so much trouble trying to get help. We were going to order more drink but ended up finishing the meal before one would come near us so just got the bill instead

We hard a very walm welcome into pho with very smiley faces. Pat was our server and he came through with all the best recommendations and we was not let down! We will be back for sure!!!
