Starbucks Coffee in Milton Keynes

Can't fault staff or the coffee, very pleasant a quick.

Great staff, good coffee, my problem was it wasntba hot day but the aircon was constant blowing cold air over us and our hot drinks

Lovely helpful staff, they make my day better. I order a coffee for my wife because she often gets no break on an 11 hour shift at Arnold Clark, the Starbucks crew know how my wife sometimes has to work 9 days without a day off, so they always make a real effort to make her coffee Lovely

Me and my husband had a breakfast roll here this morning very disappointed, barely any filling, egg was none existent. Average service, not overly helpful. Cannot understand how this place was so busy.

The staff at this store a very welcoming and extremely helpful. With quick and speedy process my drinks are always made to order and always delicious. I can’t fault this store at all and the manager Amy always has a smile on her face. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking to get a coffee.

Disappointing service from the male server on the till at around lunch time on Mothers Day. He had quite an abrupt and unwelcoming tone which was disappointing. The drinks and toasties were good and the woman who made our drinks was polite and helpful.

One coffee spilled all over the others

My macchiato was delivered perfect. It still had all the toppings and froth, not because it was just quick it wasn’t thank the lord delivered by a motorcycle - From experience my coffee always arrives with no topping and it’s lukewarm.

This is the best Starbucks in Milton Keynes. I drive an extra ten minutes to go here instead of the city centre starbucks because the Kingston one is so much better. I have never had a bad drink here, the staff are all lovely people and make you feel so welcome. The actual building is nice too, nice comfy chairs and good wifi.

It was delivered by motorcycle which I requested NO motorcycle. Every time it’s delivered by motorcycle the topping is no longer visible. Even when it’s delivered on time. If delivered by car and on time my macchiato arrives perfect.

Starbucks were preparing my drinks for ages until a driver turns up to collect. By that point I know my drinks were left standing on a table waiting for a driver. I know this happens as I have witnessed it in store.

I’ve complained in the past due to being incorrectly prepared and transported late but today it was exactly what I expect. Hot macchiato with the topping still visible and tastes so much better. Speedy delivery. Great service

My husband and I came in to the store and to start, the staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Not even a smile between them. When we ordered, it wasn't busy, but took so long for our order to be done. It was only 2 frappachinos. I went for the new golden caramel and white chocolate cream frappachino. This was horrendous. It was just milk, ice and a dribble of caramel, no white chocolate taste or caramel on top. It definitely was not worth the price at all. If I do come to starbucks again, it would not be this store!

It was delivered without any topping and was lukewarm warm. I believe Starbucks prepares hot specialty drinks and then waits for a driver. All the while my coffee is getting cold and topping disintegrates.

It's a decent store, and service tends to be good. The only downfall with this store is the size. There's not much seating, so we always get our drinks to go, and the carpark is generally always busy, so there's not always a space to park.

My drinks were not as they should be. They were both warm and the macchiato had no topping which means it was either prepared incorrectly or left waiting for a driver.

Because of the nature of my latte it should still have the topping showing. i.e. caramel. This order arrived perfect compared to yesterday’s order which arrived warm and no topping. This means the drink has been prepared incorrectly or it’s just left sitting waiting for a courier. Thankfully most of my orders are delivered by car which if on time, keeps it hot and the topping still visible.

Great atmosphere and location. The coffee and sandwiches are tasty and the staff members are really friendly.

Served by Emma, who was so friendly and professional. She made the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had, thank you.

Frappe tastes like water and it’s not nice

It's a nice SB and the staff are super friendly... it's a busy therefore can be a bit noisy as the seating area is relatively small... ive always enjoyed my drinks there... and the 3 little cake pack is a bargain!

I have never been here but I came with my family the other week and had a pumpkin spiced latte! The venue is very atmospheric, I shall return back as I'm becoming a fan of Starbucks!

Walked in to a stroppy woman server called Emz. She was stroppy from the off set and stated in a rude tone that she couldn’t hear us as there was too much noise then said we were being too quick to place our order. I ordered a grande drink however I was served with a medium. The drinks we ordered took forever to come out so I didn’t ask them to change it. No sleeves available on the counter or were put on hot drinks by the staff members, so when collecting them from the counter my hand was hurt. I won’t be using that place again.

All the staff are fantastic with amazing customer services, the only place to get Coffee and great veriety of food.

Thank you to the team at this coffee shop! I’m sure they will remember a recent incident of me having coffee spilt down my entire outfit - it was definitely one of those days… They went above and beyond to help, they offered their utilities to clean myself up, they were swift to clean the table/ floor where the coffee was spilt (there was a lot) and to make sure my infant was Ok too! They even went a step further to replace my coffee FOC (Thank You!) - truly exceptional service in a situation like that. I look forward to returning soon ☺️

Ellis was so lovely the last couple times I've been in there! Very quick to make the drinks and seems very experienced- also makes a delish ice brown sugar oat shaken expresso. :)

It’s saying delivered! And I never even got my order. Been waiting for over 2 hours for my delivery! Ridiculous! I want my money back.

The staff their don’t seem to be paying any attention at all. I went to get a coffee and some food and was served by Ivo. He was in his own world. He didn’t give my cup to the barista. Then while waiting for a good 20 mins, the staff noticed I’m waiting for something. They looked at me but didn’t ask but just continued to talk to each other. When I asked later where my coffee was he claims someone must have taken it. Not even an apology was given. He looked at me as though it was my fault.

Food arrived earlier than estimated time. Prompt service and order was correct

I don't often write reviews but my experience today definitely deserved one. The staff at Starbucks Kingston MK are always very helpful and always serve with a smile. I also noticed the store was exceptionally clean and tidy. Today i was served by a lady called Amy and she went above and beyond for myself and my son with recommending new drinks and i was extremely impressed with her customer service. Thank you, see you again!

Has a refreshed interior offering most of the Starbucks bits- if not busy service is good- just find things and the surroundings a bit clinical and just seems to have a lack of spirit somewhere .

Starbucks has recently refurbished the store and it has a light, airy atmosphere to it. (Incidentally, I didn’t think there was much wrong with the old one!)The seats are comfortable, and there was a relaxing atmosphere. The music was not too loud and the staff were friendly and the drinks and food dispensed quickly. Wifi is available should you need it. There is seating outside, but not under cover from my observation.

The store is closed for refurbishment but it says the store is open normal opening hours. Wasted trip! Brand doesn’t care about customers and the journey they make.

Service was slow and the staff seemed to struggle taking the order (for 2 coffees) generally dirty it could really do with a deep clean.

They seem to have cleaned the comfy chairs! That should happen more often! Otherwise this is a nice cosy starbucks that always seems to have pleasant staff.

Restaurant rang to say cookie wasn’t available and suggested I claim a refund via just eat - not easy to see how to do this! Order didn’t arrive until over an hour later

Best Starbucks in Milton Keynes by far, staff are friendly and efficient, have never had a problem in store or ordering for delivery.

Larger coffee was the same size as the regular one. Most of the drink was in the bottom of the bag.

Visited this morning with an unfriendly welcome staff working here today look like they just don’t wanna be here. Decided to sit in and noticed how filthy the floor was and the station where the sugar / stirrers are kept. Don’t look like there’s been a cleaner in here for the past few weeks. Deffo won’t be sitting in here again or ordering. Not a nice atmosphere with unpleasant miserable staff.

Professional friendly service. Store is in a small retail area, with a fair amount of indoor seating, and has one restroom cubicle for everyone to share. Does not accept cash.

Starbucks is my go-to, usually get my order spot on. Today my drink tasted AWFUL. I’m guessing something was missing from the mix? Tasted like vending machine coffee.

An okay drive-in branch of Starbucks. It feels a little small inside and I don't think it would take too many people for it to feel a little over-full.

Order was okay.one of the lids wasn’t on so the drink spilt.

Service very slow indeed, way more expensive than competition such as bewitched. Near impossible to hear them especially as they still have plastic shields in place and they wear masks. I'm hard of hearing and they've no provision to assist. Server couldn't be bothered to go get clean mugs so gave me a paper cup. Considering the price, an absolute insult.

My caramel macchiato was delivered perfect. Still had the froth and layer of syrup. Perfect temperature. That’s how it should be, very satisfied customer
